"Unlike many of the other restaurants in the east of Paris, this one has gone for classic elegance: a refined decor, tablecloths, stylish service. Perhaps this is the mark of the good taste of Italian couple Cecilia Spurio (pastry) and Eugenio Anfuso (cooking), who are familiar with Michelin-starred restaurants. Prepared with small pieces of citrus fruit and cashew nuts, the smoked Galician veal tartare is served in a sea urchin shell, topped with a quenelle of sea urchin ice cream. For his red mullet à la bourguignonne, the chef arranges the fish on shredded beef and cabbage leaves, the whole of which is then doused with a superb sauce. This is a modern iteration of the French repertoire, punctuated by a few Italian touches or other influences from further afield, executed with precision and a clear penchant for acidic notes." - Michelin Inspector

Loved the 8-course tasting menu! Not cheap but fairly priced. Wine pairing menu too expensive though, and wine options also quite steep. Great service, nice and attentive staff, food was a great experience and I highly recommend it. Cozy, smart casual atmosphere, dinner service took around 3hours (for planning purposes).

We have travelled all over the world and had many delicious dinners but this one really stands out! We were fortunate to sit at the chef’s table so Eugenio helped us the entire time. The food was incredibly inventive and extraordinarily tasty. Can’t recommend this high enough! Would give it 6 stars!!

We celebrated our 5-year anniversary here and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The food was absolutely delicious - every dish felt special and carefully crafted. Cecilia and Eugenio, the owners, are not only incredibly talented but also so kind, which made the whole evening feel even more personal and welcoming. The service was outstanding, both our waiter and the sommelier were excellent, and the wine pairing was spot on. We also really appreciated the flexibility when my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well on our original reservation date; they kindly let us move our booking, which shows how thoughtful they are. Overall, it was a 5/5 experience for us. We felt comfortable, celebrated in style, and left already talking that we’ll come back. Highly recommended!

Very good. Not the best and didn't blow my mind, but i enjoyed my time :) Lovely music, its palatable but i heard no songs i was familiar with which i enjoyed. Great staff, things just magically appear and disappear from the table they are so vigilant but not overbearing. Food was great, fairly priced for what you get to experience and taste.

We had the light 3-course tasting for lunch. Vibes were very minimalistic and relaxed with a beautiful open kitchen to enjoy the show. Sommelier was one of our favorites we've ever had, and he was so insanely informative and personable at the same time. I (think) we got an extra pour or two because we were really engaged, and probably asked too many questions. Food was cooked perfectly, beautifully plated, playful, and clearly exhibited elite technique. You get the Italian overtones with the openers and the grissini but honestly, it's just really good food. The lovage asparagus monkfish was one of our favorite dishes we had in Paris.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish each dish/plate was layered and bursting with flavor. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was out of this world. We’ve been to many 2 and 3 Michelin starred restaurants around the world and this would blow some of those places out of the water. It is no surprise that they have earned their first star so quickly and would be of no surprise if they were to earn another in the near future. Congrats and thank you to chefs Spurio & Anfuso for such a wonderful experience!

Friendly stuff with very good vibes. The food is very tasteful (I picked the omnivore menu). The Amabiance is very cozy and intimate. I would have wanted to meet the chefs but they were busy working and making sure everyone is happy. Highly recommend.

I think that EXCELLENT is the word. It's been a long time since a restaurant has surprised me like this. Behind the dishes are clear, decisive, and creative ideas. The entire menu was a climax of surprises and interesting combinations. In addition, the wine pairing was also very nice, intelligent, and precise. Last but not least, all the staff were lovely and welcomed us with remarkable warmth. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.
