The Best Falafel in London | Where to Eat Falafel in London | Eater London

"Anan’s eagerly awaited pop-up at Rochelle Canteen was a triumph, and a fine prelude to its upcoming restaurant. The challah bread perfectly doughy and flavorsome from the addition of wholegrain; the hummus profoundly blessed with the essence of chickpea flavour. But perhaps the star of the show was so-called “herb-powered falafel.” Indeed, it is hard to imagine a more herbaceous falafel, and the texture too, could simply not be improved. The layered dipping sauce of tahini with amba lurking underneath was a playful touch. Keep an eye out for its next move." - Joel Hart

Loved this place! The food was amazing, the atmosphere great and the service was perfect. I understand why this placed is fully booked most of the time, but I fo have to say that it was worth waiting a bit for a table. The presentation of the food, along with the quality is just 👌. For a party of 4, we had a few starters to share, drinks, my main dish was sushi, and it was really filling, paired with a delicious sauce. I would love to return again one day, a must go to if you're in this part of Germany. 5⭐

It’s such a lovely place! Really great atmosphere and cozy to dine in! The sushi is very good, the fish is super fresh and the rice is perfectly cooked. A lot of vegetarian options available as well !

Quite crowded most of the times. Better to book in advance by making a phone call and if you want to stay for longer better to mention that you want to book the table for 2 hrs or so. Food is quite good.

It is extremely cramped on Fridays. The restaurant was overbooked. At any given time, more than ten people were waiting to be seated, and we were quite uncomfortable since our table was right next to the line. They only take reservations for 1.5 hours, yet they seated us late, leaving us rushed to finish our meal. It feels like the people running the restaurant assume guests come just to get full, rather than to enjoy a well-hosted dining experience. Unfortunately, hospitality seems like an afterthought. The food was okay, but it’s sad that the place has lost its charm.

Really nice asian cuisin including sushi. Service could a bit better but its ok. Atmosphere is great but if you have a sensitive nose will be difficult. Lot of mix of smells

The food is amazing. The prices are low. The staff is nice. The only thing is that the place is packed a lot of the time and even with a reservation there might be a little wait.

One of my favorite restaurants in Tübingen. The food here is really good quality. I especially love the Pho and their spring rolls!

We ordered Lemon grass beef plate and chicken with An An’s special sauce as main course and spring rolls & chicken skewers as starter.. They all taste ok, but not the best in town.. It has nice atmosphere
