"I'm told Afishonado will be a 7,000-square-foot indoor-and-outdoor restaurant overlooking Biscayne Bay, designed by Celano Design Studio and led by Top Chef season 13 winner Jeremy Ford, who has again teamed with Grove Bay Hospitality Group. The menu will be seafood-forward and described as a “casual, refined ocean-centric dining experience with coastal cuisine.” The space is planned to feature eclectic elements and contrasting textures, an open kitchen and raw bar, and a waterfront cocktail bar. It is slated to be housed in the new Regatta Harbour development and is set to debut sometime in 2020." - Olee Fowler

This place and the staff are fantastic. They have a fabulous selection of seafood and the prices are VERY reasonable for the quality you are getting. My favourite product is the tuna saku block so making sushi at home is better than going to a restaurant. I've used their delivery service before and they're prompt, communicative, and take great care with packing foods being delivered. Afishionados deserves 10 stars

Listen. Listen. Take the time to drive out to Afishionado. The name alone is worth it, but they have some of the freshest and inexpensive seafood in the city. You can also find their products at the Warehouse Market on Isleville too.

I really admire the responsible business practices that Aficionados puts into play. Supporting local fish sources AND only carrying ethically sourced fish from sustainable species ticks off all of my boxes for a concious and delicious meal. I have found all the staff, that I have dealt with, to be friendly and very knowledgeable. The freshness and quality of their stock is simply superb. Try the whelks!

Their subscription would be amazing just by living in a place without a local seafood store/department, but you also know exactly where it's coming from and how it's harvested, and the suggested recipes continue to impress. Great service, too. The only time there was an issue, they made it right immediately!

I have been receiving my monthly fish supply from Afishionado for almost two years. The product is top quality and the service is amazing. And it's sustainable and I get information on provenance and type of fishery. If you like fish this is the place.

Seafood you can feel good about eating. We love the weekly surprise and pick up is very convenient. Last week we had fresh smelts. A huge treat as it's nearly impossible to find them fresh.
