Aiea Bowl Review - Aiea - Oahu - The Infatuation

"A bowling alley might not be where you’d expect to find fantastic oxtail soup and some of the crispiest and juiciest fried chicken in Hawai‘i (a state full of excellent examples), but that’s just what you’ll get at Aiea Bowl. Alongside those two essentials, always save room for dessert, especially the lemon crunch cake—we often stop by just for the soft fluffy cake layered with lemon and toffee bits. You don’t have to bowl to eat here, but given that you’re in a bowling alley, this place is great for groups. Plus, then you can order more cake." - Martha Cheng

What a great place for a family outing. If you plan ahead there is tons of room and the alley is perfect. It's been years since I bowled and we can't wait to do it again.

Food was outstanding. Probably some of the best fried chicken and kalbi ive gotten on the island. Service was outstanding and the portion size was great! I'll be back!

Went 1:00 pm wrong time. I waited a half an hour, but it was worth the wait. I ordered the mixed plate of loco moco and tasty chicken. It was divine😁. There were four of us each had an entree, we ordered 6 drafts from the bar. The ticket came out to be less than 100 bucks plus tip. I got the pumpkin crunch for dessert. Yum yummy 😋

What are unique little spot. The tasty chicken truly was amazing. I would go back just for the chicken. There was a little bit of a wait. I thought it was funny that people were more interested in going to eat then to go to bowl. We also tried the pumpkin crunch cake and it was pretty delicious

Food: 3/5 Dessert: 5/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Overall: I'd come here for dessert every time I visit Oahu! The food is just ok. The extended review... Food: Oxtail Soup - 3/5 - I was craving this but at the end of the day it was just ok even with saimin. I remember it being better in the past but this time around in the past. Lemon Crunch Cake - 5/5 - Now this is the star of the restaurant. I come for this cake alone and you should too! Nice flavor and texture. Service: 3/5 - Friendly service. Ambiance: 3/5 - It's in a bowling alley which is an interesting location for a restaurant.

Do you like fun bowing? With a variety of tunes? Surrounded by lots of laughter? How about really Great Food? If you have not visited Aiea Bowl since the renovation, you should. You'll keep returning. There's up to three levels of parking. And the only thing you lose is a game 🎳
