Best Amazon Fresh I have ever been to hands down! Store is clean, people are nice, food is prepared, sometimes there is even soup and I always get it when there is. EV charger out front and much more! The sushi man is my favorite you can get x2 California roll two of them for $10! Fresh every day soup salad bars amazing this is my go to place when I wanna go shop hopefully they install a new coffee machine soon I’ll never leave.

I made an order for pickup. It was ready in like 20 minutes. What got my attention was the pricing a basic ingredients for so much cheaper here. Five items was going to be close to $19 at whole foods but it was just under $10 here. The cold items we're packed in a foil lined bag to keep them cold. There was a lot of stuff available throughout the store. The store is well organized and has a lot of really great value, especially for meats, produce and dairy. The parking lot is plentiful with free parking. It's a busy area that's been built with a lot of great shopping and food places. So I could see things really busy on a weekend. Definitely will return.

I love shopping here, the staff is extremely nice, you can easily find the things you need on the shelves without worrying if they are in the wrong place. I love that you get a coupon at checkout when you use your Amazon app. It's a great experience

Summary: Gave up on pizza, got a Costco card and pizzas are always ready. Final update. Minus one star, the pizza shop is always closed, 5 times out of 6 I visited here closed. Excuses I get, not enough personnel, no pepperoni or cheese. Self serve hot bar, salad bar and chicken are poorly stocked. Get involved corporate, get it fixed. One week later update: salad, hot bar, and chicken stocked. Pizza is still not open. Update @Dec 10, 2023: salad and food bar fully stocked, and pizza being made fresh. Next random audit will determine if they earned their 5 star. Jan 3 2024 pizza temporarily closed. March 14 2024, PIZZAS, salad, hot bar, and roasted chicken all stocked. Earned your star back, keep up the hard work March 22 2024, less one star, missing pizza service. Hot bar partial stock, salad bar and chicken fully stocked, worker last second pulled together a whole pizza from the singles May 8 2024 pizza service and hot and salad bar full stocked, notice many more workers keeping things stocked, very polite and nice workers May 22 2024, 7:30 pm. Pizza closed, sign says 8pm, hot bar all cleaned out. Coffee machine not working

The La Cienega Amazon Fresh Store is the worst, most unorganized store ever. There is no schedule for anything. Pizza is supposed to be ready after eleven o'clock. Nope. If someone calls off, pizza is not ready at eleven. Someone calling off should not affect the normal course of business. One day there was no pizza because they ran out of cheese. So, despite all the cheese for sale in the store, there was no pizza made that day because they ran out of cheese. There is no schedule to know when the rotisserie chickens will be ready. Drive to the store and everything is hit or miss. Can you please get an experienced manager to run this store?

I drove half an hour specifically to this store to eat ready-made food. When I arrived, the employee had already started removing the prepared food from the counter. The worker who was taking all this food from the counter didn't allow me to take even one egg. I don't understand why? Is it easier for you guys to throw food in the trash than to sell it to a customer?

Another nice supermarket from Amazon, it just about the same as the Amazon Fresh stores. Customer Service is very good, the staff are friendly and polite. We visited mid-afternoon as it wasn't busy, this time I got to try out the dash cart which is really good. The built in barcode scanner make it easier for scanning items and the base of the cart has a built in weighing machine. I have never seen that before in a cart but it's definitely fast and easy to use. Their products are a bit expensive than other supermarkets, but the produce and self service hot counters are very good. The produce always looks fresh and there is a good choice of food for takeaway. I liked the dedicated dash lane at the checkout area for dash cart users to pay and go. They have a hub counter for collecting and returning amazon packages. I hope other supermarkets adopt the same technology as Amazon's dash cart as it is a convenient and smart way of shopping. This was good shopping experience.

Amazon Fresh is my go-to grocery store. I love the convenience of the self-checkout carts and the great deals available for Prime members. I shop here twice a week, and overall, the experience is very positive. That said, there are a couple of downsides. Sometimes the store gets crowded with staff restocking or packing orders for delivery or pickup--they can block the aisles and aren't always quick to move. Also, the checkout lines can occasionally be slower than expected. To avoid these issues, I've started using curbside pickup instead, and it's been great--fast, efficient, and hassle-free.

Every single time I come here to do Amazon returns I'm met with a huge SIGH and attitude. It's extremely uncomfortable for me as a customer and off putting. This is not an isolated event. This is literally EVERY time, no matter who is at the counter. This was today, Thursday June 12th at 7:35pm. He rolled his eyes and sighed, scanned a few packages and then said they weren't scanning. I thought about offering to pull up my phone and have him scan that but I was extremely off out by the whole situation. I had planned to do grocery shopping after my return but my experience was terrible and I would NOT recommend anyone shop here, at least not this location. They're great when it comes to delivery, but the customer service in store is horrible.

Ok I hate that I had to give 1 star but hear me out. On any other day my experience is around a 3-4 stars. The employees/associates are always in the way but I usually maneuver around them and go about my day. However today made me realize how important it is to use your own bags. I have tons in my truck but I always forget to grab them before heading in. Now I will never forget. I went in and bought a few things and used their brown bags. I didn't self check out because I wanted to use some of my cash. Thankfully I went to grab food to go and headed home. Once I got home and began to unload I immediately saw and small brown roach inside my bag. Nope it didn't come from my car, nope it didn't come from my food. It def came from Amazon! Thanks for helping me to always remember to bring in MY OWN BAGS!!

In general, I think the prices at this Amazon Fresh store are on par with other grocery prices, although they have cheaper items if those are on sale. The store is relatively spacious and not super packed inside, you can choose check out by the dash cart during shopping, self-checkout or with cashier in the end. I like the meat selection here, but not the fruits, which weren't fresh, grapes and strawberries were moldy.

It's nice to be able to return Amazon items here and the food is decent and good prices

Clean and easy parking in the morning. Easy to take returns here. Prices are decent and they have everything I need. I think the hot bar and salad bar could slightly improve. Everything looks soggy and kind of old for first thing in the morning (when I usually go).

I've dropped into the Amazon Fresh in Fullertonm CA - across from Costco. Nice big store. Great selection of salad dressings - and, I especially liked the MANY pre-made frostings for Christmas baking!! (Can't find such an array in other stores :)) I did once have trouble with a big green Romaine lettuce that turned out to be VERY bitter. I returned it; they refunded. But it would have been nicer not to have had that experience :( Overall, a nice market. Worth a visit. See what you can find :)

Clean, organized and well stocked. Staff is helpful and easy to locate. Great salad bar and convenient hot food counter. It's water to get your shopping done after 7pm. Plenty of parking.

I love Amazon Fresh and would totally be okay with them converting Whole Foods into more of these futuristic grocery stores. The parking was easy to find. When you enter, you can already tell it gives off a very strong Whole Foods vibe! The Amazon carts are really convenient, and I would like to see other grocery stores adopt this method, it renders self-checkout obsolete ! What I found great: - The contactless checkout carts are awesome! - The meat is fresh. - Items are reasonably priced. - The selection is great. - I appreciate how they would display the ratings of these items on Amazon.com - They have P.F. Chang's frozen meals. - The staff in this store are really friendly and professional. - The store is well lit and clean. - Navigating around the store is easy and item placements are really organized. Overall, I really love coming here for my grocery shopping and would recommend Amazon Fresh to others. UPDATE: 1 year after my previous review, I have noticed this store has started cleaning up the expired items, and they are indeed fit to be calling themselves Amazon FRESH!

Why are there no Amazon Fresh delivery slots since January 15, 2025? I started trying to place my weekly order here in LA County on that day and haven't been able to for the last three days. Is it because of the fires? I am not in an evacuation zone. Shouldn't Amazon send an email explaining why orders for grocery delivery can't be completed?

Good prices and love the new self checkout which makes checking out easy and fast. Nothing is locked up so everything is easily accessible, I only mention this because many other places in the area have things locked away which is annoying to ask for. But...unfortunately its always a pretty stressful shopping experience since they function like a warehouse in there. Just constant employees shopping for other peoples orders and constant restocking during the day means isles are always blocked and you have to dodge the big carts as they zoom around the store. But other than that its great.

Amazon fresh is my 3-4 time a week stop. It's just the right type of neighborhood market that can fulfill all your needs from fresh food to prepare, pet items, wine and liquor, and ready to eat food. Literally whatever you need you can get quick. If you are a prime member you use the special cart that automatically calculate your items and when your done shopping just walk out the door with your bags.

My large food order, including frozen and refrigerated items, was left on my doorstep without receiving a notification as simple as ringing my doorbell. I was given a 2 hour time frame of the delivery. At end of the timeframe, wondering what was taking so long, I opened my door, seeing the order on my doorstep. I was very disappointed being the refrigerator/"frozen" items were only slightly cold. The temperature is 100 degrees. Disgusting! I hope no one else experiences this!

This store is clean and seldom crowded. The staff are available to assist you. This is a perfect place to have your Amazon package delivered to. If you use the app you will receive a code. If you use Amazon website then you will need to use your name to receive you purchase. The salad bar has fresh items for your salad bar. You can purchase a slice of pizza or a full pizza. There is a seating area for your enjoyment. The produce has a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. The scan, purchase and go shopping carts are great way to skip the line.

Excellent quality of produce and prices competitively. Well stocked canned goods section. Extensive bread section at competitive prices. Convenient also for Amazon returns.

I tried to respond to the survey regarding this experience. However, the survey did not allow me to select the correct store. Therefore, I'm writing a Yelp review instead. 2/2/25 The associate at the counter for picking up packages was very inattentive. This was my second experience with the associate with this type of behavior. After scanning my code, instead of retrieving my items, she began a conversation with another associate regarding a different experience. After waiting a few minutes for the conversation to end, I interrupted the conversation with an 'Excuse me. MAY I please have my items." The associate responded 'Oh. I'm sorry.'... and something like 'I can do that. I didn't realize waiting was a problem for you'. Why was that necessary? On a different occasion, the same associate, asked me 3x if I was returning or picking up. I answered each time as she was clicking buttons on the scanner. Mind you I have boxes in my hands. I answered each time " I'm doing both." Then she, with an attitude, said 'Well, which one do you want to do first?" Return I say. After I returned the items, she then said "Anything else?" I thought to myself, are you kidding me? I repeated, I'm picking up. She scanned my code and proceeded to get my items and returned with a snarky ' Have a NICE day Ma'am." She needs to stay focused and stop trying to multitask.

What can I say? It is a part of Amazon and everything Amazon has done for me...so far, has been great. I haven't really shopped at this place. The most I really have done is return my items because it's more convenient. I do notice it's just like a grocery store except that they also have like wireless billing. Don't ask me how it works.

I had a couple of packages delivered to this location. My first package was found successfully, but the rest were never stowed (scanned in for pickup) even though tracking showed they were received by an associate. Unfortunately, that associate did not process my packages, and I had to ask for a manager on duty (MOD) to help. However, the MOD only spoke briefly to the associate behind the customer service desk and then returned to the computer near the register. I ended up having to walk back and forth, and the associate behind the counter still couldn't locate my packages, even though they were helping other customers in the meantime. I'm very familiar with the outbound process and know how long it should take. My packages had been delivered over two hours before I arrived, yet a female associate told me to "come back tomorrow, it's not ready." I could see from the tracking that my packages were delivered, so being told to come back later didn't make sense--especially since I paid extra for scheduled pickup. I shouldn't have had to wait 30 minutes for packages that should have been stowed hours earlier. Fast forward to today: another set of packages was delivered around 7pm. When I arrived, I was told they had been stowed but were now "missing." It's hard to understand how two sizable packages could go missing unless there was some sort of mix-up, especially after my previous experience just days before. Within one week, this store failed to locate, store, and secure my packages. The customer service manager was unable to help during my first visit. Tonight, a gentleman (tall, Black man) did his best to help locate my packages after the customer service associate couldn't find them. I appreciated his effort and wish I had received that level of service during my first visit. Unfortunately, I still left without my packages and was again told to come back tomorrow. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since I understand how the Amazon Fresh process works. I hope my next visit goes better and my packages are finally found.

This location is a hit and miss. I don't have the employee's name, but she's got a real attitude and she doesn't hide it either. The place is super clean and they keep everything well stocked. I like that they have hot and cold lunches. They also have a lot of pre-made meals. The meats and seafood are good quality. Most of the employees are really helpful and they make sure you find what you're looking for. Some of them go the extra mile to look for the item online or which store would have it. Now, the returns. I feel like I'm being judged for everything I'm returning whenever I come in. Some of them asks each other if such an item could even be returned. We're returning them for a reason!!!

Easy and quick shopping. The carts are a game changer because you don't have to waste any time in a line.

Amazon Fresh's grocery store! Not my first time here but it's my latest and I thought I'd review it. This place is clean and convenient! It has a nice big parking lot that's well kept with designated spots for EVs, handicapped cars and curbside pickups! I haven't done the curbside yet but it sounds like a good idea! When you first walk inside store there's an Alexa kiosk which can help you find whatever you're looking for throughout the store (another feature I want to try one day) as well as a large, fully stocked produce section! The word CLEAN keeps coming to mind and this store is definitely that! Next up was the meat and seafood section as well as a giant diary refrigerator wall! There's plenty of room to move around and I had no problem finding anything! Certain items are offered for 10% OFF for Amazon Prime members (like me) and there were specials emailed to me, along with a receipt for my purchase after I left the store. I don't think there are too many Amazon Fresh stores in SoCal, I only know of three, but it seems like a very cool, well maintained and easy place to shop for groceries!

I'm only updating my review to brag some more about the awesome service shown at this location. I left the store thinking that only those with top notch customer service skills are allowed to work here. I love the patience that the young team members had with my mom. They were happy to help and they actually listened. Tom who is an in store shopper was busy but he took the time to look for some cooking oil that my mom needed. That was very admirable because personally when I'm busy I don't usually want to stop help anyone. Then there was Donielle (very unique name) who was busy as well but took the time to show my mom how the dash cart works when it comes to weighing certain fruits and veggies. Last but not least was Javier who works customer service for the Dash Cart Lane. He was very patient with explaining how check out works and got my mom bags and another basket to be able to take the groceries to the car. I didn't catch any names in the area where Amazon purchases are taken back but the team members that work that part of the store give exceptional service. This location is very proud of their crew I'm sure. As much as I love this location, I did t realize they have certain privilege restrictions when it comes to using an EBT Card. My mom and I learned a lot on this visit. If you are using an EBT card for food purchases, you can't do the following: Use the Dash Cart and Dash Lane Check-out. Purchase any products such as Beyond and or Impossible Meat along with certain other vegan type products. Also when taking online purchases back for a refund or exchange, the in store coupon you receive for using their exchange or refund services can't be redeemed. You can only redeem the "$10 dollars off" coupon using cash, credit or debit when purchasing in store products. I thought I'll pass on the facts to others. Im yet to try palm pay though. Very excited to do so on my next visit. The dash cart was an awesome experience (video excerpts posted). The technology is such that the basket senses when something is taken out or put into the basket. A shopping list can be prepared beforehand and uploaded on to the basket. It's theft and dummy proof in my opinion. It's an easy learn. If you can read and understand, there's nothing to learning how to use it. Make sure you download the "Amazon Shopping" app before you use the basket. Also make sure the credit card you want to charge the purchases to is set to default of more than one card is listed. The dash lane is fun and simple. One you push your cart on to it, your total is displayed on the screen. You follow the prompts and once you go completely through the dash lane the total is deducted from the card you have on default and your on your way. Again if you're using EBT, this privilege is restricted.

Worker should be scheduled before the store opens. Why open at 10 AM and every single aisle is packed with workers. I came early to beat the crowds, but I just felt like I was constantly in the way with workers trying to stock the shelves.

It was nice. Well stocked shelves and good prices . They even had employees that were willing to help. I guess I looked confused because one ask me what in as looking for. I will be going back even though it is not very close to my home.

Didn't care for the customer service. The cashier started walking away with bagging my groceries. I asked him if was going to bag them. He muttered something about my reusable bags. I asked him to repeat what he said. He muttered something and started bagging my groceries. I asked him again to repeat. He refused. Am I to infer that Amazon has a rule against reusable bags? Please clarify. I have no problem going to another store chain.

Yes I just went here for the first time last week I was truly delighted!! Great customer service and a beautiful store great low cost items to choose from, this will be my regular Go-To stop for groceries from now on.

Feels like a neighborhood market because it's never crowded and never has long lines when I've been. The prices are fairly reasonable and the produce always looks good. This time I also bought food from their hot food, soup and salad bar and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Italian Wedding Soup ($3.99) and expected it to be salty, it was not!In fact it was so delicious and packed with meatballs, veggies, and pasta. It truly was a marriage of flavors and comforting. To be sure, I went back a few days later to try it again and YES to the soup, not the dress lol. I also tried their Arancini di Riso which was not bad, but they used a melty stretchy cheese inside like mozzarella so they are more simply fried cheese balls . The way I've had them at other places is usually a softer mild cheese, sausage, and risotto mixture inside. I also had the salad bar which was great, they have all the options I typically enjoy and everything was fresh. It's not a place I can do all my grocery shopping but for a few common items, produce and lunch, you can dash in and out in no time.

A family gathering brought us to this wonderful restaurant. Each dish was a celebration of flavor and creativity, and the staff treated us like family. I look forward to our next visit.

I ordered over $100 worth of groceries (to get free delivery), but the delivery driver and his young son brought a broken bag...and 2 items missing from my order. I called them to check their car, but they insisted they didn't have it. I did my best to assure them I wouldn't report the incident if they just brought me my food, because I know Amazon Fresh is just going to give me a refund and I really just wanted my food, but they stuck to their story. The missing items were 2lbs of vegan meat (I hope they thought it was beef they were taking) and a 60oz bag of mixed vegetables. I wish I could see the look on their faces when they realize they aren't eating real meat. HAHA! It took all afternoon, and spoke with 4 customer service representatives, to get them to send a replenishment order for the missing items. I doubt they even investigate the drivers who did it, so they're just going to keep doing it. *sigh* I can't go back to Instacart, because they overcharge service fees, so I guess I'm going back to walking 9 blocks to the grocery store again. I need the exercise anyway.

I really like this store. It's convenient, clean, most associates are friendly, easy access to parking, 2 free car charging stations, reasonable prices and the fruit is always fresh. The only thing that bothers me is the sharing of the aisle with employees with carts. There seems to be more employees walking around then customers sometimes.

A standout experience! The creativity on the menu was fantastic, and each dish tasted as good as it looked. The service was kind and welcoming. A must-visit!

Hate to be a Karen but this is RIDICULOUS. I waited 45+ minutes for my pick up order despite sharing my location that I was on the way AND checking in. I had to get out of my car to ask someone to help me and another guy also did the same as he was also waiting. It wasn't even packed. Prove how my pickup says 4-5pm? It was 5:11 I was trying to contact customer service and it still wasn't delivered to my car until 5:23. Beyond ridiculous. Not to mention that I don't even know if my items were left out for those 45+ minutes which is against food regulations.

Quick & easy! The associate was out shortly with my order and I was even able to do a return at the same time- the only thing is the refund doesn't come up as fast as it does with other methods, but still very handy

Great place, employees always go the extra mile. I asked a worker for information and instead of I don't know they said "Let me get my lead, she would know way more than me on this if you don't mind" Two seconds later leadership Bianca comes and of all things WALKS ME TO THE ITEM! Instead of just telling me where to find it aaaand told me "This isn't in my department specifically but I will look for it on here and see if it's maybe in the back" Pulled out her phone, saw it was in stock and went to get me the item along with putting two more on the shelf since it was empty and then showed me how to work the app to see if an item is in stock or not before coming to the store...this place Eid great. I could do without the cashier that smells really bad (big lady) I used self checkout because last time I almost gagged but I hope she gets whatever it is under control. Poor thing.

I love this Amazon Fresh, it's literally walking distance from the Q, which is where I live. The location is clean and very organized. They have a very good food court inside, where I usually get my salad. They have Amazon return inside as well. Very convenient for me. Staffs here are very friendly and greet you as you walk in. My favorite place to go for groceries.

This is not a place for people of diff ethnicities . If ur looking for something your fanily eats most likely it wont b on the shelf . Theres no varieties in items . This is more like a market vs a grocery store . Shelves are always empty . One min a product is on the shelf then the next its not on the shelf for weeks . On time i went in and it was ZERO paper towels and another ZERO tissue . Back in december it took them a whole month to get bag ice . Ive been wating for idk how long for them to stock the gold peak tea lemonade ! Not to mention its a employee in there that has a STRONG STENCH today i almost gagged because the whole back end of the store smelled horrible . Its always ONE lane open . Idk bur amazon need to do better .

Mixed review. It feels like a movie set of a grocery store, but overall the aisles are fairly conventual. A lot of the shelves were empty and hot food wasn't ready, but I went around 10am on a Sunday, so maybe that was a factor. The workers at the door were awesome, and explained things when I had questions. Unfortunately, the other workers were either running around frantically, or standing idly. Neither was helpful. The awesome, and mostly ridiculous thing are the $45k each smart carts. Imagine your cart is self checkout. Scan your code, add groceries to your cart, walk out. It's like self checkout in your cart. A Loved the humanlessness of it all

My visit started out great actually a 5 from the service I recieved from Keionna, but quickly it went to 0 after my encounter with another employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. However, I will write an update with her name. I politely called her over to assist with correct pricing as the merchandise wasn't correctly labeled with the priced tags. I explained to the red shirt girl and acknowledged the dilemma and assured me she would get someone to help me to check the pricing and she walked away. I thought it was interesting that she couldn't help!? but nonetheless....After more than 5 minutes of waiting in the isle with my items in hand to purchased I went to look for her and saw Keionna again and expressed my disappointment in the other employee. I was so upset I didn't want to purchase anything, (but I changed my mind because the organic fruit was a good deal). I did look around the store for her but I wasn't able to locate her. However, as I was in line purchasing my fruit I saw her CASUALLY WALKING DOWN THE BREAD ISLE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CHATTING AWAY!!! Horrible, Horrible service. If it wasn't for Keioanna's professionalism the rating would be "0" based on the rude staffer.

Love.plqce but this is like the 2nd or 3rd time that the prices at the register do not reflect the discount on the label. My prime did not take for some odd reason which has never happened. I did get a credit for the amount but I am noticing that I am still short because the stuff on sale was not applied at the register. I go there for this reason and this is disturbing.

I went shopping or so I thought, this store doesn't take Apple Pay, nor can you just tap your digital card. This is horrible.

Pretty quiet and not busy on Saturday night. It looks new and clean but I feel very disconnected, like a training use market. The shopping cart was a bit heavy to push. We were looking for smaller sized milk to go with desert we got but not able to find smaller size carton. Wish it has more size selection. We didn't purchase milk but went to next door Ralph's instead.
