Had an amazing experience at Adele’s. My wife and I entered into a welcoming location with a relaxing vibe that had a very romantic and relaxing lighting. Everyone we met during our time there was incredibly nice and went above and beyond for us.
We had the bruschetta with ricotta and red onion jam as a starter and it blew our minds. So delicious we had to tell ourselves to stop so we could enjoy the rest of the meal.
I ordered the teres major steak and risotto and my wife ordered the burger with serrano and tomato chutney and lemon aioli with fries. The steak was cooked to perfection and the risotto was a brilliant compliment with the steak. My wife was nice enough to let me try the burger and it was an explosion of flavor, the spice was the right amount to enjoy for those who like a bit of heat.
We also got three deserts to share, the seasonal pie had peaches instead of berries for the current season, the chocolate budino, and the berry sorbet. The pie and budino had an amazing blend of hot and cold and the sorbet was not only great as a palate cleanser, but it was also delicious!
I couldn’t speak more highly of executive chef Hannah and the team that works at Adele’s in Atlanta. If I ever return to Atlanta, I will be returning to try something new, and if anyone going to Atlanta asks for a recommendation, I will always recommend this restaurant.
My ONLY critique is Adele’s needs to come to the Northwest Arkansas area so I can experience this awesome food more regularly. Maybe one day, fingers crossed.
