Great Location, love the on-site convenient store. Room was large and spacious. Everything was very clean. Small things to keep in mind the building login process can be a little tricky with the security code. However, it was necessary since that downtown area does have a lot of people roaming around, so we felt safe in that aspect, but it did take some time to get into the building. Maybe having a key card in the room after your first check in to the building for easier access would be helpful. We loved the valet parking option. That was amazing. They were quick and treated your car well. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay really close to the convention center.

The location to the con center was a pretty nice walking distance. Several restaurants in the area and a convenient store nearby as well. Parking via valet was very handy. The amenities were rather nice. Spacious room areas. The pullout bed was a bit rough, but that is the only thing I can point out as needing a fix. Overall a really nice place. Good security. Would stay there again.

This condo was exactly what we needed this week and it was just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and the bathrooms were spacious. Our host, Grace was very communicative and responsive! It’s hot in the summer in Texas, so you’ll be happy to know the A/C works well!!

We went in town for a wedding. The apartment itself was really nice, modern feeling and well equipped with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. We would have loved to have used the pool a little more, but it seemed like people that didn’t belong there, had gotten in. Maybe it was my impression. The surroundings is the only thing that decreases the stars, bc it was incredibly hot outside, there was no awning to the entry and there were fishy people around, which made me feel a tad unsafe. The people have nothing to do with the stay, but it took from the luxury experience I was expecting. Other than that, whenever we needed help with something, there was always somebody answering and they helped us with what we needed.

Bring noise canceling ear plugs or headphones or at 5am you'll receive a gym class, club level bass wake up call. While the room was nice, the noise level so early in the morning made this an absolutely horrible experience. Yes, the location is convenient but I'll take sleep over convenience. I would never stay here again! 👎🏿 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This review is what I would have like to have known before staying in this 'hotel'. I would stay here again if other options were not available - as was the case during my stay to attend a large conference at the convention center nearby. This property is effectively an AirBNB style lodging. No front desk or onsite services. You will be given an access code to get into the building and suite. This is NOT a 4-star accommodation. I would rank it a low mid-tier (3 star) hotel at best. It is a good bang for your buck with gobs of space in the room. The rooms are well appointed, but some items were a little run down and could use repairs or replacements. Be aware there are a lot of homeless people living on the street and park where the entrance is. Drug use is rampant, and this may not be the best place to stay for families or those who are uncomfortable around people openly using drugs on the street. Every day I was there, I saw someone smoking drugs in front of the building or in front of City Hall - often more than one person. You likely will not feel comfortable or safe going outside after dark alone in this area.

The hotel is located in the downtown area and the main entrance and room is secured by a digital code. The check-in folks were quick to respond when we didn't have the code on the check-in webpage; and the valet parking was convenient. This place is more of an Airbnb with no staff around. It goes south from there, the apartment was like a section of a warehouse with a bed & sofa and there was nothing luxury about it nor any mention in the room description. The pics on website were too good, i am attaching the reality. I still gave an extra star because the kitchen was well-equipped & clean. That reminds me, there were quite a number of flies (gnats) that we had to swat. The hallways reeked and were poorly lit. Though the building entrance is secured via a code, some people would put a water bottle to keep the main door open. To add further, there was a broken lamp when we checked-in but we were charged USD200 stating that we broke it. We shared photos that it was already broken and shared with timestamp as well about 2 hours after check-in. We tried reaching via phone and email but they would not even respond. I would say this place is not worth the hype.

This was my second time to stay in this building. Both units were decorated beautifully, comfortable, and had amazing views. Communication with hosts have been fantastic. This is an old building though and on my most recent visit there did seem to be times when there was air freshener being pumped into the building to cover up the old factory smell of oil. After this happened the first time I was hesitant to stay there again but thought it might be better with whatever was being pumped into the vents. It wasn’t. Everything that I took into the building including coats and bags had to be washed multiple times to pull out the smell from the building. The units themselves are perfect but it’s an old building with old building issues.
