"Modern Vietnamese food from a chef trained in French cuisine. Ăn Ði combines seasonal Japanese ingredients with bánh xèo, raw spring rolls and phở to express the four seasons of Japan with Vietnamese cuisine. With a skilled sommelier at the helm, you can also expect perfect pairings that elevate each dish. The emphasis is on wines, but the restaurant also showcases a modern approach to pairing sake and shochu. The restaurant name means '’Bon appétit!’ in Vietnamese." - Michelin Inspector

The food was disappointing. We missed the fresh bold flavours of vietnamese dishes. Each dish was beautifully presented and you could tell the chef spent time to put together the ingredients. It just lacked flavour for us. Overall it was a great dining experience as the server was fantastic and explained each dish. The flavour profile did not pack enough flavour for our taste buds.

A lovely Vietnamese fusion restaurant with amazing cuisine and warm & friendly service! The tasting menu is brilliant with very interesting combinations. My favorite was the Kinmedai which was perfectly cooked and served with tasty sauces. We enjoyed the meal as well as the cozy vibe here a lot, would definitely come back again when visiting Tokyo next time!

Great Vietnamese and French fusion. Taste was good but not really my liking. Will be good for those who are looking to explore many different exotic aroma and flavours. Don’t go expecting “traditional” Vietnamese taste/cuisine. At dinner no à la carte. Extensive wine list and will please any wine lovers. staff are very kind and super professional. Thank you!

Excellent lunch with delicious wine pairing - connoisseur was very friendly and gave us lots of information about the wine and their beautiful wine glasses! The space was a bit tight but thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes! The salad, pho and venison stood out the most!

Gorgeous, oh absolutely gorgeous Vietnamese fusion place with a wine list that made my sommeliers friend’s jaw drop. Only sets available, with lunch at ~6,000JPY and dinner at ~12,000JPY. Ideally ask for a wine pairing to go along, as you apparently shall receive not only wines, but a variety of other concoctions. Dishes are definitely not for every palette, but if you like it - you will like everything. Not only food is beautifully arranged but also the tastes are very striking, reminiscent of Vietnam, Thai, Cambodia and other South-East Asia. Will go again 100%, even with Tokyo having such a variety of other things to offer.

Not typical Vietnamese food but nonetheless very interesting and tasty! The fermented tea/salad dish was amazing!

An Di is a lovely and cozy restaurant located in a back street of Jingumae . Very interesting combination of Vietnamese and Japanese ingredients . We loved the tea leafs salad , the chicken with mint and lemongrass . Pho at the end was amazing. Quite impressive the wine selection . Friendly and attentive staff . The menu is both in Japanese and English . This restaurant is quite small so a reservation is required .

It’s a fusion Vietnamese restaurant, if you want something more authentic you can skip it. The roll with grapes has a unique combination of ingredients and it was delicious. The shrimp roll was average, nothing so special. Fried chicken out layer was crispy and inside juicy, pretty good. Pho was 3,000 yen and it was very salty and without toppings you’ll find in normal pho, it’s just bunch of herbs. Definitely over priced!! Overall not impressive, but not too bad either.

Yelp
Overpriced with zero flavor. Basically the wine pairing is wines bought at discount and passed off as exclusive. Counter maximum seats 4 but to minimize profits they put 6. Do not go here unless you have no other options.
