The 25 Best Restaurants In Orlando 2024

"This trattoria with candles, white tablecloths, and jazz music playing in the background is a top date night spot in Orlando. But despite all the typical romantic stuff, the real thing that makes this place shine is the freshly made pasta. Try the cannelloni, filled with just the right amount of ricotta, mozzarella, and parmigiano, or a plate of pappardelle allo scoglio that’s loaded with a generous amount of shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and calamari. When it’s time for dessert, we suggest the citrusy panna cotta that’s drizzled with amarena cherry syrup." - cheryl rodewig, gabe bergado, ryan pfeffer, macy johnson

One of the BEST AUTHENTIC italian restaurants. As we entered it reminded us of a New York Italian spot. Family owned and operated. The service was too notch. We had reservations and we were greeted and seated with our names on a card. The food was HIGH quality and we normally don’t finish our meals but the portions were perfect and the gnocchi melted in your mouth. It brought us all the great memories of our visits in NYC. The best find so far in Orlando. Will be visiting again soon!

Google
RSVP to avoid disappointment. It's small, cozy, perfect for a date, friend catch up or for the simple pleasure of pampering yourself! Service is fast, efficient, polite and friendly. You cannot go wrong with any of the dishes as menue is not extensive and all products are fresh and the chef works his magic every night! Thank you for on the house dessert 😉 and making my birthday evening a memorable one.

Google
Adriatico is truly a gift for Central Florida. . . This cozy mom & pop restaurant is nestled in the charming College Park, and is rooted in tradition & authentic taste. We frequent this incredible spot often & with each visit, are increasingly impressed. The whole team, especially Mattia, hold a very dear place in our hearts. Some of our favorite dishes include the Mussels, Gnocchi Gorgonzola. . . Carpaccio! Everything on the menu, top-to-bottom, is an absolute must. Not to mention, the wine selection is amazing. . . Imported wines from Italy to compliment every dish.

Justin Delahoz

Google
Very comfortable and perfect dining setting. Justin took care of us and was top notch. This was my first time to Adriatico and it was no disappointment. I regret not coming any sooner. Grouper with capers dinner was top notch. Typically don’t order fish out at restaurants as I’d rather cook it myself but no let down here. Great legit Italian restaurant and my girlfriend and I will be back. Desserts were top notch notch as well.

Peter Bonilla

Google
Wow. This place is absolutely incredible. Shout out to Mattia. You know this a good review because I'm not being sassy at all. The gnocchi literally made me levitate. Everything else was delicious and I got a bit tipsy off moscato. Even the owner came and asked us how everything was! The lamb chops were perfect and the carbonara was authentic. I am definitely going back just to feel like I'm making 6 figures. Insanely jealous people can eat like this every day.

Peter Oropeza

Google
Me and the pregnant wife had a great memorable experience here. I loved the food we had the grouper fish special and the risotto. Loved them both. Trying my best to find any negative critique of the restaurant, what comes to mind is a better pen 🖊️ for signing the check at the end of the meal.

Japneet Kaur

Google
We had the carbonara and mezzi rigatoni — both were utterly scrumptious, rich, and full of flavor. Justin provided fantastic service and made the experience even better. We ended with a light, creamy tiramisu that was the perfect sweet ending. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Italian food.

Mike Duval

Google
We visited with a small group based purely on reviews online. Adriatico Trattoria Italiana didn’t disappoint in any way. There are so many great things about this place to mention. For me, the owners are just amazing people and their passion translates into all aspects of their restaurant. Highly recommended!!

Yelp
True Italian eatery with excellent service, makes you feel at home. The food is excellent, everything is hand made. Wine bottle prices are very reasonable. Bruschetta was fresh, they provide bread to dip the sauces of your main course into. I got the tortellini stuffed with veal. My wife got the rigatoni, added chicken. We also added a side of meatballs for protein. Everything was delicious; would recommend it!

Yelp
What a fantastic experience. It was a rare cool night in Orlando, so we sat outside. Plenty of street parking so no problem getting a spot. Beautiful restaurant and fantastic service. The portions are not too large but still very filling. Great variety of options and Mattia was so kind and attentive. A must try spot for gorgeous beautifully crafted Italian cuisine.
google avatar

Yelp
Everything was so good. Fettuccine carbonara was absurdly fresh and good, gnocchi bolognese was rich and melt in your mouth, tiramisu barely stayed on the plate. Cute small restaurant with relaxing ambiance. Service was excellent. Will be back for sure.

Yelp
If you are looking for authentic Italian food, look no further! This place is truly a hidden gem in the college park area. From the moment we walked in, everyone in the restaurant was amazing. The owners of the restaurant were there and so so nice. I made a reservation for 2 and had no wait when I arrived. Our waiter Joshua was top tier! He explained the history of the restaurant and the menu/specials for the evening. I had grouper with veggies and potatoes and a side of pasta. The pasta is hand made everyday. It was so delicious. My sister had the traditional spaghetti and meatballs and she loved it. Seasoning was just enough for both meals. Dessert was so rich and flavorful. I haven't had authentic Italian food in forever and this was the best. The owners are from Italy and you can truly tell with the ambiance of the restaurant.

Yelp
We went to Adriatico for Valentine's Day and it was wonderful! We weren't sure about reservations since it always seems to be booked when looking online but if you call, you'll have a better chance of getting a table! Valentine's dinner was a prix fixe menu, four courses + a glass of champagne. Between the two of us we tried all of the starters, salads, and desserts and everything was incredible. For the main course I ordered the Pappardelle Aragosta fra Diavolo which was delicious. The Maine lobster medallions were huge and plentiful which definitely added to the dish. The service was great and the inside felt very cozy and romantic. Overall a great place for date night!
google avatar

Tom M.

Yelp
Visited Adriatico Trattoria for the first time for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful time. They were offering a four course pre-fixe instead of their normal menu, which did not disappoint. The highlight of the evening was the lobster papardelle which was packed with lobster and was the perfect blend of flavor and spice. The service was exceptional, always having our wine glasses full and the next course arriving just on time. The ambiance is romantic and cozy, being a smaller restaurant ensures you have top notch service and feel like part of the family. Looking forward to returning to try their normal menu!

Yelp
The moment we walked in we were sat at our reserved table. They had a little sign with the reservation name on it. The server Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, on point with recommendations, checked on us the perfect amount of times, and never left us with empty plates on our table. It's a small intimate restaurant, which I appreciate being able to have conversation over dinner. The food... OMG it was fantastic.!! Every plate that came out was to die for! As an Italian New Yorker I have to say, I am usually not impressed with Italian restaurants.. They usually don't compare to true Italian cuisine or my grandmothers cooking but here I was completely blown away! Everything is made in house! They even acknowledged the open table reservation that said it was my birthday and brought out the most delicious dessert ever. So glad we came across Adriatico. We will be returning every time we are in Florida.
google avatar

Nathalie C.

Yelp
Gamberoni con Spaghetti fra Diavolo -- this was SO good! Was not too spicy, it was just right. You can tell the quality of the ingredients because you dont feel like crap after eating your meal or the 3 baskets of bread they brought to the table. Definitely coming back!
google avatar

Barbara B.

Yelp
Everything was so delicious I got the Bucatini dish it was wonderful. The service was top tier and a great spot for date night will definitely go again.

Yelp
The ambiance is great, the food was amazing and service was top notch. I highly suggest this restaurant.

Yelp
Great food ,service, ambiance which owners take a pride. Our new stop when in Orlando
google avatar

Madison L.

Yelp
We stopped by for dessert and coffee, so my review will only reflect dessert. However, I truly believe the panna cotta alone makes this place deserve 5 stars. They make the panna cotta from scratch everyday. The food is entirely authentic and truly remarkable. We got two panna cottas and two double espressos. The panna cotta is so light, creamy, and rich. The depth of vanilla flavor is poetic. It is served with fresh fruit, mint, and a light dusting of powdered sugar. It is truly the most excellent dessert I've ever had! The espresso was rich and balanced it out. The espresso had a gorgeous amount of crema. Service was excellent and the beautiful outdoor seating with jazz music playing set a beautiful atmosphere.

Yelp
Hands down, the best authentic scratch Italian kitchen in Orlando. Unlike so many Italian spots in town, Adriactico's offers 'specials' that reflect what is fresh, what is curated and what reflects the owner's heritage. From pesce to lamb to pasta to vegetarian, you can't go wrong. Adriatico's started as my husband and my 'occasion' restaurant, but now whenever we want homemade Italian in this intimate College Park location, we head to Edgewater drive. Parking in back is easy and you'll feel like family - except, unlike MY family, the food is genuine, service is unobtrusive but attentive and owners are warm and engaging - just like the fare they serve. Just go.

Yelp
This was our first time coming to Adriatico, and we plan on going again! If I needed to use just one word to describe our experience I would say it is FANTASTIC! The restaurant is cozy, the service is perfect (enough attention for you to have everything that you need when you need it without feeling overwhelmed), and the food amazing! This is not a chip place, but one that will make your dinner special. They do not open for lunch, only for dinner. They do not have a parking lot, but you can easily find a parking spot on the street where you can park for free for up to 2 hours.

Ken M.

Yelp
Everything is great about this place. Make a reservation or walk in if you can. If you're in the area it's a must
google avatar

Christopher O.

Yelp
Location is perfect. Ambience is flawless. Service is outstanding and well presented. FOOD is outstanding!!!! From the starters to the dessert it was all good. We all ordered something different so we could have a taste of Italy and not one was disappointed. This is a must when in Orlando.

Yelp
We celebrated our anniversary here and couldn't have been happier. Adriatico is a very quaint and intimate restaurant where the meals are personally prepared by the owner/chef himself. My husband's lamb chops with balsamic Demi glaze was incredible. The meat was so tender, he said he didn't really need teeth to eat it. Lol. I had chicken marsala which is what I always order during my first visit to an Italian restaurant and this chicken marsala wins the prize for being the best. For desert, the tiramisu was made from scratch while the vanilla gelato drowned in espresso was very refreshing. By far this was the best Italian mean we had in central Florida and will definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
We came here for the first time for an intimate dinner for my Beautiful Mamas 75th Birthday and this quaint place did not disappoint. She loved it and was happy, which was all that mattered. Excellent food, great service and perfect location. Everything we ordered was delicious.! Heads up, they only serve beer and wine for all you liquor drinkers. All in all, I can see why they had such great compliments on their reviews. The owners really made this place special and authentic. Looking forward to coming back for a romantic dinner with my love.

Yelp
Two of us were walking by after an event and decided to give this place a try. It is a small restaurant with a few bar seats and outdoor tables. Unfortunately, the uppity energy upon entrance is not welcoming or friendly; "Do you have a reservation?" "If not you can sit outside or at the bar" (it was pretty cold last night). After a brief side eye exchange with the boss lady, we opted to sit at the bar while our stomach's growled. Granted, people did come in with reservations but two tables remained available the entire time we were dining. While that lady stood there on her phone. First impressions speak volumes. The food we ordered was fantastic. Based on food alone, 5 stars are deserved; even with small, overpriced portions. Excellent risotto and although the portion is not large, it is legit, real deal risotto. Risotto ai Fuhghi Misti, definitely recommend. Also, the Zuppa di Pesce was my dinner delight. The broth was savory with an addicting kick filled with fresh shellfish and fish. Oh yes, we couldn't resist tiramisu for dessert but the entrees were a hit.
google avatar

Yelp
Some of the best Italian food in all of Orlando! Small family owned restaurant with 1 chef who cooks all of the food made to order! Must try is the Limoncello Flute Dessert that is imported from Italy itself...& you get to keep the glass! If you are in the area you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Mark V.

Yelp
So so DISAPPOINTED! Server was very RUDE and not attentive. He forgot my wife's salad, at the end of our meal he gave us our recipe. As I was counting cash to pay he comes by and literally throws another recipe on the table and says I forgot your wine ... no I'm sorry or any explanation just I forgot your wine ???? VERY RUDE! We really like the atmosphere and food here, but not when your treated like there doing you a favor! The food this trip was just ok. Not sure what was going on but as always you leave a bit hungry... We did get calamari appetizer but couldn't chew it... Very Disappointing. But the server would NEVER of known because he NEVER stopped by to ask !
google avatar

Yelp
My bf and I went last night, and wow! I just moved here from nyc and my family is Italian, so my expectations for good Italian in orlando were quite honestly pretty low. However this place blew me away. From the appetizers (meatballs & homemade bread), to their Caesar salad, to the main course (rigatoni)- everything was delightful. The portions are just enough to split if you'd like (but don't be ashamed if you eat the whole order by yourself). **Take note that they are beer and wine only,** which is the only thing that kept my bill so low probably because I'd prefer a good blue cheese martini, however I enjoyed a delicious glass of house sauv instead. Pricing in general is appropriately priced, affordable, and perfect for date night. Don't forget to grab a bottle of their homemade red sauce on your way out that's for sale!
google avatar

Cathy M.

Yelp
Fabulous! The ambiance was inviting but calm and relaxing. The service was very informative, friendly and fast. The food? Absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!

Clay M.

Yelp
Great original Italian food. No spaghetti and meatballs or lasagna. More upscale Italian food. Great wines. Service is very professional. Small and intimate restaurant. Very romantic. I would not change a thing.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
Everything was very good! I had the pasta bolognese. It was so great, I forgot to take a picture! They make the pasta by hand, fresh daily, in the restaurant. Amazing. The antipasto plate had a ton of flavor, and a large variety of different meats, cheeses, olives, and vegetables. It says it's a serving for two, but there were 4 of us and it was still a good portion for everyone. The cannoli is the best I've been able to find in Orlando. Will definitely be back here.
google avatar

Frank A.

Yelp
Awesome Italian food! Always fresh and on point! They do the pasta al degrees and the sauce is never bitter.

Richard L.

Yelp
We enjoyed our recent trip and will continue to come back. We had a party of six so we did enjoy seeing more of the menu than we would have usually been able to. The Grouper was appreciated as was the Chicken Limone, for pasta dishes we had the Carbonara, as well as the Bucatini dish, and the pasta was perfect. A good wine selection as well. We were seated on our reservation on time and the service was very good and attentive without being overly so. We had forgotten that this place does not serve cocktails and is limited to Beer and Wine. Would recommend this for anyone wanting a great Italian experience in Orlando without the tourist trappings.
google avatar

Yelp
We were staying in Orlando in December 2021. We were looking for Italian food and didn't want the chain restaurants. We were a little hesitant as this is in a strip mall, but the facade looked inviting. When we got inside we were seated right away and the interior is well done and comfortable. Now to the food. I've been married to an Italian lady whose whole family come from Naples and Rome. This is the most delicious meal I've ever had. While we were only there for a short time, we drove back from Melbourne Beach where were staying the following week to have another meal. Fantastic food, well done and well presented.
google avatar

Sydney R.

Yelp
This is a small family run Italian restaurant that is some of the best Italian food I've found around. Came to dine in on a Friday evening and it wasn't terribly busy inside. Our server was Joe and he did a great job anywhere from giving us different wine suggestions that paired with each of our entrees to just being very attentive overall. I got the Gnocci dish with Gorgonzola sauce. I was worried at first it would be way too much cheese, but it wasn't! It was delicious. We topped off our meal by having tiramisu and a panna cotta which were both very tasty and I highly recommend both!
google avatar

Serina E.

Yelp
Great service! Our waiter was fast and attentive. The food...so delicious. The meatballs that I ordered as my appetizer was JUICY and seasoned so well. Had the right texture, perfectly cooked. Their marinara sauce is to die for. The Bolognese pasta that I got was amazing! Noodles were perfect texture as well with an amazing meat sauce. Now the cannoli was creamy, homemade, and FRESH! Wow the shell was crunchy with the right amount of sugar powder! This place is amazing, my wine was amazing, service was amazing, food exceeded my expectation!
google avatar

Sasha S.

Yelp
I CANNOT and I mean CANNOT believe I hadn't been here sooner. We tried so many items off the menu and all of them were phenomenal. Most of the pasta is homemade and the ones that aren't (rigatoni for example) were still absolutely mouth watering. We stayed a little late and met the owner and chef and I felt like we were just in their home telling them how amazing this meal was so pleasant they were. I cannot wait to continue to come back for years to come. Highly recommend if you're looking for down right delicious Italian food.
google avatar

Caro R.

Yelp
What a pleasant find in the area of College Park; we were looking for an authentic Italian place and that is exactly what we found and on top of that their service was outstanding, the owners make you feel so welcome and at home, and the chef makes everything from scratch! The food was so fresh and delicious!
google avatar

Odette E.

Yelp
We finally got to try one of the top Italian restaurants in the area. Long overdo. We order 3 appetizers - meatballs, bruschetta and Caesar salad. My favorite of all 3 dishes was the meatballs. The meatballs were soft and super delicious. The sauce, I wanted a bucket of it. For entrees, we ordered the Lobster ravioli (only comes with 5 ravioli- so if hungry, order so side dishes) Although I dont eat shellfish, all that tried them, love them. We also ordered the parpadelle with Bolognese sauce (A must repeat) and the Vitello with Prosciutto and Mozzarella. It was divine. All of the 3 dishes, this was the most generous one. We finished by sharing a Tiramisu. For me, this is how I know if it is a good Italian restbor nor. My favorite Italian dessert. It did not disappoint me. Why 4 instead of 5? Although the food was 5 stars, we have to keep calling the waiter to attend to us. For the cost, it is something you don't expect. I used my knife during the appetizer round, so was expecting them to check and bring a knife for my dish but didn't. Another person had to remind them to bring the second wine glass order. Again minor things but it complements the entire experience.

Natalia J.

Yelp
My family and I were on vacation from Jersey to Florida and let me just say that this was the best Italian restaurant we have ever gone to. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a delicious authentic Italian dinner. This will not disappoint you! Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures to show our plates but for reference... For appetizers we got the Calamaretti alla Napoletana (keep in mind that they are not fried, the sauce was that came with it was soo good too) and the Caprese (the mozzarella was so fresh!) For our main entrees we got the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, Spaghetti con Vongole ( it was delicious and had lots of little neck clams!), Gamberoni con Spaghetti fra Diavolo, Pappardelle allo Scoglio, and Pappardelle di Amalfi. Everyone left their plates clean and did not regret what they ordered, they all loved it. For dessert we got the torta de la Nona and the tiramisu, which both were exquisite. We wanted to buy the rest of torta de la nona because of how good it was but the one we ate was the last piece:(

Yelp
Marco is a master in the kitchen! He makes the meals with passion and consistent with the original recipes! Sean and Rosetta are welcoming. Sean ensures you are taken care of and you enjoy the meal. He knows how to wet your appetite through his descriptions. Rosetta checks in at the right moments like Nonna would do! I cannot day enough about the quality of the food, vegetables and meats. Please do not skip the desserrts all of them are delectable. Favorites are Panna cotta, ice cream with Amarena and the limoncello flute! Come with an appetite to embrace Italy in Florida! Buon Appetito

Yelp
This place is amazing. It is 1000% authentic and the owners make you feel like family. They are known for seafood but everything is homemade and incredible. If you live in Orlando, visiting Orlando, or around Orlando I beg you to try this place. The ultimate small business dining experience. I'm almost speechless writing this review because the experience was so great.
google avatar

Linda M.

Yelp
This location is very small & quaint. The decor is appropriate and nice mellow music. First thing that I didn't care for was the waiter who seated us waited for me to pull out my own chair & seat my self. My husband was on the other side of the table. The salads were on the expensive side considering they were not special at all. The entrees were good considering the pasta was fresh made. The red sauce was fairly bland. Nothing other than bread with oil & balsamic was offered. The service was good and attentive, but then again, the place is tiny. I was off-put by the owners wife / mother staring us down during our entire meal. I'm sure she meant well but, it was uncomfortable.
google avatar

Austin M.

Yelp
The title "Best Authentic Italian in Orlando" is true. My wife and I went to Rome this past year and I will say the food and atmosphere reminded us precisely of a small family-owned restaurant in the heart of Italy off the beaten path. I had the "Tortellacci alla Salvia" - large tortellini with beef and veal tossed in a butter sauce. From the first bite, a great comfort rushed over all my senses. My wife had the "Gnocchi della Casa" and she gushed that it was the same quality level that we had back in Italy. We will be back, both by ourselves and with friends, to experienced this little slice of Italy in Orlando again.
google avatar

Victor F.

Yelp
Small and quaint restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. We tried the linguine with white garlic sauce and seafood. It was absolutely delicious with proper portion size. You can taste and smell the freshness of the homemade pasta. A must try when in town.
google avatar

Melissa W.

Yelp
I was so excited to find this Italian restaurant with homemade pasta and authentic family owned. Most menu items have Pork on them so for a non pork eater this was a challenge. I really wanted pasta since it is homemade, but when I asked to substitute potatoes for pasta the up charge was 7 or 7.50. However the table in front of me that were regulars the waiter asked if she wanted to substitute pasta for vegetables. Hmmmm My service was lacking which truly ruined my experience. .......no drink refills until I was finished with my meal, no cheese on the pasta until the owner walked over and asked how the meal was. I know these restaurants thrive on local residents, but don't make your dislike for others so obvious. I mean I just live an hour away and find myself in Orlando fairly frequently. The tortellini with veal/beef was good and light, but the Cesar salad was to write home about. If service doesn't matter than give this place a try.

Yelp
This restaurant is such a great representation of what a family owned and operated place should be. It has a Cozy and warm atmosphere, servers dressed in white button down shirts greeting you as you enter, and you just know you're getting a delicious Italian meal. The owners are walking around greeting and talking to their patrons. Lovely restaurant. Lovely service. For dinner, we had the burrata, the Caesar salad. The grouper Picata special and the tagliatelle. The Caesar salad was very good and the kitchen split in two plates. The burrata came out very cold so it wasn't creamy. I think burrata has to be room temperature and creamy. This was more of a cottage cheese consistency on the inside. The tagliatelle was Devine. The grouper was also so delicious. It was made with a creamy lemon sauce with capers and it complimented the fish perfectly. Tip: don't eat all the bread :-) it's warm and served with excellent olive oil.

Yelp
So we made a reservation a few weeks ago for a table of four for Friday, April 30 and specifically mentioned an outdoor table. Not only did the restaurant deny even having our reservation at first, but later said they found it, but for Saturday May 1st. We showed the restaurant our reservation and only then did they say they found it, but would only seat us inside. No one was outside, not a single table. There were several 6 top tables and 2 top tables. They refused to seat us outside. We decided not to eat there because they lied about us having a reservation (only to find it later when we showed them our reservation on our phones). If you don't want to accommodate a party of 4 outside, don't offer it online. We won't be back
google avatar

Yelp
First time stopping in and had some super flavorful and authentic Italian food! Started with the burrata for an appetizer and it was nice and creamy. Spread it over their warm bread and it was even better. Next I got the gnocchi with gorgonzola cream sauce and oh my God. I accidentally ate the entire thing. Ha! Not sure how I managed to save room for dessert but I did. Shared the tiramisu to end the night and it was on point. Service was good and I'm pretty sure it was the owner who stopped by the table to check on us. I will definitely be back to try some other dishes. Not that I needed anymore food but I wish the dinners came with a small side salad. Also, the restaurant is very quaint so be sure to make reservations beforehand.

Yelp
Super fresh and delicious- the BEST Italian food in the Orlando area. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!!!

Yelp
Had dinner at Adriatica Traittoria Italiana on Saturday evening last and it was the best dining experience I've had in many years! The food, the wine, the service and the ambiance made it so. The place is a gem that you search for and seldom find. The quintessential Family owned, classic Italian restaurant, and Rosetta (The owner) is an ebullient, full-of-life Italian Grandmother whose light shines on every guest! Adriatica will be on my list of 'Must-go-to' spots every time I visit Orlando in the future! Thanks Rosetta for making our last day in Orlando on this trip a memorable one!

Yelp
Very average Italian restaurant in a nice area with high prices. My wife and I stopped here the other day to grab a quick bite to eat before heading out to an event in the area. We were craving some Italian food and thought this place looked nice. The inside is all brick and very classy. However, there was a large party inside, so we decided to sit outside. The waiter greeted us and told us about the specials. He was a very nice waiter and was, along with the interior, the highlight of the meal. We both decided to get the one of the specials he mentioned (I got the short rib pasta and my wife got the fish). We also decided to get one of the wines he recommended. While the wine came out rather quickly, the food took a verrry long time to come out. I usually don't mind because it means the food is fresh, but 45 minutes for short rib pasta and fish is a bit much. In terms of the quality of the food and drink, it was more miss than hit. The wine had a strange sour taste to it, but it was cheap and we didn't mind that much. My short rib pasta, when it finally came out, was a weird mixture of scalding hot and cold (we suspect thus was due to being microwaved). Aside from the temperature, it tasted alright, but wasn't very special. My wife's fish had a great crust to it (a common theme at many Orlando restaurants), but the fish itself was very average. We finished our food and received the check. I couldn't believe that the specials were both about $35 apiece! While that isn't a very outrageous cost for Italian food in general, most of the menu items were $20-$30 and you would figure that the specials, which weren't actually very special, wouldn't be the most expensive items. Overall, the restaurant has some decent characteristics, but the average food quality, long wait times, and high prices will cause us to look at other Italian restaurants for future dining.

Yelp
This place is amazing!! It's a cute spot in college park. The food is always excellent and the service too. We like to sit outside when we go. Must haves are the artichokes, 4 cheese shrimp and antipasto for apps, dinner we usually get the Zuppa du pesce , papadelle amalfi, and since it's the kids favorite restaurant and Only Italian place they will eat at the penne alla vodka. And of course dessert is a must especially the tiramisu.

Yelp
Such a great regional Italian restaurant right in College Park. The owners are a married couple from Italy that take great pride in their food, making the pastas and sauces fresh daily. We had fresh bread with olive oil and balsamic, Caprese, Pappardelle Amalfi, Spaghetti con Vongole and for dessert a Limoncello flute. Every bite was wonderful and our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Great date night, we'll be back.

Yelp
Amazing, authentic Italian food. The best gnocchi I've ever had! We also had calamari, meatballs, and my husband had the grouper special. We finished our meal with pancetta made in house. Meeting Rosetta, the owner and wife of the chef, was the cherry on top. She is the sweetest. It made the dining experience feel like we were visiting our Italian mom in Sicily. Loved every minute of this experience and we will be back!
