We have been two American Cut twice; the first for happy hour drinks and then for a celebratory dinner. The location is perfect for both in the Shoppes of Buckhead and has easy access to all the nightlife of Buckhead. While American Cut has great food on a concise menu, the stand out was the service! The hostess, waitress, manager all were amazing and genuinely wanting the best experience for us. Would recommend for a nice happy hour cocktail or a nice dinner.

Beautiful place and overall a nice experience but the menu is too small with limited choices. The Ribeye special was not at all exciting or flavorful as it was descriptive. The server was extremely friendly but needs to learn how to pace the courses so everything doesn't come out at the same time; our entrees were brought while our salads were served. Overall decent but not worthy of the prices.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. It is definitely very upscale and Classy. It's a great place to take a date that you are wanting to impress or to celebrate a special event. We went here for my friend's birthday celebration. Originally we just stopped by to get drinks as she loves their drinks here. However, we ended up eating dinner with our 12 friends. The food was very delicious. The service was absolutely great. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us constantly even though we were a large party we did not feel neglected or overlooked. The food was very good and everything was tasty. The portion size was a good size to be a fancy restaurant, as I know sometimes they give teeny tiny portions and you are still left very hungry after a large bill. I ordered the crab cakes which came only one for $20. They have various appetizers ($12-20), salads ($11-16), many steak options (from hanger steaks to Porterhouse to filet, bone in or bone or, etc). They also serve pork chops, veal, and lamb, ahi tuna, halibut, and scallops. Pricing ranges from $35-65 for the main dish and sides are $10 (mashed potato, loaded potato, baked potato, spinach, asparagus, and cauliflower.)

The wife and I ate here Saturday night for my 40th B-day. We had a very good time. We were seated immediately upon our arrival which did match our reservation. They brought us a glass of complimentary champagne for my Birthday. Thank you! I had the old fashioned and my wife had a glass of Rose. The old fashioned was amazing. They burn a piece of maple wood and capture the maple smoke and serve it on a large block of ice. Perfection. We got the Chili Lobster for an app and OMG it was amazing. Do not miss out on that. For our steak we shared the Dry Aged Tomahawk. They flombe it table-side for show but it was a great steak. We paired it with the green beans and crab mac N Cheese. Both were awesome. For desert they brought out a birthday cupcake on the house as well. The service was great and the atmosphere was very good as well. Will def come back. Overall great dining experience! My steak was cooked perfectly!! We had great service! We had a party of 12, and our servers did a great job!

The service, presentation, and meal are all worth the price you pay. There was a flickering light but the servers quickly addressed it and turned it off upon request. Make sure to order a salad or the porterhouse as they prepare those tableside and the manager's narration of the chefs technique was a nice addition. The meat was savory, tender and melts in your mouth. Overall, a great experience!

Went for valentines day (2020). Atmosphere was nice, wine was tasty, waiter was great... until we saw a bug. Ruined the mood for a minute. Our table was changed (no longer a plush booth, but a table). Nothing offered by the restaurant to rectify the situation. The worst part about the entire ordeal was that everyone enjoyed their food. Steak was great. Sea Bass superb. But the bug ruined it for me.

The most exquisite food!!! The wings and cauliflower were cooked to perfection. I also enjoyed the roof top small menu and dining atmosphere.
