I recently visited your restaurant and ordered the Egg Perico, which was listed on the menu for $9.99. However, when I received my bill, I was charged $11.99. I asked the waitress about the price difference, and she told me that the lower price is only valid until 11 AM. I reviewed the menu again and saw no mention of this time-based pricing.
I found this misleading and disappointing. Clear pricing is essential, and I don’t feel I was treated with the level of respect or transparency a customer deserves. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, and I’d appreciate it if you could clarify the correct pricing policy going forward.
