"The restaurant's name, meaning ‘angel’, was inspired by an Osaka eatery whose influence guides the chef each day. He sources his ingredients from within the Kansai area with which he is familiar. Sea bream from Akashi is aged, daggertooth pike conger from Awaji served as fritters. Game is served here too, including venison and boar from Tanba-Sasayama and duck from Wakayama. White porcelain dinnerware provides a canvas for modern arrangements, innovative enough at times to impress as art." - Michelin Inspector
It's really hard to find a good Italian restaurant in Japan that's traditional to its routes
The dishes amuse was ok, daikon w/creamcheese was ok, the flatbread was ok
The fish salad was pretty bad
Pasta was ok but not enough sauce or taste
Meat, broiled chicken was horrible, couldn't finish
Dessert, pieces or watermelon with panacotta, one bite
This was highly ranked but complete disappointment
Dishes took too long when there were only 2 table to manage

Went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, it's a nice and romantic little restaurant, we enjoyed really good service and the food and wine is absolutely delicious, worth every yen.
