The Customer Service call center was really bad today. The representative was weirdly robotic, non-conversational, and working only from a script executed in searing over-talking. When I confronted the rep that his demeanor was inappropriate, his response was that his demeanor is just the way he is. So, I'm wondering if Aqua has an upgrade that I can pay for that would include communications access with customer service representatives who do not require therapy?
