THE most amazing store! The minute you walk through the door, you know you’ve entered a hallowed space. The people, the selection of items, the aura. We chose several pasta prepping items, including a heart-shaped ravioli pasta cutter and 4 gorgeous matterellos that will be family heirlooms. We were lucky to have met one of the family owners. This business has been open since 1783, same family, 6 generations, the oldest shop in Bologna. You just must find this store!

This little shop in Bologna has a nice assortment of pasta making tools and top quality kitchen knives. I was looking for a large rolling pin and finally found one here!

Nice products, but indifferent, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. What a disgrace. I wanted to spend upwards of $2,000 for 2 sets of high-end knives, but it felt like I was such an inconvenience to the grumpy lady attending me, that I walked out. Even a tiny smile would have been enough to keep me in this wonderful shop.

OMG this store is Amazing! As a Chef i fell in love with everything here. All you need for cooking Italian food is available. I couldn't afford more but for sure it is a MUST in Bologna. Don't hesitate to come here. Traditions and heritage all over the place. The lady was super nice.

This store was a lot smaller than I anticipated. I had looked online at the website and figured it would be a large store because of their inventory. Nope. They stuffed it all into about 800 square feet. It was hard to look at anything, because something as cool or even crazier was sitting next to it! It’s a store to take some time in unless you know exactly what you want. They were super nice even with my atrocious Italian.

I was in the market for a pasta rolling pin, and found the perfect spot if you are shopping for kitchen item's. I loved looking through the many kitchen tools, and assorted other items available. The staff was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable about their products. My focus was pasta, but their cooking/baking item's seemed to be endless. What a great place to shop 😊

The Shop reminds me of Harry Potter's Ollivander's. Only difference: they are specialized in Pasta- and Kitchen Tools. And some of those you can only find here- like their Pasatelli Press. Very friendly and helpful staff. Must visit for every professional Chef or ambitious Homecook!
