"When Adele’s opened about a decade ago, it was the hot ticket in town. Possibly because they made a roast chicken that would taunt and tantalize your dreams for days. While the food is as good as it’s ever been, Adele’s has relaxed into "Nice Neighborhood Restaurant" territory. Making a reservation is always a good idea, but chances are good that you’ll be able to pop in and find a seat on a weeknight. What Adele’s really excels at is its all-you-can-eat weekend brunch. They have a little something for everyone, making it just right for a big, loud group with cravings that are a bit all over the map. You’ll find different stations throughout the restaurant, from salads and cured meats to bagels, yogurts, and hearty mains like whole roasted fish and wood-fired pork with alabama white sauce. "Dine-In Putting its wood-burning ovens and grills to good use, the seasonal menu at Adele’s will be available during its Christmas Eve buffet, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Expect dishes like roasted chicken with salsa verde, Coca-Cola-glazed spiral ham, and eggnog panna cotta.
