Amazon Fresh

The more I shop at Amazon Fresh. The more I like this grocery store. Too bad they are going to close all the stores including this one in Citrus Heights. The store has a very good layout. Super organized and spotless. All the employees are still very helpful and friendly even though the store is closing soon.

On a day that I was returning an item to Amazon at the Amazon Fresh store return counter (in Citrus Heights/Sunrise Blvd.), I decided to check out the grocery store. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the overall store was. I think I was expecting it to be like a warehouse. It looks like every other grocery store with most everything one would need in regard to groceries (i.e., fresh produce, deli, dairy/non dairy, baked items, condiments, meats, seasonal items, etc.). I found that the prices for the products I purchased were comparable or less than the prices at other grocery stores in the area (including soft drinks, wine and alcohol). The staff that I encountered were all very personable, friendly and were able to answer my questions and direct me to items I was looking for. They have regular grocery carts as well as the ones where u can scan your items as you shop without having to go thru a checkout counter. They also have pick up and delivery. I observed that many people utilize the pick up service. (FYI- You don't have to have an Amazon membership to shop here.) If you live near or happen to see an Amazon Fresh store, I highly recommend you give it a try.

I received a package from Amazon it was months late I had forgotten about it! So I went to Amazon store next day customer service was no help! Amazon is closing stores I can see why! Why would you buy on Amazon when it's so much trouble to return something that took months to come and now it's huge process to return I don't have a Amazon account nor would I recommend them Thank you, Tracy. Btw The store prices are not competitive. Example $7.99 twelve pack Pepsi Walmart on sale $4.99

Awesome grocery store! Great deals and very clean and nice! Had only ordered delivery before it was great going inside! Fruits and vegetables are very fresh very clean! The meat department is so much better than Walmart and some other grocery stores! Love this grocery store! Ohh! The bakery department is very good too and the people that work there are all very kind! So happy with the store!

Shelves were pretty bare after a long first week. Prices were much higher than I expected them to be. The store was very clean though. The hot food section looked tasty. With the exception of the greeter, the staff seemed to be trying to ignore the customers. Grand openings are difficult so I'll check back in a few weeks.

Well maintained store. Nice ambiance. Amazon Dash Cart is easy to use and item locations can be easily found with the in-store navigation. Amazon branded products have been on par, so far. Will update with more pictures on our next go around.

I'm really pleased with the shopping experience at amazon fresh. Nice wide isles. Doesn't feel cluttered. It's big enough to have a little of everything. But not so big that shopping for the week takes forever. You can use the digital carts for easy checkout. If you don't like the carts. You can use the old school shopping carts with regular checkout. Also the prices are pretty low. Plus some really good deals on yellow tagged items.

Fresh fruits for a good price… however, I called to ensure the Hot Bar would be open when I was on lunch today, and was told it opened @8am. I went @10:15am and it was not open and I was told by an employee it opens after 11am. That’s too late for my lunch break, so unfortunately I won’t get to try the hot food here. Unfortunate I was passed misinformation by the phone number listed for this store.

When Amazon Fresh opened up in my area I was so excited no more having to drive all the way to Roseville to shop. The prices in my opinion are pretty good and have really great specials weekly. I've notice the prices are lower in store vs looking a the Amazon app. They sell hot fresh pizza, fresh sushi and a pretty good salad bar...oh! Let me not forget the rotisserie chicken. They have a great selection of produce, dairy, non dairy, frozen foods etc. The store itself is clean and well labeled and organized. The store is probably the size of a Walmart Neighborhood market. I did have to deduct a star due to the customer service. It's extremely hit or miss with mostly miss. Some of the staff including management doesn't seem to want to help if you're looking for something. Sadly, on March 13th they will be going out of business and they were probably in this location about a year.

I know this store is closing soon, but it was still wild to have an employee loudly refuse to let us scan the advertised "$10 off $40" coupon that comes with an in-store pickup, saying, "That's why the store is closing. Too many people were taking advantage of the deals." It didn't stop there. The same employee later confronted us in an aisle while we were shopping to rant about how hard it is to find a deal and told us to complain to corporate. We asked him to let us shop and leave us alone, and he walked away muttering, "I know where you can go." For what it's worth, this employee wasn't wearing any Amazon-branded clothing or a name tag. Very professional all around. The prices and selection were decent, but after over a year of consistently bad customer service, including a cashier who didn't know what a quarter was, I won't be sad to see this store go. hope daddy bezos enjoys his tax write off while laying off thousands of people.

I usually love this store. Laid out well clean, and people are always very helpful. This morning when I walked in, I was greeted at the door. Would you prefer to use one of these self checkout carts because I'm the only one on the floor. No I responded. I'm here to help people keep a job, and went about my grocery shopping. I was going to have to go to use self-check out, there was a lack of employees on the floor, though as an adult, I like to treat myself to bubbles in the morning, especially on Sundays, but then someone opened up a register. I bring my own bags trying to be conscientious, but the cashier just leaves everything FOR me to bag. Not OK with that, like I said, I'm here to keep people employed. And she takes an employee and rings up their transaction and then walks away from the cash register as I am bagging my groceries. Like I said if I had wanted to bag my own groceries, I would've gone to self check out. Come on Amazon you can do a lot better than this. I hope that the next time I come in, there is a change in the way customers are approached, and helped.

Great service. Great prices. Great comparisons. Great quality food and ambiance. Clean location. Great variety.

Amazon Fresh has been Overall Very Good. Especially for older people or those with a busy lifestyle. Having groceries delivered for the last 1 1/2 years has truely been a blessing. I will be looking elsewhere for someone else to deliver groceries to my home. Very sad to see this service discontinued. Especially since I have Amazon deliver other items to my home many times per week. I really hate to think about functioning without them.

Came here for the first time. Glad that there is one close to me so I don't have to go to Whole Foods Amazon to return an item. This store is between a Walmart and a Raleys/Nob Hill. They have a hot food bar and pizza station which is nice to see. The prices are decent, also like a Grocery Outlet. Their selection is sparse and do not have a wide variety. For example, in their hair care/beauty section there's brands missing compared to a Walmart/target there's more selection. The service was subpar. In fact, I came around 8pm and it felt like the store was closing as there were no employees at the return counter. In fact, a cashier who was alone at the line told me to use the kiosk. But I told her that the bag was not sealed so I need to return it with someone. She kept insisting I use the kiosk. Finally someone came to the return/pick up window and me along with another customer were assisted. So service in this store is lacking. Ambiance looks clean and bright so far. Hopefully they get better and server a wider array of brands and products.

I've been so curious about Amazon fresh! After rehearsal last night, I stopped in about 9PM. I walked into a clean, crisp, and futuristic grocery store (think....Safeway meets Whole Foods, meets Amazon vibes...) with good prices :) I headed to the bakery and got a u-pick snickerdoodle and then some fresh and clean produce from the fruit section! **I only walked half the store for this review** but the isles I did visit were pretty rad (see pics) and apparently there's a cart that scans your items and you can pay in some RFID futuristic way! Haha wow.... I got the viral and top rated Amazon Classic Potato Chips and man, they kick ass! I also got whole pack of Amazon chocolate chunk cookies for $1.39 () enjoyed the quality (same brands as Whole Foods for less) and taste of the produce for a low price better than Walmart! The store has a mix of prices and if you're in the area it's definitely worth stopping in, you can also return and pickup your Amazon packages here. Lastly the cashier I had was lively for 930PM and coo. The adventure of PART 2. Continues next week...

None of the three Amazon Fresh stores that opened in the Sacramento area are convenient to me but I had an Amazon return that required drop off here or Kohls so it gave me an excuse to check one out. This one is next to Joanns. I was pleasantly surprised!!! First, I did my return that is located and marked at the front of the store. I will say the associate was not very friendly or helpful. I was not greeted or anything except, "you need anything else?" I asked, do I get a receipt???? she says no, you will receive an email. I usually have a tracking receipt at the UPS store but I trusted the process and I received an email confirmation about 25 mins later. Hmm... don't really dig that at all because there is no proof otherwise that I did it. Anyway, I needed groceries. I expected lack of selection and high prices. On the contrare! True the store is slightly smaller than a major grocery store but it had your basics and name brand and Amazon brand. They do not have a butcher shop so all meat is pre-packaged. Produce looked fresh. Their Simply line of juices was only $2.49!! I usually pay $3.99 at Walmart and $5.49 at Bel Air for the cranberry. I bought all they had left. Found similar priced items throughout that were less than Walmart or same. Only a few items were more than I would pay elsewhere. Store is clean, not busy, and set up sensibly. Parking lot is very roomy. There was only one cashier and several self check out stands that they probably highly encourage. I usually hate these things as I always seem to have issues with them but I did not! I especially like that they have very wide areas to put your stuff and didn't feel cramped. While shopping I noticed that people had scanners in their carts so there is an option to avoid check out altogether! I will have to try that next time as I will make it a point to return. Truly loved my experience here. Just wish it was closer to home so it will have to be a destination. I find it to be a great alternative to very busy Walmart or a very large Winco. Oh and lastly, if you are an Amazon Prime customer and use either your store card or Prime Visa, you get 5% back.

This was my very first experience of entering an Amazon fresh store. I always order groceries on their app, but never been to the store before. The place is not that big but it's very clean and organized. It has everything you need like a grocery store. I judge a store's pricing by the price of a Digiorno pizza lol. They started at only $4! Other grocery stores would charge $7+ for the same pizza! I believe they have very reasonable pricing and I wish I lived closer to one of these. It would be my go-to supermarket for sure.

This store has specialty products organized by product type, not genre/brand. I found canned chilies on one aisle, but not the salsa I was looking for of the same brand. As I was headed out to Walmart, someone asked me if they could help; I told them what I was looking for and they took me four aisles away! ! I never would've found it. And this was their *second/last chance*. And the store has been empty every time I've gone in, AND, look who's moving in a few doors down...

I was here with a friend to pick flowers for an occasion. The service is great, we had eleven bouquets of flowers and the cashier was kind enough to check and let us take those in the black bucket which was easy for us to carry and transport at the venue.

I like the store, but I would say that it's a bit less successful than the Roseville store. It is a bit smaller, although they have a very good hot food and pizza section, they have a good selection of just about anything you need groceries wise, and of course you can always pick up or return Amazon packages here.. there are Alexa units throughout the store, where you can ask questions, such as where an item is. I still love the dash carts. I like the fact. That you can scan items and put them right into the cart, then just walk through the dash cart lane at the end of your shopping trip, and verify your purchase without taking anything back out of the cart. I like the fact that you can pull up coupons on the cart screen, and that you get a "running total" of what you have spent so far on the screen. Also, the Grocery item scanners on the cart seem to be working better than they were at the Roseville store. The big problem I have is the prices. Prices are Safeway level and some are even higher. I like the Amazon branded grocery products, because the quality is just as good, and the price is more reasonable. There were hardly any Amazon branded products that I saw in this store. This store has a Walmart neighborhood market about two blocks away on one side, and a Trader Joe's less than a block away on the other side. It's got a lot of competition, and in most cases, I would just go to one of those stores. Let's just say, this store has a lot of potential, but it needs to live up to that potential. Thanks anyway....

We come here often to drop off Amazon returns. Fast service but they do not give receipts for returns as marked in Amazon app or site. Looked around for sale items twice when we came by and both times sold out. Looked into a few things I normally buy the prices alittle higher here. Purchased two of the same sodas on our last visit and was supposed to have discount for prime members. I put in my prime phone number says it showed my info and soda was regular price on receipt. Not worth waiting for management to fix it.

I think I found my new favorite grocery store! I ordered my groceries for pickup, but snuck in to take a look before I checked in for my grocery drop off. The store is well laid out. Clean. Bright. It feels so fresh and new! Ample parking and the parking lot is easy to navigate. I can't wait to come back to do my own shopping! As far as online ordering with pickup, I'm very pleased. The pickup spaces were clearly marked and easy to find. Once I clicked on the app to notify that I've arrived, delivery to my car at about 2pm was easy peasy! My groceries were packed with care. The produce that was selected were as nice as anything I'd pick for myself. Looking forward to my next trip!

The fresh chicken thighs were frozen and I'm concerned that they were thawed and then refrozen again and the manager said she couldn't give a discount and I'm not sure if she was telling the truth when she said that they were already like that because the other ones were thawed. This one was all the way in the back and frozen so I believe it was colder and froze the pack. And the picture I took is because the sign says that the sale is 2.98$right above the strawberries, but they refuse to honor that price and sold them to me for 3.98$

Service of the employees need immediate attention girl that was very helpful there she told me where the gravy was but then when I got to looking for it on the other aisle on aisle 14 there's two employees there stocking and I asked one of them if they could help me find the gravy and he don't know where it was do they just stand there and look pretty I'm just wondering or did he apply to work there with a color crayon I think it was too much for him to try to help me he didn't help me worth of nothing I'm trying not to swear it's just this person needs to work on the service a lot better that's all I'm saying I'm not leaving anything positive and I'm always on Yelp

The only reason I did not like coming to Amazon fresh was the prices were higher if you think that you are gonna get a great deal there might be a great deal, but it has to be a special I really would rather just go to Safeway or Raleys The story is clean and you can go without having somebody bother you if you put your card on the cart in a device they have using your Amazon card, but other than that, there are a lot of people there

Had to see if it was worth it or not... Well, it wasn't! It literally has everything a regular store would. I'd say their hot food selection is pretty much the nicest thing about this place, but it not worth the drive if you're not local. The store is smaller than I expected, but it's new and it's well organized. They have carts where you can scan your food as you go which is pretty cool, but I wasn't trying to fool around with it. So we grabbed a regular cart for our shopping. Can't say much about the service because we didn't have anyone serve us during the time there. But the checkout has a palm scanner (which I'll never use), so I assume that makes shopping easier? Idk... I won't go back because there are too many grocery stores that have what I need already. They do have their own brand of food, but it wouldn't cause me to drive out of my way for it. Bring the prices down and it would be cool to see more options that other stores don't already have. Hope this helps!

My wife needed to return some items purchased on Amazon so she wanted to go to the Fresh store to also buy some items we needed for dinner. Returns went ok with no line and little difficulty. Shopping was not to bad, we found all the non-fresh items fairly easy. All the fresh items we needed cucumbers, peppers, and carrots were all just bad. Rotting or soft and looked like no one cared to take rotting food off shelves. Lastly, the employees were everywhere! They were blocking aisles with carts, standing in large groups of 3-4 people just chatting, and one almost hit my wife with a large cart because he was chatting while pushing it down a lane. Won't return.

This is the first time in this store. We have always wanted to stop by and check out the Amazon fresh store. It is very clean and organized. It does not have as much variety as other locations, but there is plenty of refrigerator items and a good variety of those. Checkout was easy and fast as well even if you don't have an account with Amazon.

Came here on opening day and was thoroughly impressed. The smart carts were cool and the selection of items were decent. Came back a few weeks later and the glamor of opening day was gone. The smart carts barely worked, had to scan and scan and rescan our items many times. Lots of items were out of stock and lots of empty shelves. Employees just walking aimlessly around. Frankly, it was kind of apocalyptic. We weren't permitted to walk the smart cart out to the car because "it might rain" - so an employee had to help transfer all of our items to a regular cart. And then helped bag them up. Super inconvenient and backwards. Won't be back.

The worst store manager ever and bad customer service. The manager took the grocery cart away from me and my kids. I will never go back and I will tell others to not shop there

Amazon Fresh Delivery is great with very competitive prices and quality items. However, there are some issues with product availability and substitutions. The item you prefer may show in stock at order time. Then when packed, no change allowed, it may show unavailable. But still shows in stock. They don't notify ahead of time that I could find. Plus the tip is fixed at order time. No option to tip for good service. Six of my last 7 orders had missing items. In one case, the $5 tip turned out to be 50% for a one item delivery. So how best to order? Select substitutions when you order only if you are willing to pay more for something you do not prefer. Check back for items later. Check prices on items you want. Prices vary considerably depending on the service Fresh, Whole Foods, Prime, Etc. On something you need, I found that having a back up alternative online source is necessary.

The prices are substantially better than any other store. I always get delivery because of medical issues and never been disappointed

I went in because I was curious. Not sure how long this place will exist. I can't see it as a regular grocery store but maybe not my cup of tea. I went in to do an Amazon return the line was long the staff was very stressed and unhappy. The place reminded me of a very depressive grocery outlet. I didn't buy anything after just feeling weird vibes.

Christopher and the staff work to be helpful even while working on filling on-line orders. Great deals on food and essentials. Love this store.

Customer service is bad at this location. I had to get off my car to pickup my order after the app was giving me issues to use the curbside method, not a problem. Immediately at the pickup corner the front associate greeted me in a very rude manner. I asked her for help with my order and she said "I don't know" and was sighing in frustration the whole time I was in front of her. Keep in mind I didn't ask for any other help other than to simply get my order. She didn't get my order, and I had to leave. I had to go back in the app and figure out how to fix the curbside in the app to get my order. I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you want to get treated rudely.

No cashiers but the self-checkout machine does not work. Very confusing and unpleasant experience, don't plan to be coming back.

Store seemed well nice put together and clean. It must've been stalking day when checked it out because most meats were gone. The items seem bit more pricier than I expected. Definitely not in the Trader Joe's, winco or neighborhood Walmart price range. I'm assuming because most of it is organic? I'd shop here for smaller items but not a full grocery list. Nice store though!

Great clean store with a great parking lot. The self checkout is always open and they have a cashier available as well. You can get a special cart for shop and go, but then you have to bag your groceries before leaving the store because those special SHOP and GO carts cannot go outside. They need to update their business model for check-out purposes because it should be way easier if you are an amazon account holder or a prime holder, you should be able to just scan on your phone and walk-out, maybe I just havent figured that out yet. Either way this store is amazing, clean and im glad they are in town now!

Kind of a cross between a Whole Foods and Walmart. Not as big a selection like a full grocery store. Seem to be more employees filling orders than actual customers, so they do a lot of pick up orders and delivery. The store is very clean.

I went in here again and walked around the store, not one person said hello or good morning . None of the checkouts were open, so I went to self check and left. Usually they are very friendly.

This place is a hit and miss. They are still figuring out how to make it work. To much dependence on tech.. not enough employees that know what they are doing. There will be a greeter standing there.. but not a chashier at times. I couldn't check out once cus the app wasn't working and they don't accept Apple Pay. Couldn't make a return cus apparently only one person know what they are doing... there was like 10 employees standing within 50ft and no one couple help a line of 5 people trying to make returns.

Tyler was standing inside the door as I was walking in and he said, welcome to Amazon fresh. Would you like an ad? I said no, but I would like to ask you a question. He answered my question and then took the situation.I had all the way through walking to the back.Checking to see if they had what I wanted.And it was sixty four 1gallon bottles of distilled water and I wanted to know if they had eleven cases. He came back and said they're checking. And then in due time, christopher came out with a big cart full of eleven cases of distilled water.And I just want to say how well Tyler kept checking with me. And letting me know what was going on. Tyler was great. I really appreciated his service.. And Christopher was a great help. Also. And then they both helped me load all that water into the back of my truck. Thank you both Tyler and Christopher..

Store seemed nice and new, well arranged. Bought much fruit..cherries, nectarines, oranges. Asked for pickled herring, but they did not stock that. Also asked for "Kefir"...a yogurt drink. Was told they did not stock that item, but I FOUND IT MYSELF. The workers their were surprisingly inept and not knowledgeable. Avocadoes were advertised for "79 cents each....or two for three dollars....lol". (Yeah, you figure that one out.) Prices were fairly reasonable, but when I got home the quality of the fruit was absolutely "DISGUSTING". Nectarines were rotten inside, and the cherries looked good but tasted "TERRIBLE". In my mind the name "Amazon Fresh" seems to denote high quality fresh produce. What a disappointment! Good selection, but low quality.....(But the best clam chowder I ever tasted!)

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The store was very clean, well lit, and items were easy to find. Product choices were pretty good, too. The only thing that gave me trouble was the payment method; had to quickly add my phone number into my Amazon account so I could use my Prime membership for deals. I plan on going back!

Sad to say we think this store is a bust. We get their flyers in the mail and online with the specials listed. We tried to buy several of the "on special" items, and they were all "out of stock". That was on the day they opened, so we're wondering why they didn't stock enough for that day. Fast forward to a couple of days ago when we went to buy a turkey that was "on special". Guess what.. out of stock! In fact they didn't have any turkeys at all. They pointed out that the flyers show the sale price with an asterisk that notes: "while supplies last". Well, geez, the supplies just don't last at all. I'm glad that we have several other grocery stores in our neighborhood, as Amazon Fresh isn't doing it for us. Another bummer for us is that there is no phone number to call directly to the store to see if they have something in stock. The posted number just takes you to Amazon Customer service somewhere, and you have to jump through a bunch of phone tree choices and still don't get to the store.

Don't do it! Went in to return something so I could get the $10 off $40 grocery deal. I was told to scan the barcode at the customer service desk and when I did I was told that had to register. The third step was entering a credit card - I assumed it was for faster check out. I put in two different banking cards that had nothing to do with Amazon. Both cards were rejected as the message stated that they could not process the cards. I went home and when I got home I had two different alerts form both banking institutions. There was a charge of $34.90 from an unknown merchant. Called both institutions and canceled both cards. It had to be a security breach at Amazon! I tried inform Amazon but they did not seem interested at least not enough to pursue it. NEVER shopping there! This was a barcode inside the store at the customer service desk.

I tried to append this to my previous review but was unable to find out how. I once again returned an item to amazon. This is the first time since my last review. This time the customer in front of me was very slow so I remembered the kiosk that I was informed about the last time, so I tried it. After figuring out how it worked I scanned my return code and put my item in the plastic bag as instructed. The kiosk made printing noises but nothing came out. I asked for additional labels but nothing happened. I then told the employee behind the counter the kiosk needed paper. She said "oh, the kiosk doesn't work". Maybe put a sign on it?

The worst service. One checker only with long long lines and " manager" who could care less. He could have stepped up to take over another register. But no, just sit back and people wait and wait because only one cashier!!! Horrible experience!

Only thing I like is Amazon returns. I'm sure the food is good and fresh. I give too much to Bezos as it is. Prices here could be better but then it caters too much to the woke crowd. Too trendy for my taste.

It's a great store, they have deeper discounts on items if you're a prime member, which most are, only hard part is remembering where to go to get the QR code for checkout I've been here maybe a handful of times only because I have a Safeway closer to me, but if I remember to check the website and find better deals here I will definitely come out of my way to shop this store. The store is usually well stocked, I don't remember a time I came that it was completely bare as people have mentioned on here, sometimes you do see the usually out of stocks on holiday items or as of late the eggs, I came here day before and found some and the prices were not all that high, actually lower than what some stores are charging for a dozen, I think here at the Amazon fresh they're at around 4 and change, we like this store and it's not all bad, I'm surprised it's only 2.5 stars at the moment, also very clean store and their hot foods are very good oh and there's a rotating deal on lunch food items, they have pre made sandwiches for $3, these run 5-6 at all other grocery stores...if only I worked nearby I'd be eating lunch here.

The three improvements that the store could make would be the Amazon hub pick up and returns! Not organized at all. Takes forever for them to find your items and don't bother getting code! NEVER WORKS! I always have to give them my phone number even after I do the barcode, etc. The other fault is the man they have working there with dark hair and glasses. If you've been to the store, you know who I'm talking about... All he wants to do is talk and not work. I was standing at the register with my food on the belt and his back was turned talking with other employees, who didn't even tell him to turn around and help his customer. I had to say, "hello I'm ready! "Also I tried to do self check, but I didn't know how to use it. The machine asked some question that I didn't understand so I looked around saw him turn his head so I picked up all my groceries and I went to a counter. He then proceeded to walk over where I was checking out at self check. He cleared the self check, but didn't bother to ask me if I needed help. I don't know if you went over there to see if I was stealing the items or what but I found that to be very rude. Lastly, I'm sorry... But why do grocery stores allow dogs to ride in the carts. Especially where I put my food items and my fresh vegetables, etc. etc. granted that I put these items in bags, I am highly allergic to dogs and I feel that that is not proper for me to have to bring my own spray/sanitizer. One more thing..... every time I go to the hot bar and salad bar, it's usually empty and the chicken and hot foods are usually dry. I'm not sure but maybe there's a time limit that the food is fresh? I usually go around 4 o'clock in the afternoon and I feel like there's never anything there for my dinner.

I'm on board with the Amazon Fresh experience! There are many things to like about this store, including the deep discounts for the prime members. I already shop at two or three different stores so I don't mind going out of my way for some of the deals here the pizza alone is worth a trip! The Roseville store I must say seems a little bit larger and nicer to me. I enjoy having a Krispy Kreme in the store. All the employees are very nice and I like the convenience of being able to return things at the grocery store where I am I have found some really amazing deals here But again some things are very expensive as other reviewers have said you have to shop around as you do with most things, I tend to shop mostly at Trader Joe's, but there are things you just can't get there. I do like the speedy checkout and days when there are things that are just such a great deal you can't beat them with your Amazon prime discount.

I help with a special needs school in the area and Shannon and Silvia in the food prep department go above and beyond when preparing special Pizza Party days for us. Even cutting the slices smaller for the children Thank you so much!

I recently was too sick to go to the store and this was fast and convenient. They shopped for me and delivered right to my door. I appreciate all you online grocery shopping people thank you.

While Amazon Fresh is not your normal grocery store, the customer service each time I have come has been top notch. Especially Adrianna, who helped me with my deli order. She apologized for asking me to wait while she replaced the paper in the machine, went and found me to take my order, and decided to comp me for the order even though it was not necessary and they had done nothing wrong.
