The meal was absolutely delicious! But what really made the experience amazing was our fantastic server, Jasmine! She was attentive and friendly. Jasmine made sure we were pleased with our food.

We visited there for the first time - it was not a bad experience. The food was decent - I ordered a gnocchi, which was the only vegetarian option there possibly was. There is a huge drink selection, which was nice! Overall, decent experience.

I ate here September 7th of 24. on my birthday.. I'm so sorry to say, But this place smells really bad, like a convalescent home. It has the worst smell. My food looked amazing. but, I couldn't eat it nor could I really enjoy my birthday because I had this horrible smell in my nose all night long. I kept meaning to call there and tell them. I cannot be the only person who has experienced this.. my soup was delicious and my Long Island was perfect. But they really really need to do something about how that place smells..

Service, food, and atmosphere were fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will be going back as a regular customer. Only complaint was that one of the lights in the dining room was flickering but that did not impact our experience as we were able to change tables.

Arrived and was promptly greeted and seated. Jake was great. He was the waiter for the evening, very professional and friendly. Drink and dinner selection made, Sweet Red wine, which was delicious. Veal Parmesan, USDA Prime Ribeye Steak, and Tableside Carbonara. A flambé chef came out to make the Carbonara and was very engaging throughout the process. The food was absolutely delicious. Of course, unable to finish everything, Jake offered to box the leftovers and inquired about dessert, which was declined this time. But I will definitely be back! The ambiance alone is worth another visit!!

I picked this location to take some prospective customers. We dined at 5:30pm, which was a perfect time ahead of the typical dinner crowd. Our waiter was magnificent and attentive. I did not get pictures of all the food, but the few pics you see should give you ample great feelings. It was more than great présentation, the harmony to the pallet was equally matched. I had the short ribs. They were phenomenal. I highly recommend this restaurant for business dinners or date night. They have you covered.

It was late 10:30 trying to get to the side of building after a beautiful concert Peabo Bryson first time at this location Made it just in time to caught Restaurant before the doors closed we were so hungry but only wanted to eat light for the night The staff greeted us with a welcome !! Never said a word like we bout to close or hurry up we are about to close I really appreciated that to the highest We ordered soup and bread. It was fantastic. I love that soup so much that onion soup oh my God it was so beautiful and then I asked for it to be wrapped up because I couldn’t eat it all. so she put it all nice in a bag I tell you I enjoyed it next day. Also thank you to the staff Specially, to the chef late one night!!!!!!

It was my first time at that location in the celebrity showroom when Peabo Bryson performed. I had no idea how beautiful it was and perfectly arranged for a clear view of the performer. Nice to see Fuddi hosting and keeping everything on point. Also, I met the nicest showroom manager, Mr. Lappin who was very approachable and caused me to want to have an event there in the future. I had a ball and the valet attendants were outstanding as well.

Food and service was spectacular. We have visited several Andiamo and I strongly believe this is the best beach out of all. Since the menu and dishes are identical so what makes the difference is service. Moreover, correctly preparation in the kitchen based on customers needs and presentation of the dishes make a difference here. In general, we love Andiamo due to wide range of choices, various items, their flexibility to chain the the dish. Andiamo also super good at allergy restrictions and other request such as non alcoholic cocktails and others. We have tried their appetizer, soup, salad and Salmon. Everyone was great especially the driver was kind and made us feel comfortable.

We ate here before seeing a show at the showplace. My husband was really looking forward to the table side carbonara but they were only doing a limited menu that night, so that was a bit of a bummer. We had a great server, was great on checking on things for us. All the food was great, I really loved the 5 pepper chicken such a great use of peperoncini, kept the dish light. My angel hair did seem a bit all tangled into a clump so it made it a touch hard to eat. The menu is great with so many great options, definitely elevated classics.

Went here with a party of 8. The waitress was so poor it was hard to enjoy the experience. She didn't bring the complimentary breads until 30 or so minutes after we ordered appetizers. She didn't bring everyone's drink order out in a correct order - some people were being served seconds before someone else got their first drink. The food was so incredibly average it is hard to believe people pay these prices and choose to come back. We left after being there for 3 and a half hours because of how slow the service was & none of us want to come back.

It saddens me to have to write this review. I have been coming to this restaurant for years. Today after having reservations for weeks i was informed by Tiffany that i can only be serviced for 1 hour and 30 mins or else we would be KICKED OUT .... from the time I checked in til the moment I cashed out. TACKY to say the least ...I have never heard such a thing... needless to say this will be my last time dining there. Rushed service for a fine dining restaurant ABSOLUTELY NOT. And for my husbands birthday...I will NOT be back!!!

NYE Dinner plans. Great success! We had a cocktail at the bar before our reservation, the bartender was busy and took great friendly care of us! Excellent cocktails. When we got to our table, a booth in the corner, great spot! Our server greeted us energetically, she was knowledgeable, down to earth, handled her section with ease and took excellent care of us! She explained everything and it was a joy to have her be apart of our experience. The food!! Steaks (filet & rib eye) cooked to perfection, the lobster tail was delicious, the sides were excellent! The place was clean, nicely decorated and the staff was well put together and clean! An outstanding experience overall! We will be back.

I was at a convention in the hotel where Andiamo is located and I've never been so fat and happy before. The service was excellent and the food was even better. I didn't think I was hungry but as one dish came out I just kept adding more to my order! So delicious and satisfying

What a wonderful dinner! I came here for a bachelorette dinner and it was my first time eating here. The starting bread with oil was delicious. The breadsticks were perfect to snack on before the entree had arrived. Our server, Sebastian was friendly and attentive to our large group I ordered Speziato Gamberoni con Bottarga di Tonno. I knew I liked everything inside of the dish but I was iffy if I would like it all together. But wowza, it was so good. Surprisingly, so was the tuna roe. I also really enjoyed the farmers salad that came before the entree. I also ordered two drinks: graceful orchid martini and green ghost. Both were very strong. The graceful orchid martini was yummy, but had a sort of medicine after taste to it. The green ghost was sweet yet spicy and I really enjoyed it. I would like to try the Baci Bon-Bon when I come back.

love this place--as usual, everything was wonderful--husband had 'jump in your mouth' veal which was excellent--I had a nice pasta with chicken meal--eno was our very nice waiter--great labor day weekend time....

Merluzzo alla Milanese Potato Crusted Cod belgium endive, radicchio, tartar sauce, chopped egg, persian pickles, lemon. Sounds good right? This is basically fish & chips, it was even served with french fries - Gross.... $28 for garbage - No thanks!

The food itself was good. I got fettuccine Alfredo and many cocktails which were great. The server was also nice. It is very expensive though considering this isn't even top five Italian places I've been to.

Service was good. Our waitress was very sweet. Filets were cooked to order. Shrimp dish with black risotto was just okay. Really disliked the fact that they charge 5 dollars to self park! It's just the principle. Dropped over 400.00 on dinner and they charge to park. Secondly, gratuity for 4 people was already included and didn't realize it. The waitress should have informed us. Hence, I spent another 75 above the gratuity included. Most restaurants I go to do not put gratuity for a party of 4. There was a bug in one of the drinks. They did not charge us for the drink. Do yourself a favor, if you want to spend that kind of money go to Eddie Vs.

Service was bad, but the worst was the food and the management staff. They don't care if you are happy or not with the food and don't want to correct any issues. If you are ever going there for a show, don't eat there because they raise the prices a lot for show night.

I'm not understanding the numerous negative reviews for this place. It's not my favorite restaurant by any means but if you're gonna review a spot, trying to be somewhat objective should be the bare minimum requirement. My wife and I got married here almost seven years ago and people loved the food we had. A wise man once told me that no one will care about a single decoration, centerpiece or flowers at your wedding. They will however comment on the food and the cake, so you better get that right. We got it right! Or I should say, Andiamo got it right. But this review isn't about our wedding. That was an unnecessary piece of information I just wanted to share. We had dinner here on 5/21 for my wife's birthday. We were not disappointed. We had a group of eleven people. Our waitress was fantastic and the entire wait staff was attentive. The service is phenomenal here. Everyone's app and meal came out in a timely manner and we didn't feel rushed at all. We also didn't feel like an inconvenience when we kept asking for zip sauce or other things on the side. They were more than happy to help us. And we were never low on our beverages. They were promptly filled without us feeling intruded. My wife got the salmon which was served with some veggies and risotto. It was delicious. The salmon cooked perfectly and the risotto was really good. There was a "maple-chili agro-dolce" that was the perfect compliment to the food. My wife didnt enjoy it so I got it all to myself. I ordered the char grilled rib eye, medium rare. I told them I would rather it be closer to rare than to medium and it was cooked perfectly. Mine arrived with a mushroom ragu that was so good. The sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts were amazing as I dipped them in that maple chili. I think everyone got zip sauce on the side because let's face it, every food is elevated with zip sauce immediately. All in all, amazing food, even better service. As I said, it's not my favorite place but I think it's still an awesome spot for dinner.

No parking whatsoever and they have their vehicles parked everywhere, they should have offsite parking for their vehicles so the guest can actually find a spot. Inside looked nice and the servers were great, now the food I wish I could say the same but it just wasn't good. Salad was mehhh, beef was cold, the pasta was very disappointing and overall all the food was just not good at all. I was expecting a lot more than what they offered.

Everyone went out of their way to make our baby shower a success. We arrived late for setup and everyone chipped in to help us set up before anyone arrived. The room was beautiful. The food was great. The service incredible. We couldn't have asked for more.

me & 5 friends bought tickets to jeff ross' show back in december of 2022 for an april 2023 show. the show was originally advertised much differently than the late starting show we received last weekend. that aside, we were seated at table 28 in the showroom, and the entire time a woman and her date at table 29 were disruptive, beligerent, and rude - interrupting the show, resulting in all 6 of us having a horrendous time. about 20 minutes in i asked security to do something, and he pulled over a man who was supposed to intervene; however, nothing was done. we all paid $90/ticket, and feel as if we got a $5 firsthand seat to the mr. & mrs. drunk butt show, rather than what we paid for. the amount of disruption completely ruined our entire evening, as we originally planned to go out or stay there for drinks and apps, but after experiencing what we did, everyone wanted to go home and wash the stink of the evening off of ourselves.

I would never recommend Andiamo Banquet Center Warren to any of my family members, friends or associates. On March 1, 2024, I sent Dawn Lagocki the Banquet Center Manager an email to inquire about packages, pricing and possible event dates. Our first encounter was pleasant and friendly. On March 7, 2024 I booked my birthday event date for January of next year. Over this next few months I found out my so very bad new regarding my son health that will cause me to shift my focus from playing a party to taking care of my child. So I made the best decision for my family and I cancelled my event. On July 11, 2024 I emailed Dawn Lagocki regarding my event cancellation and I requested the next steps regarding refund of my deposit. Per the contract the request MUST be done in writing. So I did that. Now from July 11th until August 9, 2024 I haven't heard from the company. No emails, phone calls or letters by mail. So I decided to get in my car and drive to Warren to have a conversation with Dawn just to see why I never received a call from her nor did she respond to my email. When I arrived and I informed Dawn of who I was and why'd I come there. Dawn stated that she forwarded the email to Cheryl and she thought she had taken care of this. Then she proceeded to tell me that she needed to talk with Cheryl and would need to call me back when she has a decision on what we were doing about your refund. I told Dawn that calling me later after I have driven there and also sent an email requesting cancellation with no response 1 month later was not going to work... Dawn then acted as if she was unaware of processing the refund so she took my contract with my letter of cancellation and my credit card to another part of the building for over 20mins. When she returned she told me that she had processed the refund but no one would be here tomorrow to RELEASE THE HOLD! So she would have to RELEASE it when she was back in the office on Tuesday which was 4 days later. Today is Wednesday the 14th of August I called Dawn to confirm the Release only to get NO answer. As soon as I hung up the voicemail Dawn sends me and email stating, " the refund who take up to 40 days before its complete. The company is not honest nor do they stand by their contract. I'm so angry with the lack of communication, transparency and professionalism. I will never book Andiamos Banquet Center Warren ever again.

We had a wonderful dinner here last night! We started with this garden orchid and Belle Isle breeze cocktails they were delicious. Next for an appetizer we had the sausage and peppers it was enough to feed a person as an entrée it was huge! Dinner for me was the meat ravioli it was wonderful and my mom got the veal piccata. Everything was fabulous!

Food was great. I will get more food from this Andiamo location. Carryout was hot and had lots of sauce.

Paulette is the person you want to have coordinate any and all of your business or personal engagements at this location. She is amazing! 5 star service!

Greeted immediately by the very friendly hostess and seated right away. Waitress was pretty attentive - at first. After she came over twice and we weren't ready, she kind of disappeared. When she finally showed back up, we placed our orders. My sister and I got the same exact thing; 6oz Filet Mignon cooked medium rare with extra zip sauce, subbing the potatoes for a side of pasta and house salads. The salads came out and were great; the entrees were a different story. Both of our filets were over cooked. Hers had a slight peek of pink once she got to the center; mine was devoid of any color whatsoever. Thank God we ordered the extra zip because every dry bite NEEDED to be doused. The accompanying veggies and pasta were decent but no where near made up for our hockey pucks. I will say the Tiramisu we ordered for dessert was excellent but overall, the trip was a big disappointment.

Chicken piccata was excellent and the fresh pasta was perfect. Just what I needed after a long week on the road.

Looking for fabulous Italian food, this place is it! The atmosphere is so great and the food is delicious

Great food and great service from Melissa. Steak and appetizers were excellent, but the salad had too many "dark" greens (lettuce) in it, so much so that the taste was affected. Our seat was situated in a corner of the restaurant where it was cold.

Great lunch today. Highly recommend the stuffed clams. First time ordering these and definitely will order again. Calamari was fine just not a standout. Entrees included salmon, chicken with pasta and pepperoncini sauce and also a burger. Salmon was flavorful and the black risotto with tomato sauce was outstanding. Try the clams and the salmon.

Descent spot. The original venue. The food is okay, the service is outstanding! They charge 20% tip on every bill - good for them! It's never busy here, but it's a solid spot for descent Americanized Italian.

Having valet attendants essentially blocking you from self parking is a big minus when there is so much self parking available. I just do not see a huge need for valet during the lunch hour on a week day. Perhaps the demand is there to warrant it. The inside décor within is cozy and inviting. The bar area is as well. The staff was friendly and attentive with excellent service. The prices in comparison to the food seem to be a bit out of sync. The food is ok, but not in comparison to similar establishments. The bread basket is well done and plentiful.

I'm not sure what to say about this place.....the attitudes of the staff were horrible before the Pandemic and equally as bad during it. I recently ordered a carryout order of a dish that I've ordered from there on a few occasions as they offer Vegan items. The Lentil Cakes which is normally two patties similar in size to crab cakes or salmon patties. I received one lentil patty cut in half as my order of lentil cakes. Additionally, it was served cold like it was made hours prior and sat in a freezer and with a serving of vegetables that was so sparse.....not worth the drive or the disappointment.

Food is good. Concert was GREAT (LRB 12/1/23). $5 to self park is RIDICULOUS!!!!! All the people paying to eat, drink and attend the concert and you charge $5 for patrons to park their own car. DO BETTER, Andiamo!

used to be the premier italian restaurant in macomb county in my mind and now just average but with premium price. to many better choices unfortunately and they just don't seem to want to keep pace

Andiamo Warren location. Went on Easter 4/9/2023. poor selection of entrees. They were in Italian with no description of what you were eating. Very expensive, skimpy portions. Charged for soup because the onion potato flavor was an upgrade; were never told this) Horrible Caesar salad for 16$ Two whole bitter clumps of lettuce with a drizzle of dressing on top. Our bill was over $100. You need to do alot better. We frequent only top notch restaurants, Morton's Chris Ruth's, Mitchell's. So, so disappointed. Please offer italian entrees like chicken Piccata. (What a shocker this was not offered.)

Let's just say they were not busy (probably 3-4 tables) on a Friday night but our waitress disappeared for 30 minutes after severing us our main course!! I guess with the automatic 20% gratuity, they forgot about their customers. And trust me, I'm not even mad about the 20% because I always tip over 20% in gratuity. Mind you it was just the 2 of us. Andiamo WAS a great restaurant.

I love this place staff is always attentive and friendly. Whether it's dine in or carry out. The calamari is one of my favorite things as well as the chicken Marsala and grilled portobello mushrooms. Always my go to place because of the good food and comfortable atmosphere.

3 days ago. The only star I can give is for the service. He was a nice server. However, if the lettuce and greens in my salad have brown edges at this price point it's not acceptable. I had the gnocchi with shrimp. Gnocchi were mealy. The shrimp was ok. Taramisu was ok. The noise level and closed seating was again not acceptable at this price point. Far too pricey for the food quality and ambiance.

If you know me, then you know...I love Italian food. This is both a blessing and a curse (I can't stop eating it)! Andiamo has been a staple in our community, known for delicious food and a romantic atmosphere. Lucky for us, the Celebrity Showroom is also connected to this location, which hosts many spectacular shows. We've been doing our best to give local restaurants business. Recently, we ordered carry out with a BOGO offer. If you visit their website, you will see a special menu with food options. We ended up ordering Chicken Marsala and Veal Parmesan. Each entree was served with pasta and a side, soup or salad. They are also offering specials on wine to go. So, if you need a break from cooking, this is a fantastic option. We both enjoyed our meals and can't wait to go back when we are able to dine in!

The food is outstanding, the service is always top-notch, and the management is always on the floor making sure everyone is receiving the very best night out they can have! They care about their guests, employees, and of course the Vicari's!! Super awesome place!! Amazing staff, Front and Back of House!! The changes that are happening now with the menu, thanks to our Master Chef, are absolutely incredible!! A nice modernized spin on our Andiamo plates, OMG everything is just mouthwatering delicious!! A Nice welcoming when you walk in the door, wether you sit at the bar, or choose a table/booth, you will enjoy your new plate, phenomenal service, and of course a "Goodbye" when you leave!! Gotta come check out the new dishes, maybe a show after (line-up is on the Andiamo website), and be "Wowed" with the Andiamo experience!! Always classy and fulfilling!!

Good red sauce--just like grandma used to make. Excellent service. Good wine. Ambiance very old school. Love it. Take home a quart of the bolognese sauce. Get the dessert -- carrot cake or cannoli. Tip 25%. Only on 14 near Van Dyke. I will not speak for the other outlets.

I made reservations for a small party for my birthday at this restaurant location. The wait staff were nice, but after my entire party ordered their food, we waited for 20 minutes or so for just salads, pasta; or appetizers to be brought out. Also, we had to continue to ask for refills on drinks; and for extra bread. When the entire party, including myself, finally received our food, everything was cold. And that was after 30 minutes or so. The food was good, but could've been a lot better given it wasn't cold. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo, w/ Shrimp. One bonus though, they gave me free ice cream for my birthday. And they allowed me to bring in a huge cake and balloons.

I really want to like this place since it's in my neighborhood, but I've been here 3 times now, and 3 times I've had overpriced food & drink, and overcooked food. The first and second times I went, I got a $30 steak, ordered medium rare, and got it medium well. both times I sent it back to get what I ordered. The first time I got a medium rare steak, the 2nd time I got medium and didn't make a stink. This last time I went, I ordered the $30 salmon special, and what do you know, my salmon was severely overcooked. I sent it back, and my waiter brought me a chicken marsala instead - which was good but wasn't worth $24/plate. The drinks were $9-$15 each! If you're ok with overcooked and overpriced food, eat here.

We did Carry out for Father's Day. Understanding the restaurant would be busy but i couldn't believe how butchered the food was. This was the sausage and peppers appetizer - not after we ate. Before. The portion size was so small and we have had this many times before. I called to say something to a manager and kindly ask for a re-make. After 11 minutes on hold I hung up. What a disappointing Father's Day dinner for my husband

I hadn't been in several years ( went to Riverfront location ) but we had a really great meal... stuck with the classics... chicken soup, meatballs, lasagna and fruits of the sea pasta! Both quite delicious and made for good leftovers the next day!

My first, and maybe my last time there tonight. $80 ticket to Elvis show. Jam packed at the tables that are about 2feet apart. $8 drinks(weak alcohol). $10 valet parking. Not to mention that the show was not very good.

The place was completely trash to begin with. I ordered a vegetable soup, shrimp appetizer, a see bass and a bottle of wine. It was a simple order but when I received my dish 1) the soup wasn't even cooked. It was just warmed up vegetables inside a bowl of water. I actually felt like I was drinking tab water from that vegetable soup. 2) The shrimp was literally alright and it was $12-13. 3) The waiter Melissa smelled like heavy cigarettes. Extremely unprofessional. 4) The red wine(Merlot) was DISGUSTING!! The had weird stuff at the bottom of the wine and that was my first time ever having something that disgusting while drinking Merlot. After I accused the wine for being not good the waiter told me, "oh yea it's just stuff at the bottom oh sorry." and left. Highly recommend DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE. Can't even find the front door at the beginning so this place is due to shut down soon.

I was at the Andiamo Warren location and had an amazing experience. Great food and service from Victoria. The lasagna was top notch.

If I could split it up - I would give service a 2 star but the food I would give a 3 star. Came here on Black Friday to celebrate Thanksgiving with my parents and husband. My mother made reservations at 5pm without any problems. When we got to the restaurant one of the worker's was just putting out the valet cones outside. Place overall seemed pretty dead but did pick up around 6pm and later. The restaurant decor is nice but a bit tired and outdated. Bathroom sinks are black along with outdated granite color. Inside is heavy dark wood and a picture of Napoleon as the anchor of the room. Why Napoleon? No idea, but that is what our waiter told us. Our waiter is where I struggled with our dining experience. But the water and bread guys were awesome - they filled our water drinks, took our plates away quickly, and were attentive. Our waiter on the other hand was just meh - no personality and did not really connect with us or was personable. Other waiters were asking patrons why they were joining Andiamo's for dinner, making suggestions on the menu, or offering fresh cracked pepper. Our waiter just breezed by us most of the evening, this was disappointing when you are spending money on a nice meal for a higher end restaurant. Our waiter did offer each time fresh parm. When we asked for the soups we were told that only one soup was ready while the butternut squash was not prepared. My mom loves butternut squash and she was disappointed when we were told that the soup was not ready and our waiter blamed having Thanksgiving off on why it was not ready. He said that if the soup becomes ready then he would let her know. My mom then opted out for the small pasta you are given before your meal due to her dietary needs. We were then told before our entrees came out that the butternut squash soup was ready and the waiter said he would bring my mom the soup. She got the soup and it was great - good potion. Find out once we got the bill that he charged her the $6.00 for the soup. Was not sure why he did not just include the soup since she did not get the pasta? Food was good - a bit overpriced, especially for beef in the high $30's. My veal was fine a bit dry but good flavor. My father thought his salmon was a bit salty. Bread is delish though and that butter! Overall, our meal was good but the service was poor. With so many Andiamo's in the area it is difficult for this location to be sub-par. Our waiter also tried to get us to sign up for their rewards program while we are trying to enjoy our entrees. Why was it needed to explain all this when we are spending $20-$30 on a nice meal, I am not sure?

Suggested by a coworker as one of the places I need to visit while in Warren, MI. Excellent place for after work for dinner and cocktails. The staff will make you feel at home. I tried the 8oz filet w/a glass of Castle Rock cab. Order an extra side of "zip sauce" for dipping portions of your meal. Excellent. Finished off my meal w/a tiramisu and coffee.

I'm mixed about giving the place a 3... maybe it deserves a 3.5 Went the other night for the all you can eat/bottomless pasta special. For starters they make you finish your entire portion before you can order more/something different. I guess I can understand that?! And other places let you order a smaller portion so you can try a couple different dishes. In fact the place I was at earlier today allowed it. However, this was discussed with our server as I was ordering it and by the time I finished it, (made sure that I did not fill up on the bread), our server came by and I asked to order more, and basically she said the kitchen was closed. I feel she should've stopped by the table as I was perhaps finishing up and said hey the kitchen is closing soon so would you like to order more?! Granted it was towards the end of the night but don't take a late reservation then and or be proactive which clearly our server was not. The hostess/manager was very nice and our server was nice enough but I don't feel I got the best service. The actual pasta, penne with meat sauce was slightly above average. Their bread and salad was good tho.

For the first time ever, Andiamo did a good job. No one is more surprised by this than I am. I went in for their 3-course deal this week, because it sounded good, and because I found myself needing some dinner last night, and I was only a mile away from the Warren location, which is an Andiamo I'd never been to before. Service was good, even if I was severely underdressed (I was in my work clothes, which wasn't much). The food was finally up to snuff, though! Certainly not change-your-life good, but absolutely solid. They got the most important things correct, and while the steak was overcooked beyond the mid-rare I asked for, it was a spot-on medium, which is just *fine* for me, as I build that into my temperature ask (always be conservative when you order the doneness for your steak...if it's underdone, they can cook it more, if it's one half step overdone, you're fine!). The steak honestly was quite good for a NY Strip, a solid B grade...again: it wouldn't change your life, but it honestly qualified as a good steak. Zip sauce was nice, potatoes with it were pretty good, and the veggies that came with them were, unfortunately, cooked *way* beyond reason, but I just let those go. It wasn't that big of a deal. The pasta fagioli soup I started out with was far better than I believed that it would be...quite satisfying, actually. While there was plenty of salt, it wasn't a salt lick, and there were lots of hearty meats and veggies in there to make it a good starter. The bread that came with it was good, too! The lemon gelato for dessert was...strange. Half lemon sorbet, half heavy cream, this was sort of an anti-gelato to me. However, having said that, the lemon sorbet itself was tasty, and I enjoyed it. I just wouldn't *ever* call this a gelato, *ever*. It isn't, or at least it's unlike any gelato I've ever seen heard of, or experienced. Still: not bad. Tax and tip included (no beverages) was $32, and I left happy and surprisingly satisfied...by Andiamo. That's...that's never happened before. Credit where it's due, I guess.

Quite disappointed. I booked a table a week before, just to make sure that everything will be perfect. It was a late lunch / early dinner for us after our wedding. I indicated on the phone that this is a special occasion for me, we will be celebrating a small dinner with our witnesses immediately after our weeding. The lady on the phone confirmed that they will make sure everything will be perfect. No. It was not. None of the personnel at the restaurant knew about this special occasion, no dessert, nothing that would make us feel better. Our server wasn't the best either. He brought a bread with few tiny pieces of ciabatta, we had to ask for more for our soups and salads. Everything we ordered was mediocre. Calamari were fine but too greasy and salty, suppli ale telefono way too salty. Soups were ok, nothing special. Salad not worth mentioning. The main dishes, few steaks and salmon with crab meat were ok, again way to salty and greasy. My potatoes and asparagus from the salmon dish was dripping oil. The Chef is definitely using far too much oil when cooking. We skipped dessert. Overall, this was my first time and I had much higher expectations. The food was nothing to want me come back, and I'm highly disappointed that despite the promises of making this day special for me at the restaurant they have not done anything. Not even a word of congratulations.
