"The first, at Angler from chef Joshua Skenes, is designed for a party of at least two to eat family-style, and includes five courses (including Big Eye Tuna with tomato jelly and shiso, half a wood-oven roasted chicken, and finally a soft serve sundae), for $48 per person, served in about 45 minutes." - Caleb Pershan

Party of 4 we all loved the fish entrees scallops and clam chowder. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful view of the bay with lovely boats next to the restaurant. It was really cozy. I wished they had snow crab legs their menu might need to be updated on Google. Otherwise it was a great treat to check out!

Angler Restaurant & Bar is great if you’re looking for a place to have a fancy drink right by the ocean. However, if you’re expecting top notch fish dishes, I would say that you’d be better off searching somewhere else (not that they were the worst. I just didn’t think that they stood out). Otherwise, I liked their rice and service. It was especially nice that they paired my flounder dish with a slice of lemon.

Been here a few times over the years and also enjoyed the atmosphere near the water and pier. Service can be spotty at times but overall the food is consistent, daily fish specials, fresh catches and nice drink selection. This is a solid choice in an area with many many options.

It was our first time here overall we had a good experience. We were seated right away by a friendly hostess it was about 4 pm on a Monday. The atmosphere was inviting, and the decor was cute. The food was delicious and reasonably price. Our only complaint was that the waitress was very nice but didn't check to see if we needed refills on our drinks and we had to look for her to get the check. Regardless with that said our meals were so good that we would go back again

We come here every visit to OC. We did not go on the boat ride before, we just stopped for dinner this time. We came up to the hostess stand to 5 girls talking, we waited patiently until they finished their conversation then we were seated. We sat down, waited 5-10 for the server. In this time I did not realize the table was dirty but my menu got the ugly end of it. It was covered in a slimy sauce, no big deal I waited for the server to come and kindly asked her if she had a rag to wipe the table down. She came with a dry napkin lol!! I could’ve done that myself. The crab dip was yummy, I loved the baguettes it came with I just wish I got more. My salmon… my salmon was 10/10!!! It was so good, I’ll be craving it for months. It was definitely worth the price. My mashed potatoes were room temp. The green beans were good. My boyfriend’s coconut rice was one of the best he’s had. His shrimp imperial was not that enjoyable though. It had four pieces of shrimp with the tails still on, so he had to dig through first to take them off before he could enjoy. It was not worth $36 for what he got. We never complain about price as we are drinks, appetizers, entres, and dessert people when we go out. We know we’re going to spend money. But his meal was just not worth the price. Don’t get the shrimp imperial, but try the salmon!

Perfect place to go when in ocmd. Great atmosphere & vibe. It's a very lively place & they had live music. We went for breakfast & then did the sunset cruise for an additional 10$ so worth it!

Food was mediocre, but a really beautiful place to grab drinks and listen to live music. Right on the water as well.

Parking was a pain, there’s a big sign saying free vallet parking. It was a complete cluster & they no one could find the vallet so I had to find my own parking. Fettuccine Alfredo was more like butter noodles, zero flavor. The waitress was great & made sure to get our food out quickly as we had tickets for 6pm boat ride. As we were in line for the boat another customer informed us the boat ride was cancelled. After finding an employee to inquire about the boat who informed us it was Canceled. So far not impressed w anything about this place, it seems like complete chaos. Hopefully the boat ride is better
