I have known George for many years, and he has always stood out for his passion, charisma, and genuine love for hospitality. From working as a waiter in some of the best restaurants, to opening his own place today, his journey is truly inspiring — and it shows in every detail.
We made our reservation online, and everything was seamless from the very beginning. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful, with elegant décor and a carefully curated music selection that creates a warm, refined, and welcoming vibe.
The food is exquisite — refined dishes with excellent flavors and thoughtful presentation. The cocktails are outstanding: creative, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with expertise. The desserts are equally impressive and provide the perfect ending to the experience.
The service deserves special mention. Katerina, our waitress, was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Myrto, the hostess, welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, while Theofilos and the rest of the staff contributed to an overall sense of excellent teamwork and hospitality.
