Today, we visited this restaurant. In our search for places with good ravioli, we decided to try a new Italian spot. Overall, it was a good experience, but the very thing we were most looking forward to was a bit disappointing.
The staff's attention was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The restaurant is a little small, but that didn't negatively impact the experience. The timing and service were all five-star.
My only problem was with the ravioli. Seriously, five ravioli? A giant plate with five tiny ravioli in the center with some sauce and cheese is not what I expected. I've had ravioli in several places and that might work as an appetizer, but it's not acceptable as a main course. It's a shame because everything else was perfect. The pasta was al dente, the texture and flavor of the filling were perfect, and the sauce was delicious. But the quantity was unacceptable. We're talking about pasta and cheese, not meats or other expensive ingredients. Five ravioli just feels like pure stinginess and nothing more.
Other than that, the lasagna was very flavorful, and the salad my husband and I shared was okay. The bread they gave us was also delicious.
As a first experience, the issue with the quantity was unfortunate. We might have given it another chance, but in Las Vegas, there are places with better pasta and better prices.
Still, we wish the restaurant and its staff much success.
