I arrived at Ampelos Wines dehydrated, weary, and spiritually lost after wandering the desert for what felt like six months. Sustained only by the final drops of water from my Owala (phenomenal bottle, by the way).
An elderly couple found me, whispered “say less,” and delivered me to the gayest, most hydrating oasis imaginable. No chemicals. No additives. Just happiness.
I was ritually clothed in Greek fabrics, handed wine so good it erased my cortisol, and introduced to a cat named CC who absolutely takes advantage living rent-free and judges everyone. Vivi and Becca bent space-time, poured generously, and somehow made me forget every hardship I’ve ever known. We discussed politics and the state of the world, agreed to disagree, pondered on Dostoevsky’s writing. There was laughter.
The was pigeage. There was wine so good I briefly forgave men.
Would highly recommend. Changed my life. I may never leave. Please don’t ban me.
