Alta Civic Station

Was one of the first tenants in this complex back in early 2021, and have loved every minute of it. The complex is quiet, compared to everywhere else I've lived, and the management is fairly quick to respond to any questions/concerns that have arisen. They are somewhat pricier than other apartments around, but worth every penny. The buildings/appliances are new, and a really convenient location.

Nice and clean in the inside and outside areas. Unit was in great condition during move in. Situations are dealt with quickly (Maintenance wise and community wise). Nice view of mt hood if you're facing east or standing in the street which makes for great sunrises and sunsets. Every one in office is kind and helpful. Its near the max line and there is a homeless issue. I've woken up multiple times to people screaming and security and police don't show up in time to catch them on property. They will also bring devices and use Tanakas and Alta Civics wifi. They smoke next to the playground. Leave garbage. And blast music. They break into cars and rummage through the garbage. There was a fire started in the bushes near the max and I'm sure it was from a passer-bys cigarette or something. Lots of interesting visitors because of the accessibility to the max and trail.

Openly discriminatory. Ive delivered here in professional attire 100+ times, but the one day im in a beanie and jeans, is the one day the reception person wouldn't let me do my job. This is even after i explained myself thoroughly and showed her the customers, her tenants, order information. I walked right by the same lady at almost the same time yesterday, and she didnt bat an eye. But she came at me super aggressively today. Costing me money and pissing off their tenant. Luckily I was recording so I sent the video to the company, so if she continues her discriminatory hate against my co workers, the company will no longer deliver to this building. I never have to do it again myself because of how unsafe she made me feel. This building already has ridiculous parking and you have to walk a mile or risk getting your car towed just to deliver here, so its not exactly a loss for any driver Im just putting this review here, so others who may have had this unpleasant experience know to report it to their company, so they dont lose money like the person forced me to.

I have a bone to pick with whoever designed this place but, that has very little to do with the apartment company itself. The staff are top notch and very compassionate, the cleaning staff comes through every morning at 6am to keep the place spotless and there is a complimentary coffee maker. It’s very clean and nice. I would highly recommend!

Over all we had a good experience living in Alta Civic the last two years. The people working here are absolutely wonderful. As others have mentioned the area can be shady due to close proximity of the max lines. One of our vehicles were broken into and my cat was stolen from my apartment for three months by a houseless individual (I have since re-acquired my cat). None of which I blame the apartment complex for. My only complaints are frequent break-ins to the package room, and the seemingly uncontrollable trash pile up in the trash room. We are not allowed to place trash on the floor but the trash chutes are filled to the brim 90% of the time. As annoying as some of these things are, I had a wonderful time at this apartment and I loved the employees and my neighbors.

Having personally visited the Alta Civic apartments, I can say the construction quality is great, and the design is a pleasant alternative to the ‘typical’ apartment buildings in the area. With a modern feel, the units are very bright and airy thanks to the high ceilings and large (almost floor to ceiling) windows – and parking, yes parking right outside the building! I am told that once the campus is completed, the community is going to have a large plaza with a playground, restaurants, and more – this will be a nice place to live!

I've been livivng here a little over two years and have nothing but pleasant experiences with Alta civic station. Any maintenance issue was resolved super fast (usually within a few hours) and done without leaving any messes and with a great, professional attitude. The staff is always helpful; best of all, they have been more than patient during times when I have had to pay my rent late. More than patient. Worth every penny.

I’ve had nothing but an outstanding experience living at Alta Civic Station. From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, heard, and truly at home. The leasing team is friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions or help out with anything I need, whether it’s paperwork, package delivery, or just a warm greeting in the hallway. The maintenance team has handled any service requests I’ve submitted promptly and efficiently. The community is always clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a place that values its residents and backs it up with exceptional service, this is it.

Toured last week and really liked the place. It was really clean and the two bedroom home has a lot of light. We are very much considering Civic Station.

I am so excited for this building to open and its absolutely stunning already! Convenient location, access to public transportation, beautiful finishes and amazing staff! Can't wait to see the finished product!

I am very excited for this property to open up. I have lived at other Alta properties (Fillmore in PHX and Peak in PDX) and know they offer incredible amenities and the management genuinely tries to make it a familiar and fun place to live. The finishes look incredible and the location is great due to its proximity to the Max Line.

This place is still under construction and is months away from the next phase being completed (which is when the major amnesties are to be added), and yet -- it is absolutely ahhmazing! There is nothing even remotely comparable within a 15-mile radius. I only hope that it stays this way and doesn't go to hell like nearby complexes. I firmly believe that increased/heightened security is the key ingredient in preventing this from occurring. And while there is some room for improvement here, it appears as though management shares the same philosophy -- as I've just recently noticed the installation of sophisticated cameras in parking lot as well as in distinct areas of the buildings. There are a few kinks that are being worked out, and I am not a fan of hollow core doors -- but when that's the only bad thing I can say about this place... well, that is a testament to the actual beauty of this place. Yes, it's a little pricey. But believe me: you DEFINITELY get what you pay for!

WOW!!! This place is stunning!! I spoke with the staff, Christian and Paulina, they were so helpful and terrific. The knowledge about the area and vibe were spot on. Can't wait to move in!
