Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Village

I have to commend the team here at this Alamo Drafthouse. What could have been a bad night for me the manager Bridgett turned around. I went to go see highest to lowest. Ive had a bad experience at another Alamo Drafthouse before so i came in and thought i was being ignored. I asked to speak to a manager Bridgett came to my seat she not only showed attention to detail to my complaint and concern but she also made me understand that it was no fault of anyone's and she assured me there was no prejudice or ill intent. She turned my night around and for that inam thankful and will continue to support this Alamo and movie cinema..movie was great night was great and thank you Bridgette I truly appreciate you terrific manager.

WOW, Great staple movie theater of Austin still around!!! Has big good parking which is plus!! Family wife and kids and friends always go every month at least one time. Food and drinks and popcorn fun fun fun!!! More Movies the better!! Good to watch all kinds of movies! Watched Weapons here and it was a great experience thanks to the kind and available staff. We tried the dill pickle popcorn but it was super flavored. I can see why it's popular but it just wasn't for us. We were able to swap to buttered without any additional cost!

$4 “convenience fee” for 2 tickets is a slap in the face. Buy online or don’t get in. Also WHO is that convenient for? Surely the theater who has to pay NO ONE to assist me. I should get 10 cents off. Price the tickets accurately, even though its so in vogue to hide fees. Food is mediocre but good for a theater. Some viewings are on incredibly small screens.

My first time going to Alamo Drafthouse and I was not disappointed. The recliners were comfortable and the service was good. Me and my girlfriend got some drinks, the loaded fries which were great and a 10” pizza to share. The food and drinks were good but a little expensive given the size but overall it was a good experience.

Went for a "baby day" showing this past Tuesday, and had a great experience with my little one. The server was very kind and attentive, food came out timely and delicious. The only thing that could have been improved upon would have been the theatre light and noise levels; it seemed a bit dark and loud for a screening approved for infants, but it's been so long since I've been able to go to the movies I don't have a direct comparison to know if there was any difference compared to a normal showing. Overall, it was a very good time, and most appreciated for this mama! Thank you for offering this!

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I usually go to Mueller, but this location had a better time that fit my schedule. Staff was super friendly, food was consistent with Mueller location, recliners comfortable, great experience!

We were highly disappointed that the Mission Impossible Special Menu items were not available due to low staffing. We were very excited to try out the specials and was met with great disappointment when we were told the menu was unavailable at our 11:15 am show time. Our server, Alex, provided a great dining and movie experience! She provided us other dining options and that proved to be delicious. (5/5 stars for Alex) The rating is low on purpose to get the attention of decision makers to get more staff for this location.
