"This friendly French bistro and mini grocery occupies the front corner of the historic La Marqueta, today dotted with stalls selling local foods and art. Pop in for a fresh pastry, baguette sandwich, or quiche at one of the tables inside or under the Metro-North train tracks outside. If you’re in need of something more substantial, there are also heartier daily specials like beef Bourguignon. We especially like stopping by on the weekends, when the scent of melted butter, used to make their excellent croque monsieur, fills the Park Avenue space." - The Curious Uptowner

Yelp
Stopped by here to check out Heidi Barrett new place. This is really just a small tasting room, were you can purchase futures. However, they do have Revana available for purchase on the spot. The wines are very good, but pricey. The 2004 label is by George Rodrigue, of Blue Dog and is really cool. You must have an appointment and I would caution that this is a pretty formal tasting.

Yelp
Im a fan of Heidi Barrett. One time i saw her at TFL and mentioned it to Garth one of the sommeliers, which surprised him. yes im that obsessed that i recognize her outside of her element. As a wine lover and her fan, i had to check out the current project. Did this and tried Ravena which is in the same space. The folks here were super nice and they even set us up for our next winery visit. Now that the releases have been out for a while, it's time for me to be back and try more of the selections.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to taste through several of Heidi Barrett's wines at Amuse Bouche winery. A rare treat. Heidi is the winemaker that put Screaming Eagle on the map. The winery is simple but elegant. The wines are complex and elegant. Worth the visit - you need to plan ahead.
