"This all-day katsu sandwich shop also runs a bakery offering a breadth of Japanese pastries — yuzu cake rolls, matcha opera cakes, and shiro miso croissants — that pair with coffee drinks made from a custom Good Coffee blend; Tanaka has announced a 1,250-square-foot third location at Alta Civic Station in Gresham opening this winter, will open a Tigard location on August 18, and its west-side expansion is part of a $35 million overhaul of Bridgeport Village.
