Jan. 17, 2026 My sons, a good friend, and I attended a Dallas Mavericks game and sat in Sec. 312, Row K. Although it was pretty high up, it was a fairly unobstructed view of the court. While the players looked really tiny, the huge video board made a huge difference for watching close-ups and replays. We were able to take the TRE from CentrePort to Victory Station. It was so convenient without dealing with traffic and parking. I didn't plan well, so we missed the train that would have given us enough time to walk around and check out the statues and other sites around the arena. We got there in just enough time to enter the arena and catch the national anthem. The opponent was the Utah Jazz. Dallas beat Utah 138 - 120. Cooper Flagg had a sprained ankle and didn't play. That was a bummer because we wanted to watch him play during his rookie season. We did witness NBA history: Klay Thompson scored the 17,000th point of his career. The overall experience was great. Lots of in-game entertainment during breaks and halftime.

I went to American Airlines Center this past weekend (1/18/24) to see a Dallas Stars game and I had such an amazing experience! So many shops and restaurants in the main plaza, staff were professional and nice, the inside was clean, organized, and I was shocked at how they handled so many people in such a professional manner. Great quality of food, drinks, entertainment, and staff! Highly recommend going to the AAC for any event!

I went to watch a Dallas Mavericks game at the American Airlines Center, and it was an amazing experience. The arena is great, the seats are comfortable, and everything is clean and well-managed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was lots of fun overall. I would definitely recommend it 🏀🔥

Lots of fun at a mavs game. Great venue, lots of decent food options. Overall a great experience going to watch my daughter dance before the game. Only flaw is there was a security guard that was an absolute jerk for no reason. Before the game began, seats are probably no more than 20% full, I came down a few rows and over a section to get a better angle of my daughter dancing. The lady fussed at me and said that’s not allowed. Lady, relax. My seat is right there. I would easily walk over here to grab a popcorn vendor or go to the bathroom. Also, it’s dang near empty. It’s not that deep. You gotta stay in your section. I explained why and what I was doing. No grace. All procedure. It felt so gross. I literally paid for these good seats. It’s not like I bought nosebleeds and I’m trying to sneak down here. Another, much more kind guard, came over and explained to me that lady was a jerk and here’s how I could maneuver around her. I was able to get the shot I needed and went right back to my seat a couple rows over. God bless that man.

We went this past saturday to see Mana with ADA floor seating. Loved the ADA parking as we didn't struggle to find parking, price was similar to other garages. The venue staff and attendants were all very helpful and from the entry to exiting was above expectations. It may have been because we arrived early (when the venue opened) but I would appreciate more variety of beverages offered. We had to go up to another level to get lemonade & popcorn as the floor area offerings was mainly alcoholic beverages. The only issue we had was the view during the concert. We had floor seating to the left side of section 10 and while everyone was siting; it was great. It was when the audience was standing that it became an issue. We were used to a ramp like structure as offered in other larger venues in Houston for ADA, usually further back, but it was a great show eitherway. An older gentleman attendant allowed us to move up for a better view which we appreciated and we just wanted to thank him for all the assistance we received that night. We will be going back thanks to how the staff & attendants treated us albeit with different seats.

I went to the American Airlines Center in Dallas for the Maroon 5 concert and really enjoyed it. The facility is clean, modern, and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sound and lighting were great, and the seats were comfortable. Overall, it’s a very nice place to enjoy a concert. I had a great time!

Took my son to a Dallas Stars game here and we had a great time. Fantastic atmosphere, family-friendly, and the fans were welcoming—even with the Toronto Maple Leafs in town. The arena is easy to navigate and a fun place to watch hockey. Concessions are good but definitely pricey ($$$$). Overall, a great game-night experience and one we’ll remember.

As a born and raised Lakers fan, I just couldn't have my first visit to American Airlines Center be for a Mavs game- although I can't wait to go for a game but am I going to watch the Mavs or just hoping Meg will be there?!? I also need to catch some boy aquarium action, because who doesn't love a good hockey fight? I snagged a solo seat to Dave Chappelle Friday night. A colleague said to valet at the W, so smart! I did just that and walked right across the street. Traffic is a nightmare around here, I suppose that's to be expected but def jam packed. Lines to get in were outrageous. I think this had to do with all phones/watches etc being pouched and locked. Dave is really onto something, this is some Dad shit if I've ever seen it. Lock every bodies phones up and pay attention, we're going to be present this evening. I liked it! But did not appreciate the lengthy process to get it. The show was a f*cken riot!!!! I made it in time for the final opener, Donnell Rawlings took me out!!!! I haven't laughed like this in a long time. I can hate this town and I can love it, two things can be true ;) you'll get it when this hits Netflix and no it's not the special that dropped after last nights fight but God I love the English! Imma have to watch that back in slow motion since I was inside laughing at Dave's jokes. Acoustics were great! My dad's a musician and this type of thing isn't lost on me. I'm guessing, it's a great venue for a concert and sports. I'll certainly be back here and was happy to peep the scene last night.

Attended the American Airlines Center for the first time to watch the Mavericks vs. Clippers, and it was an amazing experience. The game went into double overtime, making it an exciting night and a great return to attending an NBA game after several years. The atmosphere was such crazy , with great energy throughout the arena, and the food and drinks were great as well. As a bonus, we even won a free trip to Hawaii during one of the in-arena promotions. Don't skip out on the promotional booths because you never know what you might walk away with. Overall, a fantastic experience and a venue I would recommend.

An epic weekend! My youngest son and I were able to spend a weekend at the American Airlines Center. Saturday in the lower 300 level for a Mavericks game, then lower 100s for a Stars game on a Sunday. Both games we arrived via Uber. I wanted to take the Dart but lack of parking at the DART station (we were 3 miles away) was the issue. Everyone we encountered was great. Didn't do a lot with concessions. Prices were on the high side. No issues getting in and the arena is great. Sight lines were great and a little more room in the seats in the 100 level. Crowd was a little more raucous for the Stars. I'd go to this arena again in a second. Great venue! Not a lot in the area to pregame but you will find something.

This stadium is great! I've been for concerts and most recently to the Dallas Stars game. Both times getting in through security and scanning tickets was a breeze. Usually they open another set of doors if the line gets too long, so I've never really had to wait (except for when I've arrived early before the doors open). Parking varies. I have used the Lexus garage which was so close to the AAC, but it ran me $50. Getting out was tricky, ended up waiting almost an hour in line to get out. BUT this most recent visit we parked in the Inspiration Lot (I suggest paying online to get the best price) which was $6 and gave us a nice little walk. It was safe, lighted and there were always people/police around so it wasn't secluded. Getting out was way easier too. As for seating: I've gotten both nosebleeds tickets and suite tickets for events. For the Stars game you can't go wrong with seats since they have all the screens on and you get a great view no matter. For the concert, they did NOT turn on the screen so that kind of stunk but it was still super fun. Fun times at the AAC!

T8TE!!!! Concert vibes. We had a fast walk through in the early VIP outdoor line. Bracelets were given per ticket purchase and if you bought pit access tickets, those were also handed out. Around the corner from the VIP line was a table and tent set up for merch. I'm sure other concerts have the same setup while you wait. Security moves pretty smoothly just ensure you look at AAC website for bag and other check in policies. I noticed several girls/women with smaller purses allowed in (just ensure the size is met) Also looks like battery blocks for cellphones are allowed and smaller cameras, not Cannon style, think more portable. Sound checks were a hit because T8's concert was so lit on the sound and all the lighting and effects along with props were spot on and so neat! Amazing experience and I would definitely go to another concert of hers!

Love this place. Home of the stars and mavs! Inside is always clean and overall love the shops and restaurants they have. It's absolutely over priced, but it's Dallas what do you expect. Let's gooo stars!!

saw tate here and it was an amazing show! was in the 100s sections towards the back, but the view was still great. check in was super easy. arrived right before the opener started, and did not have to wait long at all. merch lines also weren't long. all the staff were nice when guiding us to our seats and checking in/scanning our tickets. there were also some neutrogena staff handing out free stickers and makeup removers. did not buy drinks or food since i had dinner right before, and the prices here were pretty expensive. love that the dart station is right across the entrance. super convenient

saw tate mcrae here and had such a blast!!! such a great concert omg. the american airlines center was the perfect place for her first stadium tour! the staging and effects were SO good. seats were clean. employees and staff were super sweet!! LOVED the free stickers and mini make up remover packets they were handling out before and after the show! they ended up needing to get rid of the stickers, so they let me take like 30 packets! or moreso encouraged me to take as many as I could carry! always love going to concerts here!! especially since the DART bus is only a few steps away:)

Why 4 stars? Because I don't really have much to complain about, but it wasn't overly impressive either. --- --- --- I finally did something I've been meaning to do for years: go to Dallas when the Cavs were in town. AAC is the 7th active arena that I've seen a game in, and there was some uniqueness to it, but it was mostly a pretty vanilla experience. I stayed right next door at the W, so I did not have to deal with parking or traffic at all - I definitely recommend that for other future visitors, EXCEPT that parking at the W comes at the price of $60, which was jaw dropping. However, my seat in section 310 was approximately 500 steps from my bed, so that was tough to beat. One small hiccup upon entering was basically the only one of the night: the guys working security were a hot mess. Getting through the metal detectors was quite chaotic and disorganized - it was as if it was everyone's first night on the job. But this inconvenience lasted about two minutes, and then it was smooth sailing. I walked along the entire concourse of the 100 section and the 300 section because I entered the arena right when gates opened and had plenty of time to kill. The unique thing about this building is that it feels more like you are walking through the halls of an art museum than an NBA arena. It's hard to describe, but it just didn't feel like a sports venue to me - not in a bad way, it was just different. The 100 level has some interesting sponsorship areas in it. There are maybe like 8 spiraly corner sections that are all decked out in sponsor logos in a really visually stimulating way. The 300 level has the same thing, but it's a very, very, very minimal version of it. These sponsors clearly paid a lot less and got the most drabby little room possible with a few TVs that have videos playing on them. They felt more like a doctor's office waiting room - and I DO mean this in a bad way. I was only walking in the concourses when there were very few people in the building, so I did not experience any crowdedness first hand, but I did feel like the halls were incredibly narrow. I don't know where all the bodies would fit when everyone leaves at once - but I opted to just stay in my seat and wait until there was no more foot traffic. The video board is a bit smaller than some of the other arenas I've been to, but it's certainly still plenty big. The PA announcer was entertaining, but the in game entertainment was a bit on the generic side. I'm sure the atmosphere would have been better if my Cavs didn't make the game so non-competitive against a Mavs squad with no Luka or Kyrie. To be honest, I wouldn't need to come back again, but I'm glad I finally checked this off my list! 3 hours each way is a long way to drive for a basketball game that lasts 2.5.

Went to see Nate Bargatze on his Big Dumb Eyes tour. He was great and his warm ups were quite good. BUT I was lead to believe there wasn't a bad set in the house because he performs in the round. ELL folks, I found the one bad seat! I could see him on the stage though he was a good distance away. The big screens though were at an angle for me so he was on a curve. No bueno! Still, I could hear fine and he was funny.

I have lived in DFW for 3 years, but this was the first time I had the opportunity to go to a Mavs game. My friends and I came to the game to celebrate my friend's birthday and we were able to get last minute tickets at a pretty decent price considering. We rode the bus to the American Airlines Center and got dropped almost curbside which was great and we didn't have to pay for parking. . The Mavs showed out and won the game. We had a lot of fun. The American airline center offers a variety of food options and drink options. We chose popcorn, pretzels and nachos. The staff was very helpful and they guided us to our seats. It wasn't too difficult to get in and out of the bathrooms if you went before halftime. My friend went then and had to stand in line for about 15 minutes. I would definitely come back again and watch the Mavs play.

It's always a fun time going to the AAC, especially for Texas Hockey! The atmosphere is electric and the food upgrades they have made recently are delicious. Looking forward to a many more trips for this upcoming season!

We've been to this arena a few times during the past few years to watch Mavericks games, it's always a good time. They are very organized, and getting through security is always simple and quick. I do wish they had a better parking lot situation though! The drinks and food are all overpriced which is to be expected at any arena, $17 for cocktails and around $15-20 for each food entree. My baby boy recently went to his first NBA game and he had a blast! The security let him on the court to take photos, they were really sweet. I'll definitely be back for more games and concerts! Just make sure you leave your house or hotel early because the traffic and parking lot get crazy!

Staff were efficient in getting people in the door quickly. Being my first time there, I dont know the layout for seating and there were staff placed in multiple locations to help guide me.

This was my first time at this venue and I had a ball at the Usher 2024 Past Present Future concert! We sat in the 300s and let me tell you we were super high! This was my first time sitting in the 300s at any venue and this place was huge! It was a bit nerve wrecking climbing to our seats though! All I could think was please don't let me fall! lol. This venue was clean and organized. We did arrive late so we avoided the crowd when it came to arriving. We had to take escalators to get to the third floor and once we stepped into the stadium one of the ushers helped us with our seats. Well at first she pointed to the seats,however, due to it being pretty dark and super high we asked her to take us to our seats which she did. :-). The concert was great! Loved the visuals and we could hear Usher nice and clear! When we left we just followed the herd and took the stairs since we just knew the escalators would be super packed. I would go back to this venue for future concerts,however, I would NOT sit in the 300s! lol That's just too high for my liking and I typically don't have an issue with heights. Even though we were up super high the seats were comfortable and we had a clear view of the center stage! We enjoyed ourselves!

Never been to an event venue that hates its customers more than this place. Event staff here will make sure to take away any joy from any show. Grossly mismanaged and frankly nothing is worth going to see here.

We went to a Mavs game during Thanksgiving break, which was super fun for the entire family. We got there super early because my father in law was worried about the crowds for a televised game. We may have been one of the first people in the stadium arriving 45 min early, but it did allow us time to buy merch and food. The food was about the same as I find at the United Center back in Chicago. My kids enjoyed hot dogs, my husband went the bbq route (cause in Texas) and I got chicken tacos at the Tex Mex station (also a must when in Texas). They were pretty good! For dessert my kids insisted on cookie dough- the small size was probably five times the size it needed to be. Parking was easy - blue lot was the way to go. Overall a fun activity while in the big d!

Great arena, but as expected drinks are ridiculously priced. Very disappointed in prices and selection.

I came here for the Dallas Mavericks game the day before Thanksgiving. I took a ride share so can't really comment on the parking lot situation. It did get quite backed up with traffic around the stadium so we ended up asking to be let out earlier. There's different entrances with security so that was a bit confusing as to which section to enter into. I did get to check out the different team stores and those were cool. Overall, wherever you sit in the arena is a pretty good. I sat in the 300 level and thought it was alright and was able to view everything well.

Came here for the Dallas Stars home opener and I have to say I am very impressed with the facilities. I am very used to walking into a stadium where it's primarily exposed concrete. They actually put tile flooring down? Wow... The hallways and facilities are super clean. The food is also top notch. I got a Chicken Tender Basket ($15). The Chicken Tenders for once is not over fried and the meat itself is not dried out. I'm willing to pay stadium prices for this quality.

The wings basketball game was fun, full of energetic people and the atmosphere was fun and exciting! The food was expensive however the people working there were nice and friendly!

Love it, beautiful arena. Easy in, easy out. I drive 3 hours from Houston to go watch Stars game. Die hard for Victory Green. Let's Go Stars!

I've been to the American Airlines Center for several concerts. It is a decent venue located in downtown Dallas. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the staff are always kind. Parking can be found nearby. We usually try to arrive early, park in one of the surface lots a block away and then head to the venue to get checked in and make our way to our seats. Seats - these will come in different price ranges depending on the performer, but I highly advise against the very top balcony. These nose bleed seats require the escalator of shame, but the most punishing thing is trying to navigate the narrow steep steps in this cliffhanger section. Many of us had to hang on to the banister and go very slowly up the steps. One wrong missed place foot, and you could easily tumble to your death and take others with you. Getting into your row is also an issue on this steep plane of seats. There is very little clearance between the rows of seats. One man seated got up to let me scooch by and was gracious about holding my hand and guiding me so I wouldn't fall. Another man in the row in front of me actually didn't clear the cup holder when heading to his seat. He tripped and spilled his drink all over the woman seated in front of him. That poor woman sat there drenched for the entire show. Pay extra money. Buy your tickets early. Get a decent seat in one of the lower sections. Skip the highest balcony at all costs! Had there been an emergency, there is no way people could have evacuated quickly from this section. Airplanes have lower clearance than these nose bleed seats. We were above the rafters! Unfortunately, they didn't use the highest Jumbotron. We had to squint to see the show...even on the lower screens. We did not end up buying food. Some of the booths were closed. A few were only selling drinks. I didn't want to attempt to take these items back to my seat. I also didn't want to make everyone get up in my row later on as I turtled my way past them twice for a restroom break. The sound system was great. We could hear the show fine even though we were five rows from the very tippy top and back of the venue. In fact, the best part of these seats was that the sound wasn't too loud. I didn't have to use earplugs. Had I been in a seat closer to the floor, I probably would have needed them. I'm certain I will return, but only if I can get decent seats.

OMG American Airlines Center is the best place in Downtown Dallas they have basketball wrestling any sport or concert you can think of they haven't and a lot of restaurants around it yes they may be expensive but I highly recommend get the best deals and the best ticket prices and the best seats there is you will be feeling like you are on cloud nine this place is the best

My local arena is fashioned after the Roman Coliseum. When I leave, I can almost hear Maximus cry "are you not entertained?!" And yes I was, but could I not also be comfortable? I found the perfect combination of entertainment + comfort when traveling to Dallas for a hockey game at the American Airlines Center. The attention to detail, the plentiful concessions and full bars, the carpeted concourse?? Never have I ever. Our seats were padded, amply sized, and outfitted with cup holders. Drinks can be pricey ($30+ for a double) but snacks were not (bottomless popcorn & a bottle of water under $20) and everything I saw was no cash, so have other payment options. Sports fans, music fans, fans of all the things held at arenas, the American Airlines Center has all the amenities that will assure you that your overpriced tickets was money well spent.

American Airlines Center is a multi-purpose area located in the Victory Park neighborhood in Downtown Dallas that opened up on July 17, 2001. It is home to the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks. It has a seating capacity of 20,000 seats and varies from each event. I have been coming to the arena since they opened up to watch my favorite NHL team, the Dallas Stars, where they previously played in Reunion Area. The arena is beautiful inside and out, and just about every seat is a great seat for viewing. Inside, they have escalators and elevevators to use to get up to top floors as well. There are tons of food vendors and restaurants located inside the arena, and they even have bars inside, too. There are stores inside that sell merchandise for each event, such as jerseys and hats, for the occasion. Outside the arena, there are multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance, and they even have more fan apparel stores as well. They even have an immortalized statue of the famous Dirk Nowitzki outside, and soon on March 16, 2024, they will immortalize one of the greatest American hockey players, Mike Modano. I always enjoy coming here with friends and family to catch a game, and soon, my dream will to become a Dallas Stars Season ticket holder. The Victory Park neighborhood is very beautiful at night with lights throughout the city, and there are many parking options available nearby.

My birthday continues. Martin Lawerence concert . I attended the comedy show last nite. It was nice . 4 comics . Martin was still Martin not so funny but entertaining the comics were average . Parking very expensive. 45.00 not even valet . Thank You To Brave Friend Who Sprung her ankle but was still ride or die with me . She battled through pain just to be there for me Ty Thelma .

We came to see the Dallas stars play and to check this arena off my list of hockey arenas to visit. It lives up to the name American Airlines. The arena had that airport lobby feel, minus the stress of flying and rushing around while dragging your suite cases. The only rushing around that took place during our visit were the hockey players on ice trying to get goals. The outside is quite grand with full-blown restaurants you can stop in before the game or a show. Had I known, we would have waited to grab some food. If you didn't know, now you do! I wasn't super picky with our seats but turned out, there's really no bad seat in the house as the seating was nicely spaced to ensure the short people like myself (yes, this is for all the short ones out there) do not have to crane their necks trying to follow the game or watch the show. I picked one at the end where the home team shot twice. We weren't disappointed. The only complaint I have is the karaoke ladies behind us who talked and sang the whole game. I could have done without that little number. Not a point against the arena whatsoever. Inside the arena, there were several concessions with food and drinks for your snacking and beverage needs. My husband even found a place that made actual cocktails. Ones we would drink! The arena is huge and well-kept. The staff ensured there was a good flow with the crowd. Numerous parking locations are available within a mile or 2.

This review is for one tiny piece of AAC - the escorts (wheelchairs) at Guest Services. My husband and I went to the AAC for an event a while back. I have had chronic back pain for several years and it makes it difficult to do anything that requires much walking, but I REALLY wanted to go to the event. There is an entire group in Guest Services that will transport a person from place to place in a wheelchair. We first checked in and a very personable woman pulled out a wheelchair and took us to the Platinum Club, where my husband had made reservations for dinner. She said to call when we were ready to be picked up. She magically appeared even prior to a call! She made a stop at the restroom for me then took us as close to our seats as possible with limited walking needed. That meant we started at the top then she left there and we went through what I can only image are secret tunnels, where we ended up on the floor and had to walk up only about 5 rows. Same thing after the show - she magically appeared and took us through those same secret areas to end up at the door at which our Uber would pick us up. I wish I remembered her name so that I could give her a shout out. I hadn't gone anywhere in a wheelchair before but she made it a non-issue and didn't even begin to make me feel bad that needed to.

Great venue. Went 10/2024 for the Usher concert and although it was crowded getting in and out was a big problem at all. Check in went smooth and quickly and finding out seats was a breeze. Even the bathrooms after the concert were quick in and out and it was packed. Now if you're here for snacks be prepared to drop some money cuz like most venues it's expensive!! I bought a Blueberry Beatbox drink drink and it was $18...I can get them from QT 2 for $7 lol. But it's all good.

We came here on 10.01.23 to see Depeche Mode, also a first. Although getting around this area of Dallas isn't easy - the venue is worth it. Great seats, great views, abundant facilities- this made for an unforgettable and unique evening. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars located around it where you can stage before your events. Loved it here.

Always so much fingers, great restaurant and gathering options! However...when was here for Matt Ride, lots of sound issues for seats up high. I hope this isn't an issue all the time?

Great atmosphere. Great seating. Great gear shops! We went to a stars game here and we really enjoyed it. It also has an awesome outdoor area where you can get dinner and walk around before hand! We go to a lot of stadiums around the country and this was in the upper tiers.

Frank B came to watch the SEATTLE KRAKEN crush the Dallas Stars in game 1 of the NHL playoffs 2023. Had an amazing time and the place rocked, of coarse we won in overtime so it helped my experience. The areana was fantastic and had some great amenity's. So let me share some of the FRANK B EXPERIENCE are you ready? Super easy to enter building and locate your seats. Gotta say my favorite thing was walking into a neon green arena inside, it's like an alien landing scene. Total deal on concessions , $20 for unlimited popcorn & coke plus delicious all beef Frank hot dogs. Super amazing great friendly fans, I didn't feel like my life was in danger when I would scream after a Kraken goal, it was obvious I was there sporting teal and white jersey and hat. Had some great conversations with several around me , so thanks for making me feel welcome. One Negative and that's on the bathrooms it's like a cattle call with massive lines. You could miss precious time being stuff waiting to unload. Yet outside of that I had a blast at the arena. Only thing I'd change one thing and it's I'd stay at THE W it's across the street and would safe on ride shares to venue. Trust me if your coming to the arena that's the place you wanna stay. Always a great time at American Airlines Center from concerts, to shows, hockey, & basketball....absolutely amazing place.

American Airlines Arena I came to enjoy a comedy show and a cold Dos Equis, but apparently, Mark Cuban doesn't believe in offering good beer options. For all his business success, you'd think he'd care more about the little things that make the fan experience great. Disappointing, to say the least.

This is a great venue to attend a sporting event. This is a state-of-the-art facility with wide concourses and friendly and helpful folks who will direct you to your seat or answer first-time visitor questions. The venue is located in an area that allows for easy access whether you are walking (like we did) or driving. There are plenty of dining and drinking options on your way to the arena. We arrived about 45 minutes before the game and walked right through security and did a quick tour before we headed to our seats. Being fans of the opposing team I expected that we would have to lay low when cheering for our Bruins but I'm pretty sure that about a third of the crowd was cheering for the visiting team. The stadium food and drink options are typically overpriced like all sporting events but you have to expect that nowadays. If you have ever attended a Texas Stars game at the HEB center you know how cold they keep the arena. Not so here as it was very comfortable, even at our ice level seats. To end a perfect evening the Bruins won in OT!

I went to Dallas last weekend to catch the Depeche Mode show at American Airlines Center. I knew nothing about the venue and was lucky that my friend was familiar with directions and parking. It is located in a busy, crowded part of the city. Anyway, we arrived early for swag, drinks and photo ops. The venue was easy to get into and the staff were friendly. I really liked how there ware lot of different places to buy swag which really helps for lines. Also, there were lots of different bars. You could get beer and wine lots of places, but there were several bars along the sides of the venue with extra seating and full bars for whatever cocktails we wanted. Food options were limited to general fast food and snacks, so I passed on food, but I can say that there were lots of options for junk food if you are hungry. What I really liked were the photo ops. Not all venues have photo ops, and this one offered two Depeche Mode photo ops, one that security took for everyone with a huge album cover backdrop, and one automatic photo machine with a Depeche Mode banner on the photo. Inside the area, seats were super close together, which is pretty standard, but I will say that I feel we had a pretty good vantage point and I felt the aucoustics were good. Anyway, it was an amazing show and I feel that the venue helped with the positive experience.

New pizza vendor Bonnano Brothers at Mavs. Grease city dining experience $17. This replaces Pizza Hut. Not good

First time visiting this venue. The arena is quite nice for concerts. I saw Usher tonight, and we sat in Section 108, Row B--fantastic seats. We had a close-up view of everything, and Usher's performance was incredible.

Shout out to the American Airlines Center Guest Relations staff! I bought two Stars Kids Club memberships for my boys. Normally, they have a booth set up outside of sections 122/123 where you can pick up the goodie bag that comes with it. For some reason, last night, the table wasn't there and no one seemed to know what to do. My kids and I walked around the arena 2 or 3 times talking to people and trying to figure it out. Finally, we were lead to Guest Relations, folks who work for the AAC rather than the Stars directly. First, they listened to me. Second, they took responsibility for an issue that wasn't even their fault. Third, they made sure they could get in touch with me (name, number, seats, etc.). Fourth, they not only managed to track down someone to help, but also put it together and brought the two bags up to our seats. It wasn't their problem to deal with, but they went the extra mile to make me feel heard and fix it. Oh, and they threw in a couple of Robo bobbleheads leftover from the other night, some scarves, a puck, and a little puck keychain. A+

Based on my first interaction with American airlines. I had booked a trip from El Paso Texas to Panama City Panama. Ticket was $517. called their customer service and was assisted by one of their employees. I was informed at that time that I could not use that ticket to transport my dog. So I went back to the reservation not knowing What was involved in canceling this reservation. where I Was made aware that the money that was spent for this ticket was no longer refundable only to be used as a tip credit this was all in a matter of less than four hours. Called customer service again and explained my situation. Because of what was available I would have to employ two different airlines and explained to the representative my dilemma. After a long conversation he advised me to go online and formally request a refund. While he was trying to direct me to the appropriate page I surmise that he realized I was flustered And offered to facilitate me in doing this. After several minutes he picked the phone back up and told me he had taken care of it and my money would be back in my account within three days. The next day I received an email that I had a tip credit for $517, then after that I received another Email stating $40 refund on the $517 ticket. All in all what originally started out as a $500 plane ticket became with the $500 a $2000 expense.

It's a good venue for athletics and concerts. There is a variety of seating options for a variety of budgets. Traffic can be annoying getting out, but that's anything with that amount of people in one place.

Our recent visit was to watch the Harlem Globetrotters but I've been here for Mavs games, hockey games and concerts also. The stadium is always clean and has some good choices of food and drinks of course a little pricey like all stadiums but at least it's hot, fresh food that tastes good. The outside area is cool too with the courtyard bars and the statue, the nearby parking can be a pain, so we just pay to park down the street and walk a little but overall I really like this venue.

Came here for the first time to enjoy the circus. Love the facility and the staff are super friendly.

Great sports and concert venue. Home to the Mavericks and the Stars. The parking situation is pretty decent and officers are present inside and outside the arena on event days.

The AAC is one of the best sports arenas I've been in. The accommodations are friendly. The staff is helpful and the venue itself is filled with fun whether it's a basketball game or a concert. It's always been a great experience for me and my family.
