Walk on by.This is a chain started in Chicago.Its run by formula.Dogs prepared in styles from around the country here in the capitol of hot dogs..Are you kidding me??Who cares how they serve them in Louisville...No offense.... I found the hot dog unexciting and Small.It was served with a mundane tiny salad. I went during the height of the lunch hour and only a few people were in there.That said it all. Food quality good.Service Good.Decor of little interest.Parking nonexistent.Pricing expensive.Soda with combo extra $1.99. AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3 NOW CLOSED GO BACK TO THE BURBS. NOT UP TO CHICAGO STANDARDS

The bacon cheddar burger was great. The fries that came with were a little over cooked but it wasn’t bad. I order a cup of cheese and it was too thick and clumpy. It’s a bit pricey but over all it wasn’t bad.

Truly outstanding dogs, and the variety and selections in condiments was great. Outstanding Chicago hot dogs.

Service wasn't exactly speedy,but dog was good and fries were GREAT. Hot and fresh! I'd come back for sure. Place is decently clean too. Weird that you don't get a drink with the dog and fries. They lose a star for that for sure. For $8, they could at least throw in a small soda.

The dogs here were totally not great. I thought they had been left boiling for way too long and they were served cold to me. Gag. The buns and the fries are the reasons for me to go back. The relish was very cold, like someone had just taken it out of the fridge. Also the woman at the counter is super surly and unfriendly. However she is amenable to changes in the toppings- like someone had told her the customer was always right, but she really didn't believe the hype. I liked that there was no extra charge for toppings, you can put whatever you want on your dog for free

Great burgers. Good price. The music is nice, and wait times aren't too bad. I've yet to try their hotdogs but I love their curly cheese fries. They add bacon bits to them if requested.

I got the Chicago Dog and fries. The dog was fine. Nothing special. I've had better and I've had worse. The fries, meh. They were the type with skin on, which I like, but these were cooked too long, cold and limp. I would not eat hear again.

The menu shows several vegetarian items like a veggie burger and grilled cheese sandwich. However, this location doesn't have them, and they're not apologetic that their online menu is wrong. Also, for a hot dog place, the prices are outrageous. It was hot and noisy. Gold Coast Dogs was a much better value.
