Denver’s 14 Essential Thai Restaurants Right Now | Eater Denver

"Run by two sisters whose mother owns the original Aloy Thai in Boulder, this relatively upscale Ballpark spinoff earns its spot on the list with a menu that takes more chef-driven, contemporary twists and turns than most. Small plates like the crunchy golden corn fritters, rich creamed-duck wontons, and honey-drizzled Brie tempura with sweet-potato chips blatantly — and enjoyably — buck tradition, while atypical ingredients like lamb chops, black rice, and zucchini make their way into entrees, including a bright pineapple fried rice." - Ruth Tobias

Food was good, nothing spectacular though. Keep in mind that I’m a Thai food enthusiast. Spice was good- if you don’t love an overly spicy profile but a nice bite, a level 2 is perfect. Atmosphere was enjoyable. Our server was great! Portions were sizeable and presentation was nice. The duck wontons were tasty. Other dishes we had were the pineapple fried rice and drunken noodle.

During a conference trip to Denver, I treated three friends here. After some web search, I chose Aloy Modern Thai for very good reviews and not exorbitant prices. And it turned out to be the right decision. I made an online booking two days before going there. We ordered four dishes. The food came reasonably quickly, was plentiful, and very tasty. My friends were full of praise of the food and hence of my choice. It was a little noisy though because the place was full. Would gladly go there again.

First timer and this establishment is one we will definitely return to! The restaurant atmosphere is warm and inviting. Service is first class and meal items arrive quickly. There is a large seating area to fit the needs from single diners to large groups. From the appetizers, I ordered the Thai Fried Shrimp and the New item on the menu, Thai Pork Ribs. The portions for both were perfect for two. Both were so flavorful that we didn't use the side dips. Why toy with perfection!? For my entree I ordered the Tim Yum Noodle Soup. YUM is RIGHT. I chose heat level 2. I appreciate our server explaining the heat levels to me and I was able to have the perfect experience of just the right amount of spice. I also opted to omit the noodles and my preference was honored. As retirees, my spouse and I spent each week scouting the best spots for delicious and healthy meals. Aloy Modern Thai uses the best ingredients to match their superb recipes. Can’t WAIT to work my way through the menu!

Google
Very delicious Thai cuisine. Very inviting atmosphere, our waiter was excellent makes feels very conformable. Definitely recommend this place. They also have happy hour from 2 to 6 pm on drinks and appetizer.

We ordered the papaya salad, Thai hot. I wish it was a little bit more spicy since we like very spicy, but overall it was very fresh. The khao soi was flavorful, and the chicken was falling off the bone. It had a sweet aromatic flavor to it. My husband got the green curry, and it was also delicious. You can tell they use a lot of fresh ingredients and don’t water things down. The mango sticky rice is the best I’ve ever had. We also got a nonalcoholic, herbal digestive drink that was delicious. I’ve been to a lot of Thai places and cook Thai food myself, and this was one of the top ones!

Google
Aloy is a great Thai staple in Denver. From delicious appetizers to classics like Pad Thai and Khao Soi, you will find fantastic options that leave you content and looking forward to coming back to try something new! Highly recommend when in downtown!

Google
Love this place! We come from NoCo just to eat here!! Food is amazing service is amazing! Today we had the fried shrimp appetizer and Drunken noodles, Pad Thai, with a yummy cucumber drink!!

Google
Restaurant is clean + large with ample seating. It’s a little loud because of the concrete floor and brick wall, but not a huge deal. We got pot stickers, thai iced tea (so good!), pad see ew, and fried rice. All were delicious. Would definitely eat here again.

Yelp
Great food and I love the appetizer options. The popcorn shrimp was delicious as well as the crab cheese wontons. And the green curry was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. I love the location and the interior was cute and the service was great.

Yelp
Went in here for dinner on Father's Day after a long day hanging out with family in the mountains. The decor is clean and inviting and really loved the esthetic of the place. Not too formal, so kids felt comfortable, but still nice enough for a date night. Here is what we ordered, my favorite first: 1. The drunken noodles with beef. Absolute heaven. The best I've ever had! 2. Pad Thai (veg) - really complex flavors and beautifully done. Even better the next day. 3. Pineapple fried rice- pretty standard. We got it with chicken. It was better the next day. I got a level 3 and should have probably gone to a level 4. Didn't love that it comes with raw tomatoes and whole cooked grapes. 4. Panang curry with chicken. Level 3 was good... it's spice forward. Pretty standard. 5. Thai basil chicken. Done with ground chicken which is the traditional way. Meh... I like my homemade version better. It was a bit bland and the meat gets lost in the veggies and sauce. 6. Sriracha noodles- my cousin recommended them. I didn't think they were anything special. DESSERT: Mango sticky rice- a unique version and absolutely delicious! (One order will share with 3-4 people depending on how full you are) DRINKS: Thai iced tea was good. There is this mango milky soda thing that's even better!

Yelp
Are the food too fast but the drunken noodles were incredible! Skip the cheese wontons (they were pretty good) but the egg rolls are a MUST! So yummy love this place. Great food that will make you feel good. Go here when you're having a bad day and you will feel better in your sole! We just got takeout and I can't comment on physical restaurant.

Yelp
Indulging in a delightful Thai culinary journey with impeccable service and a captivating ambiance made our dining experience truly unforgettable! We kicked off our meal with the tantalizing Thai Fried Shrimp, accompanied by a house-made sriracha aioli, and the Crab Cheese Wontons, both of which left our taste buds tingling with delight. For our main course, we savored the aromatic Thai Basil with Shrimp and my personal favorite, the Tofu Pad Woon Sen. The balance of heat and flavor in every dish was simply sublime. From start to finish, every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an exceptional Thai dining experience.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with my family. We ordered the potstickers and egg rolls that taste ok, and the crab cheese wontons and chicken satay which tasted great. My husband got the drunken noodles which he really enjoyed and said tasted great and we got vegetable fried rice which tasted fine. My husband and brother both ordered with People's Drink. The waitress did say the drink was strong but both of them found it way too strong and didn't really enjoy it. Plenty of seating inside and nice and clean as well.

Yelp
Alloy's food is good! I've had one thing I didn't much like but I don't blame the restaurant as much as it's not my preference. Well, maybe I blame them a little bit because how it's described and expectations based on that. It's like a chicken noodle soup, or something, so I expect savory soup. But it's sweet. Ick. I'll never get that again. And if it's sweet/different just call it something else or describe it as such so I know it's not something I should order. Everything else I've had has been great. The Tom Yum/Kha are excellent. They have a lot of issues here, though. They need to get organized and train properly and update their damn menu! They don't even give you paper menus at all, so it's even easier to keep a digital menu updated! Just do it, people! As I mentioned above with the soup. Also with ingredients. They don't mention bell peppers in the food then the food comes with 50% bell peppers. I don't like cooked bell peppers very much so I need to know so that I can ask for a substitution or more of the other veggies. Another issue, the specials. They have lunch specials with different drink option and food combos. They NEVER get my check right. It's damn frustrating I have to tell them every single time to correct the bill. One time the person said I had to wait for the manager that wasn't even there. Y'all... #1 get the pricing right, #2 your promoting this everyday outside on your sign so get it right, #3 knowing this is a recurring issue find a solution #4 don't then leave staff disempowered if you don't have a manager there always. Like how are you a business and can't figure this out? Service. Man... is is SSSLLLOOOOWWWW. What is going on here. I've seen people frustrated trying to get food, their bill, whatever. I have even found myself defending Alloy with other customers! You all have got to be losing business over this. Like I've seen people's reactions and even spoken to some while I was there. Service is friendly, but it's not prompt. Please figure it out or get more staff or pay them more or train them or whatever you need. You are hurting your business. And the food is good!

Yelp
I'd been here once or twice before and found it to be ok -- but decided to give it another shot with Restaurant Week this year. I wouldn't come back. MAYBE I'd order takeout, but $20-25 Thai entrees are a bit pricy amid others in their category. And amid "upscale" Thai spots, Daughter Thai is way better. Restaurant Week I normally don't judge a place by their RW performance, because I think RW is tough for restaurants. However... a choice of 3 items from the RW menu often added up to LESS than the $55 RW pre-fixe price tag -- making it cheaper to order a la carte (if you were smart enough to do the math). The restaurant COULD have chosen to put their RW menu up at $35 or $45 and done "add-on" pricing for pricier items... instead of making what looks like a deal actually not be one. Just disingenuous on their end I think. Food The most disappointing $12.50 appetizer I've ever had. This shrimp lettuce wrap just LOOKED sad. You could barely spot the 3 shrimp hiding among the tasteless greenery. Oh, and the shrimp had their tails on! Hidden INSIDE the pre-made lettuce wraps. Super fun biting down on those. Our entrees were pretty tasty and a generous portion -- I will give them that. However, my 4-out-of-5 spice level order was definitely not spicy. Atmosphere This place isn't as nice as the one in Boulder, but definitely nicer than just a takeout spot vibe. Unfortunately, we were seated right under the AC -- and I was shivering even with my jacket on. Service It was fine. Once our server realized we weren't doing the full restaurant week menu though, I think she was disappointed? Or I don't know what. When we asked to pack the 2nd half of our entrees to go -- she didn't even ask if we wanted dessert or a 2nd round for our empty drinks -- just brought the bill.

Yelp
Really good food and service. I went with 2 fruits and we tried 3 dishes. All great and exactly what I would expect of an American Thai restaurant. Good flavors and quality. Also, for dinner time, prices are normal, so no complaints there. Spice also on point. My dish was chicken dunked noodles with 4/5 spice level and was delicious. I might not recommend spice 4 if you're not used to it, but if you do like spice, yes, absolutely.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered delivery and it arrived promptly, still hot. Good flavor and noodle texture is just right. Generous portion including the protein (chicken), I actually couldn't finish! My only complaint is they did not include utensils.

Yelp
It has been coooooold cold in Denver so we have just been hitting up every place with soup, pho, ramen, curry, you name it. We wanted a hot bowl of something last week and were in the neighborhood of Aloy. Got seated right away - people were inside but it was not packed on a Friday. Our server was friendly and prompt. I opted for a green curry which is always a solid choice. The food was plated in a very pretty way with flowers on top. The curry was really delicious and hot, with plenty of pork and veggies. It came with purple rice which always jazzes up the meal. My husband ordered the kao soi with bison (!) which also came with fried egg noodles on top. Big serving - he definitely brought half of it home. His broth was too coconutty for me, but he enjoyed it. Really delicious meal altogether and the ambience here is nice (and warm!) Would definitely come back and bring friends.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious experience yesterday at @aloythaieatery. Went on a lark with a friend as it's close to the house and was delighted at the food and flavors. Loved it!

Yelp
This was a dinner during Denver Restaurant Week. I have been doing these dinners for years. First time to try Thai. Very impressed. The chicken sausage with cucumber gel might have been my favorite; great flavor and the gel was not too sweet! Also had the lettuce wraps - really good as well. The main course was Red Snapper with red sauce and a side of rice. Yum! Yum! says it all! The final sea salt carmel cheesecake rounded out the meal. Great! Good portion size, probably the "best cheesecake I've eaten!! Our server was pleasant and efficient, the atmosphere in the place was light and airy! I showed up early, 5:00 p.m.,empty, when I left at 7:00 p.m., full. Will definitely return, highly recommend. P.S. Nice clean restroom.

Yelp
obsessed is an understatement! This place is amazing, AJ the bartender is an Absolute people person and helps and walks you through the menu! He is so fun to experience I come here 3 times a week and he KNOWS ALL THE patrons by name. So cool!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent casual Thai restaurant. I had the Duck Wontons as an app and they were great. I ordered the Siracha Noodles for dinner. They will ask you what spice level you would like which I think it a great touch. I ordered 4/5 because I like spicy. The noodles were great, and spicy just how I like. The serving size was huge and I was able to take at least half home for lunch the next day. My friend ordered the Chicken Satay and Crab Cheese Rangoons and enjoyed them both. She said the satay was the best she has had. I will definitely go back when I visit Denver again.
google avatar

Tori B.

Yelp
Food is delicious and portions are not to be messed with! Definitely took home leftovers. Got my pad see ew with level 2 spice. Gives really good flavor without being super spicy. Also ordered the adult Thai tea, wasn't a huge fan of that but that's okay. It felt really overwhelmed by the rumchata and buried the thai tea flavor. Service was quick and to the point. Restaurant was clean and well put together. Enjoyed the evening with friends!
google avatar

Michelle A.

Yelp
This is my favorite Thai food place in Denver! Pad thai is my go to and I can firmly say they have one of the bests. You get a big portion for couple of days. It is a bit more expensive but if you order through their website I believe they do a little discount. If you choose to pick up it is quick and can park in front while putting your lights on to pick up (quick and easy). If you choose to go in the ambiance is great, it is usually full so I recommend making a reservation. Their drunken muddles are really good too!
google avatar

Cesar H.

Yelp
Updating my review after trying their drunken noodles and pork potstickers... The drunken noodles were fantastic! Spicy without being overwhelming. I honestly haven't tried better Drunken noodles yet. The potstickers were also delicious! While their pad Thai wasn't my favorite, def try the drunken noodles I ordered delivery so I'm not sure about the service or vibe. FYI, this place is expensive but I think it is worth a try

Yelp
While visiting a friend in Denver I had a Thai craving and found Aloy Modern Thai on Yelp. My husband and I tried their pad thai, pad see eew, and eggplant tofu along with Massaman Curry. Everything was tasty with strong, rich flavor. Will definitely be returning when I'm in town again.
google avatar

Sheena G.

Yelp
I got takeout and it was packaged well, but none of the food was enjoyable. The curry flavor in the massaman curry and the alloy noodles lacked flavor the Tom yum soup had great flavor and "extra spicy" was the right heat. But it was more creamy broth than the typical Tom yum base. Pad Thai wasn't sweet or spicy, just tasted burnt. And the dinner option was pretty small.
google avatar

Paul K.

Yelp
Wow this is hilarious and just reflective of how bad Asian food is in Denver that this gets rated 4.3/5? The fried shrimp tasted like basic frozen fried shrimp, I couldn't even taste the duck in the dumplings, the Masssmam curry was super basic and the bison noodles were overly sweet- the bison itself was very nice and perfectly cooked sous vide / literally the only thing that tasted good. It's Thai food for white people by white people.
google avatar

Talisa D.

Yelp
We enjoyed this food at a weekend lunch. The service was friendly and efficient. There wasn't a wait. Food was pretty average for Thai. We liked the special rice but I've also had tastier options (haven't found a great place yet in Denver). This is a good option if in the area
google avatar

Ricardo B.

Yelp
Serving delicious Thai food that can be spiced up to your taste levels, from 1 to 4 at least. Also open late so that's a huge plus in this neighborhood. We came with friends while we were in town visiting and it didn't disappoint. From adult Thai tea to fried egg rolls, crab cheese wontons, pad Thai with tofu and your choice of protein (if you desire) to drunken noodles, everything was fresh, brought out in a timely manner and delicious. The drunken noodles you can also get with your choice of protein. I forgot to say the level of spicy I wanted. It came as a level 2 and it was good. Spicy but not "I'm sweating" spicy. Service was prompt, friendly and our waiter knew all the dishes, made a few suggestions and was always ready to bring a water here, a coke there, some additional sauce there. We ubered here so not sure about the parking situation. After, if you go early, you can walk around the neighborhood, and/or have a beer at a local pub
google avatar

Gina K.

Yelp
I have been wanting to check out Aloy Modern Thai. I had heard great reviews about it. I visited for Denver restaurant week, so of course I partook in the DRW menu. You could opt for anything off their regular menu as well. I got the pork belly to start. Wow was it filling and flavorful. Then came the fried rice which was filled with surprises - grapes, cashews, pineapple, and shrimp and served in a half of a hollowed our pineapple. I have never had anything like it before, I would order it again. There was so much of it that I ended up taking most home and ate I'd for lunch and dinner the next day. The dessert was refreshingly light on sweet/sugar and has such a unique flavor that I couldn't stop eating it. I could have used another scoop, it was so good. I can't wait to go back and try a few items on their regular menu.
google avatar

Jubilee P.

Yelp
Kinda disappointed with my takeout. Was excited to try the drunken noodles based off the reviews, and the flavor was great! Truly delicious sauce and flavor. One order had veggies that were all raw and the shrimp were undercooked. Which was honestly disappointing considering it was such an up charge for the shrimp. The kobe beef drunken noodles was AMAZING. We added tofu as well and it was really great. The veggies were cooked well, the meat and tofu nicely charred. Really great. Just makes me a little more disappointed in my own order lol. Overall would definitely try again, even if disappointing for one of us!
google avatar

Nancy G.

Yelp
While at convention and craving some good Thai, I found this place. While it's near the union station it really is off the beaten path. If you don't have a vehicle, Uber there. The place has a fine dining vibe to it, but it's more business casual. Noise level is average. Reservations recommended for weekends. Service was fantastic. The waitstaff was extremely attentive and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and were genuinely friendly. The food was fabulous!!! I've never had black jasmine rice and it was delicious. All ingredients were fresh. I didn't find one flaw with their food, other than being super stuffed and not able to try their desserts.
google avatar

Beth W.

Yelp
This is my go to restaurant when I'm craving Thai food and want an elevated experience. The ambience is clean, beautiful and inviting. Every time I've been here (6+ times), the service has been excellent. Most importantly, the food is always top notch--whether I order a noodle dish, one of their curries or a stir fry. Most recently, I had the "Spicy Sizzling" wok stir fry with shrimp and it was amazing. Definitely spicy but not overly so, with lots of large tail-on shrimp and a rich, delicious slightly smoky taste.
google avatar

Premila M.

Yelp
The place has amazing flavors, the service is fast and the staff is very friendly. There is a parking lot right next to the restaurant and ample street parking as well. Spice level hit the spot and all the dishes we ordered ( Veg melody, Veg noodle soup, con fritters) were delicious!
google avatar

Pixie M.

Yelp
Stopped in here for dinner over the weekend when we were in the area because my husband had been craving Thai food recently. The atmosphere is open and bright. The hostess greeted us warmly and our server came over quickly to check in with us. As we hadn't been in previously we needed some time to take a look at the menu - everything sounded so good that it took us longer than usual to decided. We started with a Karma's Daugher (watch for that hot pepper used as a garnish!) and People's Drink with the lovely blue color and the octopus balls appetizer. The appetizer was 2 skewers, each with three very good sized balls, I just wish I had thought to request more of the really nice peanut sauce served with them. For our meals we ordered Drunken Noodles with beef and Pad Wood Sen with tofu. I wasn't in the mood for hot spice, so I ordered a 1 on the 0 to 5 scale, and my husband ordered 2.5. The portions were huge and we both had enough left for lunch the next day. Overall we enjoyed our meal. 2 drinks, 1 appetizer, and 2 entrees was around $80.00.
google avatar

Lindsey K.

Yelp
Got this for takeout so I can't rate the inside or service. I got the pad Thai, so much flavor. Lots of availability to customize protein and spice and add any veggies if wanted. The price was a little high in comparison to other nearby places.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
Had a great time with great food here! The special was delicious as per the waiter's suggestion. The chicken fell right off the bone and the sauce was perfect. The cream cheese wontons weren't my favorite, not a ton of filling but they were still good and crispy. I'd go back for sure. Everyone was really nice. I didn't notice the ambiance much other than it was nice for a bigger group of people.
google avatar

Jerry X.

Yelp
The eggplant wok was very good! Protein is optional. The pad thai was a little too sweet but adding lime to it balanced the flavor out. The kao soi was a little creamy and sweet but adding lime definitely made it better! I would say that the best was the papaya salad! One of the best salad I've ever had at any restaurants! Service was great and the lady was very attentive! The place is very spacious and friendly!
google avatar

Suu H.

Yelp
Street food award winning restaurant. Friendly service and great ambiance for a morning afternoon in the middle of downtown Denver. Exotic food like bisen and alligator dishes to try and comfort Thai food available too!
google avatar

Kayla C.

Yelp
Nothing but great things to say about Aloy. We recently went for a friend's 30th birthday and the staff did an amazing job accommodating our large group of 25+. They had some holiday specials running on drinks and apps which made it easy to taste multiple things. My friend and I split the crab fried rice which I thought was super tasty. Didn't try any noodle dishes so I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Lourdes G.

Yelp
found this place via yelp. did not disappoint. great atmosphere, even better food. a warm meal that leaves you fulfilled. clean establishment and many options for all tastebuds. cant wait to come back and try something else on the menu! oh yeah, start with the shrimp, was fresh, crispy and yummy.

Yelp
Very clean and nice place. Good food and good service. Located at the center of Denver
google avatar

Yelp
This is one of our favorite places for Takeout! It is so consistent and so delicious. Portion sizes are huge (but make great left overs). We order the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles and Aloy noodles almost every week!
google avatar

Audrey O.

Yelp
Gave this place another shot and the takeout was delicious. Perhaps we had an off-day at the restaurant itself, but the green curry, papaya salad were MASSIVE portion wise and enough for two people which definitely reflected in the value. I definitely recommend this spot for takeout!
google avatar

Michael G.

Yelp
I had the shrimp spring rolls and shrimp drunken noodles. Absolutely delicious and good portions. This will be my new local spot in Denver.
google avatar

Nancy J.

Yelp
Wow. Great Thai food in a downtown Denver setting. While the surroundings are fun, the food is the star of the show. I started with a bowl of Tom Kha -- a favorite I use as a barometer for Thai restaurants. It was wonderful! Yes... it portended of the food that was to come. Spouse had his favorite Thai dish, Drunken Noodles. It also lived up to his expectations. I had the Pad Thai. While it was very good, it didn't live up to the other dishes. Though not enough of a disappointment to take away a star! We're already planning our return visit to test some of the other dishes. Cannot wait!
google avatar

Brianna J.

Yelp
Went in for lunch and sat at the bar. Bar tender was very friendly and attentive. Food and drinks came out quickly and were delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Alloy Modern Thai is a beautifully decorated restaurant with a wonderful ambiance. The happy hour cocktails and appetizers. The service is hospitable! The Panang Curry is prepared to your preferred spice level. Authentic Thai with scrumptious flavor and heat. This is a must-try restaurant.
google avatar

Sally M.

Yelp
This is my second favorite Thai food place in Denver, and luckily it's near my boyfriend's house. He & I both love their panang curry, including the purple rice. Their cocktails are delicious - but be careful of their peppers; they really are spicy! The ambiance is also nice: good vibes.
google avatar

Ibis R.

Yelp
This place has great Thai/Asian and vegan options. We got the vegan egg rolls, vegan pad Thai, and vegan vegetable medley plates. Everything came out pretty fast from the kitchen and tasted hot and fresh! The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable about having their plates be vegan. There is plenty of seating indoors and overall it's decent. I would definitely return because I really enjoyed their food!
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
My favorite Thai restaurant in Denver! Everything I've ordered has always been delicious.
google avatar

Emina S.

Yelp
One of our new favorite Thai places. Delivery was perfect, everything packaged with care. Fair portions, fair prices for the quality of food. Our entrees were hot in temperature and flavor (much appreciated.) The herby peanut dressing for the house salad was killer. Lots of choices on the menu for any diet too. Wish they offered a pineapple fried rice to go but totally understand a possible logistics issue. Wontons could be slightly crispier but those are basically delicious no matter what! We got: - Drunken Noodles w/ tofu -Sriracha Fried Rice w/ tofu - House Salad - Papaya Salad (would not get again.) - Crab/Krab Cheese Wontons We'll be back to eat in person!

Kira V.

Yelp
We live nearby Aloy and have been a few times. The service is always good and they package up food nicely when taking it to go. I love the basil fried rice and my husband has Kai soi almost every time and he loves it. Their yellow curry is also delicious.
google avatar

Victoria D.

Yelp
I was not a huge fan of this place. Their food is just ok. The green curry I got was fairly standard. My boyfriend got a beef noodle soup that was also just ok. The service was great, but unfortunately, can't say the same for the food we tried. There are better Thai places in the area, so I'm still debating if I should give this place another chance, but overall, if you want complex flavors in your Thai curries, I would recommend trying a different place.
google avatar

Yelp
The perfect ending to my weekend in Denver! After a busy afternoon at meowwolf, all we wanted was carbs! Well Aloy delivered!! Our table shared the gyoza and duck wontons, girl!!! The duck wontons were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I was so tempted to canceling my entree and just getting more wontons!! Literally blew me away, even now just thinking about them my mouth is watering!! HIGHLY recommend!! My pad thai was also great!! I got mild, could have probably gone for medium. Our server was so sweet and kind!

Yelp
I was so shocked by the fact that I was charged extra for asking to not have ice in my Thai tea that it overshadowed any of my other experiences at the restaurant. This is by far the most ridiculous thing I've ever came across while eating out. I didn't know it takes more work, NOT to put ice in something. Such a huge wtf moment, that I don't even want to expend any energy to deal with this place again. Who knows, sooner or later you'll be charged for asking for a napkin too ha! Maybe I should charge them for having to ask for the rice they forgot to bring out ;)?

Yelp
Aloy's Happy Hour was a great way to meet the restaurant, so to speak. Met a couple of friends here recently and had such a great meal. We made reservations but didn't actually need them. We sat early in the evening and as time passed, reservations become more valuable. Our service was fabulous. The waitstaff were friendly, offered suggestions and answered our questions about various happy hour small plates. We had a gorgeous assortment of small plates - perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed satay, Siam puffs, shishito peppers, and Bangkok wraps. Pair this with happy hour cocktails and hot tea? This was a fabulous, tasty dinner. Need more heat? Just ask. So appreciate Yelp as this is the number one way I find amazing dining experiences. We will definitely return for many more lovely dinners.
