While on vacation here in Longbeach, I took my family to this amazing restaurant. The food options are so impressive I decided to add a photo of their menu so you can see it for yourself. The Avocado Toast was delicious. As was the chicken fried steak and eggs with a half order of waffles. The chicken sausage and eggs were also amazing. My family absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. Last but not least, the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We had great service and the restaurant was clean and well kept. I highly recommend this amazing breakfast location to everyone.

We’ve been going to N Waffle for a while now, and it’s easily one of our favorite brunch spots. The food is always amazing, no matter what we order. Everything we’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and just really well-made. You can tell they put care into what they serve. The prices are also super reasonable for the quality you’re getting, which is a nice bonus. Whether it’s their waffles, breakfast plates, or something savory, it’s all been fantastic. If you’re looking for a great place to grab brunch, you can’t go wrong with N Waffle.

The food was honestly amazing and very much good quality with great portion sizes so great job to the kitchen for outstanding work in such a short time! My server was Brandon and he was very helpful, polite, outgoing, and straight to the point which made my experience great especially for my first time too!! Definitely try this place out the workers are respectful and attentive, making sure you are good and if you need anything :)

Reason for visiting: breakfast with my brother Date/time of visit: Saturday morning, ~10:30 AM Parking: there's a small lot in the back for a few cars but it's tight. Parked on the street, Ventura. Street parking is 1 hr max, costs $1; they do come around and check. Party size: 2 Environment/ambience: pretty cool, a few TVs with the college basketball game on. We sat at the counter; there's a line for a table. I'm guessing ~30 mins or so; all tables were full Service: was great; offered suggestions and water. Came around often. Food: had the 1/2 waffle combo; 2 eggs sunny side up with extra toast. Everything was good; ended up taking the waffles home. No alcohol here, BTW. Cost: $63 with tip; $1 for meter parking Would I go back (yes/no): 90/10; food was great just hard to find parking.

Google
A new favorite spot. I wish this restaurant was national, and definitely in the Southeast. The menu covers all bases and is incredibly thoughtful, offering something for everyone. The freshness of every single item (at all times of day) stands out. I had an ala carte chicken breast (get the cajun seasoned..trust me), the waffles are simply the best I've ever tasted at a retail food location. Buttery and crisp without cutting your gums. Don't mistake the butter for whipped cream!🥰 Order whipped cream separately. It is truly the way a Belgian waffle should be served. The price point can be higher here, but & Waffles is the best case ever for the saying, "You get what you pay for." This place is a gem. Btw, the kitchen is like a well oiled machine. I've never witnessed food orders turn around this fast at any food establishment. The management gets points for maintaining a quality standard, with service levels to match. Well done!🥂

Google
I recently had the pleasure of dining at & Waffles in Woodland Hills, and I have to say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! I've been looking for a new go-to spot for breakfast, and I think I've found it. Food (5/5): Let's talk about the food first, because honestly, it was the highlight. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and I was absolutely blown away. My friend had one of their breakfast meals with pastrami and he loved it. The food came out super fast and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Service (5/5): The service was the absolute best part. From the moment we sat down, Kaitlyn made us feel welcomed. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us great recommendations and checked on us many times throughout the meal. The food arrived promptly, and the whole operation seemed to run very smoothly. I highly recommend the Woodland Hills location since Kaitlyn is there, although I plan to try the NOHO spot soon.

Google
I had the chicken and waffles plate, with chicken wings! You can opt for chicken breast too. The chicken was so tasty and crispy and the waffle was crispy too, well done and so good! For $22 this plate is definitely worth it!

Yelp
Service was great! Outside was great (it was bit too cold inside for my liking) Drinks: coconut latte 10/10 Lavender latter 6.5/10 something was lacking Food: The gravy thing was disappointing However the chicken and waffles was epic! Sooooo good!!

Yelp
my family and i visited &waffles on a sunday morning, which is peak brunch hours in LA. naturally, we ended up having to wait for around 45 minutes and sat at the bar instead of a table to speed up the process. the service was good and the servers were kind. i'll note though that some of their drinks are bottled/canned, such as the shirley temple, which kind of put me off. the food was high quality and a spin on some traditional american breakfast classics. if you're looking for a trendy brunch spot to hit in the valley, i recommend &waffles. note that parking can be a little tricky during peak hours and the wait can get long as well.

Yelp
The waffles were so light and delicious! The waffles I've had in the past were batter heavy, more like pancake texture but these waffles are light and had a good texture! They were generous with the amount of berries they gave in the berries and cream waffle that I ordered. I also ordered the eggs & bacon, both tasted fresh! My friend ordered the Nutella boysenberry waffle which was also very tasty! We thought hers would come with berries but it was only the boysenberry sauce on top of the waffle. My only gripe about & Waffles is the price. I ordered the waffle with eggs & bacon which came out to a total of $33 with tax and tip, which is a bit expensive for breakfast in my opinion. If you're feeling like splurging a bit, I would suggest coming here! The hostess was kind and the servers were attentive. Parking was a bit tricky. I was able to find meter parking on the street, but the street is really busy.

Yelp
Just finished having brunch, and couldn't wait to rave about the food and place everything was amazing from the location, ambiance and the portion size is great too. If you end up choosing this restaurant you have to try their waffles, they're super delicious and airy. Also their service was amazing I don't remember her name but she was super friendly and bubbly. I almost forgot you have to try their lavender latter it was delicious!

Yelp
Parking: street Atmosphere: bright & loud Service: great! Alyssa was patient, attentive and accommodating Food: chicken and churro waffles. Very delicious! The chicken was crispy I didn't need syrup. The portion size is big so you can share. If you take away it even tasted good reheated!!! Eggs with onions, mushrooms, cheese over easy. The eggs eye good. Roasted jalapeno. First time tasting this and it was delicious and went well with the Eggs and avocado. Coffee: pumpkin spice latte. It was good. Their dishwasher failed. My niece's tea cup had lipstick on it!!! Gross!! Once we made Alyssa aware, she apologized and corrected it. My main reason for getting takeaway cup, tableware and box. & waffles don't allow takeaway containers at the table. Overall I enjoyed my food. I hope they will allow take away at the table in the near future. I can't figure out why you can't have your food in a takeaway box at the table.

Yelp
The Carlitos Churro Waffle was delicious! Highly recommend- ain't the first nor the last to say that ! Service was great

Yelp
One word YUMMY!!! If you enjoy belgian waffles, I would give this restaurant a try. The waffles are nice and crispy on the outside and around the edges and soft on the inside. If you are ordering multiple items, I suggest starting with your waffles so that they don't get soggy. Especially if you have toppings on them. There is both indor and outdoor seating. The nice thing is where the restaurant is positioned, if you sit outdoors, you don't have a lot of sunlight directly hitting you, and it's pet friendly. But don't push your luck and show up with a goat or an ostrich! LOL Service was good. Our server was very friendly patient and attentive, and also answered any questions that we had about the dishes. There is very limited parking behind the restaurant. Your best bet is to get there early and park on Ventura Boulevard, or up one of the residential streets. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because the women's restroom literally only has one stall and the toilet paper dispensers needed to be refilled. Luckily they had some extra rolls that you could snag and restock yourself.

Yelp
I recently visited & Waffles, and it definitely lived up to the hype! This spot is a must for any breakfast or brunch lover. The menu offers a variety of waffle options, both savory and sweet, so there's something for everyone. I decided to go with the classic Waffle Combo. The waffle was light and crispy along with my bacon, sausage, and egg. The atmosphere at &Waffles is warm and inviting. It's a cozy spot with a modern feel, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. The place had a nice, relaxed vibe, which made it great for brunch with friends. The service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and quick, and they made sure we had everything we needed. It's always a plus when the service matches the quality of the food. Overall, &Waffles is a gem for anyone looking for a solid breakfast or brunch spot. I'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Yelp
The food is delicious and the customer service is fenomenal! My boyfriend and I go there frequently to get waffles, and the steak sandwich! I recommend this spot if you want a comfy and delicious place to eat!

Yelp
I was happily satisfied with their Burger and especially, their chicken. Chicken had GREAT flavor and crispy skin, and was not dry, nice and tender. Had their Western Bacon Cheesburger. Burger was big and filling, Onion ring was big and filling, bacon added just the snap to the burger. Fries were great. Didn't taste "frozen," not sure if they were but tasted fresh cut.

alwx ..

Yelp
No salt and pepper for a 30$ dollar breakfast. Cold plain eggs for 30$ they always forget the salt and pepper and the to go silverware is so cheap it comes with none. Very expensive for the quality better off making food at home tastes wayyy better Busser is nice while everyone else is rude and seems like they hate their jobs.

Yelp
Just recently discovered this amazing restaurant and wish we'd found it sooner! My kids love the Cajun chicken wings (they are not spicy despite the name) and the Nutella crepe, and the hubby likes the country skillet with either country fried steak or chicken and gravy. Their waffles are Belgian style with a light, crisp texture. Not heavy or doughy at all, although I wish they offered real maple syrup as an option instead of "fake" syrup. We haven't tried the lunch menu yet but we are looking forward to going back and exploring more of the menu!

Yelp
First time to try this place and we are delighted that we did! When we crave for waffles we'd always go to MTW but sometimes with the long waiting time, the distance, we'd just forget about it. Today after church, the Hubz was craving for waffles and since we are coming from Shepherd Woodland Hills, I tried to Yelp nearby waffles and & Waffles came up. What have we not tried this before? The name is catchy, the logo is cute and the area is within our vicinity. I'm sure glad we came, the place was a bit full but we were greeted with friendly staff and was seated right away. The place was hip, a place where you can take your family, friends and even my teenager godchildren. It's clean, a great choice when you don't want to drive all the way to Encino. I tried their chicken and waffles and the Hubz got the egg, bacon and a side of waffle. They're all delish and land with a hearty serving. The place has a cool vibe, there's TV around you get to also watch while you wait for the order but it's not too noisy to have a conversation. They're quick to refill coffee and give what we need. We like it and we will definitely come back!

Yelp
First off, they have a small parking lot in the back. You go thru a couple of other businesses to get to it. We were seated pretty fast and our server was Melinda. They are very accommodating about minor changes. I ordered a 1/2 a waffle combo, with just 2 eggs vs 3 and bacon. My husband loves fried chicken, so ordered the Cajun Country Skillet, gravy on the side. I had coffee, excellent but I prefer a larger mug. Next time I want to try a Cappuccino. We sat on the left side and we were glad, a little quieter. Bathroom was fine.

Yelp
Second time coming back and again did not disappoint. Got the waffle combo with 3eggs, fruit instead of bacon&sausage and a half waffle. It was so good. My daughter got the French toast which was fluffy and delicious. My husband got the chicken and waffles that he loved. Such a good spot, great service and good amount of food! Waffles are light and not super dense so you can finish your whole meal.

Yelp
Food: I ordered the Cajun Fried Chicken & Waffles and Steak Burrito. The waffles and burrito were both good. What impressed me the most was the Cajun fried chicken wings! The wings were crispy on the outside but juicy and moist on the inside with a mildly spicy, satisfying flavor. Service: Exceptional! We had Erin as our server. She was welcoming and attentive. As soon as we walked in, my fur baby was given a doggy bowl of water before we even asked for it. Thank you! Ambiance: Cute and clean! There's indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoors is, of course, dog-friendly, which is always a bonus.

Yelp
Waffles are amazing here, lots of options to pick from. Even though it gets crowded they do their best to get you in quickly. Service was very good, very friendly.

Yelp
My husband and I came on a Sunday morning for brunch. We came pretty early around 9 and it was pretty packed. It definitely gets very busy on weekends, but we didn't wanna wait for a table so we sat at the bar and I'm so glad we did. Our waitress was super nice, and we got served very quickly. The food here exceeded my expectations. The waffles melt in your mouth. They're very light, not too doughy or heavy, and my veggie omelette was cooked perfectly. I also had the honey lavender oat latte, which was amazing!
google avatar

Jordynn B.

Yelp
This place is such a hotspot. It was filled from corner to corner. The food comes out super fast. We had a party at seven and it took maybe 15 minutes for us to get a waitress but once they took our order, it came out within 10 minutes, which was great. We got this smothered biscuit, which was absolutely amazing with great flavor of the gravy, and amazing sandwich and the wolf waffles are always so fluffy and perfect. The steak fries were I hate last time I came here and I'm not sure if there was different steak on them today but it tasted different. But the fries were absolutely amazing and everything else was really good. Paid $155 for seven people.

Rinnita T.

Yelp
Made my way back for brunch. The wait was shorter than I was told which was great. I was with a group. Food was good. We had a chicken and waffle sandwich, pastrami sandwich, steak fries, churro waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon. The temperature of the biscuits with gravy was not hot enough. I informed the staff and they corrected it right away. Surprisingly for groups of 5 or more that add a service charge of 25%. That was a quite hefty charge. So make sure you pay attention to that and not add an extra tip unless you desire to. All in all it was a great visit with great food!
google avatar

Jenna T.

Yelp
Cool spot with great service. The ambiance is nice and the history of the building is cool. Lots of variety in the menu, especially with waffles, and drinks are served in huge cups. The plain waffles are good, but everything else is mediocre. I ordered the waffle benedict because it was unique, but for $20 and it didn't come with any sides, it wasn't fulfilling nor worth it. Also, where do they not put paprika on the hollandaise sauce?! The fried chicken was under seasoned and desperately needed hot sauce. It was okay, let's just say eating one was enough lol. The most important thing is that the kids loved it! They enjoy the big hot chocolate and the nutella waffles. The service is prompt and friendly. The food can use a bit more flavor, but I wouldn't cross this off my list just yet. Maybe I have to order something different next time.
google avatar

Chelsea ..

Yelp
Love there, fluffy light weight, soft waffles here! Everything so far that I've tried here has been delicious. The service is great and the food doesn't take too long (bonus point ;)
google avatar

K M.

Yelp
The waffle was so good! Crispy with whipped butter, syrup and a few slices of strawberries. The scrambled eggs were cooked in butter - not canola oil! Service was good even though they were very busy. Since I was alone I sat at the bar. Plenty of tables inside and outside.
google avatar

Kiki T.

Yelp
Our first time here for breakfast...service was nice and helpful. Love the vibe inside, it's so cozy and welcoming, it reminds me of (doesn't look like it) a cabin type of vibe, on a Winter's day, just that nice comfortable feeling. There is parking in the back, parking is shared with another business Paoli's. When busy, it can be hectic...when we came this am...parking is free...self parking. Prices are expensive, this would be like a splurge...or if money not an issue heck yeh...this place is awesome to spend your money, my Avocado Toast is full of flavors and so was my Kitty's Honey Lavender Latte!!! Mmmmmm chef's kiss!! I didn't order Waffles but it does look big and delicious! Oh yeh...also, my Avocado Toast may not look that big, but when I was done with the meal. I was satisfying full...not stuffed, but full.
google avatar

Lopsie S.

Yelp
I love the light and crispy waffles here! And did you see those perfect over easy eggs? Check out my pics! I wish the chicken and waffles had just a little more chicken, but I can't complain because I was full by the time I finished my plate. And the chicken was delicious! Oh, and don't forget the crispy bacon! We arrived midday and it was crowded, completely full, but they were able to see us immediately (they did that by separating off a small two person table from another one that only had two people on it) Service was friendly and fast. If I were to complain about something, it would be how close we were seated to strangers... but that might just be my post-Covid talking. I got so used to people sitting 6 feet away. The inside is charming - artwork adorns the walls, and I feel like there's a story for each one. I'll want to come back to try some of the amazing stuff I saw coming out to my neighbors!

Yelp
Unfortunately, we will not be returning due to the service. We have had Erin as our server multiple times and the service is always awful. She never refills our coffee or checks on us. Today I ordered a steak omelet and when our food arrived I noticed that I was served the CA omelet instead. It took Erin, about 8 minutes to check on us. She wasn't even the one to come over, she sent another server. I explained to her that I received the wrong omelet. When Erin came over she started arguing with me, saying that I said "same omelet" not steak omelet. I said no, I said steak and the members of my part confirmed it. Her argument didn't even make sense because no one else had the same omelet. She forgot my side waffle as well (which I never received). I didn't want them to make another omelet because I was in a rush-- while I didn't get charged for the omelet, she still charged me for my side of potatoes!! Absolutely ridiculous! We really enjoy the food but with the awful service we will not be returning. $5.50 for a coffee and Erin won't even refill it, she just hangs out behind the counter.

Yelp
The Woodland Hills area is surprisingly home to a lot of good brunch places. For convenience's sake, we decided to give & Waffles a try since it was close to where we were staying. Let's see how it stacks up! FOOD A lot of people recommended the Carlito's Churro Waffle, so that's what I ordered! We also got a skillet to try out some more classic breakfast food. I have nothing but good things to say about the Churro Waffle. It's amazing and it's absolutely worth coming here just for it. It's very crispy and tastes exactly like a churro. I wonder if they could make this a la mode (with ice cream) because if they did, that's exactly what I would get. For a bit more, you can upgrade this to a full, which I highly recommend. Seriously, don't sleep on this! The classic skillet, on the other hand, was good, but nothing special. It's hard to mess up breakfast food and this has all the fixings. I wish it was a bigger portion though since I'm used to brunch places just loading up food. Only gripe is that the sunny-side eggs were cooked through, so there wasn't any yolk to mix in with the other good stuff. SERVICE Service was great and one of the highlights of the meal. Our waitress answered all questions we had and was very attentive to our large group. We asked for a separate order to go and she was able to split the bill accordingly too. It gets busy on weekend mornings, especially past 10. If you don't want to wait, make sure you get here early. COST Standard brunch prices. Churro waffle was $14 for the half and i think it's an additional $5 if you want to upgrade to a full. Can't remember the skillet prices, but it was less than $20 before tax and tip. SETTING Both indoor and outdoor setting is available. Make sure you let the servers know which one you prefer. Parking isn't the best. You'll likely have to street park. There might be a lot in the back, but we went for street parking. Overall, if you stop by, get the churro waffle! It's a great sweet treat that'll help kickstart your day. 4.25/5

Yelp
Was looking forward to trying this place since it always seems busy. First off, parking is typically metered only, which is typical for Ventura. Despite the small crowd of people out front, we were seated right away and service was pretty fast. Got the Cajun chicken and waffles - chicken was very crispy and had a great taste, the waffles unfortunately were just ok for me, nothing too special especially given the price. If I do come back, might try the lunch menu instead, otherwise not a place I really need to come back to.

Yelp
I've been coming to this location since it first opened up back in December of 2019 (which happens to be my birthday month) and I absolutely love it! Great food, great service, and the staff always treats me like family. Zero complaints at all (except that I gain a lot of weight since the food is so dang good )

Yelp
Amazing food ! And such great ambience, took my kids and they didn't complain . The waffles are light and crispy! Fast service and friendly servers .

Yelp
My new favorite brunch place in Woodland Hills! First and only con - parking is limited. I managed to find street parking at a nearby neighborhood, which was about a 5 minute walk to the restaurant. My boyfriend and I came on a Saturday morning, and it was quite packed. Luckily, we only needed to wait 10 minutes for an outdoor table to become available. The restaurant is dog friendly, if you plan to bring your pup! I didn't get to see the inside for long, but the outdoor area is quite nice. Tons of heating lampposts, which was perfect for the chilly morning. I ordered Serge's Secret Lemonade for my drink, which was a sweet lemonade with a blue tint and a subtle berry flavor. It was refreshing, but may be too sweet for some people. For my entree, I ordered the Chicken Waffle sandwich with fruity pebbles topping. The savory and sweet entrees were served in two separate plates. The cajun chicken was very good, especially when paired with hot sauce. But, as the name would imply, & Waffles truly shines with their waffles. The fruity pebbles waffle was fantastic - great for pictures and great for tasting. This dish alone made the trip worth it, and the place worth re-visiting. My boyfriend had the Cajun Country Skillet (not pictured) which also really hit the spot. I really liked & Waffles and am excited to come back and try their other delicious waffle flavors.

Snow L.

Yelp
Great food and service. Generous portions and one order is enough for two people. The waffles are very fluffy and tasty-the best I have ever had. Clean and cozy environment. Pets friendly outdoor sitting areas. Reasonable price.

Yelp
Wings and waffles! Who knew this was a thing. I'm a BIG wings lover so when I saw this on the menu I had to try it. Wings & waffles (6pc buttermilk wings served with full waffle) were absolutely delicious. I added a drink with my meal and got a lavender iced latte. The quality of the food was very well cooked. Super soft, tasty, & the waffle was definitely full. How it melts in your mouth. Mmm mm. No complaints just a food baby belly to go. I also enjoyed the atmosphere, plenty of tv's if you are a sports fan and plenty of seats at the bar by the &waffles logo which was quicker than the table seats. The energy was pretty active inside but not too loud where you can't have a conversation. My boyfriend is a big waffle & chicken lover so he recommended this place. I'm glad he did because I was not disappointed what so ever. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Yelp
In my opinion this is the best location! Spacious! Not like a few others I had to wait an hour to get a table because the venue only had a few tables. This place is also a wait on weekends so can be very crowded. Waffles are so tasty. I can only eat one to two squares depending on if I am eating anything else. I had the corned beef breakfast with a half waffle (she heard me wrong). I got to keep my toast and hash browns but I still got my waffle. I also ordered fruit with all berries. Which, btw, is worth the extra $1 they charge (server told me ahead of time). Everything came out hot and pleasing to the eye. Of course, I enjoyed every bite and still had some leftover for the next day. I will be back again. I wish I could come back with a bigger stomach because I want to try it all sometimes.

Yelp
Don't laugh, but my blushing bride had a gift certificate (church charity raffle) dated 2019 or 2020 and we just got around to using it. Surprisingly, there was no problem. We had a real nice breakfast with great service from a gentleman whose name I, unfortunately, forgot. The menu has lots of offerings for both breakfast and lunch. This time I had breakfast because I couldn't resist the temptation of a waffle eggs Benedict. And it was quickly prepared, politely served, and was really good! Eggs were perfectly poached. The iced tea really good. My blushing bride had eggs and waffle and fruit. No complaints at all and a special compliment on the taste of the coffee. Looking forward to a return; next time for lunch.

Yelp
Was in the area and decided to get some breakfast with my colleagues. One person suggested & Waffles and off we went. They have parking along the rear of the business that's kind of tricky but if that doesn't bother you then it's no problem. We were seated quickly and giving water/coffee as soon as we sat down. After browsing the menu the waitress came over and gave menu suggestions that were amazing. She was really knowledgeable about the menu and suggested the Cajun Chicken & Waffles. This dish was a restaurant favorite and I quickly noticed why. The chicken was fried to perfection with a hint of Cajun spice and the Waffle was very fluffy, kinda "airy" but still good and filling with the chicken. I will definitely be visiting again if I'm ever in Woodland Hills for breakfast/brunch.

Yelp
Came in Thanksgiving morning after calling multiple places - this one was open. We waited a few minutes to be seated as even though seats were available servers we swamped. Second best waffles I've ever tasted, so fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. The best fried chicken of chicken & waffle. It's a modern space with large screens showing sports. Definitely would return again.

Yelp
Oh man! I was really happy with my last minute decision to have bfast here! Ya know when you and the hubs start going back and forth with a restaurant or food idea. Can get frustrating sometimes lol! But we kept true to our choice and it paid off! The Benedict waffle was my choice and it was amazing and my husband ordered the waffle plate and it sure did look good. I recommend & waffles super cute, very friendly, and fresh delicious food. This would be a great brunch style place to eat.

Yelp
Almost don't want to review because there's typically a wait on the weekends and want to minimize the wait time (lol!) but we had a spontaneous weekday breakfast and walked right in. The food is always delicious: hearty, hot and satisfying. Great indoor and outdoor space and the staff know what they're doing. Given that it's almost Valentine's Day, they're now serving up red velvet waffles. The candied pecans are everything. But if you're in the mood for something savory, the breakfast burritos are muy bueno!

Yelp
Great breakfast and always satisfying. They can be busy but always make room or seat you reasonably fast. Staff is solid! Busy but still attentive. You have to give them a shot for a great breakfast!

Yelp
This place has Roscoe's chicken and waffles beat. The service and servers were amazing. Got us in and out. The flavor was there 100 percent. Best steak o had in a long time. The inside is small but clean. Definitely would go again! Amazing.

Yelp
We love this place. Be prepared to wait (we've only been there on weekends) but if you plan to go on a weekend be prepared to wait or go early. My family and I went there and we loved the food and service. The waffles are some of the best waffles we've ever had. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They also have really good black coffee. There's tvs with sports playing, outside patio is really nice but when we went it was bit hot so we sat inside.

Yelp
Been to this place a few times. Tip: do not dine here when it's an hour before closing. Hostess was just chatting away w a customer while we waited to be seated and once she was done sez wait a bit for the table to be cleaned. There were many other tables! The nice bus gentleman offered to seat us while the hostess was somewhere in la la land. Terrible hostess...hostless. Food was ok. Maybe this was just a bad day, but not coming back anytime soon. (More stars sb for the bus gentleman lol)

Yelp
I've been aware of & Waffles for several years since the first location opened in North Hollywood (I've been there too). So it was high time to try this location after several years of passing by on Ventura Blvd! My boyfriend and I came on a Saturday afternoon - we found metered street parking in front which was a breeze (Theres usually not a lot). Although there were quite a few patrons, we were seated immediately inside. We *were* warned that the table has low couches (in the front corner of the restaurant ) and is that ok? We said sure (we were hungry - ha)! Well, the couches sure are low and the seats (not the backs) are pretty dirty, too. Despite having such a cute interior, management needs to keep an eye on its upholstery! Service was good - a bit rushed - but the food and drinks came out fast so yay. He had a bottle of Sprite with a shrimp sandwich and a side of sausage, I had a nitro cold brew with a waffles Benedict. He really enjoyed his lunch -- I enjoyed mine, too. There are creamers in a small bowl on the table which are gross and sticky with syrup on them. Fine. [Rant]: I just think if plates average $15-20 per person - staff would be paid enough to care about attention to detail and cleanliness [end rant]. All in all, cute but there's enough breakfast cafes in this town to support. Thank you anyway!

Yelp
Love this spot for brunch for years now! Always busy on weekends during brunch time, could take 30-50minutes wait depending on the time and party size. The restaurant is big with indoor & small patio seatings. Inside is nice and cold with a lot more tables. I always get their Cajun Chicken & Waffles! This time, the server asked if we want chicken tenders or wings. I never knew they had wings so I went for it. But I guess they never bother to mention (nor it was listed on the menu) that wings will upcharge $1.50 ... surprise surprise when the check came.... It's not a lot for $1.50, but I don't like surprises when it comes to bills... I also ordered their breakfast burrito with 3 types of sausages. It definitely didn't disappoint. It's not bland as it is somewhere else. The salsa or hot sauce was just decent.

Yelp
Not only an Amazing food but also AMAZING SERVICE. I didn't even had a chance to ask for coffee refill. My cup was full the whole time I was in here. Very nice decor and warmth feeling in.
