Absolutely delicious and authentic Sichuan food! Every dish was packed with bold flavors, the perfect balance of spice, numbing peppercorn, and freshness. The hotpot-style beef with glass noodles was amazing, and the stir-fried dishes had that true Sichuan kick. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted homemade yet refined.

We asked our server, but she gaslit us and said the fish was always the same. We ordered the shrimp with the vermicelli noodles and that was good. I could eat it. Last time they served us shrimp with the head. The stir fry cabbage was served nearly raw and we had to send it back so they can cook it longer. I went with my mom 3 months ago and it was very good and packed with people. Fish was so fresh. We were the only customers in the restaurant. There was 1 other table and they came later. 3 months ago they served the shrimp with the head. Not anymore. The fish we got was stinky. It’s gone downhill. Maybe it was an off Thursday but 3 months ago it was way more fresh.

Came in on a weekday lunch. Ordering and getting the food was fast. Be aware of the spice level. I can eat mild spice but the food came out a little hot. Overall, the food taste good and the dining area is clean.

Pretty solid food all around. We ordered three dishes and they all came out quickly and tasted delicious. The cumin lamb was nicely seasoned and very tender and the shredded potato appetizer was a good starter but beware it can be quite spicy. The spicy fish soup was good too but just note that there are lots of bones in it

Finally checked out this restaurant and the dishes are amazing!!! Every dish is delicious, seriously. Will definitely go back, wish it’s closer.

Authentic food. Food came out really fast. A lot of spicy options. Saw a lot of “exotic”(just ones u don’t see at other places) meats such as pigeon, rabbit, frog dishes.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant today! The standout for me was the radish, something I had never tried before, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors that complemented everything I ate. I also ordered the lunch combo of stir-fry beef, which was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and satisfying. The restaurant itself was spotless, with clean floors and tables, which made the experience even better. The food, service, and cleanliness were all top-notch. I will definitely be back!

Recommend: sliced beef and tripe in chili oil Good: spicy cumin lamb*, wontons in chili oil, pork dumplings in chili oil, eggplant with minced pork Ok: steamed pork bun Meh: vegetarian fried noodles Vegetarian fried noodles were soggy and bland. And the steamed pork bun was not very flavorful but we enjoyed the rest. Spicy cumin lamb was maybe 3/10 spicy. We would have liked it to be spicier. The sauce for wontons was spicy but not much other flavor. The sauce for dumplings was savory and sweet but not very spicy. Mixing them together was 👌neither dumplings nor wontons had much meat. The texture on the dumplings is better than the wontons.

Yummy!! Ordered takeout for lunch. Was shopping at 99 and wanted something easy but delicious. The service was quick! Ready in 15 minutes or so, as soon as I was done with check out at 99. Ordered the Dan Dan noodles - super flavorful and a great kick of spice. Got this like spicy sliced chicken appetizer - so much chicken and lots of flavor. And also the kung pao chicken lunch special which was a great deal for I think $14 - rice soup chicken! Also super yummy. Great numbing flavor. Loved it so much and will order again!

Decent Sichuan place by NJ standards. Ordered 3 dishes for takeout. Didnt like the cumin lamb which is usually one of my favorites. Won't order that again. Gizzard and spicy fish dishes were good. In fact the spicy fish was better than most other places.. the sauce they used was really flavorful. Not too spicy Dishes a little on the smaller side.

The restaurant relocated to this present space last year. Clean and fresh decor with lots of space (seating is not overcrowded like many other restaurants!). Service is friendly and informative. We had the double cooked lunch special with soup. The soup provided a nice balance to offset the spices in the meat. We also had chili wontons and steamed buns. Everything was delicious. Definitely give it a try. Easy parking.

Updated: April 4 We tried this Szechuan place in Edison. We ordered Yangchow fried rice and sautéed beef. They're delicious. Newly opened in a new location for this Szechuan restaurant. Serving staff were friendly and helpful. Well decorated restaurant. Lots of parking.

Perfection. No critical thinking needed because everything is just so perfect, you can just relax and trust the food is incredible. Mapo tofu, while simple, seems hard to find a good one now adays....there's is perfect. The rou mapo tofu is its complete opposite in flavor and color yet somehow just as incredible. Every dish hits -- whether it's the squid, spicy chicken, intestines, French fries, or cold chili oil potatoes. Each bite bursts with flavor, texture, and that irresistible balance of heat and savoriness. Truly top tier!

Hubs and I came here for lunch. We were at the market nearby and decided to stop by here. We were immediately seated after arriving. I ordered Oil Spill on Dry Spices and Ground Pork Noodles. There was hardly any pork and it was very spicy. Hubs said that he didn't miss the meat but he thought it was pretty good. Hubs ordered the fried tofu with pork slices from the Lunch Special section . This was the same price as the House Specialties category. This was no lunch special but it came with a mysterious soup and it tasted medicinal. Hubs thought it was good but not extraordinary. He said that we can get it similar and better value, elsewhere. This place is very pricey. I got sticker shocked. Service was ok and quick. Will probably return to try other items on the menu but I will be sure to compare the Lunch Special prices and the regular menu prices.

Perhaps one of the best Szechuan cuisines in the Garden State. Authentic taste and a variety of menu selections. Clean environment and attentive service by friendly staff. Definitely a keeper.

The dishes tend to be on the heavy tasting side for our liking. The beef in the Chili Sauce was separately stir-fried instead of cooked from scratch in the sauce. The Powder Steamed pork was good. They have moved to a bigger and newer location next to 99 Ranch Supermarket.

Came here the other day for lunch, while the service is superb, the food has a mix of salty and peppery not to my likings. I would say that it's a bit on the heavy side. The staff is a mixture of Cantonese and Mandarin speakers but can definitely speak English if that's your preferred route. The restaurant has spacious seating, and it isn't overly loud. If you're going to order something, make sure you tell the staff to tone it down, etc else you'll get something that's on the heavy in terms of flavor side.

New location is in a very convenient spot in the 99 ranch plaza and the area seems more spacious. Service was quick, food came out promptly and the shrimp took as long as they said. (~15 min) Cauliflower dry pot was delicious and one of the best I've had with great flavor! The shrimp and garlic was good though the noodles were a bit bland. The wontons were perfectly portioned and rounded out our meal.

Really good! We got the beef and tripe app, 2 orders of mapo tofu, and the Sichuan boiled fish. The fish is blackfish btw, they didn't specify on their menu. The one complaint we have is that the Sichuan boiled fish was quite oily... it goes all over the place during transfer and has a lot of it sitting on top of the bowl. Other than that the portions are great and the flavors are reallllllyy good. Real authentic stuff.

I absolutely love this restaurant! From its down to earth, no frill ambiance to the authentic, hearty, generously plentiful, mouth numbing Szechuan dishes it serves, All Blue is definitely a restaurant that I would recommend to anyone who desires Chinese food true in flavor and origin. I would have to say, though, that being a Szechuan restaurant, it's use of chili oil makes most of its dishes rather heavy to someone unfamiliar to this type of cuisine. One standout dish would definitely be the chicken with taro stew. Tender pieces of chicken with earthy, soft pieces of starchy taro mixed with a wondrous, intensely flavorful gravy that I just had to pour on everything!

Really nice place with delicious food!! I was so impressed by the food since I thought it was just "a regular Chinese restaurant like all others", but no it's not! I would definitely come back for more meals here. Highly recommended!!

This is one of absolute favorite restaurants in Edison for authentic Sichuan food. It definitely can get spicy, so consider yourself warned, but the flavor profile is more accurate than any restaurant my family has eaten at in the US. The menu is also relatively small compared to other Chinese restaurants, but we've enjoyed everything we've ordered here! Right after you order, they bring you a complimentary cold potato appetizer that's a little spicy, and little vinegary, but overall just refreshing. We always order the Stir fry yellow cow throat, which is really stir fried aorta. I highly recommend getting it if you're feeling adventurous because each bite is so crisp (kind of like beef tendon?), and it's seasoned perfectly. Then we usually order other stuff to try from the menu like a cold appetizer, or a boiled fish, or some vegetable dish like the stir fried pea greens. Most recently we got the braised spareribs noodle soup, and the meat was so tender.

Really good experience overall. I came here from Brooklyn, and the drive wasn't too bad. Service was quick. Food is flavorful. Just the right amount of seasoning and spice. We were a party of 2 and we ordered some pea shoots, Szechuan fish fillet, cumin beef, and they gave us a free order of spicy shredded potato! Every dish was delicious. Price is fair for the large portions. Ambiance is like a typical Chinese restaurant. It is clean and modern. I highly recommend.

Stopped in here for a post-work dinner. They weren't busy inside, had more to-go orders. Was formally a seafood/ramen All Blue? Menu was simple, two pages, and check boxes. There's no pretense to service here - it's a minimal interaction and you get to take your time. They didn't come to get the menus until we flagged them down. One note - the spicy cold dishes all use very similar sauces. Ordered: * Sichuan cold noodles - tasty, make sure you mix this * Pork wontons in chili oil - a little sweeter would make this better * spiced pepper chicken - fantastic * pig ears in chili oil - ok, but more of the same prior sauce * sliced beef & tripe in chili oil - same sauce, and they didn't have beef, just tripe * hot & sour shredded potato - if no one told me, it'd be noodles in my head, but it was definitely good! * braised sparerib noodles- so-so * sichuan beef stew noodles - ok, but very strong spice that I wasn't great with but others loved (some seed that I didn't enjoy, almost like five-spice but different) * sichuan boiled beef - lots of oil but tasty in small amounts * spicy cumin lamb - needed more cumin and lamb * sweet skin duck - a sweet version of the Peking or roast duck, great for cutting the spicy! * squid tentacles w/pickled pepper - not bad, good savory and not spicy, chewy; people liked peppers * clams in black bean sauce - not great, skip this- tiny amount of clams and though the sauce was ok, needed more to eat * shredded beef w/ pepper - people liked this more than I did * shredded pork in spicy garlic - tasty, but oily * stir fry pea greens - super green and great balance to the rest of the food Overall, yes, you had a very spicy set of dishes that all tended to taste the same after a bit, use the rice and wish they had some bubble tea or something to help cut the spice down. First of all the service is excellent. I walked in and was seated promptly. They gave me an iPad with the menu to choose from. The best dish was the stir fried egg plant with minced pork. However, there was barely any pork. It was mostly an eggplant dish. The seasoning was good and the eggplants cooked well. The stir fried shredded cabbage was mediocre. Nothing really stood out about it. The cumin lamb was a little dry and on the chewier side. I did not really enjoy this dish.. got a complimentary appetizer from the kitchen.. looks like shredded potatoes? It was ok.. room temperature dish. The rice was not cooked evenly. Some mushy patches of rice which I really dislike. Reminded me of a cheap rice cooker that I used to own. The inside of the restaurant seems almost like a community kitchen. You walk in and there are makeshift tables along the wall where they organize their drink supplies, ect. Super casual establishment. Would not take a date or host business dinners here.

So All Blue moved to a new location on Route-1 several months back which has been a plus. Parking is so much easier and there are very easy walkable options to purchase alcohol for BYO, get bubble tea afterwards, and do some shopping at the big 99 Ranch supermarket. It's undoubtedly much better than the original location. Have been back twice since they shifted to the new space... initially it felt like the kitchen needed to get its bearings a little as it seemed slightly off compared to the first location, but after a couple of months on the next visit, glad to see thing have returned to the original experience which is great! And the dining space is brighter, more comfortable and spacious. Service is still very solid and friendly. And always nice to see that it's again busy for dinner service!

This was my first time trying this Szechuan place and they definitely pack the flavors. We got a free appetizer of spicy potatoes and they had a great crunchy texture and spice. The clams and eggplant dish had incredible flavor and the black bean garlic sauce is delicious, but there were a lot of empty clam shells and it felt like there might have been more clam shells than clam meat, also some of them were pretty sandy. We also got the spicy chilli wontons which we did not like. The meat wasn't juicy and a little bland, and the chili oil didn't stand out either. Would not recommend this place if you have a nut allergy as we let them know a few times of mine, and I ended up getting an allergy reaction. The service was friendly otherwise.

I love this restaurant. The flavors in all of the dishes are so good. Best tasting Asian food restaurant in the area. Also, if you have any questions about what to order, all of the waitresses will easily be able to guide you to a perfect selection for your meal. Restaurant is very clean as well.

Service: We came on a Sunday for lunch and the place was pretty empty. They sat us immediately and took our orders right when we were ready. The food also came out pretty quickly. Food: The place has pretty authentic Sichuan style dishes. Some of the dishes may be on the spicier side, but it goes well with rice. We loved the garlic eggplant dish. Price: the dishes range from $11-$25 depending on what you get. The majority of the dishes are around $11-$15. If you do family style, it is pretty affordable!

Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. The food really stays true to the flavors of Sichuan and Hunan cuisine--super spicy and full of hot. You'll definitely take home any leftovers.

Authentic Szechuan style restaurant! Food: - pork rib with shrimp: 5/5, mala taste and very flavorful! Portion size did vary between the 2 times I've been here but overall would get again - pea tips: 4/5, good dish to offset the spice and get your greens - beef tendon w tripe (appetizer): 3/5, a bit too sweet but the flavor was right Service: typical of a Chinese restaurant. Quick and to the point Overall: would definitely come back when I'm in the mood to sweat and not feel my tongue :)

There arent a lot of tables in this restaurant since they are spaced out pretty well we waited probably around 5 mins to get seated. We sat at a table first but there was a small drip from the ceiling so we moved to another table. The shredded potato cold appetizer they brought us was pretty good. The rabbit appetizer was decent but a lot of bones and not a lot of meat. The fish was decent and i enjoyed the pork belly noodles! Everything was a little bit spicy for me though

If you love Szechuan flavor this is the place. The food here is amazing. If you can't handle spicy, let the waiter know before setting up your order. They can dial down the spicy level for you. If you don't let them know....they just assume you can handle spicy and it comes SPICY! Service is amazing and friendly. Dishes comes out very quickly

While in Edison, we decided to get lunch at All Blue. It's a very interesting restaurant; while the interior is cold (literally) and the ambience quite plain, the food and service more than made up for that. We had the ribs and shrimp dry pot and the liver and kidney stir fry, and both were excellent. The overall taste profile is on the heavier side, as often the case with Sichuan cuisine, but they provide free rice to account for that. The waiters were attentive but not the "how's everything" every 15 minutes attentive which gets annoying. We never wanted something for more than a couple of minutes before someone got to us. There's ample parking here too. It really is a hidden gem.

The food is really fantastic. I tried the twice cooked pork and it was one of the best I've had. The service was very attentive and friendly as well. Definitely come back.

Where do I start!... oh man let's start by saying the experience @ All Blue was like experiencing eating for the 1st time again. The flavors and dedication to layers within all their dishes were phenomenal. Whether it's he spice of potatoes dancing on your tongue or the sour and fresh appeal of the fish soup it's literally like painting coming to life with all different colors hitting the canvas but it's your taste buds. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, service and the whole experience even down to the green tea. His is a must experience I recommend to all.

I've come here for lunch two times and both times I was impressed not only by the cleanliness and friendly staff, but by the jewel tones and fascinating decor! It's important to note that when you check in on Yelp here, you get a free seaweed salad, which I will definitely get the next time I come here. I'm also grateful that there's free Wi-Fi here with the password being on the menu. That's definitely something that draws me here during lunch lol. But the food itself is enough to make it worth the visit! The first time I went here, I tried the Lunch Special Salty Crispy Chicken. Whether you get a lunch special or not, you get a tasty potato salad and radishes as appetizers, where both dishes served as good palate cleansers for every meal I've gotten here. The Salty Crispy Chicken also came with rice. The chicken was perfectly juicy, there wasn't too much breading, and the dish was not too salty. This dish was both a good portion size and price for a lunch special. I definitely recommend this dish if you're wary of getting any of the spicier dishes. The second time I came here I got the Dan Dan Noodles and Chili Oil Wontons. I thought I would die from getting two spicy dishes but I came out only with a runny nose from the wontons! The Dan Dan Noodles were actually less spicy than the wontons, but packed lots of flavor with garlicky goodness, making this dish my favorite one from this restaurant so far! The wontons were a good appetizer and are basically what you expect with all its spicy, oiliness. I wish there was chives or something else to go along with the big portion of pork inside the dumpling. There's enough wontons for it to be a shareable appetizer and I had to pack the rest for home since I also had the noodles. The Seafood Combo has always caught my eye, but I have yet to come back with a group of people to share it with. I'd also love to try the ramen since that is also a namesake. Overall, I'm impressed with all the food I've tried so far and look forward to being a regular here!

Pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant with seafood and ramen. We had gone here with the intention to try their ramen but got side tracked after looking at the menu. Instead, we ordered the pork dumplings, Dan dan noodles, braised beef noodles, and tomato beef noodles. The beef in both noodles were very tender and melted in your mouth. The majority of the dishes we ordered were spicy, so we didn't get any relief with each bite we took! Thank goodness for the ice water! Other tables around us ordered the seafood combo, which looked extremely tasty and flavorful. Next time, we will definitely try this. The interior is very spacious and with a Yelp check in, you'll receive a free seaweed salad. My waitress forgot to bring us one but I opted not to remind her since we had more than enough food. I just saved it for next time! They also provide a mashed potato and pickled veggie as free appetizers.

Food was decent. Not as great as I thought it would be based on the reviews. Service was okay. Although I only got a togo order. Got most of my order correct but forgot a side request. Ambiance seemed fine. Large place. Nothing special.

The seafood combo pictures on yelp is what attracted me here. Who could resist the mouth watering pictures of seasoned crab and a medley of other seafood served in a large pot? I had been looking forward to this for weeks! The restaurant is spacious, staff is friendly and menu is impressive. In short, I really wanted to like this place. To start, we were given several complimentary side dishes - banchan style. This included the seaweed salad from the yelp check in, potato salad and a pickled turnip dish. The potato salad was good (like a cross between potato salad and mashed potatoes). The seaweed salad was better than I expected. We ordered the stewed beef from the lunch special. (For $11, you choose one of the lunch dishes listed. It comes with soda and a small side.) In addition, we ordered the small seafood combo with spicy garlic sauce to share ($30). This comes with octopus tentacles, blue crab, clam, mussels, shrimp, corn and potatoes. We swapped out the octopus and clam for more crabs. At long last, I get to dig in to the seafood and get down and dirty with the plastic gloves! Ive been waiting for this. Unfortunately, the crabs did not taste fresh. A few, but not all, were borderline mushy, a tell tale sign that the crabs are not fresh. A couple of them were smallish but most were reasonably sized. The shell on the shrimp was submerged in the sauce but the shrimp itself was dry and maybe a tad overcooked. The corn and potatoes soaked up the sauce and was tasty. Although I did not try it, My husband said the stewed beef was tender. My husband had a laundry list of issues here: seafood combo sauce too salty, crab not fresh, crab too small, too much work to eat, stewed beef too peppery. I hope to come back but it would be a gamble.

This place really doesn't look like much from the outside (and the entrance is very easy to miss, it's right off of a major busy road) but this restaurant has some of the best Sichuan food I've ever had in NJ and I grew up eating that kind of food. I recommend almost anything that's spicy here, for cold dishes probably the sliced beef & tripe or the spicy chili oil wontons. For warm dishes my favorite surprisingly was the spicy eggplant with garlic sauce. They also give you complimentary potato strips in a spicy sauce as a free appetizer. They have some cool Asian sodas available for purchase too. Overall super surprised and happy with this place; if you leave hungry you're doing something wrong!!

Went to all the chinese cuisines around here and they are a little more expensive than the cheap tier ones but however in my opinion the best bang for your buck as all prepared dishes here have been very fresh, a lot of the chinese places I've ordered take out from in Edison area seemed to have old stock/not fresh preparation. Chili dumplings appetizer tastes so amazing, and I love their fresh mapo tofu which has a crazy spice kick that is packed with freshness made perfect every time. I asked for extra two sides of rice and they don't charge for rice, a big bonus for someone who eats alot of rice like me!

My wife ordered take out at this place. She wanted to try something different. She had a soup but it was just like bone broth soup.... Really? As for the two other item food. One was a squid dish that is a similar stir fry and you couldn't really eat it but red hot peppers. I think it was Sezschuan style. The taste was not there at all. You might just order hot pepper and stir fry that.

I keep coming back because All Blue keeps delivering. Everything tastes spot on and they really hustle here. My favorite Szechuan restaurant hands down

Tried this spot out for the first time. Cozy interior that gives me traditional Chinese decor vibes which I liked. We ordered Pork Kidneys, Beef Alam, Dan Dan Noodles and Double cooked pork. Beef Alam was our favorite. Beware that the food is spicy here! I have a taste for spice but those I was with do not. Dan Dan noodles were interesting as they were quite spicy. Typically the ones I've had are more savory and sometimes with a hint of sweetness. I wish it was bit less spicy, but could be just personal preference. Overall, would recommend for those that can handle spice!

Staff is attentive and food is good. I would recommend the garlic eggplant and sour fish soup. The eggplant was really good and I kept going back to it (on the salty and oily side though). The takoyaki is also good, came out piping hot. The clams tasted good but a lot of the dish had empty shells. Squid was good but nothing to rave about. Don't come here if you don't like spicy and salty food lol.

First off, congrats for All Blue's 1 year! I've always seen this place passing by but today I decided to try it. I got the cumin lamb, crispy salt chicken and some cold noodles. All of these were delicious. Although the food wasn't as hot when I had gotten home but that's fine. The portions are huge as thee three dishes could feed 3-4 people. And the staff was super nice, he even threw in an order of stir fried clams which were super yummy. Only bad part was that their ramen, dumplings and dan dan noodles were unavailable today. I had such a craving for some good dumplings. But it gives me a reason to come back here again. It's such a hidden gem.

As usual, when a new place opens around here, news spreads fast from my fellow NJ Yelpers. Based on their pictures, I was excited to check it out. There is very limited parking in the front. The back parking offers very poor street lighting. After taking the last few sips of my milk tea, I threw it in one of the dumpsters. As I turned around and took a few steps forward, I tripped on a large cement bar and the Boba Queen goes down hard. The first thing I checked was where is my new iPhone 11? Whew, it's safe. But I banged up my left knee pretty bad. FYI...I have two middle names, impatient and clumsy. We decided to order the small seafood combo. When it came to the table, I thought they made a mistake, the portion was huge. If you decide to order the large, it's enough to feed the Brady Bunch. My fave were the crabs. Ask for some white rice if it's too spicy for you. I also loved the complimentary side dishes, especially the delicious, creamy potato salad. My kiddo and I had a speed eating contest to see who could eat most of it. Yelp check-in gives you one free seaweed salad. The amount is generous. Lots of expensive high end face creams are made with seaweed. What's better than applying it to your face, eating it! I'm not a fan of the slimy texture but seaweed contains collagen protein. I eat that shhhh up like it's the yummiest thing in the world. At the end of the meal, the waitress had us put down ours names for a Christmas drawing. The prizes were flat screen T.V.s and video game consoles. It is now January...as usual, I guess I didn't win anything. We will definitely be back to try their many other dishes and more of that potato salad.

Came here for lunch based on the rave reviews of fellow Yelpers and was a bit disappointed. Located in Edison (close to HMart) it's a standalone restaurant with a small parking lot. I had the lunch special Stewed Beef on rice plate. Like the famous Wendy's commercial: "where's the beef!?" If you state Beef as the main feature then add more beef. The plate was full of potatoes, gravy and very itty bitty pieces of braised beef (I counted 3). They should rename this dish: Potatoes stew with beef pieces. Wife had the tonkatsu ramen (pork broth). Looked good but was missing that rich and creamy pork bone flavor. Guess they didn't cook the broth long enough. I think people come here for the seafood boil (seafood in a bag). I saw a few tables having this and it looked good. Might give them another chance but no ramen or beef...I meant potato plate just seafood boil.

Ramen Joints.....Where do I start? The modern day equivalent of FroYo franchises?, What you open when your "Thai/Cambodian/Asian Fusion" concept runs aground?.....Well you get the drift. Drawn in by the excellent reviews by my fellow Elite members and the prospect of a decent Cumin Lamb an early dinner was in order and off we went. Located in a non descript store front on Lincoln Highway not far from H Mart,All Blue was quite obviously another Chinese Restaurant just about 10 minutes before.{ check out the Carved wall panels, Dance floor and antique dead bolt in the men's room} but the menu is definitely for right now. Seafood boil with a very Asian twist,2 options $29.99 and $59.99 will get you all the favorites with the opportunity to add what ever you wish from the menu and the ability to modify the marinade.....Garlic is always a favorite. Having dined on a seafood boil the night before we were there for the Ramen and the much touted Cumin Lamb. Service is quick and bright with some daikon pickles,Japanese potato salad and hot tea as well as our complimentary seaweed salad when checking in on your Yelp App hitting the table almost immediately after being seated. The Cumin Lamb was next and the large fragrant dish arrived in all it's glory piled high of succulent morsels of flash fried lean lamb nestled on a bed of expertly wok fried potato wedges in a "dry sauce" of cumin,garlic,peppers and onions topped with a nest of shredded scallions. The aroma was amazing and complex...Cumin, ginger, onions, saosinxing, garlic, peppers all came together to give you a spicy tender mouthful of lamb and with the potato's that had absorbed all the flavor from the wok it was exactly what this dish promised.My new favorite. The Tonkatsu Ramen arrived in a milky,dense pork bone broth with fat chewy noodles and slices of grilled and glazed pork belly with a just runny egg. The broth was everything in this dish, not too salty with just a hint of that hog,with the chewy belly and egg.....this was an excellent bowl of Ramen. Let's not forget our Takoyaki....blanketed with bonito flakes. I made the sad mistake of attempting to fit a whole one in my mouth and was immediately sorry. These thing held a creamy octopus sauce with lots of Kewpi Mayo that had the heat and consistency of molten Lava. They were actually quite good but a good 10 minutes of cool down time is necessary. This was an excellent meal at a very fair price I might add. Venue is a work in progress, service is quick and enthusiastic, menu is compact and focused, kitchen is fast and efficient and they serve a very good Ramen.... ....But the Cumin Lamb Folks.... The Cumin Lamb is worth the price of admission.

This restaurant is currently a hidden gem and serves up authentic and flavorful Chinese cuisine and may not be hidden for long. This is where you go for great food for casual dining with family and friends. At first glance, from the outside appearances, the restaurant seemed unassuming. We arrived at about 11:30 am for brunch and we were greeted by a friendly server who escorted us to our table. The atmosphere was a bit confusing. While their furniture shows they are trying to give the place a nice asian flare, the inside painted walls and flooring seems like they rushed to open. Yet they do have some nice bric a bracs hanging on their most inner furthest wall. I see the vision they are trying to establish but I feel as though it isn't finished. They actually opened in August of 2019. Considering, as of this writing, only two months ago, I would like to see in another year if they indeed finish up with their decor or if they want to see if their restaurant will succeed. Perhaps then, they will finish completing the necessary renovations. Or perhaps they will take their profits and expand on their already diverse menu. Their restaurant name states they are to be known for their seafood and ramen. They do offer dishes beyond their restaurant's name. After being seated and we checked in via Yelp, we were offered a free seaweed salad. We put in an order for pork dumplings in chili sauce and Sichuan boiled fish. Bring on the heat! We were also served two additional banchans: potato salad and pickled radishes. All were a welcome relief, especially from the spiciness from our dishes. The pork dumplings are very dense and there is absolutely no fillers. It is generously pork stuffed dumplings in very spicy chili sauce. They are slippery deliciousness with freshly and finely minced ginger along with sesame seeds and garnished slivered scallions were that sweet and mild tasting. I personally would have preferred them to have their pork filling not as heavy. It was a bit much, in my opinion. The second dish we had was Sichuan boiled fish, we found the fish to be both succulent and tender. The dish is pungent and delivered a numbing sensation to our mouths. We were overjoyed with this. They did not skimp on the Sichuan peppercorns, bean sprouts, freshly chopped garlic and finely minced garlic. While some might feel the numbing sensation is too spicy, you can request the level of heat. I assure you, it is addictive. Our mouths were on fire and in euphoria. When the heat was overwhelming, the offered banchans tone down the heat. The price for what we received were well worth it. The dishes were extremely generous in both size and fresh ingredients. My husband and I are eager to come back and cannot wait to try out other dishes. We wish this establishment much success and welcome them to the community. This is truly a gem where they serve authentic and flavorful Chinese cuisine.

All Blue Seafood is a "Hot New Place" according to Yelp. Located in Edison just south of the H-Mart shopping plaza, behind the outdated building facade is a minimalistic open eating area with widely spaced tables. Adorning the walls are wooded rectangular frames attempting to simulate shuttered windows and between each rectangular box are bric-bracs to break-up the monotony of the wooden frames. There is a fixed menu that is comprised of a mix of Japanese, Sichuan and Taiwanese cuisine. Additional offerings are available and can be found on small placards housed in clear stand-up frames sitting nearby the condiments atop each table. We visited All Blue Seafood and Ramen on a weekday just before peak lunch time. Service was prompt, courteous and thorough. We ordered the Pork Dumplings as an appetizer and Sichuan Boiled Fish as an entree. Complimentary potato salad and pickled daikon were placed on the table before our dishes arrived at the table. Be sure to check-in to Yelp and receive a complimentary Seaweed Salad appetizer. The Pork Dumplings arrived in spicy Sichuan sauce garnished with slivered scallions and minced ginger. These baby are generously filled with meat and hardly/none fillers. Result....a really dense dumpling. The hot oily Sichuan sauce makes it a challenge to grasp with chopsticks. Solution...stab the suckers and hope no one see's the brutality you've just performed. They're good despite all I've stated. Spicy...yes! On to the Sichuan Boiled Fish. The dish has tender pieces of fish fillets, been sprouts, sliced scallions and an abundance of sliced red sichuan chilli peppers in hot spicy oil. This dish is HOT. As I was eating and enjoying the dish, beads of sweat began to run and I was able to breath freely for once in this pollen infested State of Jersey. Our first experience at All Blue Seafood and Ramen was positive and we will visit again to experience their other dishes. Lamb Cumin, I got my eye on you!

Only got the tonkatsu and beef braised noodle soup. Beef braised noodle soup- great, not sour, good beef, good vegetable. Perfect noodles and bite. The broth is amazing and just the right amount of heat. The chili oil is as good as it gets Tonkatsu ramen- broth is porky and delicious. The pork slices are more chinese in the sense that it's not super fatty and melty but chewy. I like that they use different noodles for different soups. Interior- ancient Chinese decor but the place is clean. Parking- there's parking on the side I also like that you get picked radish and potatoe salad for free appetizers. Cuts through the fat of the noodle soups
