Dining at Apollo was one of the culinary highlights of my Davos visit. The restaurant delivers a sophisticated yet warm ambiance that feels equally suited to a romantic dinner or a special occasion with friends. I tried the seasonal tasting menu, which offered an elegant balance between creative alpine flavors and modern fine dining techniques. Each dish showcased precise preparation, local ingredients, and beautiful presentation. The open kitchen concept added an interactive touch, allowing guests to witness the precision and artistry of the chefs. The staff provided excellent, multilingual service throughout the meal, making me feel welcome and well cared for.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance at Apollo is elegant and the decor is tasteful, adding to the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food – it’s nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. On this visit, we chose the four course menu and it was a culinary delight. The attention to detail and the perfect balance of flavors are what make Apollo stand out. The service is impeccable. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's clear that the team at Apollo takes great pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. We were also impressed by their wine selection, which features an excellent variety of local and international wines. In summary, Apollo Restaurant in Davos is a gem that should not be missed. Gestern Abend durfte ich ein sechsgängiges Menü im Apollo genießen – und es war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Jeder Gang war durchdacht, geschmacklich exquisit und für sich ein Highlight. Die Abfolge der Speisen war harmonisch aufgebaut und sorgte für eine perfekte Dramaturgie des Abends. Die Weinbegleitung war ebenso stimmig: sorgfältig ausgewählt, bestens auf die einzelnen Gerichte abgestimmt und dadurch eine wunderbare Ergänzung zum Menü. Der Service entsprach dem hohen Standard, den man im Grischa kennt – aufmerksam, freundlich, kompetent und bestens informiert. Man fühlt sich rundum umsorgt, ohne dass es aufdringlich wirkt. Fazit: Ein Abend voller Genussmomente, den man nicht so schnell vergisst. Das Apollo im Grischa ist eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf feine Küche, perfekte Abstimmung und erstklassigen Service legen.

Wir durften ein fantastisches kreatives Menu in gemütlichen stilvollen Ambiente geniessen! Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich und vor allem entspannt, locker und sehr herzlich und freundlich! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren bei unseren ersten Besuch sehr positiv Überrascht. Es war ein wundervoller Abend, welcher uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleibt. Von der Reservation über den Empfang, die Beratung, die Someliere, der Service und die Küchencrew gaben ihr Bestes. Die Gerichte... ein wahrer Zauber, welchet erst das Auge und danach unsere Gaumen verwöhnt haben. Gratulation dem gesamten Team und ein grosses Dankeschön.

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes und vor allem gemütliches Ambiente. Das Team ist wirklich überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen war wirklich köstlich. Die Portionen sind auch wirklich mehr als großzügig!

Hervorragende und kreative Speisen. Perfekter Service. Das Ambiente durchaus gemütlich, aber etwas "generisch". Da wir uns aber auf Essen und Wein konzentriert haben, im Verkauf kaum wahr genommen.
