Amazon Distribution Center

I am fed up with Amazon delivery drivers not doing their job! I live in an apartment complex. We have package lockers for deliveries. Drivers don't send a code to me so I can get my package anymore. I always have to wait till the office is open so someone can look it up, check if i do have a package then give me a code.Last 2 deliveries were horrible. 1 was left on a table in the locker room for anyone to grab. Luckily it was still there. The other was left on the ground by the front door of the leasing office overnight. Went to get it this morning and of course is was not there. I am tired of having to chase my packages down to find them. THAT IS NOT MY JOB!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB TRAINING AND GET RID OF EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T WANT TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY!!!

Sadly have you ever been on a tour to this "fulfillment center" I have. And watching these employees work is A lot like watching a robot. It's a job that truly pushes humans to a point of going nuts. I didn't see A lot of people with a smile on their faces. And to see a human have a countdown clock to perform a task as fast as they can for a shift was pure madness. Let's not also forget these "fulfillment center's" are VERY LOUD and the way many employees are treated as prisoners being watched by cameras that you see and I bet ones that you don't. Listening devices are big with not even Amazon I bet, but other warehouse companies. To hear if anyone is trying to form a union. Out of these jobs, how many of these workers are still at this job a year later. Turnover at Amazon is big I bet. Is the money worth all what one would have to do day after day when these workers are treated like a company slave? In my opinion.

Not only is the phone number provided bad but they have still yet to give my package to USPS. So either they haven't bothered when its 2 weeks over overdue status for a Prime member, one of the employees knew what it was and stole it, or they lost it. This is a disgrace! And I'm sick of refunds, just send me my stuff that I PAID FOR!!! *Edit* Forgot to mention this but after all the trouble they put me through, I had later gotten an email that It. Was. Returned. To. Sender. Literal freakin' sold by Amazon, they so called lost it and never gave it to USPS, and then they go and send it. Real sick of this trash!

Went to a pre-hire interview. The associates were amazing, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I actually enjoyed my time there. Bravo 👏

Need help preparing pkg for return. Received damaged and I cannot prepare heavy boxes for return. Called but no one will authorize anyone to come in and retake boxes for me return to be done. Can’t reorder dinning room set till this is returned. Co. Keeps giving me a run around. Need help. In my 80’s and can’t do what they expect of me.

Extremely polite and respectful employees very helpful very knowledgeable in their job and what they were doing and how to help us. Was in and out in a very quick Manor had an interview drug test and was gone within 15. The only disappointment I had was the lady actually doing the drug test she seemed very irritated to be there, and very irritated to have to help anyone that made a mistake in doing their drug test. She did not pay attention to the screen when I try to tell her that my screen had skipped a page and then when I did my test wrong she made it out like I was an idiot when I try to tell her that the screen skipped and that was the whole reason I did it wrong. But all the other employees were amazing helpful happy smiling and made it a great place to be for the time I was there

i have had no problems till the last 2020 when my orders all prime 2 day shipping or next day have failed to even be shipped and it takes 5-14 days to get them. or they say they are shipped and it was my moms or sisters package. has nothing to do with my package so it's putting the bad marks on my account because they aren't doing there jobs. why do i even pay for prime anymore since it has become a joke and a rip off
