My first time visiting this location and I was disappointed more so by the staff on duty then the food. I lead by example of being respectful, attentive and responsible in all regards, especially when it comes to those in the service industry. As a customer I expect and deserve to be greeted by the staff when I walk in, not glared/stared at rudely. The same friendliness and kindness that I authentically give may not be extended in the same manner, but to boldly and directly rush me through my order is not satisfactory. To do so with a negative energy is also bold. To then watch and hear the customer after me be treated more kindly than myself was the seal to let me know the workers may have been prejudiced. I was led to stop by this location to try a sandwich that I have not had in over 5 years. Call it nostalgia, but I did get that sandwich from the grocery store. If your workers, in fact, on display want to express their ignorance towards a kind and pleasant individual because of their hatred/prejudice then ok. But, I will choose to distance my presence and any recommendations for this particular location to any and all that inquire. My feelings were not hurt, I'm an adult, but this type of ignorance is basic, tired and childish in today's landscape. Do better.
*Addendum: One of the ladies overseeing the back kitchen area did say hello and smile before leaving the cook top area behind the pick up counter. But, the person who took my order and the person that "fake" handed me my sandwich with look and shade were a sad and disparaging display of low quality customer service.
