Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage

This is a great hotel. It's beautiful, clean and the service is excellent. But, on our last visit we were sorely disappointed to learn they now permit smoking in the casino. On our previous visit the whole hotel including the casino was smoke free, but no longer is that the case.We booked here specifically because we believed we could enjoy the room and the casino in a smoke free environment. Unfortunately, within the last six months they changed the non-smoking policy and didn't add it to their website, so we arrived not knowing the new smoking policy. While we found the service very good and the room quite nice and restful, we will unlikely return due to the smoking issue. I understand that their Cathedral City location is still smoke free, but since they don't have a hotel there, you can't stay and play in a smoke free setting. I know that smoking and gaming often go hand-in-hand, but we thought Agua Caliente was trying to change that behavior. Sadly, they capitulated to the smoking guests over the non-smokers.

Fun & quick stop for casino gaming. It is a small casino but still has everything you want. It is conveniently located off the freeway. It was so easy to jump right off the highway to run in and play a few slots! The staff at the food court were so friendly and the service was great! The only thing to be aware of, in case of sensitivities, is that it is a smoking casino. Other than that, it's a great place.

rooms are very nice here, food is very good depending where u go. try the steak house, casino does suck and plays very tight. if you want more loose machines go to fantasy springs trust me. I lost over 15k in one night here and never went up at all... if you like to drink and party this is a fun place but nothing to do for kids other than swimming. they do have a cigar lounge that's cool and you can get a bomb massage but for a gambler nah this aint it.

Driven by Agua Caliente many times but never stayed there until this past week (wanted to treat myself to a short stay-cation). ||I was really impressed with this resort! The rooms were comfortable & clean, with a large soaking tub & upscale toiletries in the bathroom. The floor to ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the desert landscape. ||The pool area was so relaxing & comfortable. Very nice music playing throughout the day, and another huge bonus is its open late! unlike vegas pools this one is open until 9pm! ||Overall here's my thoughts:|+ upscale & well maintained |+ offers great value |+ within driving distance of tons of attractions in Palm Springs |+ beautiful pool area & amenities

Three words: Milky Way Ghetto. Agua Caliente is a smaller, cozier casino with plenty of easy parking. When you sign up for their members club, they'll toss you a $20 free play bonus, which is always a sweet little perk. I didn't stay at the hotel, just popped in to try my luck on the slots. And hey, I actually doubled my money! Things were going great... until they weren't. As we were heading out, we saw a man get jumped by two others right outside the entrance. It was shocking. A crowd just stood around watching, frozen, and it wasn't until the hotel bellhop sprinted into the casino to grab security that anyone took action. It was hard to witness. This isn't Las Vegas so set your expectations accordingly. If you do that, Agua Caliente can still offer a decent gaming experience. Just stay aware and stay safe!

I was invited to a player development offer. I received a free room, free play, and resort credit. I charged food to the room and checked out. Later, I saw a charge from AC for the food. I called and they told me that the hotel policy is that guests can only dispute charges within 24 hours. This was confirmed by player development. At no time was I told about this policy. Other casinos apply the credit automatically. What a scam. Don't go. Plenty of other casinos that don't treat players this way.

The rooms are very expensive for a casino and the casino machines are very tight! 2 ticket winners on $1300 spend! The rooms are very nice, though! The steak house is overpriced as well, $70 for 7 oz fillet, and the cafe is understaffed. Even though it was empty, we had to wait over 15 minutes to sit down. We just ate at the bar, and the dude seemed really disinterested in helping us! The breakfast was actually very good, coffee was delicious, the food was hot and plentiful! The spa was in line with the expense of the facility, over $300 for a massage, ouch! They do have valet service, but make sure you call down in advance or it will take a minute to get your car! The bell service was quick and efficient. I did like the fact they allowed us to check in before 4 pm, we arrived at 1 pm, and they let us check in! Their business model appears to want to cater to the rich and famous, and that is not us! You would think, like most casinos, the gaming offsets some of the margin on other services!!! That is not the case at this property! They want to charge you top dollar for all services even though they are taking your money in the casino! First and last time staying there!

We stayed two nights Friday and Saturday. My wife enjoyed the spa. The room was spacious but very expensive. You do get a huge tub and walk in shower with two sinks and a private toilet behind it's own door. Great pool view. The steakhouse was very good and had reasonable prices. The gaming was not bad we actually had a great time and enjoyed the different slots and roulette table. Employees were nice and they offered free valet. Tips appreciated. I would definitely visit again.

So nice of Agua Caliente Resort and Spa to comp us three nights and a dinner at The Steakhouse for our anniversary. Just really great to have some time off in a comfortable atmosphere. Jo always has fun at the slots and did pretty well this round. Of course the dining experience was amazing, and thanks to Eric for such a nice touch with the Tiramisu dessert for our celebration. Thank you everyone.

Been here a few times now. Unfortunately not my favorite location among all the locations. Thru COVID, they were non-smoking. And smoking was very prevalent for new years. I hated it. A combination of cigarette and cigar smoke everywhere. I've only found one set of machines I enjoy playing at, but I think it's everyone's favorite too. Lol! I don't win as often as I like here, I actually prefer the PS location. This last NY day, we went back to play a bit. Right before we decided to leave, I did a quick play at one of the dollar machines. After a few pulls, I won $$$. It didn't make up for what I already lost NYE, So if you enjoy a smaller casino, the PS location is ideal. Plus I have an EV. Tlinonky found 2 chargers here. One has a sign saying it's not working and the other one was always occupied. Their PS location has more EV chargers, if I remember correctly. Parking is very convenient. They have a parking structure and a large uncovered parking lot. The structure can be a bit confusing. Not very well designed. Staff here is a hit and miss. Some are very nice and some can be a bit rude. One time, I grabbed a bottle of water from the countertop, might I mind you this is the complimentary water they offer, and the staff member rudely said, "you're welcome, sir." I really didn't know how to take that comment. It's not like he offered me the water. It was on the countertop to take, right? I didn't have to ask permission to take a bottle of complimentary water, especially for my elderly mom that was with me.

We come here to see shows/concerts. This casino is outstanding. The service reminds me of the service that you used to receive in Las Vegas in the 80s. Very personable and very concerned that you are having an outstanding time. Something that is greatly missing in Vegas these days. Agua Caliente as a gorgeous facility. Everything looks well, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The show venue is equally spectacular. Highly recommend coming here instead of taking the 4 Hour Dr. to Las Vegas and dealing with all of the extra resort fees that they put into place.

My wife and I arrived yesterday around noon. Temperature Check at front door. Everyone wearing masks (Staff & Customers ). Casino clean hand sanitizers everywhere. All machines appear open and casino is @ 50% capacity. 360 degree micro shield coating on surfaces.The room is gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Enjoyed Happy Hour @ Waters Bar. Appetizers were great and drink are reasonable. Going to the steakhouse tonight and will update review.

Poorly managed and lights are too bright for a relaxing experience at a spa. Nobody needs runway lights in the steam room. I'm not there to read a book.

We got tired of Vegas so we started coming to Agua Caliente hotel resort & casino. We love it here. The Steakhouse offers so many delicious selections and very reasonable prices. And the staff is friendly and accommodating. We also appreciate all of their staff that work there that makes us feel so welcomed. One of the best resorts in Palm Springs/Indio.

The machines rarely pay. When they do, they pay small amounts. Dosent smell clean like it used too. Some of the staff are nice others no so kind. I do not recommend this location.

Very nice, comfortable room. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. I would definetely visit again. But, I would recommend the hotel to not charge for waters and snacks. Those should be free and should have unlimited water bottles for guests not only in the casino but the rooms. Also, there should have Educator discounts. Overall, pleasant and relaxing experience with beautiful views and very delicious food.

I have been here twice now for concerts Duran Duran (September 2019), & Air Supply (February 2024), & this time around, I also booked a room and stayed the night! Beautiful casino inside and out and very classy registration/checkout area, gift shop, and restaurants, as well as a spa, pool are, & fitness center. The rooms are very nice too and I was really impressed with mine. The bed was so comfy! The amenities in the room are nice. There are snacks and water in the rooms, but of you want them you have to buy them. The small fridge kept my two waters the front desk gave me nice and cold, which I like. I had a lovely view of snow-covered mountains from my window. Loved seeing that view! I utilized the valet parking service too which came in handy. The front desk stored my suitcase for me after checkout also while I had breakfast with family members from Palm Springs before I headed back home to Arizona. They took great care of me as did the maids when they came by to see if I needed anything extra. Very awesome VIP treatment here!

Since our last visit they have made this casino back to smoking. It wouldn't t be bad if the ventilation was better, but I was sitting at the bar by The Show and the smell was horrible. It smelled like a backed up sewer. I felt so bad for the people working the bar and surrounding area: The machines are a real hit and miss especially in the high limit slots room. I play video poker and the machines in the high limit room always have keys that stick, the deal button won't work so you have to use the screen, and some of the screens are off centered so it's hard to enter your code for free play. And free play is another thing, you have to insert money in order for the free play to work. The men's restrooms are horrendous. My husband says every time he uses them, there's a disgusting mess on the floor, I won't elaborate as to what it is. Although the staff are great, and the food is good, we aren't interested in visiting thanks to the smoking.

I went for my first time they have a steakhouse and I saw watches right next to the jewelry.

I am specifically reviewing the newly remodeled Poker room at Agua Caliente, which was reopened in early Nov 2024 after almost five months of remodeling. Unless you like poker with babies screaming in the background - don't go. I was a "regular" there in the past, but upon returning yesterday was shocked to find that the poker room, although remodeled, had also been moved from it's nice quiet North end of the casino to DIRECTLY next to the food court catering to all hotel guests, visitors - and their families. Loud with periodic baby screaming. The poker room used to only pick up faint sounds of slot machines, now you hear much more from outside the room, interfering with concentration and enjoyment. Further, the only noticeable changes in the layout were new tables with old-style USB hubs, same old chairs, and a few extra big-screen TV monitors. It's sad, because there is no other live poker in the Coachella Valley. I left early and I won't be back.

Well we were there to see fireworks. Ended up getting food which there were not a lot of options. Smelled very stuffy the air circulation inside the casino was not good. Fireworks were awesome.

My GF Patty "PattytOH" stayed one night it was an AMAZING experience from easy check-in to to check-out we enjoyed the pool had dinner at the steak house. My girl LOVED it. This a great hotel to visit. -Levi & Patty

It's a very sad turn of events... Agua is now ALL smoking. We had 4 wonderful years of clean air. Now that has horribly ended. There isn't even a non- smoking area in the casino. Why on earth would this happen? Only 7% of the population smokes. Why cater to such a small minority? Well, Yaamava is a bigger casino and they continue to be healthy and non-smoknon-smoking. Farewell Agua.

***This review is only for the parking and shuttle service provided for Carvana PPA Tour - The Masters event only*** On January 14th, 2024, my eldest daughter and I attended the Championship matches for the first 2024 Carvana PPA Tour - The Masters event. This event was held at the Mission Hills Country Club. There was no parking allowed for any participants, vendors, and even the Pro pickleball players at the country club whatsoever. They all had to park elsewhere. Luckily, they offered parking at the Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa. When we got here, we turned into an all inclusive dirt parking lot which I didn't mind. It was $10 per car and this included free shuttle service to and from the country club. Not a bad deal. The gentleman who took our payment and the drivers were really nice. The drive was only about 7 mins away. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to check out the Agua Caliente Resort. I don't gamble, but I wouldn't mind visiting their dining options as I love to eat. I am a foodie wherever I go. Till we meet again Agua Caliente!!! P.S. Agua Caliente means "hot water" in Spanish. Hey, my four years of Spanish in high school didn't go to waste LOL.

I thought Vegas slots were tight but Agua Caliente gives it a whole new meaning. We were warned so I decided to bet small between $1.25 and $2.50 with occasional $5 on mainly DragonLink and Lightning. We were there twice during the week playing 4 to 5 hours each visit. Bonuses were few and far between and when you do get them, the wins were pathetic. My best bonus was $300 one time; the rest were under $50. Even betting small added up to a big loss. I saw a few jackpots all under $2200 for people who were betting $25 and 62.50 per spin. Definitely 1-star for slot payouts. Another star added for the friendly staff at the Club and 360. Slot variety was similar to Vegas but not fun when they were all vacuums. This is the type of casino that if you were lucky to win $200, leave immediately!

So, I didn't have much luck at this casino, but it was still fun. Went on a weekday, so it was fairly empty. The food here tho... magical (specifically one restaurant that we knew nothing about, but decided to try it out anyway). THE FOOD ELABORATION. Tried a few restaurants over the course of two days... - Waters Café | A good spot to grab a bite to eat, but if you're looking for the most unbelievable steaks ever go to.... - The Steakhouse | Go. Here. Today. I cannot stress this enough, I was blown away by their steaks. I expected a great dinner, but this went next level. THE VIBE EVOCATION. It's a nice, clean casino with plenty of floor space to run around and hit up all the different slot machines. Opening up back in 2001, everything still feels very new and modern. It's also a smoke free casino, so smoke your cig outside first and then come in to play. THE PARKING AFFAIR. There's a parking structure with free parking that is connected to the casino. Therefore, no walking under the sun during those hot summer months! THE RETURN QUANDARY. Definitely definitely definitely, I'd come back. Casino space is lovely and The Steakhouse is absolutely a destination spot if you're a foodie in search of hidden gems.

Thank you Agua Caliente Resort for such a great event, very well organized. The sweet ladies were super helpful. We explored the casino and the vibe was great, with great music, machine slots, people dancing and having a good time.. We will definitely come back for another event.

While everyone was at Coachella, I was at Agua Caliente to see Jokoy lol The show venue is located on the casino floor, just follow the signs that say "THE SHOW" lol yes the venue is really called "The show" :) The venue is on the smaller side so every seat has a great view of the stage. Upon entering, our tickets were scanned, purses were searched, walked through the metal detectors and then headed to our seats. There was a bar on each level, as well as CLEAN restrooms and one merch stand on the main level. The employees were friendly except for a couple employees at the merch counter (rolling their eyes so hard they saw their brains). HA! Definitely recommend catching a show here, as I said before, there is not a bad seat in the house :)

The Show venue is awesome. The Steakhouse is yummy! The machines are lively, very friendly service!

Ok yes, this is a casino and not a dedicated concert venue or stadium, well it actually is a dedicated venue but just in a casino. Great parking just follow the instructions which are intended for drunk people so easy to find your way in and out. DON'T Drink and Drive. The Show is located at the very end of the of the casino which strategically requires you walking past all the gambling, I get it. This casino is by far the cleanest and smoke free resort casino I have ever been in. I don't gamble so cannot comment on some of the negative ROI remarks. We've attended 6 concerts here all have been fun and for Berlin we were front row hence the photos which are not allowed? Not sure on that but it says it on the ticket. Acoustics were okay but we had ear plugs provided thanks to Pricilla one of the hosts. But it sounded great when Terri was talking. Great seats, comfortable but I'd not recommend the orchestra section unless you want to be right there. Cost? Well we purchased off site so coughed up $600 for two seats front row and they were pretty spectacular. Had a few drinks in the casino and in the concert area all well poured and reasonable. Book an event here it is very much worth it, if you gamble have fun.

It was the first time staying,paid hotel and resort fee everything! At the end can't play slots cause system was down I have 3 vouchers but only cash works, still try to enjoy our night since me and my partner barely get 1 night away from our kids but this is the worst !!! Waiting for attendant to pay me! Paid hotel for nothing ! Can I get my refund !!used all my cash cause system is down slot machine only accept cash. Is it the global outage?

7/3/2024, It's easy to go out into the 115 degrees heat of Rancho Mirage but next to impossible to win on the slots at any of their three casinos here in the desert. Happy July 4th, 2024

People of earth listen up, please, this is an actual bonafied review thats ,coming from a Christian man, my hand to GOD ... two names you need to know - Eddie and Ronnie. It's because of their efforts I was comped 2 free nights at the hotel !!! Just because I went there a year ago and signed up for their Ace players club !!!! Can you believe that? Do you know how much cash that normally runs !!! I couldn't believe it myself, but they did it !!!! Eddie through the assist to Ronnie and Ronnie slam dunked it with a 360 * reverse !!!! There's still plenty of good people in the world. People don't lose hope in humanity , just set your eyes on the LORD and good things happen to you .... Amen !!!!

Agua caliente Management.. Please make this great casino NON SMOKING again. I went gambling at the Rancho Mirage location, and I was blown away by the smell of disgusting cigarette smoke. I immediately started having issues because of the smoke. 2 days later, I still feel the effects from the 2nd hand cigarette smoke. I truly believe you will lose gamblers because of the fact you are now allowing smoking. I feel bad for the employees who have to breathe in the unhealthy secondhand smoke. You probably have more nonsmokers than smokers that gamble at your casino. Please reconsider this smoking policy.

I e been coming to this Casino for years. They recently moved the slot machines and got rid of a lot of classic slots. Those machines were amazing and much fun. I've been talking to many of the locals and they are not happy with the changes. Many have said they go to gamble in other casinos about half hour to an hour away because they have the machines they are use to. I myself will not be coming back anytime soon. As they say change is good but in this situation it was not. You have made a lot of people mad and upset. We are there by choice to gamble our hard earned money and not to be able to play the machines we want. Sorry but I'm taking my money else were.

Some time back, I went to a quinceañera at this cool resort, and let me tell you, it left a lasting impression on me. The place was so fancy; my type of place. The party was on point, everything from the fancy ballroom to the scrumptious food was perfect; the birthday girl could also agree. She had a ball. Even though I didn't stay the night, the rooms looked so cozy, I kinda wished I had. The staff were so nice, they really made the whole thing even better.

Use to be a really nice place to come hang out relax, ever since they let all the smokers smoke inside it's a terrible place now fell so Bad for the workers. Rather go to Moreno or Yaamava'.

This was my favorite casino for several years but went for dinner Jan. 3rd and the entire casino stunk of cigarette smoke!! I can't believe they allow smoking. People were walking around holding ashtrays. If you value your health stay away from this place.

As usual the WaterGrill was wonderful. Our waiter, Mayson offered to bring hot tea for my mom who fighting a cough. So nice ans attentive We also went the Steakhouse. Absolutely fabulous

We have stayed at Aqua Caliente many times. What a disappointment when checking in for our Holiday stay we discovered they changed back to 100% smoking (without even notifying us). The employees were blindsided by the change, too. As soon as you walk into the hotel and/or step off the elevator you get hit with the cigarette odor. My heart goes out to the employees who have to work in this environment. The casino floor is not large enough for 100% smoking. If you want a non smoking experience....Morongo Resort and Casino (about 15-20 minutes away off the I-10) is the place to stay. The Morongo is a very large casino, so the smaller smoking area doesn't interfere with the nonsmoking area. PLEASE GO BACK TO 100% NONSMOKING. Thank you.

They really need to learn how to run a poker room. I know they just reopened, but they have silly table rules, and terrible customer service. I missed my $1 small blind, and came back in the middle of that hand. Dealer very rudely demanded I pay $4 for my missed blinds. The whole table was telling her she was wrong, and that I only owed $1. Floor came and backed her up, said that's the rule. Terrible rule. Also, rule or not, the dealer, Maria, could have been nice. She was condescending and very aggressive and rude. I won't be back.

From the minute we walked into the fully non-smoking casino we were very impressed. We hadn't been to the casino since it first opened. Now, we've just come back from an overnight getaway and are looking forward to returning. The property is very nice and very well maintained. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ate twice at the onsite restaurant and enjoyed both meals. I think our most pleasant surprise was that the casino is non-smoking. It was great to enjoy some time playing while not choking on others smoke. The accessible room was very comfortable. It was large and had high quality amenities. The only downside as others have pointed out is the walls are thin and we had children next door. But other than that our experience was very positive. We look forward to another short getaway at Agua Caliente.

Recently had a short stay during the week and the suite was great. Check-in was easy and my room was available a few hours before check-in. The room service was easy to order and the food was good. The room was very clean and the view was great. There's snacks (for a charge), coffee, espresso, bath robes with slippers, a sowing kit by powder mirror, plenty of towels, temperature easy to control, remote blinds, and a wet bar. Plenty of amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

Been coming for years. Thrilled the casino went non smoking. Was there 3 weeks ago only to discover the casino so thick with smoke it was actually difficult to breathe in some areas. Maybe better ventilation needed since we are now subjected to this horrible health hazard just walking through the casino.

This place is no fun, place is almost empty, nobody wins, Friday night and about one third full, don't waste your money here, cheaper driving to Vegas, we won't be coming back, food is way over priced. You don't hear anyone yelling as if they won, sad place. Nope not ever coming back.

Excellent, excellent hotel and stellar service beginning to end!!! Seriously. I wish I could remember everyone's names but Grace was the last we spoke to and if she alone was the face of the hotel experience, you wouldn't stay anywhere else!!! What a wonderful, kind associate and a terrific example of how to treat a guest like they're a guest in your home and not at your work. That's how we felt.. like a guest in her own home, valued and loved. Thank you Grace and to everyone who we encountered. Your WHOLE team is top notch. We will be back.

It's eight o'clock in the morning when I show up to the casino. It's not my usual gambling place, but I've got an appointment nearby. The Waters Cafe is my first destination. Having eaten there before, I figure I can get a good meal. Yes I'm hungry, but the hostess tells me it's a 15 to 20 minute wait. I peak in to see just a few tables seated. It's really quiet in the casino at this time. I wondered if it was me but I'm not dressed badly. Whatever the reason, it's too bad because I won't return. Morongo treats me like a queen.

I can't say enough about this place it's amazing. Such good food and games aswell as probably the best room I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, and that view!!!! Can't wait to be back one day but until then, keep on rocking Agua Caliente (:

Big fail when you decided to let people smoke in the casino. Used to love going to shows and spending time at the casino. Went to a show last night and had the shock of people being allowed to smoke again. Could not wait to exit the building. Will never return as long as smoking is allowed. Nice job of killing your patrons Aqua Caliente. I will stick to the Casinos that have banned smoking. Too bad. Was a great concert venue until you gave into disgusting cigarette smoking patrons.

The hotel rooms are very well kept and super clean. I really enjoyed the huge tub and shower. The water pressure was excellent. The gym is great and the aroma therapy cooling towels for after a work out is a nice touch. I wish I could have enjoyed the pool more but unfortunately there were sooo many children splashing excessively, screaming, and crying that it made it hard to relax. Overall this is a beautiful casino and I enjoyed my stay. The casino is very generous with comp rooms, free play, and dinning credits.

First time here to support my cousin concert, unfortunately they got rid of the buffet during the pandemic, but they had variety of cuisines, I got to try the Jade Asian restaurant and the Waters Cafe, both had amazing food, I ordered bone in steak at Waters, plus ox tails soup and Pad Thai noodles at Jade, they should stay opened and not closing any of their restaurants because people will get hungry all night playing. Their music venue was great as well, decent room to accommodate the big crowd, good sound and video, also nice backstage area, definitely come here again when I have a chance.

Good times the 24 hours I was at this resort. Thank you to the free Players card given by this resort while playing any of the games, my overnight stay, meals, concert tickets and free play were all compiled by the hotel. I am NOT a big spender as my limit is $300.00 total and I only play penny slots yet, to be comped sooo much by this beautiful resort is unbelievable. This this recent visit, not only did I get to see a blast from the past in concert, KC & the Sunshine Band, but we also won a $13,500 jackpot playing penny slots. First jackpot won this large ever! The resort store, Essentials is very nice and offers most anything you may need. In my case, I HAD to have Hot Cheetos. Employees are very friendly, helpful and professional. The casino is very clean, the AC works perfect, music is high energy and very good, Resort employees are very friendly and professional, security is visible throughout the property and machines definitely pay out. The arena here is very nice and all seats have a clear view of the stage This was definitely a positive experience

This is rated a 4 diamond hotel but the people make it a 3 star at best. It's a shame how women leave the restrooms. They do not wait to confirm the toilet is flushed properly, they splatter all over the seat and floor, (worse than men!), they leave their soiled paper on the floor, they drip all over the sink making a mess so no one else has anywhere to place their belongings while they wash their hands... truly despicable! They have no respect for the attendance who are there only to ensure that the restaurants are stocked and fresh. They're not there to pick up. Everybody else is disgusting filthy mess.. PLEASE!!! be kind and respectful and use common sense and restroom etiquette EVERYWHERE. You are in the desert and there are simply not enough people to staff any where! they're limited on the applicant pool, so please be aware and clean up after yourself..

Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They called me multiple times to see if I would cancel my room. I told them no. Then I called to see if there is a cancellation penalty and they canceled my room without my approval. And then tried to tell me I canceled the room. It's very clear they have no professional customer skills and unethical business practices. Clearly you can see from other reviewers this stems as deep rooted issue of customer service issues. Treating ex-military this way they should be ashamed of themselves.
