I did an order on UberEats from this location and was shocked to see what I got. It amazes me how some businesses have no quality standards. This is a prime example of that, and what’s worse is you can tell because the customer isn’t there to complain in person product leaves the store this way. Never again will this location get any money from me. A child can make a pizza better than this.

Honestly, &pizza isn't what it used to be. Consistently, no matter the location, the food is overcooked, lacking in flavor, and the service seems disempowered. This location is closest to my house. There are a few seats inside the space and it comes with a more sleek look. However, the staff aren't helpful. When I first ordered pizza, I told them I have three pies. By the time I paid, they said I could only redeem one coupon a day. That makes sense, but it would have been helpful to know that up front. In the end, our pizza was overcooked and not very good.

I really enjoy the pizza at this location—it’s consistently delicious, and that keeps me coming back. However, I’ve noticed that the customer service experience could use some improvement. Each time I visit, the staff often seem irritated or disengaged. When customers are waiting in line, a simple greeting or acknowledgment like “I’ll be with you shortly” would go a long way in making us feel welcome. Instead, there’s usually just silence and a lack of eye contact, which can come off as uninviting. I know working in food service can be demanding, and I truly appreciate the effort that goes into making great food. I just hope the team can bring a bit more warmth to the front-of-house experience. It would really elevate the whole visit.

I like &pizza but the staff working this evening is horrible! They didn't want to give the Dasher my order, pizza cold, and I ordered a Cesar salad and they gave me 3 ranch dressings, no communication, if you didn't have Cesar dressing, I should have been given a choice if I wanted it or not, and not...and, I didn't receive the extra tomato and extra fig dressings I paid for...

Anyway can we get into the Black Man Magic ✨❤️ that is at this location!!! With an all black male staff they did not disappoint!! Upon entry I was greeted. The atmosphere was clean and a whole Vibe!! The on duty lead was knowledgeable about what to order, how to order and what they had on hand and didn't. He told me the rules of ordering and how they are required to not fill up on the pizza. I was so impressed. The guys were well groomed, hands were clean, the customer service was on point and My pizza 🍕 was amazing 🤩🤩!! Please check them out!! You will be impressed 😁🥳🥳

I Had a day, and it was a few people in the line. It gets to my turn and Kia or something along that line told me she was was not going to take my order, because she had other things to do. I Replied that's your job and know one else that works here hadn't been that incompetent. I am also blown away that her acquaintances followed me out side to barred me and cohers a physical altercation.

I love &pizza and was excited to see one closer to me so of course I went and was really surprised by all the changes and new investments in the community. I did a mobile order hoping my pizza would be waiting for me since is was about 15 minutes away. I get there and again surprised by how nice the area is and how nice the new &pizza is. There was one person in there who had a mobile order also and was sitting and waiting 😒which was a bad sign 😩because it didn’t seem like much was going on in the back. Ok so I was promptly greeted then told it be about 15 minutes for my mobile order and again no one was in there but one other person who was sitting 🪑 waiting 😳…here we go. So I took a seat and shortly after people started coming in and placing orders getting their 🍕 and leaving 😤. Meanwhile me and the other lady are still waiting 🤔. They made 3 walk-in orders 😤before calling the lady who was in there before me and maybe about 5 minutes later called me. So I won’t be doing anymore mobile orders at this location if I even go back. I have eaten at almost every &pizza in the area and even from the truck and 95% of the time I do a mobile order and never experienced this. No complaints about my pizza 🍕 😋so again if I go back to this location I will definitely do a walk-in order 😝.

For the most part they are on point. I think their pizza is very good. I really like the choices of topping and they don't charge crazy fees for them.

Service was horrible!!!!!! I walked out. No acknowledgment when I walked in. Two of them were soo busy trying to please 13 year old girls and the other employee was cleaning up. Who ever owns this you know what you need to do!!!!! They are messing your business up!!!!

I'm a huge fan of &pizza, even though it's been a few years since I've been back, glad the quality of the pizza is still too notch. This new location is pretty nice but I will say..the service is incredibly slow, especially considering there was only one person in front of me. Additionally, I didn't see posted anywhere the available sauces, toppings, etc that can be used for a create your own pizza. I understand that they're trying to drive people to the specialty pizzas they have listed, but I think making people aware of the available toppings and sauces, etc would be helpful. I also have noticed a lot of things on the menu, that I used to love are no longer (like an egg and gluten free crust), but no biggie. I enjoyed stopping in after quite some time and hopeful this location is able to navigate some of the operational challenges as it continues to grow.

I was delivered the wrong order & couldn't reach anyone by phone. There's 1 phone # for all things &Pizza. And it doesn't lead to a live person. Leaving a message would be a waste of time & energy. Worst part is that 1 if the pizzas have shrimp on it & my household is allergic to shellfish! Very upset & disappointed .

I'm a very patient and understanding person but I made an online order 1:12pm said it'll be ready but 1:22pm the preparing time kept going up. Me and about 4 other people were sent outside to wait in the cold for our pick up order. I went back inside because it was cold. I thought since I wasn't bothering anyone it wouldn't be a problem... NOPE got sent back outside. Didn't get my food until 1:40pm There goes my hour lunch smh. If you HAVE to come here, order your food 30-40 mins in advance because you WILL be waiting a long time.

My little one loved the new Skyland location. The young men who were working, were all professional and nice: we were able to use our text code for a discount at the register with no problem. Plenty of parking in the new shopping center.

My first experience here was lackluster but today's visit redeemed my opinion of this location. The pizza maker and the cashier were both super friendly, courteous and professional! The store was clean and all employees were adhering to food safety protocols. I'm impressed!

I have eaten &pizza so many times and usually have a great experience. However. I received notification today that my accoun ordered pizzas and sent it to an unknown address. I knew it wasnt me, but trying to get in touch with someone is damn near impossible. I tried the texting service and nobody returned my text. whomever stole my account used all of my points. They have lost a customer.

Absolutely terrible location. They never answer the phone and do not fulfill orders. I placed an order on DoorDash and did not even receive a pizza in general--- from a pizza restaurant?!? Absolutely absurd. I will never order from this place again

The employees are using profanity and talking more than working. It's lunch rush in the city, and they are wasting each customer's time. Also the server served the person behind me before me. This place is a complete mess. They need new managers and new staff. Manager just allowed the tomfoolery to happen and did absolutely nothing.

I am an &Pizza regular and I visit many locations in the DC area. This by far is the worst of them all. I came in for some Vegan Knots and waited more than 30 mins due to only one person making pizzas even though I counted about 4 people on staff. Along with the slow moving line the guy making pizzas had a phone tucked under his shirt on his shoulder, trying to be inconspicuous I guess. He's having a whole conversation like we can't see him talking on the phone. Meanwhile, the line is building and he's taking all the time in the world. On top of that they were out of many items to include onions which go with the knots. And they locked the doors about 10 mins before their closing time. I was just a bad experience. Save your time and just go visit the Barracks Row location.

The new location in Skyland SE DC really needs to be more organize . I am very upset i placed my order via mobile app and i had to wait longer than if i had waited in line. Once i arrived i had to wait until they finish with the long line. It took them 45 minutes to complete my order while i waited to see people come & go. Horrible service . Needs quality management
