"As the restaurant’s name suggests, fish is the mainstay of the menu – the majority of it from Cornwall and Scotland – and the kitchen has the confidence to know that when it's this good, it needs little in the way of adornment. There’s a delicate nature to the accomplished cooking; go for the tasting menu to fully experience the kitchen’s skill. The restaurant itself may be on the top floor of the South Place hotel but feels very much like a separate, stand-alone establishment with its own personality.
