Alessa is your go-to Italian gem in the bustling Penn District, boasting a chic vibe, delectable wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive cocktail menu.
"Alessa, an Italian spot in the growing and apparently very real “Penn District” neighborhood, has more seats than a 5am subway car (though it’s much, much bigger, at 5,400 square feet). They’re serving things like crimini caps stuffed with blue crab, pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven, and squid ink linguine with lobster. You can also do caviar bumps here, provided you’re swiping a corporate card for your meal. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
