Archetype Distillery

We went to the Gypsum tasting room and it was incredibly disappointing. $13 for a premixed cocktail that tasted like straight grape juice. You are better off going to the other distillery in town!

Absolutely incredible. Archetype Distillery hosted a birthday party for us and it was incredible. The suave is amazing with the views of the distilling room. Our favorite drinks are the Kitty Galore, the Archetype vodka and tonic, and the Smokey gin and tonic. They make their own tonic, too. I wish I lived here, I'd be here all the time. I highly recommend calling Archetype if you want to have your next party or function. Personally, I would just come to hang out with friends and have awesome drinks.

Never did I think I would ever sit down with three drams of vodka in front of me and say, “I’m really going to enjoy this” but here we are. What an incredible experience. I’m a die-hard whiskey fan but these guys have totally won me over. Vodkas that you can add a couple of ice cubes to and sip like bourbon or scotch I never would have believed existed. Just an excellent hour spent with a couple of guys that are truly passionate about making something unique. Next time I’m in Denver this will be a must-stop.

My friends and I visited Archetype on a whim as the last stop of our trip to Colorado, and I am so happy we did. The bar and atmosphere are very unique, the gin (my favorite was the smoked gin)/vodka/distillates are superb, and the cocktails are really creative. Nick served us incredible drinks and was so much fun to talk to. Archetype was the highlight of our day in Denver, and I look forward to returning the next time I’m back in town.

Really great drinks. There's a board with a bunch of infused gin/vodka options and the bartenders make you a drink based on what you like, after asking a few questions. Fun experience overall and my partner and I really enjoyed our 4 total drinks. $56 after tax for said 4 drinks.

A grand time with MICHAEL CHAPYAK. The ambiance and locale was wonderful. The drinks are 100% on point! I had a great time!

This place is such a delight. Apart from their incredible drinks, the staff is amazing. Simon and the rest of the crew really made it a special experience. We liked it so much, we are planning on going back tonight for a nightcap. Thank you!

I walked in out of pure curiosity to kill time while the tiki bar across the street was too packed. Ended up forfeiting that reservation to stay here, i had me the 'something savory' and the smoked gin was phenomenal. Ended up walking out with a bottle of it. Highly recommend a stop.

Amazing service. Just opened 2 days ago, drinks are great. Wade was our server he was super amazing. Definitely recommended

Only had 3 tables, nobody was there. I think this place mainly distributes, definitely not a bar. I would not recommend. Drinks were good, but there is not atmosphere.
