Hello Hunny Bees 🌻🐝👑💕💛 it's your girl Hunny with a review of another local small business. First off Alabama Ave looks like Columbia, MD just beautiful!!! Anyway can we get into the Black Man Magic ✨❤️ that is at this location!!! With an all black male staff they did not disappoint!! Upon entry I was greeted. The atmosphere was clean and a whole Vibe!! The on duty lead was knowledgeable about what to order, how to order and what they had on hand and didn't. He told me the rules of ordering and how they are required to not fill up on the pizza. I was so impressed. The guys were well groomed, hands were clean, the customer service was on point and My pizza 🍕 was amazing 🤩🤩!! Please check them out!! You will be impressed 😁🥳🥳

Ordered a meat lovers (Maverick) with extra cheese. Not so much extra cheese, not so much meat to love. Looked nothing like the photo on the wall. See my pic. Fresh, but inattentive food prep from an employee very vocally asking me to give him cash for tip or cash app instead of tipping him at the register (strange). I’m sure it’s a great restaurant, but I was not impressed with this individual experience.

I love &pizza and was excited to see one closer to me so of course I went and was really surprised by all the changes and new investments in the community. I did a mobile order hoping my pizza would be waiting for me since is was about 15 minutes away. I get there and again surprised by how nice the area is and how nice the new &pizza is. There was one person in there who had a mobile order also and was sitting and waiting 😒which was a bad sign 😩because it didn’t seem like much was going on in the back. Ok so I was promptly greeted then told it be about 15 minutes for my mobile order and again no one was in there but one other person who was sitting 🪑 waiting 😳…here we go. So I took a seat and shortly after people started coming in and placing orders getting their 🍕 and leaving 😤. Meanwhile me and the other lady are still waiting 🤔. They made 3 walk-in orders 😤before calling the lady who was in there before me and maybe about 5 minutes later called me. So I won’t be doing anymore mobile orders at this location if I even go back. I have eaten at almost every &pizza in the area and even from the truck and 95% of the time I do a mobile order and never experienced this. No complaints about my pizza 🍕 😋so again if I go back to this location I will definitely do a walk-in order 😝.

The last time I went there the toppings area was messy; not clean. I asked bread knots and marinara sauce. And the marinara sauce was refrigerator cold. I asked them to warm it up and they said they didn't do that. Never again.

I recently moved to the area, and when I heard there was an &pizza near by I was super excited! This store is one of the best I’ve been to! The food was well made and service was super fast and excellent! I’ll definitely be returning!

This was my second time ever having this pizza I first had it when I was in rehab from having knee surgery a couple years ago and it was good I haven’t had any since then so when this spot opened I said I was going to try it again so I finally got some yesterday one of the reasons was I had a birthday discount and just like the first time this pizza was awesome and this is coming from someone who once worked at Papa John’s the workers were really cool and helpful and I’m definitely going to order from there again I also got a chocolate chip cookie 🍪 and a fruity crispy treat and a chocolate one the portion size is a good amount I didn’t take a picture of the dessert items I got but here’s the pizza it was the CBR and it was amazing I’m going to try a couple different ones I’m looking forward to trying the one with the mushrooms and truffle oil

Excellent pizza! Delicious and surprising! Fast and very courteous service, a combination of special flavors, quick serving (about 8 minutes) arrives on time, quite a large dish very good value for the price, I really enjoyed it, highly recommended, great pizza! Mostly the one with the combination of meatballs and sweet spicy sauce

This location is the worst I've ever been to. I love &pizza since the day I discovered it and make it a regular stop when I come to DC. However this location is an exception. The service is painfully slow whether there is a line or not. It doesn't matter how many people are behind the counter allegedly working. It's always the same super slow service. Most of the time when I go in there I will see one or two people in line and neither have placed an order yet and no one is checking out. So there really is no reason for the staff to be so slow. The few times my patience allowed me to wait for pizza it came out dry. I've been to multiple locations and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes.

For the most part they are on point. I think their pizza is very good. I really like the choices of topping and they don't charge crazy fees for them.

Service was horrible!!!!!! I walked out. No acknowledgment when I walked in. Two of them were soo busy trying to please 13 year old girls and the other employee was cleaning up. Who ever owns this you know what you need to do!!!!! They are messing your business up!!!!

I'm a huge fan of &pizza, even though it's been a few years since I've been back, glad the quality of the pizza is still too notch. This new location is pretty nice but I will say..the service is incredibly slow, especially considering there was only one person in front of me. Additionally, I didn't see posted anywhere the available sauces, toppings, etc that can be used for a create your own pizza. I understand that they're trying to drive people to the specialty pizzas they have listed, but I think making people aware of the available toppings and sauces, etc would be helpful. I also have noticed a lot of things on the menu, that I used to love are no longer (like an egg and gluten free crust), but no biggie. I enjoyed stopping in after quite some time and hopeful this location is able to navigate some of the operational challenges as it continues to grow.

I was delivered the wrong order & couldn't reach anyone by phone. There's 1 phone # for all things &Pizza. And it doesn't lead to a live person. Leaving a message would be a waste of time & energy. Worst part is that 1 if the pizzas have shrimp on it & my household is allergic to shellfish! Very upset & disappointed .

I'm a very patient and understanding person but I made an online order 1:12pm said it'll be ready but 1:22pm the preparing time kept going up. Me and about 4 other people were sent outside to wait in the cold for our pick up order. I went back inside because it was cold. I thought since I wasn't bothering anyone it wouldn't be a problem... NOPE got sent back outside. Didn't get my food until 1:40pm There goes my hour lunch smh. If you HAVE to come here, order your food 30-40 mins in advance because you WILL be waiting a long time.

My little one loved the new Skyland location. The young men who were working, were all professional and nice: we were able to use our text code for a discount at the register with no problem. Plenty of parking in the new shopping center.

New hot spot in sky land area. I like this place because it close to my job. The customer service was on point, in and out. The food was good and the presentation was excellent. I hope this place continues with how that started out.

The Guy with the Dreads, was rude! Did bot acknowledge the customer and spoke very condescending!

My first experience here was lackluster but today's visit redeemed my opinion of this location. The pizza maker and the cashier were both super friendly, courteous and professional! The store was clean and all employees were adhering to food safety protocols. I'm impressed!

I have eaten &pizza so many times and usually have a great experience. However. I received notification today that my accoun ordered pizzas and sent it to an unknown address. I knew it wasnt me, but trying to get in touch with someone is damn near impossible. I tried the texting service and nobody returned my text. whomever stole my account used all of my points. They have lost a customer.

When this location first opened I had a bad experience with the wait time. The last few times the wait hasn't been as bad and my pizzas are made great!

Absolutely terrible location. They never answer the phone and do not fulfill orders. I placed an order on DoorDash and did not even receive a pizza in general--- from a pizza restaurant?!? Absolutely absurd. I will never order from this place again

The employees are using profanity and talking more than working. It's lunch rush in the city, and they are wasting each customer's time. Also the server served the person behind me before me. This place is a complete mess. They need new managers and new staff. Manager just allowed the tomfoolery to happen and did absolutely nothing.

Understaffed Being this establishment sells pizza dough is limited @7pm Can not get it so that are on the actual menu Sauces: Amount scarce The cold area were food is kept cleaning not an option toppings and or garnishments limited low new businesses to ward 8 is GREAT must be staffed with individuals who enjoy the line of culinary services if not it's a FLOP LIKE THE PIZZA , WITH A BIG BUBBLE IN THE CRUST

Stood waiting for my order , they took it put the over sat it on the counter, walks off for about 10mins. I say something, he tells me he forgot the pizza was there and continued to try to sell me a what was now a cold pizza.

Service was good and on point. Appreciate the staff. It's about time they put one close to home

I am an &Pizza regular and I visit many locations in the DC area. This by far is the worst of them all. I came in for some Vegan Knots and waited more than 30 mins due to only one person making pizzas even though I counted about 4 people on staff. Along with the slow moving line the guy making pizzas had a phone tucked under his shirt on his shoulder, trying to be inconspicuous I guess. He's having a whole conversation like we can't see him talking on the phone. Meanwhile, the line is building and he's taking all the time in the world. On top of that they were out of many items to include onions which go with the knots. And they locked the doors about 10 mins before their closing time. I was just a bad experience. Save your time and just go visit the Barracks Row location.

The new location in Skyland SE DC really needs to be more organize . I am very upset i placed my order via mobile app and i had to wait longer than if i had waited in line. Once i arrived i had to wait until they finish with the long line. It took them 45 minutes to complete my order while i waited to see people come & go. Horrible service . Needs quality management
