Google
Hands down one of the best Mexican breakfast burritos I’ve ever had (Special Burrito). Absolutely packed with flavor, seasoned eggs, fresh tortillas, and just the right amount of spicy kick in the salsa. This is kind of breakfast is authentic as it gets. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
We met the family 1 brother and 2 sisters who own this location. It is phenomenal tasting! Open 7 days a week 7-3. Closed only June 15-July 15. They earned it for sure!

Google
Great place to grab breakfast burritos, a bit pricey but the food is delicious, fresh, and flavorful. I enjoy the chorizo, egg, bacon and potato burrito and my wife enjoys the special burrito. Their green sauce is full of flavor and the red sauce has the perfect spice kick. Have been here a few times and definitely will return.

Jane Smith

Google
Chorizo burrito. I wasn't a fan of the Chorizo but it wasn't bad. This one is just too peppery for me. Tortilla, beans, rice all taste homemade and delicious.

Katerina Summers

Google
I came here after see that the reviews were stellar. Yes the fresh tortilla is tasty but personally the size of the burrito 🌯 for 14.00 is not worth it. On top of that the burrito only consists of meat, beans, onion and cilantro. I had the green salas to add and it tasted like nothing no spice at all. The service was very friendly and the restaurant only has 5 tables with limited space. T

Google
My usual breakfast burrito spot was closed today for a remodel, so I had to find another spot to keep the weekend morning tradition going! Adrian’s was great! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the Special Breakfast Burrito was great! Will definitely keep this place in mind for next weekend

Google
Got a much needed breakfast burrito. Was greeted immediately and was helped with picking one of the best burritos I’ve ever had in my life.

Google
Simply the best! Been coming here for years, this is my favorite Mexican restaurant in AZ. Chicken molé and menudo are my go to meals but you can’t go wrong here. It’s all good! As much as I want to keep this gem a secret, I am so happy to see them do well and get the recognition they deserve.

Yelp
Staff are wonderful and the food is amazing! Definitely a must try when you're in Mesa. Small family owned restaurant with a lot of love

Yelp
Boiiiiiiii me and da boiys went to dis place, and we hit up Adrian and he gave us barbershop haircuts, I got the pompadour, but I had 24 cents, not a quarter, so he said it's on the house lil bro. Then, me and ADRAIN went to go get coffee, but it was spelt backwards. Me and da boiiiis had a NOICE meal . We screamed and be yelling out gang gang and 67 and ate diddybluds mangos covered in mustard, and then paid 41 dollars for Steven here taco, the new limited edition festable. I brought my mom, and she ate fries. Tanya ate slices. Tanya and Drew's grippers showed, bc they had xray vision. This place is DA GOAT. 5/5. I'm just a behbeh

Ab Z.

Yelp
me and da boisssss went here and bought a mango smoothie topped with mustard it only costed a quarter but i only had 41/67 the amount so adrian the waiter said it was on da house!!!! definitely recommend this w place no cap boisssss

Yelp
The vibe of family and small restaurant feel is amazing! I was immediately greeted with a smile quickly taken care of! I ordered chorizo, egg, and potato breakfast burrito however after ordering I saw the Chilaquiles and I will definitely get that next time. The tortillas were fresh, homemade, and the best!!!! Please don't hesitate to come and support this amazing restaurant!!!

Dezirae R.

Yelp
Been coming here since I was a kid with my mom and nana. I usually get the same thing every single time but recently tried the green chili burrito and it was so good!! I love the homemade EVERYTHING. The people there are so friendly and nice every single time (:

Ryan G.

Yelp
Nice little place with a few tables. Friendly atmosphere and excellent food. We had the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros. Both the corn and flour tortillas were quite good. I do not recommend going with a group larger than four. Overall we were quite pleased to find a family run place with great breakfast food. I would absolutely come back if I'm ever in the area again. Thank you for a pleasant atmosphere and some great Mexican food.

Yelp
We have been driving by this place for years and today we decided to stop for breakfast and I'm glad we did!! The food reminded me of home, just like mom and grandma made. The waiter was very friendly and efficient. The inside is tiny, five tables with four chairs each. We will definitely be back and bring guests with us.

Kay ..

Yelp
I've been coming to Adrian's since they opened, which has been many, many years. I love their food! Consistently great. Especially the huevos rancheros, which is the best I have found on this side of town, hands down. I will continue to go to Adrian's until I can no longer get out and drive anymore, as I live in the far east valley, yet I make special trips into Mesa, just to go there. It is worth the drive. Go Adrians! A loyal fan Cyl C.

Yelp
If your in the know, you know this place. Some maybe even most would drive on by. I don't live here but I spotted a couple of Mesa's finest walking in and I'm hitting the brakes...ya know, eat were the police eat. Just real good food. Nothing to look at here but I'm not caring, I'm in need of a breakfast burrito. Checked Yelp and bam! I'm in. Delicious. Service was super polite with genuine smiles. To the hard working young man that waited the tables and ran the register, great job. Last words...yes.

Yelp
The food was so yummy I got the enchiladas they are the best me and my parents have been coming here for years they have the best customer service
google avatar

Jon P.

Yelp
I got the Chorizo, Egg, Potato, and cheese breakfast burrito. I really enjoyed it. The flavor on the Chorizo was amazing and the burrito wasn't completely greasy as sometimes happens when you add chorizo. Definitely make sure to get the red and green sauces as they are both delicious. The team was friendly when I walked in and greeted me. I will absolutely be back to try their other items. They also make homemade tortillas, which they use for the burritos and you can buy individually if you would like.

Yelp
After church this morning my wife said that she had a taste for a Mexican breakfast. She is originally from Houston and she loves Mexican food as I do as well. We did a Google search and Adrian's popped up. So we proceeded to find this place. I was a bit taken back by the location and the size of the restaurant. My wife decided to peep her head inside because it did not appear from the outside that it would even be possible to seat patrons. She returned to the car and told me "let's eat here, there are tables and the food smells so good." Once we were seated we were greeted pleasantly and we put in our orders. She ordered the ham and eggs and I ordered the sausage and eggs. Each plate came with beans, potatoes, two kinds of salsa and she had tortilla's (fresh/homeade) and hot. I must say. I'm on a low carb diet. However, those potatoes were so darn good I could not stop eating them. I finally put on the brakes about halfway through eating them. Sooooo delicious. My wife loved her food as well. I will definitely return. The staff was very personable. It was quite a pleasant experience.

Angelica N.

Yelp
I am always hesitant going to Mexican restaurants but I will say their food is truly authentic! I love their burritos which are big & I always get chorizo/beans. It reminds me what I grew up eating with my grandma

Yelp
Adrian's was recommended to me by a friend when I asked him for some good breakfast spots in Mesa. I always try to avoid chain restaurants when I can and dive places are even better. He told me this would be a dive and he was right! It reminds me a lot of Bobos in Tucson. Very small but serves fairly priced breakfast and lunch items. I got the Chiliquiles breakfast plate which came with my choice of a corn or flour tortilla (always go corn when given the option). The tortilla was fresh and tasted really good with the red salsa. Chiliquiles was also delicious but I underestimated the portion size. Ended up taking some home to my wife to share later. I definitely want to go back and try some lunch items. Parking will be a challenge, but if you can get there early or park within walking distance, you should be all set. For the price and portion sizes, I definitely recommend Adrian's for an authentic Mexican breakfast.

Tim N.

Yelp
Authentic home cooking in a funky little building. Feels like grandmas in the kitchen cooking.

Violet I.

Yelp
Food was okay. I got the carne asada plate. The meat itself did not look like carne asada, it was extremely thin. It did not have much flavor. The green enchiladas were good. I'd recommend getting that instead. They do serve complementary chips and salsa, but we didn't get it till we asked. The salsa wasn't the best, kinda of bland. We went before closing so the service was okay. I'm not sure it would've been any better if we went earlier. It's a very small restaurant, nothing much to it.
google avatar

Miriam R.

Yelp
Food is delicious! Be prepared for authentic meals in a small space. I like dining in, people might order to go.

Carolyn F.

Yelp
The food was excellent! We bought breakfast! It was delicious! We are here from California and found this restaurant on Yelp! Service was prompt ! Food was hot and well seasoned! We did nothing to it but put chili on it. That was also very tasty! I got toast and it was pan blanco toasted with lots of butter. The rest of our party indulged on their homemade flour tortillas! The place isn't fancy but very welcoming! We will definitely come back if in the area again! Parking is limited but a definite must try! This place needs to be part of diners,drive-ins, and dives's repertoire! Mmmmm! I'm still licking my chops!

Tim H.

Yelp
Outstanding breakfast burro this morning!!! Fast and very reasonable. I want to see if they will do catering if we pick it up. This place is a hidden gem. Parking is another thing but worth the effort
google avatar

Yelp
The real deal in Mexican food. Looks and location are certainly not indicative of the food and friendly staff. I always visit when in the neighborhood.

Bev P.

Yelp
Best breakfast burrito ever- when you want the real thing go here. Great friendly staff- check for hours- great experience
google avatar

Mariah G.

Yelp
My new favorite Mexican breakfast spot in Mesa! Waited 5-10 minutes to be seated and food was served within 10 minutes as well! I was on a mission to have an authentic Mexican burrito and it was found here! I got the egg, potato and bacon burrito. The tortillas are homemade and so good! I found out later that they made fresh horchata and pineapple aguas frescas so only had a sample but I will be coming back for a large refreshing cup! The lady at the front was so sweet and service is amazing! A little hidden gem

Yelp
Hands down one of best bowls of menudo Iv had. This was my first time eating from this location it's a small hole in the wall family owned joint not lots of parking and like 4 tables inside the smell you get when you roll up should be illegal so damn good smelling from down the block . But HOT DAMN! Mexico is back in arizona baby! hands down one of most scrumptious bowls of menudo Iv had. Looking forward to eating more stuff here!

Jason W.

Yelp
Not really sure what all the 5 star reviews are about. The employees were friendly and the flour tortillas are good, but that's about where the good ends. We got an Arizona burrito with carnitas instead of asada, a ham and egg burrito, and a machaca plate. The carnitas were dry and bland, the potatoes were clearly seasoned but somehow tasted like dirty water. The ham and egg burrito average. In total we spent around 35 bucks. If the food was good I'd be happy to spend that, but after this experience we won't be back.

Ashley W.

Yelp
The food is amazing! I haven't been able to stop thinking about the food since I tried it. They are super friendly and service is great.
google avatar

Mary L.

Yelp
Yummy food! This place is a hidden gem. It's located by some questionable trailer park and the place itself needs a remodel ASAP but the delicious food makes up for it. I always order the plate chorizo with eggs (comes with a good size portion of chorizo and egg plus potatoes, beans and tortilla) and I'm never disappointed. I have also tried the menudo, machaca and eggs, chilaquiles and the BEST pancakes Ever!! Everything has been delicious so far. It's a small place They only have 5 small tables with seating for 4 so if you are a big party maybe takeout is your best option. Definitely give this place a try you won't be disappointed
google avatar

Celia V.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place for a while and I finally made it out today because I was craving menudo. Go here now! Menudo was amazing and the staff was so friendly! Can't wait to go back and try other items there

Ss A.

Yelp
Just recommend don't Go There it's food is so bad and they don't anything sanitize and they're not using gloves our old

Mercedes R.

Yelp
La comida tiene muy buen sabor, atienden rápido, son muy amables y los precios son accesibles.

Yelp
Pros: Great tortilla. Huge portions. Friendly service. Parking lot. Accepts credit cards. Open early morning. Cons: Didn't like my egg, bacon, potato burrito. My husband didn't like his chorizo either. Rough neighborhood. Didn't exactly feel safe at 8am!
google avatar

Yelp
Great authentic Mexican foods. Small place but good atmosphere. Friendly quick Service.

Yelp
Top Mexican Breakfast in the area. I stopped in for the first time and picked up the ham and egg plate and it was one of the best I've ever had. I'm always on the hunt to find the most authentic delicious Mexican food when I'm on the west coast and this is the gem I've been looking for. The potatoes were seasoned perfect, and the salsas hit the spot. Only 1 tortilla an order but it's huge so you could rip it in half if you wanted 2. Also as I was walking in the locals were all telling me his Adrian's is the best and you can't go wrong with anything you order.
google avatar

Matt C.

Yelp
Ordered a couple breakfast burritos from Adrian's and I couldn't have been happier with them. Even ordered a pack of their tortillas which are amazing. Chorizo egg and beans was amazing and The egg potato was perfect. Can't wait to come back here. I'd cater this place anytime if they offered it haha.

Yelp
Adrian!! (In your best Rocky Balboa voice). The food here probably won't improve your boxing physique but it's comforting and filling. The restaurant itself is in a more run down part of Mesa right next to a small mobile home park. The restaurant is pretty small too, I saw maybe 5 tables for dine-in guests. I had been craving chilaquiles all weekend. Since I was in the area after an appointment, I figured I'd try them out from Adrian's since it had been on my bookmarks list for a while. The chilaquiles is probably one of the most expensive things on their menu at a little over $10 after tax, but they pack a lot of food in your order. I got 2 eggs, refried beans, a generous serving of tortilla chips with red sauce, some pieces of thin steak, tortillas, and salsa. It didn't take too long for them to make it and I was ready to go back home and enjoy my breakfast feast! When I opened up my to go box it looked like a hot mess but it was a delicious hot mess. The eggs were perfectly cooked, with a lovely runny yolk. The tortilla chips were lightly crisp, and while the steak was fairly tender and I saw seasoning on it, it wasn't as flavor-packed as the rest of the meal. Service was cheerful and friendly.
google avatar

Alexis N.

Yelp
The food is hands down best Mexican in AZ from a native Arizonan and Mexican myself. People say just like Nana made, but it truly reminds me of my great Nana's cooking. Best hospitality I feel so at home. Best family.
google avatar

Giovanni L.

Yelp
Came here and ordered only a bean and cheese which is a great way to measure the quality of a Mexican restaurant. I'm not joking, it was the best I've ever had. Better than Tacos Jalisco, Carolinas, Ritos, you name it. It was perfection. This place is a true gem. Edit: I'm seeing a lot of comments about how the neighborhood isn't safe or the place isn't nice. If that's what you're looking for, go enjoy terrible food and nice subway tile at Barrio Queen. Leave the good Mexican food for the rest of us.

Edwin D.

Yelp
Chilequiles are out of this world! Perfect combination of spice and flavor. Fast and friendly service. Small location with free parking in the back. Bonus if you speak Spanish.
google avatar

Vic U.

Yelp
What can I say; got a bean and cheese burrito. It was good. If you fuck up a bean and cheese burrito you probably shouldn't have a restaurant.
google avatar

Maria B.

Yelp
Quick and easy service. I placed my order over the phone for a classic ( egg, potato and cheese ) and also a burrito especial (once I got there though I couldn't resist a large horchata). Great price for the size of the burritos. Everyone was friendly and the little restaurant makes it feel cozy. Y claro que voy a regresar a probar más platillos.

Javier A.

Yelp
Food was absolutely amazing reminded me of home. Great price great flavor great experience
google avatar

Derek M.

Yelp
I'm not from the area. I don't know why this is Adrian's #2, but it's #1 in my heart. I gave it a couple of days, because I really wanted to reflect before I made such a momentous pronouncement, but I'm ready. This place served me the very best breakfast burrito I've ever had. In my entire life. Your winner is right here in Mesa. Congratulations, Arizonans; you've got something very special. I'll have dreams about the texture and flavor of that tortilla. Somewhere behind that grill is a man whose scrambled eggs would make Jacque Pepin bow down. Bravo, Adrian's. Bravo.
google avatar

Amy Z.

Yelp
This is a neighborhood restaurant and the staffs /owners were very nice and friendly. We had lunch here with couple friends for the first time. The food were very authentic but the price seems a bit high for this location consider there are so many other Mexican restaurants nearby. The restaurant itself is very small and 4 seats are the biggest table. I had a bowl of 7 mares which is seafood soup for $13.99, my husband had carne osada and our son had 2 beef tacos & rice and bean plus 2 large orcheta drink and our bill came out $42.00+tips and this was lunch. The toilet is outside tuck in the back of the restaurant (little bit dirty), but no sign at the door, so you pretty much just guess which door. I'm not sure that I'll come back, I think I'll try different restaurants next time. Thank you anyway.
google avatar

Larry A.

Yelp
Delicious and consistent! Every time! Best breakfast burritos ever! Grab you a special burrito, some red sauce, and a side of rice. Baybehhhhhhh
google avatar

Trinny T.

Yelp
Burritos no son aburridos This is one cheap burrito place. For $6 you get a carne asada burrito. What else can I ask. The place looks sketchy but those are where they sell good food. Plus, there are customers. I wouldn't come to a sketchy place without customers Taste? The burrito has extra beans in it. I like how it is not spicy because I'm not a spicy person. There isn't a condiment bar though, what if I want onions, extra salsa, beets, I cannot get them here Price? Like I said. Cheap is what matters Service? Nice service. Asked me what I wanted in my burrito instead of assuming. Food is served fast
google avatar

Lakshya C.

Yelp
Really good food at a small mom n pop shop! There is very little seating so be aware of that when you go. The food is excellent- very homey and huge portions. I got their chilaquiles which were different than what I've had at other places but absolutely delicious. Their burritos are also amazing. This place is run by a bunch of grandmas, so you can't go wrong with their food!
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
I love this place. Took my step mom when she was in Town. I go all the time. It's a small place but it serves amazing food.

Jeff A.

Yelp
Needed a place for a Breakfast Burrito while in Mesa. Read the reviews and decided on Adrian's. The neighborhood or outside appearance of the building was not a factor for me in my decision. The food was the number one priority. What I got was the best Egg, Chorizo, & Bacon burrito that I've ever had. My girlfriend got the Special Breakfast burrito and was enjoying it when she decided to take a bite of mine, now mind you she's Mexican and very picky when it comes to Chorizo, I'm happy to say that she loved it! She went on to say that most places don't do it right and that's why she doesn't order it out, but because of how they prepare the ingredients of the burrito and the quality of the Chorizo that they use it was perfect. I got both green and red sauce and I loved the red, just the right taste and heat. Lastly the staff was very nice, I'll be back for more.
google avatar

Bella B.

Yelp
Good home cooking small but mighty I would totally recommend service is a little slow but worth the wait

Katie W.

Yelp
Authentic delicious Mexican! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because their salsa has become crazy hot/spicy and there's no "mild" option and our tables food didn't come out at the same time. 2 of us were almost done eating when the others got their food. The service is always on point and everyone is very friendly.
