I come Here all the time I’m so disappointed,I order large tip & small tip ,why the meat was burt & over cooked,I made it home had to go back they gave me the second order looks like the same meat ,ribs doesn’t supposed to be crispy ,might not be spending my money here anymore

First timer! And it was GOODT! You can Smell the delicious BBQ from the streets as I parked for parking. I Ordered the ribs tips(ate most before a picture)and requested my bread to be place on the bottom, and was given extra bread with mild sauce! No complaints in my book! Also ordered a cheese burger. A nice lady took my order didn't quite catch her name it was pretty busy. The Vibe was a quick in & out spot. No seating, just order and goooo. It was about 4 people ahead of me but the line moved quickly. Took about 20mins for my order to be ready. Timing was perfect with a fresh meal in hand after leaving the 41st Beach & lakeshore Drive. Alice's bbq was on the way home and it could not have been a better time. Go Check em out!

Lately, the food has been inconsistent for $26 for a large rib. Tip last night. I may have only received 10 to 12 pieces of ribs after being charged for a small cut. Last night I noticed the bag wasn't as heavy as 2 weeks ago when I went. It's always a long wait customer service. Behind the counter. Sucks For all the money they make eye. I wonder why they won't expand to make better customer service and to be consistent on the taste and presentation of the ribs. Oh, not to mention you, only get five fries

One of my favorite places to order, only problem is inconsistent with the sauce. Sometimes its fine, sometimes its not enough and its so dry you don't even want to eat it, so I order extra sauce. Most of the time its fine and I waste the extra sauce. So today when I ordered the rib tips and don't order extra sauce (since its usually wasted) and it comes dry as hell. I literally don't even want to eat it. Its good when its wet and saucy but inedible when its dry and hard, unfortunately, they'll serve it to you dry and hard sometimes. I'm done with them for a while.

Rib tips are tender and juicy but bland. The price is right and the amount of meat per serving is generous. We don't need extra salt anyway. No sauce on the meat. Sauce always on the side and your own seasoning works. Overall it's okay!

My first time trying Alice's was in 2022, and it was good. To start, everyone keeps talking about the lady at the window being rude, she can't hear. She tells you to speak up, but my problem with older folks is humbling yourself and going to get a hearing aid. We have no problems with you working but being irritable because you can't hear and being rude to customers because of your lot in life ain't everyone else's problem. But anyways, I went a couple of months ago to get a tip and link combo and they didn't have a large, I believe it's like mini sized. So we had to order a large tip and a large link. It was too expensive and we didn't get much for each to be large orders. My mom felt the links had too much grizzle in it, it was disappointing. And it didn't have that smoke flavoring. I know everything has gone up but at least let the order sizes stay the same, there's no need to skimp on the orders and seasonings too.

Alice’s BBQ has turned into a Hit or Miss spot now to the point where I be scared to spend my money hoping that’s it’s gonna be good day that I get some good BBQ from them. I’ve been a customer for over 10yrs they improved on the wait times but the quality of the food and customer service is Horrible now the cashier is always angry and they gave me about 10 tips in a Large order and the ribs was chewy like DoubleMint gum and I don’t know what they are making the Hot links out of but they are the worst Hot links I’ve ever had in my entire life seem like they are making them from the Rib Scraps off of the floor. It might be time to hang it up or time for new cooks/management but they ain’t getting another nickel from me for a Looong time…

The tips are excellent. However waited an hour and 20 mins for 2 large tips. No sitting area and its freezing in the standing waiting area. People were VERY upset and getting loud about the waiting time which is unacceptable. Tell people and then let them choose if they want to wait that long for food.
