I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy ordering from your restaurant, but I’ve been disappointed with the way the phone is answered. The person who usually picks up is consistently rude and doesn’t show basic courtesy when taking orders. It’s frustrating, and honestly, it’s making me consider not ordering anymore, even though I really like the food. I hope this can be addressed, because good customer service is just as important as good food.

We stopped here since it’s close to the highway and we were so pleasantly surprised. We ordered la torta milanesa de pollo, chicken fajita, and the beef fajita and everything was SO GOOD! The food was also done very quickly which was amazing since we were very hungry. The prices were definitely very affordable for all the food you were getting. I’ll definitely be stopping here again in Paterson!

Antojitos Poblanos in Paterson, NJ is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the area. I've been a regular patron for quite some time now, and it never fails to impress. The authenticity of their dishes is unmatched, and my personal favorite is the chaufa de camarones – a delightful blend of flavors and textures that keeps me coming back for more. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with attentive and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your dining experience enjoyable. This is a very small place but the food is delicious, authentic Mexican food. We usually order to take out, the service is good. We never had a problem, we have been ordering from here for years. We love it.

I was around the corner to visit the amazing Art Factory Studios today and, just by chance, stumbled into this amazing place. WOW, the food was soooo unbelievably great! I've been to Mexico City several times and it was every bit as good as being there. I had the Fajitas which were prepared more similar to how, say, Steak Churrasco was presented.... more of a skirt steak with a huge bed of rice, black beans and guacamole all on a single plate with tortillas on the side for you to assemble. My friend had a chicken enchilada that was apparently the best he's had outside of Mexico as well. The staff is all very sweet but have very limited English skills (which might be concerning to some but, in my book, is a great reflection of how authentic they are to their food culture). The outside of the place could be a bit strange as it looks like a diner that has been closed for a few years. However, it was fine on the inside and was just a pleasurable experience all around. I'll DEFINITELY be back!
