"Ají Ceviche Bar is ideal for a casual feast of super fresh seafood and pisco sours. Go for the ceviche sampler, that way you’ll get the three house favorites: the classic that lets the top-tier fish quality do the heavy lifting, one with zesty Peruvian yellow pepper cream, and another that has a sweet-and-spicy sauce made from rocoto peppers. Their passion fruit pisco sour is refreshingly tart, and carafes of non-alcoholic coconut limonada go down just as easily. Hearty chunks of beef and veggies in the lomo saltado have the power to rescue any wet Florida day, and some perfectly-grilled octopus with crispy potatoes also make for great entrees. This place is pretty small with a ton of regulars, so expect a wait during the weekend lunch and dinner rush." - Macy Johnson

Sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was absolutely delicious! The portions were super generous, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a fun and flavorful meal. And don’t even get me started on the lemonades… they’re huge and so refreshing! Highly recommend Aji Ceviche Bar!

Absolutely loved eating here! We’ve been coming here for a while with my family and it’s the best Peruvian restaurant in the Orlando and Kissimmee area. Make sure you ask for Fabiola, she is the best server we’ve had! She is super nice and patient. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I really enjoyed our first Peruvian dining experience. The neighboring table offered suggestions on their favorite dishes and our waitress, Laura, went out of her way to accommodate us. We will be back on our next visit to Orlando

Google
I came with my bestie and enjoyed a good lunch attended by the very sweet and nice server Alondra. We had Pulpo Anticuchero, Anticucho Clásico and 3 Leches which was very delicious. As dessert we had Suspiro a la Limeña and Mousse of Choco-Lucuma. Is always good to come back for good food and good service.

Simply… outstanding, keeps surprising me every time, service was top notch, Andrea made sure we had all of our needs covered at every petition, made a delightful scallop suggestion, literally “fire”! A memorable restaurant that derserves every single penny in your pocket!. Friendly to every budget, portions are huge, flavor is out of this realm, michelin grade without doubt… Thanks again for making every experience here a delight!

After a disappointing dining experience at Mares, we were determined to turn things around based on our Uber driver John’s recommendation. Today, we visited Ají Ceviche, a Peruvian restaurant, and it was a perfect 5-star experience! From the moment we walked in, the wait staff at Ají Ceviche was courteous, knowledgeable about the entire menu, and incredibly friendly. Our waitress, Fabiola, was an absolute gem—attentive, accommodating, and truly made our visit memorable. Every restaurant should have someone like Fabiola! We started with the Pulpo anticuchero as an appetizer, which was absolutely delightful. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Pescado a lo macho, Arroz Norteño, and the Leche de Tigre de Ají Amarillo—all made to order, fresh, and bursting with authentic flavors. To complement our meal, we indulged in pisco sours that transported us back to Peru with every sip. The attention to detail in both food and drinks was impeccable. One tip—get there early! The restaurant fills up quickly, and by the time we left, there were people waiting outside for a table. It’s clearly a local favorite, and now we know why. Ají Ceviche exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to returning when we’re back in Orlando. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Peruvian cuisine and exceptional service!

My review from today It was around 7pm and it was thundering pretty badly when I decided to make a dash into Aji for dinner. I had seen photos of the jalae ($23) and wanted to give it a try. Due to the nasty weather, there was a small handful of folks enjoying their meals. My order of the jalae came out quickly and it had three pieces of yuca with calamari, shrimp and fish nuggets, all fried up and super tasty. The thinly sliced red onions were a real treat and were not bitter at all. The service was great and the food was a large portion. --- My review from Aug 7, 2023 Walked in at 12:30 on Saturday to meet up with friends, and the restaurant was packed. Once seated, we all struggled to decide what to order, but I went with the cechive frito which were three large balls of fried up ceviche topped off with thinly sliced red onions and a sauce, settled in lettuce. ($19) plus a side of fried yuca ($5). The fried ceviche balls had lots of large chunks of fish, which was tasty and not dried out at all. I do wish the fried yuca came with some sort of dipped sauce, though. The food the other got was tasty - I sampled a small bit of the risotto and someone else's raw cochise plus a piece of the sushi roll, which was banging! Great place to eat, but if you don't get there early, the parking can be a hot mess, and you may be waiting a while for table service.

Google
Amazing food! I’m convinced they don’t have anything bad on the menu. Kenia took great care of us! Thanks for everything. We will be back

Yelp
Food is always next level- I can't come to Orlando and NOT go there - I love this place and as a PERUVIAN I have not found a place in Florida yet like this one - especially for this plate. Service is always on point - ambiance is chill

Steve A.

Yelp
This place makes an excellent semi-frozen Pisco Sour. The food is just okay. The fish in our Tiradita was so stringy and tough we had to cut it with a knife. The yellow potatoes in the Causa were rather gritty. And the Arroz con Mariscos was so heavily sauced and overcooked that it was risotto-like. There are lots of better places for Peruvian cuisine in Orlando.

Isabel M.

Yelp
The food is always delicious and fresh. The chocolate cake is my go-to dessert. It's so rich and moist. The restaurant is small but clean. Worth the try!

Francisco L.

Yelp
I went here with my family and we absolutely loved the food! Everything was not only delicious, but everyone on the staff is extremely nice. The whole place is so cute and I would totally come back here!

Joaris B.

Yelp
La comida estuvo excelente y el jugo de Maracuya espectacular. Servicio muy bueno también. Definitivamente vuelvo.

Angela R.

Yelp
Small cozy place... delicious and fresh food. Super friendly staff. We will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.

Jocelyn H.

Yelp
Service was okay. Food was okay. I ordered the Aji Explosion. I also ordered sushi but they were out of sushi. Lost my appetite after I saw a hair my table.

Noah P.

Yelp
This place was absolutely packed at 3 PM on a weekday. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted me in Spanish which had me thinking maybe I could pass as Peruvian. The facade dropped though when I ordered the Aji Sampler, because despite my appearance, I know very little about Peruvian food and wanted to try a variety of ceviches. To my surprise the sampler consisted of three full size entrees of ceviche, a yellow, orange, and white one. After carefully trying, and then absolutely feasting on them, I still couldn't tell you what all the differences were other than color and the accompanying vegetable that came with each one. The white ceviche with sweet potato is definitely my favorite though!

Bill S.

Yelp
This place is 5 stars all day long! I rarely give 5 stars. This place earned every one of them. This place serves real ceviche just like they do in Peru. If you want authentic ceviche, Peru is where you have to go. If you can't make it there, go to Aji. The ingredients, including the fish, were extremely fresh. The ceviche was prepared the traditional way. You won't get a small little appetizer size either, you get it how they serve in Peru. They also serve Pisco cocktails. You need to have the traditional Pisco Sour cocktail and then continue on down the cocktail list. Their creations are very unique. It's too bad America hasn't embraced Pisco yet. It's a spirit made from grapes and worthy next to Rum or Cachaça. Our server was very friendly and spent a good amount of time of time talking to us about Peru. I've been there and adored the country. It was so nice reminiscing about that adventure while eating authentic Peruvian ceviche. You have try this place. Come with an appetite.

Vannessa W.

Yelp
I had a lovely dinner at Aji with my family last night. The service was wonderful and, contrary to what I'd been told and read, the wait was quite short (only about 5 minutes). The food was tasty but I'm removing a star because the vegetarian options were very limited and, in this day and age, most places typically have more veggie options than Aji had. Still I would dine there again so I think that says a lot! Everyone else in my party enjoyed their food very much and they were also delighted by the service we received.

Nancy M.

Yelp
We tried the Orlando one first, then the Tampa one. Equally great!! The drinks are out of the world and I can't even say any were anything less than perfect. The service is amazing and the wait staff is so nice. The ambiance is ok as it could be a bit quieter and maybe those white tables are a bit of a boring snd giving a sterile look but who cares, it's an excellent place!! Will definitely go back.

Mauricio R.

Yelp
The best place for a ceviche period, I have tried many different types of ceviche but in here there all good a lot of flavor and fresh taste. Great service the place is small but great

Carola F.

Yelp
We love to try small family-owned businesses to support them when they offer good quality food... and this is one we will be coming back for sure! The restaurant itself does not looks up-scale but it is immaculate, family-friendly, with super nice and helpful staff, and delicious authentic Peruvian food... nothing to complain about! They also offer natural fruit juices, something very difficult to find in restaurants across the US. We had a "chirimolla" juice and "maracuya" juice... both excellent! For main courses we had the mixed ceviche and the chupe... both excellent and generous portions. The dessert was as good! I highly recommend this place!

Rachel M.

Yelp
Love Peruvian Food and this place did not disappoint. At first, we didn't want to come here because it was small and did not want to feel cramped. I hate that feeling. After checking it out, stopped at another nearby Peruvian restaurant and came back here. We waited about a half hour on a Sunday afternoon. This place is popular! We got a pretty good table with good service. Since this place is called Aji Ceviche, I definitely had to get ceviche. They have a lot to choose from that aren't on other restaurant menus I've seen. I chose the Passion Fruit ceviche and really enjoyed it. It also was a little bit bigger than I thought so I was fine just having that. My husband had the risotto with Lomo Saltado and no onions and that was also tasty. Peruvian risotto is definitely different then other risotto. It definitely has a different flavor profile that is quite delectable. I also don't find it on many Peruvian restaurants except in South Florida and not in Tampa where I'm from. Their drinks look nice and I wish I got one and they have a nice variety of mousse desserts. I definitely would want to try more in the future. They have tables with wall booth seating on both sides of the restaurants. It is a small restaurant and they do get busy with huge families and get togethers. They also have a handful of outside tables.

Luisa G.

Yelp
It's a small venue in a plaza with huge parking. The food was delicious and everyone was very friendly. Our server Laurita was very attentive and knowledgeable, everyone in the building took care of us as well. Everything was delicious and the serving size is huge for every plate. Drinks were amazing and the passion fruit pisco sour is delightful. Causal and lay back atmosphere. This Peruvian is a most.

Thomas T.

Yelp
This was our first time visiting, but won't be the last. Unlike most diners we did not have one of the juice blends. We tried the Pisciotta Santo which was refreshing and with great flavor. They start you with roasted corn, similar to corn nuts, which are a great way to get the appetite going. Truly enjoyed both items we tried.

C B.

Yelp
Well you have to get ready for a fusion style ceviche so don't just think things that normally wouldn't go together shouldn't go together. Mint lemonade is the bomb must order, also the ceviche with fish. We have to give them a credit card to sit outside because all the losers run away and don't pay their tab other than that it's awesome.

Mayra A.

Yelp
They have authentic food. As a Peruvian you can trust me this is the place you want to start off, exceed expectations with their food. Service can be a little better. The place is great but if you go on weekend make sure you call ahead! gets super busy

yarlim r.

Yelp
Excelente la comida, Pero no me gustó que en el momento de pagar la cuenta, se cobren la propina y no te adviertan que fue incluida, pienso que la propina debemos pagarla los clientes dependiendo del servicio.

Shirley W.

Yelp
What a great find! We were looking for some dinner spots one night in Orlando and found this place on Yelp. When we got there around 8:30PM on a Friday, it was packed! For two of us, it was a 20-30 minute wait. To share, we got the Pulpo Anticuchero (grilled octopus) and the Aji Trio. Everything was delicious - seasoned well, was fresh, and cooked nicely. l like their samplers because you get a variety of different things to try. Service was great too, would definitely come back to try more of their menu.

Eric M.

Yelp
Dine in | Dinner | $20-30 I really enjoyed this place, good service and great food and reasonable prices. We tried almost everything on the menu. I recommend the grilled Octopus and the Skirt steak was amazing. And you need to have the ceviche! Parking: Plenty of parking

Alexa J.

Yelp
The food was excellent. So much seafood in the dish. The service was also outstanding. This place feels very modern with authentic food.

Jeannie M.

Yelp
Amazing food, excellent service. Non-seafood options also available. Sangria was made well. My friend ordered one of the fresh made juice options. Juice came ub a carafe that could be a two glass serving. All in all would return and have already recommended

Susan S.

Yelp
I was visiting and staying at a hotel near sea world, but had to drive over when I saw ceviche was the star and not just an appetizer here. Amazing selection and quality of ceviche! The restaurant was packed and lively - vibrant. I had the Aji Sampler and couldn't resist some beef heart (Anticuchos) Service was polite and very attentive. Definitely hope to visit again in future trips.

Yelp
Some of the best food that I've had in some time. Not often is a place so good that I come back two nights in a row but If I wasn't leaving the area, tonight would be a third. Almost everything I had was delicious. Huge portions and affordable. The flavor is authentic and tastes almost the same as some of the best places in Peru. The pisco sours were also on point and strong. I've made a list of the things I've tried. The food here comes out fast after placing order but the place gets super packed so table may not be available and reservations are not taken. Parking is available as in shopping center type setting. I tried the ceviche sampler which consisted of three types of ceviche. El popular, spicy and a yellow spiced ceviche. $28 and enough fish to feed two. (See picture) The grilled octopus was the best that I've ever had. Perfectly cooked. Amazing. (See Picture) The fried snapper plate was amazing. A decent size fish with excellent flavored white rice and beans with pork. The Mar y Tierra was probably my least favorite dish. It's enough to feed 2-4 people for $42. I was not a fan of the chicken causa made with potatoes and cream cheese although my date loved it. The plate also comes with ceviche that's amazing. Also huge potion of what seemed to be paella seafood rice which seemed to almost have a yellow pepper/chimichurri flavor and loaded with seafood mainly Calamari -super filling but too heavy for me. Lastly the fish comes with a pile of deep fried seafood: shrimp, mussels, fish, and calamari. The deserts I tried were- Torta de Chocolate- chocolate cake that is super moist with what seems to have a layer of some type of flan or pudding in it. Very good $6 Mousse de Choco Locuma- a mousse cake that has almost a coffee taste with hints of dark chocolate. (My top choice) $6 Mousse de Maracuya- tasted and liked like a cheesecake but mousse. With graham cracker crust, a white mousse and topped with maracuya fruit which is super sweet. Delicious $6

Ryan M.

Yelp
Best ceviche in Orlando! Excellent service as well. If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food in the metro Orlando area, look no further.

Tina R.

Yelp
I really was craving some good ceviche and decided to check this place out before leaving for home. We ordered to go, so I was only able to glance in the restaurant when I got my to-go order and it was packed with people. It was small but packed. You definitely have to get here early if you want a seat! I was able to order through the phone and the young lady was incredibly patient with me as I ordered the following: - Aji De Gallina (chicken stew) - Aji Sampler (trio of ceviche - Cream of rocoto, cream of yellow pepper and classic cream) The Aji Dr Gallina plate was plentiful and quite a lot more than I had imagined. The rice was nothing special as white rice usually accompanies something else. The stew itself was good. It had bits and pieces of potato which gave it a different dimension. I want to say the stew reminded me of a very very mild curry dish. It had an egg and an olive in it which made it odd but didn't take away or add anything in my opinion. I think it needed a little more salt and some other punch of flavor but overall not too bad. I'd recommend it if you want to try Peruvian food. The Aji sampler was definitely a different experience for me in terms of ceviche. I've had ceviche in Ecuador and I eat it all the time where I'm from. However, these three ceviches were great in flavor but the cut/size of the fish for me threw the entire dish down the drain for me. The flavors were well balanced, with some nice textures like the toasted pine nuts but I could not get past the size of the fish! They were similar sizes to sashimi for sushi. For me, it made the fish chewy and at times slimy and inedible. You can ask for a mix of seafood (anywhere between gosh, shrimp, octopus, whatever you'd like) and like the fish, the shrimp was whole, which I think makes it harder for the seafood to absorb the wonderful flavors of that juice. I'm used to the seafood being diced and I thing it would have helped but not certain as I couldn't eat it. I literally just drank the juices it was in. If you're ok with the fish being this way then I'd recommend treating this, if you can't get past the texture of sashimi, then this isn't for you! I'd definitely go back because the quality of food was great. I just didn't care for the texture of the ceviche. If I'm ever back in Orlando I would love to taste some of their beautifully made desserts!

Luis H.

Yelp
Blue color review! Tear of joy comes to my face when I think of this restaurant. Food and service were great. Ceviche was amazing, I had me a cup full of it, with three sticks of meat hanging out. Meat was perfectly cooked. Best part "No beer needed to drown my sorrows when check arrived", it was great food. I will be back.

Paloma F.

Yelp
This is my go to favorite Peruvian restaurant in the Orlando area. I'm Peruvian and of course I'm a hard critic. My top recommendations there for sure are the frozen Maracuya (passion fruit) that's perfection. You can also get a Maracuya Sour and you won't regret it! That's with added pisco. If you know you know! If you don't, go ahead and learn right now! Best app is their ceviche mixto with the fried calamari on top. Chefs kiss! We also always get a sushi roll with the passion fruit drizzle on top. It has tuna and so unique in flavor. I try to get different things every time I come but this the one restaurant that my favorite dish is so good, I can't stop getting it. That is the tallarin verde with lomo saltado. Pesto spaghetti and our staple lomo (beef) dish. Just try it! I really hope you enjoy your experience. We not come with our toddler too who get the fish sticks. They are so good we eat most of them lol don't judge

Angelica K.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place. The food only gets better every time we go there the service was great too.

Santina R.

Yelp
Refreshing frozen lemonade, it's homemade and you can't beat that! Ceviche is so flavorful, refreshing, delicious and filling. Chicken stew is phenomenal. This location is worth stopping at for lunch or dinner, everything will leave your taste buds satisfied and your stomach happy.

Greg S.

Yelp
So my wife is Peruvian and occasionally ends up in places like this. Vegan and veggie options are always severely limited. Fortunately I was able to go with a couple of starters: Fried yucca and fried plantains (tostones). Flavors and quality were outstanding. Unfortunately, there are no main dishes on the menu that are vegan, but our waitress was able to pull together a fried rice or quinoa without egg. The big deal is that there is normally oyster sauce in these, but they were able to do with soy sauce only. The quinoa was absolutely on point. Full of steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots...) and excellent flavors. Huge portion. Really filling. Totally recommended for vegans and vegetarians. The classic Peruvian food is apparently great if you're an omnivore - at least according to my Peruvian table mates. Vegans - options are limited but they can do you right if you ask! FYI - if you're a drinker and want something new and refreshing, I had the classic chilcano with lime, ginger ale and pisco. Totally recommend as well.

Ashley S.

Yelp
30m to eat inside or immediate seating--we presently dined outdoors post a rainy afternoon. To begin, I enjoyed the grilled octopus from the Pulpo Anticuchero! Earlier I searched for grilled octopus and was hoping this would seal the deal. Though lacking in flavor, once our waiter brought a "ranch" style sauce, it was PERGRCT with the potatoes and corn. It did! To finish my night off, I decided to keep it light and split the Tostone Chalaquita with the husband. The warm from the fried tostones pleasantly heated the ceviche, and the mix was DELISH. Expectations M E T!

Nanci G.

Yelp
I order with Uber Eats... Every single dish was AMAZING! Definitely ordering again when I visit FL. After eating nasty overpriced food at Universal this hit the spot.

Frank J.

Yelp
We stumbled upon Aji by chance and decided to have a snack there. It turned out to be a full meal and a delicious one at that. Jon, who was behind the counter, was very friendly and helpful, as were the other staff members. I love Ceviche and theirs was excellent. Aji is bright and stylish, and we loved the caulk board art. We look forward to visiting again. Esperamos volver a visitarnos.

Joe Panda V.

Yelp
Best ceviche around Orlando. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Very nice presentation

Harold J.

Yelp
Truly amazing food, the ceviche is great and the drinks are refreshing. The staff was Friendly and knowledgeable.

Novar C.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place as I live less than 10 mins away. Smaller restaurant that holds about 30 that's very busy on the weekend. Had to wait 25 mins for a table it was that busy. I ordered my favorite Peruvian dish Loma Saltado with some red sangria and it didn't disappoint. The steak, rice onions/tomatoes and french fries just works for this dish. Menu is fairly priced and service was okay. Would definitely go back!

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
Make sure to come out early or you will be waiting long for a table since it's small inside but the food is worth it! For my drink I got the Mango Fresa maracuya juice then for My entree I got the Aji explosion ceviche and last for dessert had the flan! They speak Spanish and very little English so keep that in mind when ordering or communicating with the servers. I like the theming and decor inside the restaurant too.

Mark G.

Yelp
Great place for ceviche, has a lot of options that you won't find in most places. I tried the sampler and really enjoyed it. Portions sizes are generous in my opinion. Must try for any ceviche lover.

Cery P.

Yelp
We only came to this place because I had so many reviews after eating there I thought the food was marginal great service expensive but the food wasn't that fresh

Ava K.

Yelp
Wow, we were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It's in a regular plaza on south OBT. But, once you walk inside the restaurant, it's cute and modern. We ordered the ceviche sampler that comes with classic, yellow, and red pepper. Of the three, my favorite was the classic. I ordered the Lomo Saltado for my entree and it was delicious. My friends ordered the churrasco and the mar y Tierra. Everything was good and the service was great. Definitely recommend this restaurant!!!

D L.

Yelp
My compliant comes to the food arrival and automatic gratuity. Typically, in other restaurants the food arrives at the same time but with us the food arrived separately. We ordered Lomo Saltado, Churrasco a la Parrilla, and El Achorado. I would say the food arrived 5 to 10 minutes from each other. The restaurant was not busy so we found it surprising the food arrival was not in sync with each other. While the party next to us received there food at the same time and they received there food before us even though they ordered after us. When we received the bill we noticed that the gratuity was included even though we only had 3 people in our party. Typically, automatic gratuity are only applied to large parties and having 3 people in a party was no where near large.

Sarah T.

Yelp
Everything was ok. Nothing stood out but it was my first time. The octopus was super salty but I think you have to eat with the potatoes because the potatoes didn't have much flavor. Loved the pisco mule

Oscar A.

Yelp
Spending the weekend in Orlando and came upon this place with a great friend of mine. Had the Shipibo ceviche and it was excellent. Delicious mix of seafood along with a plantain ball in the middle of the plate. Had the Cholo drink to go along with the ceviche which was also very good. Overall it was an enjoyable experience!

Cathy G.

Yelp
This was the second visit for my husband and me. The last time the ceviche had a little too much lime for my preference but for most people that would be a plus!! This time we tried something similar to ceviche but had less lime acidity- Chalaquita Mixta - Squid, octopus, shrimp chopped onions, tomatoes, choclo, cilantro, marinated in lime juice. It was perfect and we lapped it off the spoons it was served!!! We also had Pulpo Anticuchero- Grilled octopus, ají panca sauce, potatoes, choclo, aji de la casa. OMG!!! So tender, perfectly cooked and delicious!!! You have to get this. It comes with pieces of potato perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. There was a spicy dipping sauce on the side that we couldn't get enough of. We can't wait to go back!!!

Juan M S.

Yelp
We travel from New York City a local employee of the Hilton resort we were staying recommended this restaurant and since then, any time we travel to Orlando we always stop by this restaurant. And my family and I enjoyed the food. The place is a family friendly and the staff are very kind and polite. The food is authentic Peruvian. You will not regret going to this restaurant we strongly recommended

Vivianne M.

Yelp
The cancha corn is the perfect amuse bouche before and they aren't dry nor extremely salty. The piscos are really good too. Authentic peruvian ceviches. I need to come back to try their leche de tigre.

Julio H.

Yelp
Enjoy it while it lasts, hands down the best Peruvian option in Central Florida (not sure about North Florida). I had been scouting other places online, but nothing seemed right, until I found this place and I decided to take the plunge. I was so happy to eat good Peruvian food that is cooked the right way, with gourmet ingredients, and that looks good also! Having been born in Peru and knowing how to cook good, it is difficult for me to find good restaurants in Orlando. When it comes to Peruvian food, there are no good restaurants in Orlando. Everything barely passes as good, sometimes borderline inedible. I have been to a few places around town and I have not returned because the food is subpar, and that is very sad because Peruvian food is delicious even in its simplest forms. Peruvian food does not require fancy steak cuts or exotic fish/fowl, it is simple and amazingly tasty. With that said, my visit to Aji was fantastic. I did have to wait a bit, the restaurant was full. To be able to accommodate people, tables were moved, names were taken, this place is very dynamic. We finally sat down and I ordered a "Ceviche Trio" (I asked for spicy hot), a carafe of "Chicha Morada", a "Pescado a lo Macho" and a "Tacu-tacu con Lomito". The ceviche was very fresh and the fish was very well cut, it was a good ceviche and that really surprised me. For someone who has eaten excellent ceviche, to find good ceviche is a challenge. Aji's ceviche is GOOD. The fish and the tacu-tacu came and they were also very good, the dishes were well cooked, tasty, and beyond plentiful. We ended up taking half of the dish home for a later snack. All I have to say is that I am happy to have found a gourmet Peruvian restaurant where there are no fumbles. Because this place is unique, I cannot expand on likes and dislikes since there is no comparison for that. If you care to try Peruvian food, this is the place to go. If you already know about Peruvian food, enjoy this place right now, they are cooking good stuff. The restaurant is located in a weird area, I hope they do not move and ruin the vibe, but it is what it is. All I am going to say is: "Just Go!". We didn't try desserts because nothing appealed to us, but they have good stuff also, try "Suspiro Limeño".
