Me and my family were the only foreigners on the place but the chefs were incredibly welcoming. The food is very different than anything I’ve ever ate as an american, and while I didn’t absolutely love every one of the 20 courses, the vast majority were very good and super interesting. Also, they kept pairing sake with the food as we went and it was very good. One of the chefs spoke a bit of English and he was very kind and made sure to explain the meals the best he could in English. I highly recommend it as a foreigner.
