"Ají Ceviche Bar is ideal for a casual feast of super fresh seafood and pisco sours. Go for the ceviche sampler, that way you’ll get the three house favorites: the classic that lets the top-tier fish quality do the heavy lifting, one with zesty Peruvian yellow pepper cream, and another that has a sweet-and-spicy sauce made from rocoto peppers. Their passion fruit pisco sour is refreshingly tart, and carafes of non-alcoholic coconut limonada go down just as easily. Hearty chunks of beef and veggies in the lomo saltado have the power to rescue any wet Florida day, and some perfectly-grilled octopus with crispy potatoes also make for great entrees.
