OMG this store is Amazing! As a Chef i fell in love with everything here. All you need for cooking Italian food is available. I couldn't afford more but for sure it is a MUST in Bologna. Don't hesitate to come here. Traditions and heritage all over the place. The lady was super nice.

This store was a lot smaller than I anticipated. I had looked online at the website and figured it would be a large store because of their inventory. Nope. They stuffed it all into about 800 square feet. It was hard to look at anything, because something as cool or even crazier was sitting next to it! It’s a store to take some time in unless you know exactly what you want. They were super nice even with my atrocious Italian.

I was in the market for a pasta rolling pin, and found the perfect spot if you are shopping for kitchen item's. I loved looking through the many kitchen tools, and assorted other items available. The staff was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable about their products. My focus was pasta, but their cooking/baking item's seemed to be endless. What a great place to shop 😊

The Shop reminds me of Harry Potter's Ollivander's. Only difference: they are specialized in Pasta- and Kitchen Tools. And some of those you can only find here- like their Pasatelli Press. Very friendly and helpful staff. Must visit for every professional Chef or ambitious Homecook!

Die Antica Aguzzeria del Cavallo bietet eine faszinierende Auswahl an Küchenwerkzeugen, vor allem für die handgemachte Pasta: Ravioli-Stempel, Holzformen, Messerrädchen, Garganelli-Bretter – alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ich habe mir einen wunderschönen Ravioli-Stempel gekauft – robust, handlich und stilvoll. Man spürt, dass hier seit Generationen mit Leidenschaft und Fachwissen gearbeitet wird. Ein Geschäft mit Geschichte, Seele und Qualität – unbedingt besuchen!

Un altro negozio che ricordo da sempre anche per la sua insegna oggetto di ironia. Lame, coltelli, stivali , abbigliamento per cacciatori e pescatori e da lavoro.. Un luogo rassicurante. Personale accomodante e prezzi giusti
