"Angelina’s has become a beloved institution thanks in large part to this borough's love for Italian-American food. The restaurant takes full advantage of its unique location, inside a Victorian home and decorated with original woodwork as well as sculpted windows. Some dishes here are more innovative, as in their version of spaghetti 'pomodoro,' which adds seafood and crunchy panko breadcrumbs. But the tender veal scaloppini, simply and quickly sautéed with a wine reduction and bit of lemon, has been and always will remain perfect." - The MICHELIN Guide

25th Wedding Anniversary. Outdoor cocktail hour. Indoor dinner. Great atmosphere. Weather was perfect. Valet parking.

Choosing Angelina’s Ristorante as our wedding venue was the best decision we made! From the moment we stepped in, we were treated like royalty. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. The ambiance was perfect for our special day, and the Bocce tent where we held our event was beautifully decorated, making our wedding day even more magical. We couldn't have asked for a better venue! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience.

As a wedding officiant, I've had the privilege of witnessing love stories unfold in many beautiful settings, but recently I had the distinct pleasure of officiating at this truly enchanting venue. Angelina's Restaurant offered a perfect blend of elegance and had a breathtaking outdoor space right on the water!

As I write this review, I grapple with a dilemma: to gatekeep or not to gatekeep? It feels almost mischievous to share the coordinates to such a treasure trove of culinary delights. But fear not, I’m no culinary miser. This gem deserves to be on the map—not hidden away! Dining at Angelina’s Ristorante is like stumbling upon a secret culinary society where the food is so divine, you almost want to swear an oath of secrecy. Tucked away with a serene view of the water, Angelina’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a culinary speakeasy where the history is as rich as the tiramisu and the service sparkles more than the glassware. As we entered, the atmosphere was buzzing with the kind of warm familiarity you’d expect at a family reunion— that is if your family consisted of gourmet chefs and the world’s most charming hosts. The menu was a parade of dishes so brilliantly executed, each bite felt like discovering a hidden treasure that, frankly, I wanted to bury again just for me. The real treasure, though, was Angelina herself, playing the part of both captain and storyteller of this fine dining ship. Sharing a drink and stories with her, I was half-tempted to check if my reservation had mistakenly been swapped with some other VIP’s. The staff treated us not just as guests but as old friends, in an ‘everyone-knows-your-name’ kind of way that could make even the Cheers bar seem standoffish. Angelina’s is the place where ‘everyone knows your name, and a smile greets you at every turn.’ From its sophisticated decor to the tranquil views that complement each meal, Angelina’s offers a luxurious escape from the mundane. It’s the kind of place where you come for the food but stay for the laughter, the stories, and the sheer joy of feeling like you’re part of something so exclusive—yet wholly welcoming. In conclusion, if you’re seeking a dining experience that combines the allure of a hidden gem with the vibrancy of a family feast, sail no further than Angelina’s. Just don’t tell them I sent you—they might start expecting you to bring the wine!

Have been to this restaurant twice in the past year and both times the service, food and everything has been on point. The food is perfect no matter what they are offering and service from all staff is amazing. Thank you

We made a 7:15 reservation and sat down at about 7:35 (although there were plenty of open tables when we got there). I prefer to sit in the back room but there was a private party so we were sat in a room partially outside. At the bar I ordered a peach mule (I forget the name) and it was great. We ordered appetizers. The fried calamari were huge and a little hard to eat because they were so big but was good nevertheless. We also order crabmeat cocktail which wasn't on the menu but they accommodated us. The crabmeat was covered in lemon which was over powering. I ordered the filet & it was cooked perfectly (med-rare). One of the best cooked steaks. I didn't want the potato side it came with so they were very accommodating and replaced it with mashed potatoes. I ordered the zuppa de Pesce. I was surprised it didn't come with macaroni so I ordered it with linguine. It was fantastic! There definitely could have been more macaroni, however. It barely had any. It was full of fish though & absolutely worth the price ($60). We were too full for dessert although I regretted that on the way home. The service was very good. There was also live music which is a nice touch. All in all, 8.5/10 and I definitely will be returning.

Excellent service, delicious food, beautiful ambiance but doesn't seem to say online that brunch is only on Sundays. Taking off 1 start for being misleading. Go in with $$$ you'll need it

Yelp
Was there for an engagement party, well set up, pretty cool staff service good glasses kept full, apps were delicious and hot, bread was good I was impressed considering it was a catered event...

Yelp
I called and made a reservation for Mother's Day, but was never told about the $139 pp price fixe menu. $55 per child for plain pasta, chicken strips and fries, and a scoop of ice cream. We were seated in the lovely garden tent and then realized the cost. I had budgeted approx $75 per person based on the menu, but didn't realize the cost of price fixe menu. We decided to order wine/beer - because at that point we needed a drink to stomach the bill. At the end of the night we split the $1600+ bill and I decided not to say anything because I didn't wish to make a scene. The comment from one person at the table was "I guess I'll eat hot dogs the rest of the month to save $". Next time please make sure that when you take reservations that they inform people of the price fixe. I would have gone somewhere where the food was actually value for $.

Yelp
I cam here to attend a event . All I have to say is this restaurant and venue was gorgeous. I absolutely loved it. Everyone was very nice and introduced themselves. My friend and I explained that we're were here attending a event and they were able that we came in to grab some food before attending out event. The food was very delicious and it tasted very fresh. The prices were also amazing too. The views are out this world. I absolutely loved the views and seeing the most beautiful sunset going down . I would highly recommend anyone coming here you will not be disappointed.

Yelp
We decided to dine outside, it was a little warm but our waiter was kind enough to set up a fan near our table. Our drinks were perfect. Haven't been here in about a year but the food is still as good as I remember! We started with calamari and the seafood salad both tasted so FRESH. For dinner we had the chicken, salmon, and the swordfish. All were very good! If you are in the area and want to stop by at a more high end restaurant you need to stop here.

Yelp
Went here for new years eve, the place was popping with a live singer and DJ. They went all out spraying liquid nitrogen to create a dry ice effect on the dance floor. Overall, it was a bit expensive and the portions were small, but somewhat tasty. The best dish was the carpaccio by far with the truffle oil and arugula. The pasta was nothing special, needed a little more seasoning or for the meat to be sautéed. The rack of lamb was so so small for a half rack. It could have used more mushrooms also, but mainly the size was the issue. They might have been new Zealand lamb chops given the size. Come here for the atmosphere over the food. The food is a bit of an afterthought.

Yelp
I'm here for the brunch party as I write this I see every flag being put out but the Israeli flag is no where to be seen even when I asked for it, also asked the to play telaviv and they did cut it out in less than a minute the only reason they entertained the notion of putting in on is because people at my table come here all the time and spend a lot of money.....antisemites!!!!

Yelp
Celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary today and we had fabulous service- delicious food- fantastic service!

Bianca D.

Yelp
If you are thinking about having an affair here I highly suggest it, I had my daughter's bridal shower here this past weekend. From the service to the food everything was excellent. They made sure my daughter's theme was fully met by surprising us with espresso martinis on tap.

Yelp
Was there for lunch yesterday. Appetizers tasted OK, but were small portions, and the prices were astronomical. My main course, frutta di mare, had one scallop, three mussels and 5 tiny vongole. The menu said jumbo shrimp, but the three shrimp in the dish were the size of a dime. Basically, I paid $42 for a dish of pasta. On top of that, there was a large piece of sharp metal in the bread pudding. Good thing I felt it in my mouth before chewing. I didn't say anything; I just wanted to get out of there. There are many, many better places in Staten Island. I think they feel they have a name, and they don't have to try so hard. Never again.

Yelp
We were very excited to go but came away very disappointed. Bad food. Bad service. Would not recommend Price point is on the higher side but would be ok if the food was good. My wife put it best -- "Target's store bought meatballs with Rao's sauce" is 100x better.

Yelp
I'm gonna be honest with you- Angelina's is gonna set you back. The meal for two people and drinks cost more than my monthly student loan payment... and I went to school twice. I felt my blood pressure go up as I looked at the menu and calculated how much cashback rewards I had on my credit cards to cover this, and stayed stressed out as I sipped my drink waiting for the food to come out. I ordered one of the more expensive items on the menu too, but to split. The tomahawk steak, meant for two, literally came out on a board that would be set on fire for show. They cut it up for you on two plates, along with some vegetables. I took one bite- and knew I would do it all again (maybe after saving up some money). I don't even like steak (or vegetables) and this was amongst the best meals I've ever had in my entire life. Even the vegetables were good individually. The atmosphere was dark and quiet, great for a date. Simply incredible. Highly recommend, just take a look at the menu prices ahead of time and save accordingly.

Yelp
Although the food was good it's quickly ruined by the ambiance and the service. We were sat in the middle of a door way. I don't mind it being loud, people are having a good time the restaurant cannot control that. However, I do mind being sat in the middle of a doorway where no less than 3 waiters were standing at any given time. Sometimes as many as 9 were crowding essentially standing over our table. It's hard to have a conversation when their conversation rules over the voice of your dinner date. It's a shame that they over crowd the dinning room. They could have eliminated where they sat us even if it means loosing $1,000 a night just to deliver their guest the best experience

Yelp
There aren't enough ways to thank Angelina's for making our wedding day magical. From start to finish working with Jessy was a blessing, she made every step of the way easy and stress free. She helped us with every detail along the way and provided everything and anything we asked for. The day of the wedding she was waiting outside the venue to greet us, help us, calm our nerves, and provide endless service. The service and hospitality provided to both my wife and I and ALL of our guests was unmatched. Gigi- thank you for being an amazing bartender and remembering every single little detail for our drinks and providing my guests with amazing service. Besi - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing exceptional service from the first second we arrived until the last possible second. We never had to ask for a single thing it was provided without even thinking, we never went without a drink in our hands or food on our table. Your service was beyond amazing. To Felix thank you endlessly for everything you've done leading up to and the day of our wedding, for always being the life of the party and providing amazing service and jokes to help calm our wedding day nerves. To all the wait staff, set up staff, assistants, Brandi, Christina, Vin and everyone in between you provided my guests with service they never experienced before and we can not thank you enough, you made our wedding day magical. The food was absolutely delicious every ounce of it. Need I mention the beauty of the Bocce tent, it speaks for itself. Thank you a million times!!! Please extend our gratitude to every single last person, for making my wedding day the best day of my life! Mrs. & Mrs. Perciballi

Yelp
I wasn't sure what to expect when I got over the bridge to Staten Island. The restaurant is located at the end of what looks like an isolated street but once you see Angelina you can see it is an operation. They have live music outside for anyone dining outside. They also have a wedding hall on the other side but it is not attached to restaurant. We sat inside at a semi-circle booth. The first thing I noticed was the table was leaning. Not sure the deal there. The food overall isn't cheap here and not sure it was worth the price. Fig appetizer was pricey and didn't have much to it. It was 4 small figs stuffed with cheese/meat. The cacio pepe was not really traditional and tasted like it was made with an alfredo sauce. It is a heavy dish and I thought cacio e pepe was supposed to be light. For dinner I ordered the pork chop and it was good. The weird part was the mashed potatoes were cold. Very surprising for that price! Now another thing that is surprising is that there is a 3.75% added when you use a credit card. It is wild. I get that cash is better but come on. The meal overall was just ok and overpriced. That isn't the best combo but the atmosphere is fun and it is cool to check out once.

Yelp
My family and I came here for Mother's Day and quite frankly we likely would've had a better dining experience at the local Olive Garden. For starters, the staff did not let us know when the reservation was made that there would be a fixed menu. All good, safe to assume that would be the case on a busy holiday. Everyone picked their courses and waited for what felt like an eternity to be brought their appetizers. I was served an "octopus salad" that consisted of slimy chunks of octopus paired with shaved carrots. The burrata and arugula salad seemed to be fine but nothing spectacular. Then we waited and waited some more for our pasta course to be served except they never came and our entrees were brought out. The host apologized and had the waiter bring out our pastas. I had the fusilli with mixed seafood (which was later found to be the culprit of 3 upset stomachs). Our entrees then came out and I assume they were left to sit from the first time they were brought around because they were all lukewarm. I ordered my filet mignon medium rare and it came grey all the way through slathered in a grainy mushroom sauce! Yum!! We didn't wait for dessert and packed it up to go (also mediocre at best). The tape worm adjacent bowel movements mere hours after this meal paired with obnoxious prices for mediocre food was enough to ensure I will never be stepping foot in this establishment again. Aside from its beautiful real estate, this place really has nothing to offer. It seems they have gotten a little too comfortable assuming themselves as a Staten Island staple restaurant.

Simrun R.

Yelp
The ambiance and candle lit dinner was super romantic, I loved the live music and the staff. The pasta was very good and high quality, perhaps the best gnocchi I've had. Unfortunately the meat was average and the seafood was subpar. The filet mignon wasn't anything special it tasted similar to cheaper restaurants, I got the branzino and it says it is deboned but there were so many bones I could barely take an incautious bite. The fish was flavorless and came with a side of I what tasted like the frozen veggies you get at a supermarket. Don't get me wrong the atmosphere the music it is such a romantic ambiance and I had a lot of fun. For this price level I would expect more satisfying protein options. I've been to many other restaurants in this price range that offer better tasting foods, you do pay for the amazing staff and the atmosphere. The host even gave my partner a rose discreetly for him to give me which make our night even more romantic.

Yelp
Loved every bit of this place. As soon as you park and approach the restaurant you will notice how beautifully landscaped and decorated it is. We ate outside due to Covid and the patio outside is gorgeous. Stunning water views and a few beautiful spots set up for phots. The tables are nicely spaced and most have great views of the water. There are also tables set up on the balconies of the restaurant. The service here is top notch. Glasses were constantly refilled, plates cleared in a timely manner and our every need was catered too. They start you off with a basket of assorted breads, eggplant and cheese. We ordered the cold pasta salad and zucchini flowers to start, both excellent. For dinner we all ordered off the special menu, the pasta, steak for 2 and branzino were all excellent! Prices are up there but there aren't many upscale restaurants on Staten Island. This is perfect for a special occasion or if you're looking to treat yourself. A couple of things to note...due to Covid everyone is required to wear a mask unless your seated. Reservations are recommended. There is a train that runs right along the property but it's so quiet you barely notice it. Definitely go and treat yourself!

Yelp
We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday today. From the second we walked in, we felt welcomed by the front desk staff. Eye contact and warm smiles greeted us at the door. Our reservations were almost irrelevant as they were eager not to have us wait. The wait staff was professional, funny, and very patient. The decor and music made for a tranquil atmosphere. The food was ridiculously delicious. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. This place is a gem.

Yelp
I told my dog that we were going for dinner tonight at Angelina's Ristorante and if he wanted us to bring back any leftovers for him He goes "are you kidding me " didn't u see the current reviews Even Chef Gordon Ramsey turned down a comp meal but I told my dog how bad can it be I'm the words of my snickering when we got home "I told you so " Man's best friend he knows save your hard earned money and really go elsewhere This place only has a limited view of the outerbridge It is loud loud loud if I wanted that noise level I would be at a Ozzy concert It's time to bring in a new chef this current chef just got out of culinary school has no clue how to make a simple dish like it's called fried crispy calimari Not rubbery where are the tentacles Nothing homemade I am positive everything is frozen with no taste bland it's called spices peppers onions etc My daughter can make better food bindfolded Overpriced noisy bland food Go to New Jersey or Brooklyn but please this place needs a complete overhaul Would u like sparking water for 25 dollars no thank you I'll have regular water and save my money Go to salt in New Brunswick Bahrs landing anywhere but here I was kind I gave it 1 star

Yelp
I went to the best wedding ever at Angelina's. The hour and a half cocktail hour was beautifully decorated, a gorgeous sunset on the water and had several delicious food stations including an awesome seafood bar. The staff did an excellent job the whole night. Very happy with everything they did, it was great.

Rita C.

Yelp
Went there because we got engaged there for our 1st wedding anniversary. 1 glass of wine each and Pasta for two over $100 plus tax and tip. And I could have made the meal myself at home even better. Not going there anymore for sure.

Christine L.

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend came here for celebration. Beautiful restaurant and atmosphere is good. However, the service is awful!! We had the reservation and still had to wait one hour because they are letting other people (they are after us) to have the tables. I believe they are racism to us. Definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Christina I.

Yelp
Two stars. One for the ambience that everyone is obsessed over. The second is for the waiter that we had who was fantastic. His name was Francesco. NO stars for everything else. We had a 30th birthday party with a group of 10 for Sunday brunch. We made reservations in January (two months in advance) and you have to leave a deposit. So we left them a $450 "deposit." First off on their website it is FALSE advertisement which says $45 for brunch AND open bar. Not JUST open bar. They ALREADY changed it now that we brought it to their attention because she thinks people won't catch on.....If anyone knows of Angelina you know it will NEVER be that cheap. It's a high end place none of us had an issue with that. We knew that going in .... UNTIL we got there and they changed the menu to FAMILY STYLE. We couldn't even choose what we wanted to eat.... $90 on top of the $45 open bar/deposit (THAT's $135 PER PERSON PLUS TAX AND TIP) ....We got poached eggs, cold French toast, a pasta dish, some beef thrown in a plate, and fake Avacado toast that was guacamole spread. Not to mention every shot we took was pure water. My esophagus should have been burning after 3 shots of tequila. The mimosas were basically just orange juice. For $45 open bar on a regular Sunday we expected good drinks at least. They didn't inform us that they changed the menu. SO, if you were a vegetarian or had any allergy you had to pay $90 EXTRA for air.. we confronted a male manager and he practically laughed in our face. The woman manager took off the gratuity and then another $200....So that just goes to show how they care for their staff....Of course we tipped our waiter regardless. On top of all that there's no secrets....this place is notorious for overcharging and adding BOTTLES on people's bill that they never ordered. Maybe if they didn't serve water as alcohol people wouldn't notice.... The table next to us had a whole bottle of champagne on their bill that they didn't order!!! Ask me how she's still in business or why anyone goes back to this place. It's just awful and I hope her Karma comes back to her for ripping people off that are just out for a good time and supporting local. Do yourself a favor and take the trip to NJ/Brooklyn/Manhattan.... fly a plane to California before ever going to this place.

Yelp
Visited on a Sunday for an early family dinner to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant itself is very nice and sits along the river. It was very busy with both a wedding and multiple birthday parties. We ordered drinks and appetizers first and everything tasted good. The portion of fried calamari was good; however the figs were overpriced ($26 for two halved figs, a tablespoon of ricotta, and arugula). After we finished our appetizers we ran into issues with service. The restaurant was overwhelmed by the amount of business they had. After about 30 min (maybe more) we were able to get a waiter to take our entree order. We had to call a senior waiter over since ours went MIA. Then we waited an eternity for our entrees to arrive. In the meantime, the restaurant offered to pay for our drinks. When our entrees did arrive everything tasted great. We had the zuppe de pesce, roast chicken, and Chilean seabass. It was well seasoned. My fiancé did mention his vegetables were a tad underdone but otherwise everything was great. We had dessert and that was nice. We had tiramisu prepared table side and creme brûlée. Overall, it is quite pricey and service was bit hit and miss. The food tastes good but again service could have been better. It's like a real old fashioned Italian spot. You sort of need to go with the flow and have 3-4 hours to spend on your meal.

Yelp
Mangiare-Delizioso Servizio-Impeccabile Ambiance-warm, inviting, sexy, festive Always a great meal, a great drink and fabulous music!

Yelp
The food was delicious and the portion was enough. The service and atmosphere was great.

Yelp
I travel a lot and usually like to try nearby places that have a Michelin star so naturally I ended up here...little did I know there are Michelin half stars. I had the calamari, bruschetta, and something pomodoro (proves how forgettable it was) and boy was I disappointed with the mediocrity of it all. Best part of my experience was the champagne and complimentary bread with a yummy eggplant dip that made some promises the rest of the food was not prepared to uphold. Location is cool but if you're used to living on the coast you're not really wondering if the ocean's still there.

Maria S.

Yelp
Had dinner there last night, everything has changed there, all tents and buildings left right all over no more views walls everywhere, not the same!Food was excellent, staff not friendly at all, very surprised!its now a party hall, sad not happy sorry Angelinas

Anne-Marie F.

Yelp
We were very underwhelmed by this place. I got a gift card so we figured we would come for a nice meal. The ambience is definitely beautiful but that's it. 1-It started when they asked if we wanted sparkling water and I said " no just tap" it came in a bottle so I assumed they use nice bottles for the table and put tap water in it. Well there was $9 added to the bill for still water. 2- portion sizes are tiny! 3- my dish was mushy eggplant with pasta. 4- kept pushing the wine (I guess they made up for it with the still water) Will not be returning... overpriced and you get nothing if you don't order drinks!

J W.

Yelp
Food is good with a nice atmosphere but ridiculously overpriced with small portions. We left hungry.

True C.

Yelp
Was thinking reserving an event here and made a good choice of 1st going to dinner and checking it out, The tent outside is nice, but the service sucks and food is ok , personally would rather eat at burger king, Waited an hour for our entrees Just for the waiter to tell me she forgot to place our order. Waiters running around clueless, bunch of running around but no results

Brian K.

Yelp
I had a very nice evening. Food was excellent, atmosphere and ambiance, great. Service was good up until the end. My bill was $160. I left a $30 tip on that which is just under 20%. My waiter didn't even have the decency to come over and say thank you after i paid the bill. I had to coax it out of him. That sort of annoyed me. $18 for one glass of sangria is way out of line too. I went in there knowing full well that it is probably the most expensive restaurant on the island. The only reason I was in there is because I won a $50 gift card the week before. No way in hell would I spend $190 to dine ANYWHERE. Not even if I was trying to impress anyone. She has a very classy and elegant place though. I am sure it attracts a higher class of people. Sorry, I work way too hard for my money to spend it like that.

Uzma A.

Yelp
I absolutely recommend this place. Great food, excellent service, beautiful ambiance. Highly recommended

Perla J.

Yelp
This was amazing. The setting was absolutely beautiful. The food was extremely fresh and my waiter was SUPER accommodating!!! It was my girlfriends birthday and he did an amazing job keeping her end of brunch "happy birthday" desert cake with a candle a surprise!! He was amazing and made the experience it even better!! We will return!! I'm posting this now, but we came in September 12th, 2020.

Marie G.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusting. After crunching on sand in a scallop in a $60 entree I returned my dinner selection to the kitchen. With a promise to "tell the manager" never fulfilled, the entree appeared on our bill. No offer of a complimentary coffee or dessert for a meal not eaten. Nothing. Finally I challenged the staff with a poor review for their neglect. Suddenly it was removed from the bill. Look, we all know our NYC restaurants are hurting post pandemic crap, but if you value your patrons they will reward you tenfold. Not tonight.

Biana G.

Yelp
Stunning views and outdoor scene with delicious Italian food! Angelina provided complimentary warm bread, parmesan chunks and an olive & eggplant dip... much appreciated given that we came in with quite the appetite. We ordered the seafood boat which included very fresh seafood: oysters, lobster, crab legs. They were very accommodating and substituted clams for extra oysters. The vinaigrette and cocktail sauce for the seafood was just right! Also recommend the tuna tartar as a starter. We then moved on to the pasta portion of the meal.. the rigatoni bolognese is a must try! For entrees we split the lamb chops and veal chop. Seems like you can't go wrong with anything you order. All of the food was flavorful and generously portioned. Great place for family style dining! My only comment is that service was a bit slow and disorganized. We were initially greeted with a cocktail menu and wine list, placed our beverage order and waited about 20 minutes with several reminders for the food menu. We also had 3-5 different servers throughout the night. Seemed like they were busy given that it was a Friday night, but otherwise we really enjoyed our experience and hope to be back soon! Highly recommend for anything from a dinner with friends to an event venue.

A word of advice to anyone reading this. Don't waste your time or money on this place, especially on a holiday!!!! If it we're possible to give a no stars rating I would. They just ruined Mother's Day for my whole family!!! We made the reservations over one month ago. They never mentioned it would be a $129.00 plus 20% gratuity per person fixed menu. Then four days before our reservation they called and insisted we leave our credit card. If I knew then what I know now we would have canceled our reservation! The food was disgusting!!!! The service was atrocious! The owner treats her staff like garbage in front of customers. She is all about the money! Pack them in and then rip them off! I don't mind paying for good food, but I do hate getting ripped off! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Yelp
Nice, solid choice especially during this pandemic as it's one of the few places with ample outdoor seating in Staten Island. We were here for a birthday celebration and it was a nice evening. Staff is friendly and helpful and everyone wore masks the entire time which was comforting. Outdoor space is comfortable with plenty of umbrellas to shield you from the sun and they also have lights in them for a beautiful evening ambience. Food is good but not great. Although I heard the steak was perfect from some of the guests who ordered it. My shrimp and mushroom risotto was just OK. It does get pretty crazy on Saturday night so be prepared for some mayhem with valet parking and crowding.

Yelp
We took my mother out for Mother's Day, group of 16. The food was absolutely terrible. The appetizers came out after well over 1 hour and were cold. The first course of pasta was also cold and tossed on a plate like dog food. This is definitely not what you would expect from a restaurant like Angelinas charging $105 plus taxes and tip. This is something you might expect at a pizzeria; however they would not have done that. The main course was ok, but served cold. Finally, the desserts were served on 3 plates with 2 desserts on each and1 scoop of chocolate ice cream. Angelinas FYI next time don't sit 800 people on mother's because the food was awful! It is not fair for people to be served the jail food you served us today. Angelina SHAME ON YOU! This review is a "000" rating- Yelp doesn't have the "000" option but I just created it.

Yelp
I went for an early dinner today with my husband and daughter ! We ordered the rack of lamb , the pork chop , the baked clams and the Caesar salad and everything was amazing !! After dinner we had the table side tiramisu prepared for us and the creme brûlée which were delicious !!! We have always had a great experience at Angelinas! Angelina is very personable and wonderful to talk too ! She makes it a point to talk to her customers and she makes it more than a dining experience! She's great ! I highly recommend ! The waiters are very accommodating and soooo pleasant ! It's a beautiful atmosphere where you feel like you're transported to Italy in a little corner of Staten Island !

Yelp
Service is horrible. Waiters and wait staff speak little to no English. We had to remind them on multiple occasions to bring us what we ordered. Also brought us the wrong appetizers and took us a few attempts to convince them that they were the wrong appetizers until they finally agreed with us. Food is ok but certainly not worth the crazy prices. $199 for a tomahawk steak for 2!! $70 for a small piece of filet mignon with a side of potatoes that you could eat in one bite!! Crazy. Would never go back.

Yelp
You come for the great atmosphere but dishes were mediocre. This was my first time visiting this location, as I really love the other location by the SI Mall. I was looking forward to their pizza, which is my favorite, but this location doesn't have pizza. Octopus was excellent and well paired with the watermelon and I believe it was grapefruit. The pasta and seafood dishes were standard. Not pictured, but we also got the king crab salad which was unique and burrata which was also standard. Overall, loved the decorations, location, and service but just wished the food was as good as the other location. Also was surprised they didn't check for vaccine cards yesterday.

Yelp
Parking line is ridiculous I do recommend to go to this place a lot of good place on the island skip that place because you have to walk to the restaurant for 25 minutes

Yelp
Greedy is an understatement. To quote the owner "if they're not spending at least $45 per person they can stay home". If you don't believe me look it up or look below, those are his exact words. There are many struggling spots all over Staten Island, give them business over someone like this. Someone needs to send him a map and remind him they're not located on the Upper East Side!

Yelp
We went here over the weekend for a celebration. We had wanted to try Angelina's for a while, but should have read the reviews beforehand. The manager was friendly when we sat down and congratulated us. Shortly after, it went down hill from there. The service was absolutely terrible. For a "fancy" restaurant, this was a huge disappointment. We sat for over ten minutes before a waiter came over and asked if we were finally ready. We stated that we had not received any food or drink menus yet. After ordering it took a long time for us to get any water or bread. The place seemed to be unorganized and quite a mess. One of the waiters was yelling at another waitress and snapping his fingers at her. For an "upscale" place that is not the type of vibe you want to be around. Most of our dishes were pretty good. One pasta dish was overcooked. The portions here are very small. For the price you are paying it is not worth it. Whenever we pick a nice place to celebrate, we never get such a negative experience such as this. There are SO many other restaurants on Staten Island where you can have a nice meal and this place is not worth anyone's time. Please read the reviews before you make a mistake.

Yelp
Went back again. Ordered more and different food and I have to say, was phenomenal. Much more flavorful. Sat in their indoor tent and it was absolutely stunning. 4 hours went by in the blink of an eye. Ended with their amazing tiramisu and

Yelp
I was looking forward to a very nice dinner on Saturday night with my wife. I nominally don't write reviews. I had to this time. I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. I am also a trained Chef. The best part of the dining experience was the Martini. It was down hill from there. The bottle of wine I chose they were out of. ( OK shit happens) My wife and I split an order of fried Calamari. It was horrible. No taste and it was like eating wall paper paste. ( the oil needs to hot, between 350 and 365 to fry calamari) in case the chef doesn't know. My wife had the salmon which she said was just OK. I had the Zuppa di pesce. It was tasteless. It had no zip to it. It was bland. There are these items in the market called SPICES. The chef should learn how to use them. For dessert we wanted Italian cheese cake with our espresso's. They didn't have any. They had American cheese cake in stead. IT IS SATURDAY NIGHT. A restaurant with your undeserved reputation and charging the prices you charge, should have everything on the menu. I called the waiter over while my wife was in the ladies room. I needed to vent. He ended up being a nice young man from Rome. His service was good. Do your self a favor stay home and have your 12 year old cook you dinner. I will probably be better. Lou G

Yelp
I was there 8:45 with reservations at 9pm. The servers asked us to wait on the side. All people after me got the table and after couple of time inquiry. They ridiculous just put us as arrival at 9:25 pm in the system and asked us to continue to wait. We end up canceling the table. Try to avoid this place.
