Google
Terrible customer service. My order was incomplete and when I contacted customer service to ask for the item to be sent to me, they asked me to send a photo of it not being received. What?! The item was a cleaner and the least expensive item in the shipment. I felt like they suspected I was lying. Just didn’t make sense to me. I had planned to slowly replace all of my pots and pans with their product, but have changed my mind.

I have been a huge fan of All-Clad for 35 years. Was I ever stupid. This company is the definition of paying for a label. A great majority of their SKU's are manufactured in China and elsewhere offshore. Even their USA manufactured stainless D3 and D5 items have been a modern failure (look up the sharp edges lawsuit). What is truly disturbing is the cesspool that has become All-Clad's public image via the entitled, rude, lying and completely unhelpful frontline staff that act as a gatekeeper. The way that All-Clad so clearly has policies and procedures in place to demonstrate how they are acting in bad faith in ragards to their customer service commitment as well as their legal warranty. I have been trying to get a single D5 saucier with sharp edges returned for warranty evaluation for well over 10 years now. All-Clad has gone completely mad. Every time I contact customer service, they insist on sending a label via email that NEVER comes. They do not have any other resources to assign me, as they age demonstrated consistently all these years. I have grown to hate All-Clad. I have replaced them in my kitchen and no longer can recommend All-Clad in good conscience. It's sad to see the final breath is a once great American cookware company. Oh well...

Google
They do not honor their warranty. Apparently photos don’t suffice like they used to and they want me to mail them to their location for a review that will take 2-3 weeks. And then what? Guess I can’t cook food for a month or longer. Tip - don’t buy anything with their black nonstick finish or you’ll be eating cancer along with your food.

Google
literally never doing any type of business with them. zero compassion, zero willingness to help their customers, basically they sell defective products and do not care. do not spend your money with these kinds of businesses. about to throw this pan back in their face. thanks for nothing yall

Google
Absolutely awful. Ordered gifts for Christmas, and they never arrived. No correspondence whatsoever, no tracking information offered. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Yelp
People on yelp are right the customer service at all clad is horrible. I bought an all clad D5 Copper core fry pan that the copper wore off within one day leading to suspect that obviously it's not even copper. Of course I sent photos to be reviewed by all clad customer service and the response I got was similar to the ones that you're reading on Yelp. Upon reviewing the digital images of your cookware, we have determined that there are no defects in materials, construction, or workmanship. This is normal for the copper core to turn into this color over time, I would just recommend using a copper cleaner to take the discoloration off. A copper penny doesn't look like a nickel when it changes color, as my pan did. Avoid All-Clad, SHAME ON YOU!

Yelp
Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a mailing label to return my defective D-5 saucier for years now. All-Clad couldn't care less. Their warranty is not handled in good faith. Never again All-Clad.

Yelp
Handle on the pan digs into the hand making it a terribly designed item. They have since improved it yet deny anything is wrong. The finish on the non stick pan has worn away after just two years of use, with strictly wood or silicon utensils used. I have a good mind to assemble a class-action suit against this company as there are hundreds of complaints on Amazon, Crate and Barrel, Reddit, etc, regarding the misleading "Lifetime Warranty" which is farcical. If the pan's coating wears off too soon, how is it NOT a manufacturing problem? Is it the customer's fault? After several attempts to get some kind of credit via Pierre at Customer Service, and his failure to get any real help, I called their main office in Pennsylvania and I have left two messages with Pat Troutman, who has not returned my calls in the last 6 days. I am concerned with toxicity of having used this pan, and deeply dissatisfied with the horrific customer service associated with this now escalated issue. The non stick coating is all over the internet with reviews like "terrible" and " will never buy again" yet I received an email saying there are "no known issues." That's what's called "willful ignorance." I will keep you all posted on my instagram. Let's hope they do the fair and equitable thing.

Yelp
Peeling coating on rack of All Clad Hard Anodized Roasting Pan which All Clad claims is NOT a manufacturer defect. Purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond on 11/26/21. It has been used THREE times since then and the sprayed-on coating is peeling off the rack in spite of the fact of following the cleaning instructions. I let it cool off first, then wipe off any excess food with a paper towel. Next, I wipe it down with a soft sponge. I let it air dry as well. I reported this to customer service on 4/25/2023 & sent them the required info along with the photos they requested. The very next day they sent a response (see attached) basically stating it was determined NOT to be a manufacturer's defect. However, there is physical clumps of the spray on the bottom of the rack which are not visible in a photo, in addition to the reported peeling issue. I don't want to feed my family the peelings of the rack. It should be stainless steel like the handles on the pan. I will be pursuing this further with their metal crafters home office via good old fashioned "snail mail". Hoping for a justified rack replacement! Buyers beware!

Yelp
So I've been cooking with All-Clad since about the time Agent Cooper ate his first piece of "damn fine cherry pie" in the little fictional town of Twin Peaks. Aside from preparing an occasional Sunday breakfast feast for my friends, I wasn't all that interested in cooking but I knew I wanted to invest in good pots and pans...something that would allow me to build a collection. Little did I know the guy I met almost 10 years after we discovered Laura Palmer's body would be an All-Clad fan too. Though he had no idea who Laura Palmer was I knew it was fate we met and together we have a pretty epic collection of the metal crafted cooking vessels. Just before we met, I became casually serious about cooking when I made my first béarnaise... perfectly. Sauté chefs study weeks, months (years?) to perfect the creation or preparation of sauces and I nailed it on my first try. Luck? Maybe but I choose to believe it was my trusty All-Clad sauce pan that ensured a perfect sauce. I couldn't believe how silky smooth the sauce came out, not one speck of separation - and gosh darn it, that sauce was legit delicious too! Ever since that sauce victory I've had numerous kitchen successes (my share of flops too) and almost all of them have been while using All-Clad. I might be sort of an unofficial unpaid spokesperson for the brand but this is true: if you want durable, superior performing and let's face it, good looking cookware then by all means stock your kitchen with a set of All-Clad pots and pans. I'm still deciding who I'll will my collection to when I leave this earth, but when I do, I can bet the recipient will be one happy cook!

Yelp
I own about 10 thousand dollars worth of All Clad products, i had a non stick pan fail and they would not replace it. I decided to purchase made in products for replacement

Yelp
The best pans that I've ever used! I use the D-5 collection which are great heavy, durable pans that clean with ease and have the most even heat distribution of any other set.

Yelp
I was notified by email that All-Clad had a VIP Factory Seconds Event. I purchased an All-Clad digital toaster. It arrived in a timely manner. It was fine - not defective. But they lose 2 points because of the pricing behavior. About one week later, I received another email for another similar event. I was surprised to receive this type of promotion so soon after the previous one. I was also surprised to see the same product now for sale for $30 less. I called All-Clad, and they said that they would not price match their lower price (for the same item). I was frustrated because it was their own company that did this, and it was my expectation that their "sales" deliver their lowest price. They make a well regarded product, and I expressed concern that this business practice cheapens their brand name. That it made me feel less likely to purchase when I see an item, if it might be offered later at a lower price. They would not budge. I was satisfied with the actual product, but frustrated by their pricing behavior. For those who purchase from them using their VIP Seconds Sales, caveat emptor. Buyer beware. You might not be getting the lowest price, and they do not allow returns (you agree to this when you sign the purchase agreement online). But it now appears that they offer these sales frequently. If buying from them interests you, keep in mind that your product could be offered later (maybe as soon as right after you purchase!) at a much lower price.

Yelp
What's extremely frustrating is when you want to buy a nice product and the product you want finally goes on sale but an additional sale comes 25 days later. During the Black Friday 2022, I bought a 13 piece All Clad Essentials for $449 but less then a month later, the price dropped to $299. So, I contacted All Clad to have a price adjustment and they refused and said it's not in their policy to price match. So, my advice to whomever is reading this, if you want to by All Clad, don't buy it during Black Friday and just wait 25 days after for additional sale. You're welcome. Hahaha

Yelp
I started with a large set of D3. I love them! I have since added several D5 pieces. If I had to take cookware on a long trip, I would select the 5.5qt D5 dutch oven, a small (8 or 10 inch) coated skillet, and a 1.5 qt sauce pan. With these 2 pieces and some creativity, I can cook anything that I want to serve my family and friends. Ten years later, I still love cooking in these reliable and easy to clean these pans.

Leigh ..

Yelp
DO NOT PURCHASE!!! These are some of the worst pans I have ever purchased. The coating started to peel after one use, and customer service was not helpful at all. They will do EVERYTHING not to honour their seemingly open warranty policy. Stay away and pick any other brand!!!

Russ D.

Yelp
The top of pot is extremely sharp! Tried to replace it but customer service keeps saying they are sending me a label to return. Been months-Still haven't received label so called customer service again they said the computer was down. After months still waiting for that return label ...I guess I'm not ever going to get it replaced-?

Wallace F.

Yelp
Extremely rude customer service. Ordered a 10-piece set of All-Clad D5 polished stainless on 02 DEC 22. Took 12 days to arrive on 14 DEC 22. This was fine, except what was sent was the less expensive D3 set. Contacted customer service and was issued a return tag. On 15 DEC 22 it was sent from a local UPS Store. All-Clad received the return on 19 DEC 22. We have had no communications from All-Clad since 14 DEC 22. Called All-Clad "customer service" this morning - 27 DEC 22 - fully 3 and one-half weeks after ordering. As you might imagine, at this point we're wondering what the heck is going on. "Customer service" representative was slightly dismissive at first, and not apologetic in any way. He put me on hold and when he returned asked me if it was a "return or a refund" (why didn't he know that?). I told him what happened, and he put me on hold again. He returned and said an order for shipment was being placed today. At this point I asked him if it could be expedited in any way, since we'd been waiting over 3 weeks. His response was - "Sir, we have more than 1 customer". To which I replied "Yes, and I'm one of them". He starting getting "stroppy" as the Brits say and, I must admit, I then spoke to him at his level, telling how I would have handled this situation to, essentially, "please" the customer - namely, the job of "Customer Service". His answer, in a nasty voice was - "Thank you, sir, for telling us how to run the company." Well, as they say, "that was all she wrote". I just said "Yeah, right" and hung up. Doubt we'll even see the cookware now. My wife has wanted a set of All-Clad for years and, after this debacle, said she will never buy anything from them ever again. Should have ordered it from Amazon for $100 less.

Philip S.

Yelp
Not open. Call before coming as store seems to be open possibly twice a year for a sale according to the security guard. After further investigation, it appears that the semi-annual sales may be held at another location and not at the factory. The security guard stated that people come to this location (424 Morganza Rd) frequently but in vain looking for the "factory store". Again, call first.

Amy C.

Yelp
I was debating on the star rating as right now am very frustrated with yet another company using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service. We returned a pot lid that was damaged in original shipment with their shipping label. Company received 2 weeks ago. Rick, in customer service, took my call. He told me they "would get to it when they could. Because of COVID they were short staffed." Wtf people??!!! Why not say the company is cheap and won't hire some more inspectors? Why not say no one wants to fill the jobs posted? COVID is not going away! Time to stop using it as an excuse!! Having said all that despite my feelings about customer service, we like our set. Despite liking it would love to return it so we don't have to deal w this customer service sept again

Yelp
ALL-Clad is one of the worst organizations I've ever dealt with. Trying to get my money back from their defective pans I've never used. as the pans were new I ran them once through dishwasher and discovered the pans were leaking black residue and decided to return the pans. They gave me run around for weeks to get a label issued and I finally returned the Pans. Now they are refusing to refund my money claiming the pans are "used" since I ran them through through dishwasher once. Stay away from ALL-Clad. I will never buy another pan from this deceptive organization. They will find excuses for their defective pans and find ways to make a profit off their returns. total rip-off

Yelp
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS Don't believe for one minute that you can email through their website. Don't believe the service reps, if by some miracle you talk to one. I was promised a shipping label to return a defective tea kettle THREE WEEKS AGO. Guess the joke is on me. I bought for my self and sold to customers tens of thousands of dollars worth of all clad as a Wm. Sonoma employee. Very sorry I did. Terrible company. Is anybody else getting really tired of being lied to?

Jeff K.

Yelp
I've had one of their 12"pans with a lid for 2-3 years and have followed all the guidelines regarding how to use it and care. But invariably the pan has gotten surface scratches all over it...it's a pan, it's supposed to be used and not hung up for decoration. I called Customer Service up and they were a dead end...their policy is you use it in any way other than with kid glove hands and forget about it, forget about All-Clad standing behind their cookware. My pan had surface scratches on it and in two places the coating began to wear off more. They take a hard line in the sand with customers but they're not afraid to charge you the same as the expensive manufacturers. But at least with Zwilling or Calphalon, they stand behind their cookware and if you don't get many years of use they make it right. So I gotta start moving over to the other brands because All-Clad's cooking surface should last longer.

Mindy B.

Yelp
I purchased an All Clad non stick grill pan , even though it was more expensive, knowing their reputation and warrantee. I have a large family and do alot of cooking. I loved the grill pan and bought it for other family members, until it started sticking. I sent it back for a replacement and was told it wasn't a defection in the pan but I used it incorrectly. I was very careful not to use metal utensils and only cleaned with non abrasive cleaner and scrubber. They recommended I clean it with baking soda and prime with vegetable oil. I tried that and it helped for he first use and now is sticking horribly. Caphalon has a great guarantee and has always replaced a non stick pan! I should buy a Caphalon, it's cheaper and not any different except THE PRICE!

Matt K.

Yelp
I have an entire set of All-Clad and all have been fine except on of the pans. I filed a concern with customer service and after sending in photos, they ultimately denied any claim. BUT, they never got back to me about their decision. I finally had to call and they told me it was denied. HORRIBLE customer service. The agent was downright rude. Stay away from this company.

Michael K.

Yelp
I bought the large All-Clad LTD roasting pan. It came with two racks, one flat, and one V-shaped. They were both clad in some plastic-looking coating which is flaking off as the underlying metal rusts. They sent me a label to return it, then denied the racks were their product, and shipped them back. Either Williams-Sonoma lied to me, or All-Clad's "lifetime warranty" ain't worth spit. There are lots of good stainless choices out there from companies who stand behind their products.

Reid J.

Yelp
To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I have enjoyed using ALL of our All-Clad cookware for the past 12 years. Unfortunately, "one" of our stainless steel pots has shown damage, which we have NOT been able to correct, despite using all the recommendations on cleaning, and restoring, from All-Clad. Most Unfortunate though was dealing with one of All-Clad's Customer Service Representatives, Maritza.  She placed ALL the blame on us, and utterly refused to honor All-Clad's LifeTime Warranty. To say we are disappointed with both Maritza and All-Clad is an understatement for a $100.00 stainless steel pot. As God is my witness, I have NEVER in the last 10 years written a review that was less than Good and usually Great, on Yelp & Google, so this will be my very 1st "Negative" review. Hopefully, those reading this review will think twice about believing All-Clad's Lifetime Warranty, before making their purchase. Yelp
Customer service is terrible, sent multiple emails under one reference number, no response. Opened a second reference with multiple emails, finally got a response, sent them pics as requested over 3 weeks ago and once again no response! Suggest looking at competitors!

Yelp
I received a copper core all clad skillet as a birthday gift and loved it. It cooks evenly and browns the food beautifully, adding flavor while providing me with control of the entire cooking surface. For Christmas I went out and purchased replacements for all my frequently used pots, pans, skillets and lids. I absolutely love them. I chose to get the non-stick skillets as it suits my needs and I do realize that I have to be very careful and not use metal of any kind in them. I am ok with that. I did get 3 stainless skillets and they wash up well with some Barkeepers Friend cleanser. If you are serious about cooking, and serious about food...get these. They are the Mercedes of pots and pans - an investment - and if taken care of will last for many many years. If you just cook because you have to, you may want to look elsewhere.

Josh B.

Yelp
was given a 10 piece non stick set as a wedding gift. the Teflon started to crack after a month so I call customer service who then asked for photos and proof of purchase which I provided. they decided not to replace anything. do not buy their products as their "lifetime guarantee" is bullshit.

Mark L.

Yelp
after buying what I thought was a great on, I had to return for warranty repair. it has now been 2 years since I sent in my return and I still do t have a replacement. they keep saying it is approved but nothing ever arrives. customer service is terrible. I will NEVER buy All Clad again.

Yelp
"WOW! What a great company! The customer service is slow but excellent. Longish story way shorter: I bought a used 9 piece set of Emeril All-Clad cookware off of craigslist over a year ago for like $100. Early this year the 10" saute pan of fell apart without warning. I was cooking and the seal on the bottom came loose and the bottom began to pop off. Literally made 3 distinct pops and then a strange sound just before I took it off the heat thinking it was going to blow. So I sent an email to All-Clad explaining what had happened to the pan and that I did not have a warantee nor the original box, but was it replaceable anyway. It took about 3 months for them to get back to me with instructions on how & where to return it. So I did. About 3 months after I received their email. I really didn't think that I was going to get any response other than "Dear M, we're sorry but......" Today Fed-Ex delivers me a BRAND NEW 10" saute pan with a brand new lid included (which I did not include the old one when I sent the pan back)!! I am so pleasantly surprised. It was so unexpected. And SO fast. I only sent it about 3 weeks ago. This clearly a company that stands behind its products. That is pretty rare these days. So...I just HAD to YELP about it to let others know that though fairly expensive, All-Clad cookware is not only great cookware, but the company is great too and well worth paying for. They stand behind their products and replace them when they break sooner than the time it takes to get through a millenium. I would happily pay full price for any of their products after this experience. So buy All-Clad! I know I will for my 12" saute."

Yelp
My family and I have had All-Clad cookware for the 20+ years, and overall I've been happy with the products. Unfortunately, the non-stick product line in particular has known durability issues. My brother and I both submitted warranty evaluation requests for our non-stick fry pans and after sending them in and waiting over several weeks/months we finally received replacements. This suggested that they acknowledged defects that were covered under warranty, so we encouraged our father to submit his fry pan for evaluation as well. The condition of his pan was in fact better than ours, but still had obvious deterioration of the coating. Instead of offering a mailing label for warranty evaluation, he was told to submit pictures and based on pictures his warranty claim was promptly denied. The response included the standard refrain that pan was overheated and scratched therefore not covered under warranty, but we are all aware that non-stick cookware should not be used above medium heat settings and we don't use metal cooking utensils. If a non-stick fry can cannot tolerate medium heat, wouldn't that qualify as a manufacturing defect?? It makes no sense why warranty claims are selectively honored or rejected, and it's quite disappointing when a manufacturer does not stand behind the warranty they claim to offer at purchase.

Yelp
I have had a set of All-Clad pans for years. Yes, they are expensive but worth every penny. They maintain even heat perfectly. Easy to clean and will last a lifetime. I have never had to deal with their customer service department so I can't confirm or deny what others say about their customer service. I love my pots and pans. People are so surprised when they say Oh, you have new pots and I say no, they are 15 or more years old.

James W.

Yelp
I spent $50 for a All-Clad pot/lid. The lid was never included. I emailed customer service. They said they would refund me $10. This was six months ago. Still waiting. Tried calling C.Service... no answer. Thanks for NOTHING!

Yelp
This company is a joke. I received one of there pressure cookers as a wedding gift a few years ago and we never opened it until today. Upon opening it, we discovered it was defective. We called All-Clad, who refused to stand behind their product and then continued to try and sell me a new unit which would probably be just as bad. I am deeply disappointed in this companies business practices and the quality of their products. I don't recommend anyone spend their hard earned money here. There are many other better quality companies who will also stand behind their products.

Kristen R.

Yelp
I purchased a non stick skillet 10.5". After three years of normal use, the teflon coating was coming off. I sent pictures to customer service who declared this normal wear and tear. So, according to all-clad, it is normal for the teflon coating to wear off within three years. The price tag is a little too high for this kind of lifespan.

Yelp
All-Clad Metalcrafters, LLC is the worst company ever, Went for an interview, told them I was hard of hearing (I have a hearing deficiency, I am Not deaf, I can still hear, just not as well). He told me he would call me back the next day to set up drug test, etc & that it wouldn't be a problem that I couldn't hear too well. He NEVER called back, & did not return any of the messages that I left. I have the qualifications & never have I ever had this happen to me before. I find it disrespectful, rude & discrimination. I will never go to this place & or refer anyone to this company.

Yelp
I wish I'd known how superior All-Clad Stainless Steel Cookware is back when I got married. I would've registered for an All-Clad stainless steel set. The few All-Clad pieces I own are my favorite because: * They cook better (more evenly, etc.). * They clean easily. * They hold up beautifully. The All-Clad pots and pans cost more than many other brands, and they're worth it. I haven't tried their nonstick, just their stainless steel. If money were no object, I'd replace most of my cookware (not my Le Creuset - they're keepers too!) with All-Clad.

Yelp
We are happy All-Clad users. I admit it. We love our All-Clad pots and pans. Cooking at home for ourselves and for diner parties is special to us. Perhaps err.. I am not the best cook, but I want to use the best cookware when I can. So we have lots of All-Clad. I feel very sorry for the person who is having such a sucky time with their return problem. Fortunately I have not been into the customer service vortex. I believe that any brand of nonstick will wear out as a normal consequence of the inherent characteristics of the coating. This will accelerate if you misuse these coatings and put them on too high a heat. They are not designed for that. We use a large selection of the stainless steel and are extremely happy with them. I have All-Clad Saute pans; Skillets (fry pans) of numerous sizes and coatings; Saucepans; Steamers; Roasting Pans; The three layer construction keep the heat even across the surface and avoids hot spots and burning. In my opinion the ergonomics are also outstanding. They are easy to handle, well balanced and beautifully polished. They are easy to clean, usually I hand wash to keep the polished look, but these can go into the dishwasher. I can't see myself buying or cooking with anything else, except my Le Creuset Cookware and Lodge Logic, that is.

Yelp
All Clad LTD cookware is simply the best. The difference is the solid construction: 18/10 stainless inside, a middle layer of pure aluminum, and an outer layer of black anodized aluminum that won't chip or scratch in spite of the heavy use it sees in my kitchen. Their quality control is unsurpassed. I just love this cookware. I see there is now LTD2 with a 5-layer construction. I will have to check this out when I am in the market for another pot, or pan. But for now the regular 3-layer has been fabulous. Recently I decided to go for a non-stick frying pan. At some of the better known culinary web sites there were some pretty tantalizing deals on good name brand pans, but I thought about it and went with the 14" All-Clad. An additional selling point was this pan is oven safe to 500-F. Their bonded cookware is manufactured in the USA with metals purchased from US suppliers. Lids and some other items are made in other countries but not sure which. Still, It makes me happy to support businesses and workers in this country to whatever extent possible. If you want cookware that will last a lifetime and look beautiful throughout, this is it.

Yelp
Worst customer service on the planet. I sent in several pans for their lifetime warranty. They lost them. When I called to follow up, they accused me lying! Pierre is quite possibly the rudest and least helpful person I have ever encountered in customer service. I have spent several thousand dollars on their cookware, and they are just going to leave me hanging. I will never buy another piece of all-clad again. What happened to the customer is always right????

Yelp
Purchased the All Clad non stick grill pan... Junk! Heated it enough to sear steaks and it warped 1/4 " out of flat within two weeks. We foolishly thought a grill pan was for cooking steaks! Their warranty, we found, does not include warping... but we can pay shopping for them to evaluate. Sure... threw away a nice stack of pennies on an inferior product... Not paying more to be told no warranty. Their steel products are the best... but this is a NO BUY!!! Bad product for the excessive price.... Moving on to Lodge with a true unconditional warranty!

Yelp
I lusted after a set of shiny All Clad pans for years. I got a set when I got married and they are OK, but certainly no better than any other premium pans. $900 for a set of pans that were just only marginally better than my handmedowns was disappointing. But then I lost the lids in a move. All Clad does not allow retailers (Williams Sonoma, Sur de Table, Independents) to order you some replacement lids. All Clad won't sell you lids. Their customer service was not helpful in the least. They refer you to a company call metrokitchen to order lids. But as these things go, since your local retailer can't look at your pans and order lids, you are left with a guessing game as to which lids to order since All Clad has a number of pan lines that look similar but have different sized and shaped lids. And to add insult to injury metrokitchen has a virtual monopoly on All Clad replacement lids, so you can imagine the userious prices they charge. Save yourself some trouble and purchase your high end pans from another company

Yelp
What a mistake that purchase was! I let the cookware experts at Bed, Bath & Beyond talk me into paying the ridiculous price for AllClad nonstick pans. (Set of three.) Returned all three to BB&B within a year, and they exchanged them for me, saying that it appears to be a manufacturing defect. A couple of years later, the smallest one, that I use the most, is trashed. I NEVER use anything but silicon utensils in it, and it is always hand washed. The surface is so pitted and scratched that it is no longer "non-stick", even with butter! Awful customer service phone bank through AllClad. Wait on hold forever. It took forever for them to get me a return shipping label. Finally, I get the package in the mail today. My old pan is returned to me! No note, no nothing! I call CS and wait on hold....again. They tell me they aren't replacing it because I cooked with too high heat, with too much oil. A pan that costs over $100 ought to be able to fry an egg with olive oil or butter in the pan. And if it can't, the company ought to replace it or refund your money, and for god's sake, go out of business! They did neither. DO NOT EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! If I had only had the advantage of seeing the posts which are exactly like mine, here, I would never have made this purchase. I predict this old dinosaur of a company will be out of business before too long. And they should be. Good riddance!

Yelp
I bought my husband the super expensive All-Clad slow cooker for Christmas four years ago and we took good care of it by using wood spoons, hand washing,etc..... However, the non stick coating started to peel off so I emailed All-Clad, sent the pictures and all information. Within 2 weeks I had a new insert delivered to the house with no questions asked. I was shocked at the response time and how quick they honored the warranty. I was already an All-Clad fan but now even more so and will recommend the product to anyone!

Yelp
Order two items on-line. They shipped the wrong item. When I notified them, it is my responsibility to get packaging and ship it back to them. They will not send the proper item until they get the one they sent me in error back, despite the fact that they have charged me for it.

Yelp
I've used all clad for over 20 years and anything else I've cooked with has been inferior and I'm a chef. The non stick was in the trash after a year, so skip it buy a scan pan. For everything else, all clad all the way.

Yelp
All Clad makes some of the best professional cookware there is. Go into any restaurant and there will be All Clad pots and pans. The great thing about living close to the factory is the big sale they have once a year in the parking lot. Good times. I had a set at home until my Mom opened her diner and I donated them to the cause.

Yelp
I bought a set of All Clad pots and pans from William Sonoma several years ago. Several friends had recommended their products. Recently the surface of the 9 inch non stick frying pan had begun to peel and crack. I called William Sonoma and they referred me to the All Clad website and informed me of All Clad's replacement policy. One the site you can submit an email question but there is no customer service phone number to call. I emailed them the details and problem with the pan and they sent me a postage slip. After sending the pan in early February I heard nothing at all until today when I received the same pan shipped back to me with no explanation. This must rate as exceptionally poor customer service. They have lost a customer forever! Hello All Clad, we pay a high price for your products because we believe they will last or that you will replace them. if you don't keep your end of the bargin and don't communicate with me then you are a fraud!

Yelp
I received a fondue set as a gift and used it to make cheese fondue. The allclad set has a ceramic insert that works like a double boiler and this is different from the conventional Swiss way. Since the ceramic insert is not stove top safe, you have to put it inside the metal container filled with some water. Unfortunately this method failed miserably. The cheeses are not fully melted even after 30 mins on a regular stove with high heat and finally I gave up! Tried calling allclad and they are giving me the run around and not returning my phone calls. The consumer phone representative told me to return the unit to check for defect, but the insert is not cracked, so where is the physical defect??? I will definitely not buy the allclad fondue set.

Yelp
I bought a non-stick pan and the non-stick coating wore out very quickly. I sent it it to All-clad for a warranty replacement back in November. Now it's March and they still haven't sent me the replacement pan (I asked for a regular pan since their non-stick sucks). They wrote me in early February that I'd get my replacement in 3-5 days. Another month goes by and no pan. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ALLCLAD AGAIN. I had to buy a frying pan b/c this was taking so damn long. I'm pissed and others should be warned about buying their products. They've been getting away with charging absurd prices for far too long. There are lots of alternatives out there that cost far less and are decent quality. Had a tea kettle from them too. It was awful. Handle would get so hot that you couldn't pick it up without an oven mitt. Sent it back to them. Turns out they discontinued it. They ended up giving me credit, but less than I actually paid for it. I really feel that I got ripped off.

Yelp
Their nonstick skillets are a joke as is their customer service and "lifetime warranty". I sent back chipping pans and was told that it wasn't a manufacturing defect but a user issue and insulted me with a coupon. Never buy these pans. We had them for 14 years and time and use have caused them to not be usable
