Cozy vibes and the kid-friendly menu was much appreciated. However, the overall experience felt quite impersonal. The ordering and payment were all done via a QR code at the table.
Unfortunately, the internet connection was very slow, making the digital process frustrating. This also caused some confusion around payment, as we never actually spoke to staff about settling the bill and we simply paid on our phones.
A 13.5% service charge was automatically added to the bill, which felt surprising given the minimal direct service. Apart from a greeting at the door, we had no further interaction with staff during our visit.
The food itself was quite bland and unimpressive, which was disappointing considering the prices were on the higher side for a food hall setting.
While I understand the convenience of a digital menu and ordering system, the lack of personal service combined with mediocre food made the experience feel cold and underwhelming.
