"Kids can get an education while they’re eating under the world’s largest topographical map of the United States that highlights America’s iconic landmarks. The patriotic decor is topped off with a menu that features dishes from different regions of the country, but the fresh gourmet doughnuts made in-house daily are hard to resist." - Emmy Kasten

Google
Really nice affordable place to eat breakfast off the strip. Large portions and everything tasted great. My group recommends the coffee, omelettes, maple long john donut, and biscuits&gravy. There's also a large art installation of all 50 states that is cool to look at while you dine. Plenty of seating options, great place for large or small groups. There's normal dining as well as a bar and donut/coffee shop near the entrance for easy grab & go.

My dad and I came down from Canada to visit Las Vegas and we ate here the last few nights because they had a $20 ribeye special, and it was worth it every time. The servers were extremely nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is so American—I love it! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Bruce Morton

Google
The huge hanging map above the restaurant is very impressive. This is a restaurant that serves diner style food but in a nicer atmosphere. The prime rib is the best deal. Only $21. If you're looking for good basic food at reasonable prices, this will work.

Google
Our experience was sitting at the bar for breakfast. The full menu starts at 6AM followed by the doughnuts at 7AM. Coffee 24/7. I ended up here because the Starbucks wasn’t open yet. I got a Belgian waffle to go along with fruit and whipped cream for some breakfast in bed. We also had the chicken and waffles, California eggs Benedict and the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. The first time that I ordered I missed that the eggs Benedict comes with potatoes so I ordered grits as a side. I got a giant bowl of cheesy grits. As a substitution it would have been smaller. Everything was good but my favorite was the salmon eggs Benedict because it had the most flavor. Next would be the waffles and chicken and waffles. Looked for the croissant doughnuts but they stopped making them 🧇🥐🍩☕️

The America restaurant in Las Vegas was one of the highlights of my trip. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The wait time was reasonable, and the prices were fair, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely go back!

Google
While the breakfast is always delicious and the service amazing. We are so disappointed that they changed the ever so delicious cronut that used yo be better than those we had in NYC! It is now a version of a filled iced croissant that is lack luster to say the least! Although very flaky, it was dry, the icing was too sweet, the little filling we had was a thick, tasteless, gelatinous goo. It is shame as this was a staple of our yearly trip. The entire family would frequent this establishment each year because we shared our love of their cronuts!

Google
Came here twice. Once in the morning to pick up some donuts and pastries. It was fine, though felt stale and old. Came back for dinner and I liked the giant map hanging from the ceiling cause I'm a map guy. The food was fine. We all got safe choices, and it was like a diner or Denny's type food. The service was rough. Waiter was friendly but service was slow as hell. 20 minutes for two drinks we ordered? To be fair our waiter was serving food to some guys at the bar 50 feet away so I guess it was a rough night for staffing. This place isn't terrible. But it's not anything worth raving about

Google
Came for brunch and ordered their enormous fruit plate. Considering how stupid expensive everything on the strip is, this was a great deal, and surprisingly good quality too. My kiddo thought their chicken strips and fries were delicious but the poor guy was starved as it took about 40 minutes from sit-down until food on the table. Picked up some donuts for the road and are them the next day - yummy and nice presentation!

Yelp
The waffle and chicken was awesome. Heard about this place and had to visit. Service was excellent and the staff was nice.

Yelp
my hubby and i ate at america restaurant and the breakfast was good but cold. we told the manager kristina, about it and she went over and above to fix the problem. kristina is truly an awesome manager.

Yelp
This was the first restaurant we ate at in Vegas We were staying in the New York, New York Hotel and arrived very late at night. We crashed, then woke up early and needed breakfast. We were lucky to find America open and right downstairs. We got our coffee and ordered. The restaurant wasn't too busy yet. It seemed it still took a while to get served. The menu had plenty of American breakfast choices and we were ok with everything we ordered from the bagel to the eggs Benedict. The beat part of the dining experience was the 3 dimensional U.S. A. map covering the entire back ceiling of the place.

Daniela F.

Yelp
After having such a great time at the center bar me and my friends got hungry and decided to give this diner a try. Love that they are open 24hrs because we ate around 3am and there were quite a bit of people in there which tells me this is the spot after the spot lol. We all got the southern fried chicken sandwich which wasn't too bad. I didn't care for the bun but the chicken and fries were good. I gave them an extra star because the service was top notch. John was our server and he was extremely attentive ensuring we had refills and we got everything we needed. If I happen to be out late again I wouldn't mind coming back!

Yelp
I've had the nachos from here before and they are delicious! Reasonably priced and good portion of food, considering this place is in NY NY on the strip. I'm basing this review on today's visit.. I placed a to-go order with them today. America's nachos usually come with shredded chicken, jack and cheddar cheeses, jalapenos, black olives, pico de gallo, and chipotle crema with guacamole and sour cream. I asked for no sour cream, which is indicated on my order ticket. Got home and was ready to dig in.. good news, they didn't add the sour cream ... but I was disappointed they didn't add the chipotle crema. I guess maybe they thought it was similar to sour cream, and thought I didn't want it? The sour cream and chipotle crema are listed as two different toppings on your menu. I wish the guy who took my order would have clarified. I just didn't want a scoop of sour cream on my nachos. I also got a donut from the case up front. There are some pretty donuts, for sure. I decided on the matcha donut. I didn't really get the matcha flavor from this. It just tasted plain to me, but the texture was also off. Crumbly green topping and spongy donut. I will skip the donuts next time around, but I really do love your nachos. The nachos don't taste the same without the chipotle crema. Next time around, I'll be sure to confirm to keep the chipotle crema on there, but I also think you could have taken the time to ask me, too, instead of just assuming.

Yelp
So the waiter was nice HOWEVER the Hashbrowns were old. They were NASTY. When I told the waiter his reply had us floored. He said it was the end of the shift so the hashbrrowns were old. I dont give a darn if it was end or beginning. This should have been rectified asap. My boyfriend said this is a 0 out of 5. Pls do better!! The carpets were filthy.

Jim D.

Yelp
Going to make this one short. The service was good but the food was bland. The prices on the food would have been great if the food was good.

Sara O.

Yelp
Came to America inside of NYNY after a concert at t-mobile. Party of 2 was quickly seated and greeted by our friendly server (I didn't remember his name sadly!) lemonade was freshly made. Cesar salads were great!! My husband and I ordered the same ribeye but it was obvious that the sizes were different and my smaller ribeye was overcooked but thankfully still delicious. It was around 11pm... the baked potato was hard and overcooked or old? The coolest thing about the restaurant was the massive United States pop out art on the wall/celling. It was so cool to look at and see the accuracy of the states. We would return based on the great service alone.

Waldemar G.

Yelp
Very friendly staff and great looking location it's inside the nyny Las Vegas hotel and casino everything looks great and was so delicious

Amber R.

Yelp
This is a very fun place to eat with typical American food- located inside New York New York. We ate breakfast and it has all the typical breakfast foods. They were also able to accommodate my food allergies.

Surya R.

Yelp
If you were hunting for some vegan(izable) food past midnight in a kid friendly place on the strip, go here! Nothing great, but if you were in a pickle like I was, you'll appreciate it!

Linda R.

Yelp
America is located in New York, New York Casino. There is a bakery case in the lobby of the restaurant that showed beautiful baked goods. The young lady behind the counter could not be bothered by customers that day and could not even fake the fact that she enjoyed her job. Hubby and I decided to share a Bavarian cream cruffin that looked good. It is a croissant muffin topped with white chocolate with a Bavarian cream center. It tasted horrible. The pastry part was dry and the cream had no taste. I recommend that you save $8.00; otherwise, it will go in the trash like ours.

Laura F.

Yelp
Service was excellent. Had the steak breakfast and was great. One of the most affordable places to eat around.

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
So many restaurants to enjoy in Vegas but if you're staying at the New York New York, this restaurant is pretty good! Your standard food but the inside alone is pretty awesome! With a whole 3D map laid up on the roof of the restaurant it's pretty awesome to check out while dining. They have a fully stocked bar, dessert bar at the entrance and plenty room for dining. From small parties and large parties too! They have a variety of foods including breast all day (except eggs Benedict). The service was really good too. Our waiter Matt was really pleasant and kind. A few hiccups with our order but nothing major. The food was really good and the portions are huge! I always love good food residual in Vegas!

Steven L.

Yelp
To start off the waiter was excellent. The food on the other hand was terrible. We arrived right at 1130 am. The place was busy but our waiter was quick. I ordered a patty melt. The patty tasted like old hamburger that had been cooked and sitting for a while. I only ate a quarter of it. Fries were ok but not crisp. The wife had a French dip and the meat was too thick. She ended up not finishing hers as well. The waiter saw that I barely touched mine and removed it from the bill. Yes I tipped him on the normal amount not the reduced ticket. Did we go back?? Nope we went to the Irish place and the food there was much better.

Sarra G.

Yelp
We enjoyed the service here, very friendly and happy. I loved the big huge wall decor of the United States! Very cool! The food was ok, we got eggs Benedict, California Benedict (it was ok), biscuits and gravy (I liked this the best) and corned beef hash (they liked it!).

Steve R.

Yelp
Went for breakfast here everyday during my stay, and each time had a great experience. Food great, portions are nice, service at the counter super friendly, and prices were reasonable for Vegas standards.

Mary B.

Yelp
We ordered 3 dishes, nothing complicated. We were told that they were slammed and it was going to take quite a while to prepare our food. We probably should have just left then, but we were hungry and didn't really feel like walking any further to try and decide on a place. I wouldn't have minded if it had been worth the wait, but it was far from it. Specifically, the steak salad could have been much better. The steak was a little overcooked and lacked flavor, and the salad itself was boring. Our drinks went unfilled, even when our server was asked to refill them. Ten minutes later, she came back and said, "Would you like a refill on your drinks?" Yes. We still would. Waiting for the tab and paying took another lengthy amount of time. There are a lot of great places to choose from in the area, I think next time we'll just make a different choice.

Lori S.

Yelp
Great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at NYNY. Every meal we have had there has been good. The Lox and Bagel is delicious, as well as their Biscuits and Gravy. All the breakfast dishes are very good and filling. Good place to eat in the morning to fuel your day ahead! Service is always on par, and the atmosphere is really cool with the giant USA that hangs in the restaurant. I highly recommend AMERICA

Johann M.

Yelp
In my visit to Vegas I have the luck of getting a recommendation of coming to this rest and get the ribeye which is the special between 5pm and 5am, and let me tell you you, there is no better feeling that coming to this great place at 3:30am after playing craps for 5 hrs. 100% recommended, great attention, steak cook to perfection and the American map hanging from the ceiling is super cool and the servers go far and beyond. The ambiance feels like a little piece of home, at home.

Tiffany A.

Yelp
Grab and go donut shop up front. Lots of seating in the back. Menu has a diner feel to it. Booths around the edges and tables in the middle. We came here for breakfast and there were lots of options to choose from.

Alex K.

Yelp
Based on two visit, the first was not up to par. I stopped by in the evening for a late meal, give it take 9, 9:30 pm. As it's 24 hours, you would think it'll be nice. Well, I did get a table eight away and requested a booth which was granted. Sat in a section with a few other occupied tables. The gentleman who was covering that section was quite nice and friendly, but sometimes hard to get a while of. I ordered my drink which took a few minutes. Sat there and watched people get there food before my ordering. From there that's when it started ti go down. I noticed 2 groups walk in 15 minutes after me and they ate and left before I even received my food. Then trying to find the waiter, he wasn't anywhere. There was also another couple who was looking for him so they could pay. Later, the waiter did come back with a jacket on. He either stepped out for something, or took a break. But was gone a bit. It took about 45 min for me to get my meal. A sandwich that didn't have to be cooked. I'm total, I saw 2 groups walk in and left before my meal arrived. Everyone that was in my section, about 6 tables all finished their meal and left. I was the last for that section as my food took forever. Second visit, which already left a sour taste in my mouth from the night before. Ended up back here as friends decided and it was nearby. At least for the breakfast, it was much better with service. Waiter was was attentive, and there when you needed him. Plus food, didn't take forever to arrive.

Arianna R.

Yelp
It's okay for a quick bite to eat if you're staying in the New York New York. Hubby and I went for breakfast/brunch before hitting the strip. The food quality wasn't awesome but not terrible. Our waiting staff was poor.... Our waitress only came and talked to us 2 times. Once taking our order, and the second coming take our card for the check. The ambiance is alright. If I'm honest, the only good thing about this little restaurant is the bakery in the front to grab a quick treat like a donut for breakfast and that's it.... Other than that I recommend all other restaurants in the New York. Be aware also this restaurant is the restaurant that provides the room service to the hotel!

Jennifer D.

Yelp
Popped in here for a few drinks, they have a full bar and many beers on tap! Also open 24 hours which is awesome. Beer selection was excellent and prices decent. Stopped in again for breakfast and food was excellent! Service always great and they manage being seated quickly despite how busy they get! Ordered the corned beef hash, pancakes, breakfast sandwich... all great portion sizes and would highly recommend!

Jorge D.

Yelp
YOU HIT THE JACKPOT WITH AMERICA Absolutely the best place to eat in Vegas. We all know we come to Vegas to have a memorable fckn great time, we come to drink, gamble and make memories that will last a lifetime time, but when it comes to finding a place where the food is absolutely amazingly delicious and consistent every time you go in, this is the place to go. Listen people, if you like what I've said so far, than I know that you care about the QUALITY OF THE FOOD YOU GET, THE SERVICE AND HOW MUCH YOU SPEND ON YOUR MEALS, and our family has been all over experiencing little holes in the wall to even spending over a 1k on food. SO SPEND LESS WITHOUT LOOSING QUALITY, AND THIS WAY YOU ARE LEFT WITH MORE MONEY TO GAMBLE!!

Lindsay S.

Yelp
I think America is pretty much what you would expect from a casino restaurant that caters to millions of people coming through. Not great but not bad either. The service was great. There is plenty of seating, so getting a table on a Sunday morning wasn't a problem. We were sat pretty quickly and had waters on our table just as quick. Our waiter was great. Took our order and answered out questions. The food and coffee is where it was hit or miss. As someone that drinks black coffee, it has to taste good and this wasn't it. I ordered the waffle and I guess they made it first, because it wasn't even lukewarm. It wasn't cold, it was just room temperature. So butter wouldn't melt, but it was fine with just syrup. It still tasted good. More importantly, My SOs steak and eggs came out warm and it was good. My sons chocolate chip pancakes came in a pretty big portion. Even though this was three stars because of the food, I'd actually come back if I was staying at the New York New York because like I said, I think this is what you should expect from these high volume places

Denise H.

Yelp
Girls trip to Vegas and upon arrival food was a must! Since we were staying at NYNY on the strip, we stored our luggage and hopped in line to eat. A decent amount of breakfast choices on the menu but we decided on the American Breakfast with pancakes, eggs, and choice of protein, NY Scramble - eggs with veggies and cheese, and a Do-it-yourself omelette. I had the omelette (included hash browns) and it was pretty standard , a tad over cooked. The hash browns were undercooked on the inside and very bland but I added hot sauce and ate the top part. The best part of the meal was the croissant style donut that we shared (it was huge) and the very friendly service! The restaurant is right past the check in desk, to the right when facing the desk. This is a 24 hour restaurant.

Lily F.

Yelp
Business is located in New York New York Hotel. It is the only 24 hour restaurant in the hotel and in the are. There is a map of the United States on the ceiling with 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii were on the walls. On May 30, our dinner was salmon salad & rib eye steak. On May 31, our breakfast was carnivore omelette & bacon eggs. They came with toast. Server mistook his order because he wanted prime rib with eggs with unusual name. The food was a small portion for the price and service was okay. We might not come back again.

Lisa C.

Yelp
First time here. Katie our server was wonderful and polite, most of all patient with me since it was my first time. We had breakfast. Western omelette and American breakfast. My breakfast came with a cakes, 2 eggs and choice of sausage or bacon or both. It was so filling. Next time my hubby and I will share. Coffee was good too. Love that we had a carafe of coffee at our table. I had 3 cups and that was too many . We will be back for lunch or dinner or maybe a midnight snack. It's 24 hours and also has a bar area. Give this place a try.

Madison F.

Yelp
It's fast, greasy, reasonably priced for Vegas, and will help your hangover....take that as you will. Was this breakfast exceptional? Absolutely not - it's mediocre diner food at best. Did it get the job done? For sure. We were very tired and sluggish - Vegas had done us in and we needed food. There was no wait at America which was the most attractive part about it. The service was actually awesome. Our waiter was super nice and helpful. We both got omelets with hash browns and heavily buttered sourdough toast. We asked for the hash browns extra crispy - they were not. The experience was fine but definitely incentivizes me to make sure I make meal reservations in prep of a Vegas trip

Sherwyn H.

Yelp
Stayed in a suite in the NY NY hotel and needed breakfast so I went down stairs and ran into this place. I wanted breakfast, something simple and looked at their menu and found plenty of options. If you are taking your food to-go, DO NOT wait in the line. go past the line, straight to the bar, and order with the bartenders. I found out the hard way. And also make sure you know what you want so it'll make the whole situation faster. It's a pretty big place and service is good especially with my to/go order. It took about 15 minutes. The dining area looked cozy and can accommodate to large groups . You can't miss the Donut shop it's right there in the front with a big selection of pastries, cakes and donuts along with coffee. Great place to get your first meal in Sin city if you are staying in the hotel. One and only thing that I didn't like is the chicken fried steak and eggs. Chicken fried steak was good and hearty but the eggs were not "real" eggs. They probably were powdered eggs. I know my eggs and the eggs they used for SCRAMBLED eggs were powdered eggs, eh, I just didn't eat them. The eggs in the bagel mania were real, but why use powdered eggs? .

MarkPooh H.

Yelp
Food is good Service is good Located inside NYNY casino Open 24 hours They offer locals discount if you ask

Dee A.

Yelp
We were staying next door at ParkMGM and decided to walk over here and dine. After reviewing their menu online, they seemed to have more food that could be prepared in an allergy friendly way. We arrived early so it wasn't crowded at all. Our server was Ro- I voiced my concerns to her about having my food prepared with as minimal seasonings/ingredients as possible and she recommended a few things without that irritated tone that some people have when you ask or request things. I ordered the salmon with green beans and baked potato. The salmon was incredibly tender and tasty with just salt added and surprisingly, so was the green beans. I really enjoyed my meal and so did everyone else at our table. Prices typical for a strip restaurant.

Julia D.

Yelp
Server: Roe Our server was friendly. Although we caught her on her last work day before vacation so this might've hindered service a bit. I ordered a Greek salad TO GO and ended up getting that sent to the table as dine in. I let her know it was suppose to be to go and she only offered a box for me to pack myself or have the back pack it, but the dressing was completely mixed in. With that being said, soggy salads are my not a fav. I also ordered a fish n chips that I actually wanted to eat as dine in. The salad was meant for my lunch the next day. As a tip: Offer to re-box completely as an actual to go order consisting of separating the dressing to the side so guests can take their salad home not soggy. This shows you care. All in all, America has an ultimate variety of foods, might be a better place to dine when you're drunk OR when you need a quick bite through the day.

John L.

Yelp
America has a ribeye special from 5 pm to 5 am for $21.95. Both food and service is good. Would recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Brandon J.

Yelp
Two stars based on service. Food came out cold, even though the restaurant was empty. The server was extremely rude with a bossy attitude and smart remark for every question. Food was ok but would've been tasty if it had not come out frozen. I think it could be a great place to go, they just need training.

Adriana M.

Yelp
We came for breakfast with the fam during a recent stay at the New York New York. I thought that it would be better since the line was always out the door whenever we walked by, but I think it's just that they take a long time to seat people. Service was ok. Very standard American diner type menu. I got a garden/veggie omelet that was nothing to write home about. Pricey for what you get. Flavors are meh. Kids enjoyed their pancakes at least. I probably would not go back. Go to Chin Chin inside New York New York instead.

Naivette C.

Yelp
This place is like a 24 hour diner but better. It's very open, welcoming and clean. The service is great. Right from the greeting, professional and friendly. We were looking for something simple and affordable because we've been eating out and spending way too much. We yelped this place and it was a great find on the strip. The menu was diverse and good prices. They serve all day breakfast which is nice. We had a cheese pizza, chicken and walked and a Cobb salad. The salad btw was very good. I also ordered a fruity booty (alcohol drink). That was extremely good!!! I definitely recommend this place for the service, prices and food.

Maria O.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in NYNY Casino. We arrived at 9:00 on a Monday and decided to sit at the bar. Our server immediately greeted us and took our order as soon as we were ready. I ordered the New York Scramble which was uneventful. The coffee tasted like it had been brewed the day before and made my stomach grouchy. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was for the service.

Hilary M.

Yelp
The is a basic diner on a large scale. Mornings are packed and you'll most likely find a line (it moved fast) evenings are slower and you can get right in. The servers are friendly but service is slow. Everyone is bustling around but the kitchen takes a while to get food out. The food is good. It's diner food so its fairly straightforward. The best are their bread items. The bagel and wheat toast is so thick and tasty. It seems to be made in-house. The prices are what you wd expect from a casino not a street diner Overall it was good and it was an easy place to go as we stayed close by.

Nisha R.

Yelp
I ordered a simple breakfast. Bacon and toast with jelly. My my my the BACON was cooked perfectly. My toast was soft and buttery. The jelly flavors were awesome. I had blackberry and it was perfect. The waitress was nice and the atmosphere was fun. They have a big giant state map hanging from the ceiling. I think it's made out of some type of wood. There is a full bar and they are open 24 hours which is a bonus. I will definitely come back.

Maryann D.

Yelp
Food service was fast not much people at the time we went in, nice ambience and with booth seating.

Robert H.

Yelp
After eating at a Thanksgiving buffet, my cousin and I were stuffed. Our appetites didn't pick back up until about 1 in the morning. This was one of the few restaurants open due to the holiday and mehn oh mehn, it did not disappoint. The bartender was friendly, the food was amazing, and there was 0 complaints. I got the pancakes, bacon, hash browns, and eggs and they were just the meal I needed. If you need a late night meal or just breakfast, this is your place.

Lisa S.

Yelp
Breakfast at America Restaurant was good. I had French toast which was cooked perfectly and dusted with powdered sugar. The maple syrup was nice and thick. I got a side of bacon which wasn't all that great. It was rather greasy, thick and hard to take bite off. Service was a bit slow but the staff was very nice. I just think they might have been short of help. You are seated by standing in line - waiting list and reservations didn't seem to be available. One server had many tables.

Omar R.

Yelp
The most underrated steak in Vegas. I found it via Google maps. The steak is big, tender and good quality. Please note it won't rival a steak house, but if you are in Vegas with a large family or a limited budget, you can't go wrong with this place. Don't be deceived by the large number of senior citizens at this place. The food actually has lots of flavor and is very affordable. The customer service is also top notch. The $19.95 steak special runs from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Ronnie W.

Yelp
Front attendant bypassed our table and helped someone with drinks, which were seated after us. Maybe cause we didn't look white. But yet here I am a veteran of our armed forces.

Aileen M.

Yelp
There was a 30+ min wait for brunch but the service and food was really solid at America Restaurant. The dining room is huge with larger-than-life decor on the walls and ceiling. And, donuts were available at the front of the restaurant. We tried the mushroom and swiss omelet, steak and eggs, and french toast. Our meals came out after a short wait and everything was good. Almost everything is more expensive on strip casinos but I don't mind as long as the portions are decent and the food tastes good. In this case, America restaurant certainly fit the bill.

Ben B.

Yelp
I know being in Vegas and only eating at 5 star is a must. This place is amazing, always eating here whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Have plenty of great options on the menu for all ages. Great prices and the service is great. The restaurant is big and spaces. Will be going back. Only thing I wish they still served was gramas meatloaf, was the best I've ever had. Please bring it back!!

Yelp
First...I love that the restaurant is 24 hours. I try to keep myself back on East Coast time when coming over to the west coast so I'm frequently up and going before anything opens. They have a great variety of food including breakfast all day. Prices are reasonable for the Vegas strip and service we got was very good. We have eaten at both the restaurant and gotten donuts from the counter in front. I've not had a bad experience with any of the staff members there. Donuts are very good, soft and fluffy. We have tried the pink sprinkle and the croissant donut, in the restaurant I had the adult grilled cheese and my son had fish and chips. Everything came out quickly and were hot. Our waiter made sure drinks were full. The restaurant has a giant map of America with each state depicted by something they are known for. It was really cool to look at the while sitting in there.
