Trash laundry service. Front desk acts like they are not at work and refuse to contact someone to fix the service saying I have to report the building problem lol. I understand reporting a problem with my room but when it is a building problem they should be in charge of reporting.

Very nice dorm rooms in an apartment style, very contemporary. Well-appointed with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.

Good views, but the wifi is horrible. It goes out all the time. The front desk staff is rude, immature and not frendly at all. Believe the reviews because they are inexperienced, lazy and do not care. They didn't show me the trash shoots or laundry rooms when moving in. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors and the water pressure sucks. The furniture is cheap, so they will break and you will be charged. I'm glad I'm only here for the summer..

You pay for the location, and being so close to campus. The space might not be as much as anticipated for the price for a single or double. But it can be justified with all the amenities (mostly utilities, WiFi, and cable being included). Also you have to sign in people (as a security feature) and it can be time consuming/annoying. The best feature for me personally are the views from any room above the 7th floor.

My niece is a freshman this year and I just helped her move in on August 26th. When I used to attend WSU (1998-2002) this area was a parking lot. I love what they've done with the place.

Good place for summer intern housing. The woman in charge of the program is rude and VERY combative/passive aggressive but the program itself is well-designed and communicated. Enjoyed the proximity to my work and the convenient parking garage. Apartment was spotless when I moved in. AC was cold, water got hot, the apartment space was really just effortless all the way around. Front desk staff were hit or miss but overall got the job done. I imagine they have limited staffing over the summer. Receiving packages here is a pain, but I understand the delays. Wish the elevators and door systems with ID access were more reliable but solutions were always made available. Felt very safe in and around the apartment.

I work near here. The renovation that has been done is beautiful.

Beautiful interior and exterior, fairly clean, spacious. Nice laundry room with card reader machines. Good Covid security, but back gate bounces which may cause an issue. Would like them to allow one guest at least in lobby. Difficult not being able to visit my niece in winter (can’t sit outside on benches fir too long).
