I think this is a fun place to try some interesting, very delicious food, but it is hard to give this place four stars because if someone asked me if i would come here again, I would be on the fence, because I am not convinced this place is worth what you spend. Everything here is more like tapas-style and extremely small portions. I had expected that. What I didn't expect is the pricing: the two dollar sign is definitely not right for the pricing. This is more of a four dollar sign place: be prepared spend at least $100 a person because the portions are extremely tiny, even for tapas.
For example, the $32 sea bass we ordered was "sharable" but it was so tiny it was only worth four bites: I don't know if it was even 2oz of fish: 2 may be pushing it, but I've attached a photo for reference.
That being said though, the fish was delicious: the fish was light, flavorful and reminded me of a tomato vineyard with fresh, herbal flavors and the succotash paired so well with it.
We also had cornbread which was sweet and had a nice crust, duck fat potato's, and the ribeye, which was cooked so well with the fat perfectly rendered: it was a really nice steak and they cut it for us too so it was easier to share, which we appreciated.
That being said, in all: i wish the pricing was a little better. At this price point, it is a "special occasion" spot, and I am just unsure if it is worth it given some other restaurants with a similar price point.
